The man nearly walks into the Jedi that challenges him before realizing he is there, then flinches back half a step. Oh, sorry about that! I didn't see you there... My name's Valek, and I wouldn't expect you to recognize me. I've been... gone... for a while, four months if I remember correctly. If the aura tagged him as a Force wielder, a closer examination showed him to be a terribly weak one, barely scraping over what is required to be considered for training. Couple this with an apparent lack of weapons of any type on his person, and Valek doesn't seem to pose any sort of immediate threat to anyone on the grounds.

While certainly young and apparently inexperienced Valek coule be deceiving me. Although that's probably just my paranoid side coming out again. I flash my usual half-smile and reach out my right hand to the young man. Good to meet you.. or see you again , whichever the case may be, I'm Mike. I laugh lightly, looking more like a kindly old mechanic who happened to like blue robes than a jedi master. Although personally I prefer it that way. I never had time for formalities and that is something that comes out in all parts of my life, even simple introductions. Although even the lightest of force senses could probably detect that I'm a little more than I seem, although it is more focus than raw power.

Valek shakes his hand and returns the smile, though his nerves bleed through into it. Letting his hand drop back to his side, he takes a deep breath and asks I didn't exactly leave on the best of notes, but I was wondering if I might be able to continue my training...? He's going to ask more, oh how I hope he doesn't. He thinks to himself, dreading the inevitable explanations that will eventually have to be made... though hopefully not to everyone.

I shake the other man's hand and hold it briefly as a quizzical look envelopes my face. There was something familiar about this young man, something I can't quite put my finger on behind his overwhelming nervousness and anxiety. Something that reminded me... of Kel'Al oddly enough. However that is a question for another day. Unfortunately as much as the young man is worried about my questioning I can't stop now, the possibly security of the academy is at stake and I can't take that duty lightly, especially now, with the universe on it's head. I'm sorry to ask you this but what has happened, both to cause you to leave and in the months since then? I would not ask this of you, but it is very important. We accept all sorts back into the fold, as long as you can prove to us that you still truly desire to be one of us. It may sound a little harsh, but it is only intended to be direct, a simple question that needs answered before I can offer Valek the hospitality of our academy once more.

Valek hesitates for a moment at the question. He knew that the Jedi would know if he were holding back, but at the same time what was left of his pride tried to hold him back. I... I left because I received a message from a sister who I thought was dead. It said she was in trouble, but didn't say how or where she had been, only that she needed my...talents. Knowing that I'd never get permission, I left in the night. I found her in the outskirts of Coronet where she explained that some men were trying to kill her. Valek shakes his head angrily, looking away as he continues. What I didn't know was that she was wanted for piracy and murder, and these men that were after her were Corsec agents. Again he pauses, shame radiating from him almost visibly I nearly killed one of them before realizing my error and escaping. He finishes in a near whisper, neglecting to add the other reason he had returned but not caring at that point.

Terra had remained silent as usual while Will and Serrin had conversed, and once he had left, she followed her teacher into the academy. At Serrin's suggestion that they head to Coruscant early to tour the Temple before the ceremony, she smiled and nodded, eager to see the Temple after having read quite a bit about it already."That would be nice." As she thought about the day's training, she remembered that she hadn't eaten breakfast yet, having gone straight to the garden for the morning meditation."Um...can I think about it over breakfast?" Nodding my head with theatrical gravity after, with equal theatricality, giving the appearance of weighing the question of whether or not it is acceptable that Terra postpone her decision until after she has had time to ponder the matter over breakfast, I say, "I have no opposition to the suggestion, no, and then, letting the act give way to the amusement underlying it, laugh and say lightly, Come on then, let's see what we can find before you starve."
Walking through the academy halls, Terra and I make our way to the dining hall, where, as I had already broken my fast earlier in the morning prior to meeting with Terra, I content myself by pouring a mug of Naris bud tea and then take a seat to wait for Terra to join me.

Hyatt Ashton, a tall, broad shouldered 36 year old human male Jedi Knight with long blonde hair that is presently secured in a neat ponytail, is at his post near the academy entrance when the teenaged Togruta enters the academy and, as he does not recognize her as one of the presently enrolled initiates or Padawans, moves towards her with a welcoming, mildly inquisitive smile on his face. His hand clasped behind the back of the brown, hooded robe he wears over his khaki tunic with tabbards and a pair of matching pants tucked into dark brown, travel worn boots, Hyatt, upon nearing the Togruta, clears his throat and, when he has her attention, says in his customarily deep, heartily cheerful voice, "Good morning, love. I'm Knight Ashton. Arching an eyebrow, the native Corellian asks in a politely interrogative tone, Can I help you in any way?"

Notices the human and says...
Asalla: Oh hi. I was just admiring this place. My Master old me about it a few times.
Gazes at walls and ceiling and different parts of the room.
Asalla: Oh. My name's Asalla Dy. My Master's name is Kote. Sorry I guess I forgot to introduce myself. Sometimes I can't remember manners.
Blushes slightly.

Terra smiled and walked with her master to the dining hall, her pace quickening once she caught the scent of some good food. While Serrin went to go sit down, Terra helped herself to as much food as would fit on her plate before carefully taking it over to where her teacher was sitting. After grabbing something to drink, she sat down and started to eat. Despite all the food she had piled on her plate, it didn't take her very long to wolf it all down.
Pushing her plate aside and gulping down her drink, she sighed softly as she thought about what to work on today. In her opinion, her studies on her core Force abilities was going well, and she was still practicing daily with her lightsaber. As for her progress in the Trials, she had completed her Trials of Skill and Insight, which left Courage, Flesh and Spirit if she recalled correctly. Absently drumming her fingers on the table, she pondered over how she could prepare for them.

*Two sentients entered the academy and looked around in awe of the building, one was a Male Zabrak and the other a male Human, both appeared to be in the early twenties. The Human male looked around for any one of importance before calling out.*
-Human- "Hello? Can anyone help us? We having something you might want to see."
-Zabrak- "I thought you wanted to go to the police first?"
-Human- "I did, but this seems more like a Jedi problem then Corsec. I don't know if their equipped to handle a rouge Jedi like that. He tore through those cartel members pretty fast."

A slight ripple in the Force, as of a presence approaching the Academy could be felt. An aura tinged with a latent sense of dignity and experience paused outside the entrance of the Jedi Academy as a petite female paused to take in the sight. She'd been here before on more than one occasion, but the last time, Serrin had asked her to make Corellia her home. At first glance Jade looked almost fragile, but if one looked closer at her face its angular features evidenced a spine of steel underlying her frame. Time was doing its bit to soften her face, though she still would probably not be considered a "traditional" beauty. It was her dark green eyes, and their magnetic gaze, framed by long hair that was almost completely silver-white, that drew second looks from those around her. Her tunic was black and silver, form-fitting. At her waist was her own lightsaber, a knife, and on the left side, a second lightsaber the hilt of which was still blackened from burn marks. Overall was a voluminous dark grey robe cut on the traditional Jedi pattern. An encompassing sense of alertness made it obvious that howevermuch she might be 'Jedi,' this woman was, or at least had been, a warrior at heart.
Jade stopped, reaching out in the Force to see if she could find Serrin. The Twi'Lek female was one of her oldest friends and she was looking forward to seeing her again. Her pet vornskr, Selaya, followed closely upon her heels, pointy ears twitching as she listened with all her being. Her long prehensile tail flicked back and forth in midair as she moved with the innate grace of her kind, predatory eyes glaring this way and that. In some ways, she might be considered an 'extension' of her owner? companion? Obviously she was not 'tame'...
Hmmm, perhaps someone nearby will know of Serrin's whereabouts. I know she is 'here'...but it is a matter of pinpointing that exact location, and if she's busy I have no wish to intrude. With those thoughts, Jade looked about, then using the Force, addressed Serrin quietly to let her friend know she was in the vicinity.

@ Asalla Dy
Front Entrance
Hyatt nods with a friendly smile when Asalla introduces herself and explains that she had heard of the academy from her Master, "No need to apologize, love, you got around to introducing yourself at the end, didn't you? So, given that you did, I'd say there's no need to lament your lack of manners at all, wouldn't you? Tilting his head to the side inquisitively, Hyatt asks, Your Master told you of the academy, did he? Are you here simply to see it for yourself then, love? Or is there anything . . . more specific that brings you here now?"

Academy Grounds
Carak Fervse'dra - a diminuitive, elderly female Bothan dressed in a sand colored underskirt worn with a matching short sleeved and cropped blouse worn beneath a forest green sari wrapped about her waist with one end draped over her right shoulder, at a glance, might not appear like a Jedi at all; her light brown chestnut fur with walnut colored clan markings is visibly greying at the temples, and the wrinkles at the corners of her green eyes give an impression of advanced age. Her deportment and movements, however, tell a different tale, both possesed of an almost youthful vigor that matches the glint in her eyes, and she moves with the watchful, poised feline grace of a dancer - is returning to the academy after her first class of the morning, typically held on the grounds of the academy rather than in a class room, weather permitting, when her path crosses that of a human male and a male Zabrak.
Lifting a furry brown hand to hail the duo, Carak calls out in her throaty purr of a voice, "Good morrrning gentleman! I'm Masterrr Ferrrvse'dra, an instrrructorrr herrre at the academy. Is therrre something I might help you lads with then?"

Academy Grounds
Having sensed the Force assisted telepathic hail of my old friend, I focus to maintain the connection it has forged between our minds and send my thoughts along it to her, letting her know that I am indeed here; am pleased that, as time has no often afforded us the opportunity to enjoy one another's company, we will be allowed to spend time with one another now; and that I am, at present, in the dining hall of the academy where she should, of course, come at once to join me.

Asalla looks at her feet, "Well actually I didn't hear about it from my Master...," she frowns and kicks the floor as if there would be a rock there to kick. "I just came here 'cause I was curious about this place. I'd never heard about it before and, well, I guess I just came out of curiosity then. Sorry if I'm causing you any trouble. I could leave...." Asalla glances out the doorway towards her small red Jedi starfighter.

With a sense of decision that might have appeared sudden to others in the Entrance Hall, Jade turned down a side corridor leading off to the Dining Hall closely followed by Selaya. She smiled. It was always good to catch up with Serrin, and now it seemed that they might actually end up working together in the future. Undoubtedly Serrin was already aware of her movement towards her location, but Jade effectively gave her the same impression via the Force.

*The human male looked at the Bothan Jedi almost hesitantly before speaking.*
-Human- "Yes my friend I here have something you might want to see." *He elbowed the his friend who quickly handed over the holorecorder.* "We were out.. trying to film some Cartel members last night, but we caught more on film then we imagined."
*He turned on the recorder and handed it to the Jedi, there on the screen played out the scene from the alleyway. From the force users dropping from his vintage point, to his methodical slaughter of each cartel member. The holo ended with an image of the force user facing in the cameras direction, providing a good view of him. He was wearing a black tactical vest, dark brown cargo pants , combat boots and a black shemagh that covered from the bridge of his nose down only revealing his eyes and dark hair. The last image frozen on the screen was the mans cold stare almost looking directly at the camera.*
-Human- "We were going to go to the police, but we figured it was better to show you first. I'm not sure who he is, but he does his job well."

Through the academy Entrance way, not too far off is the Administrative Offices, in the absence of the Chief Administrator, Deputy Administrative Knight Isra Bel takes on the duties of the day-to-day needs of the Jedi Academy here on Corellia while the Headmasters are seeing to their duties to the Order. It is a relatively quiet time for the Academy, enrollment is slow, and the times for meditations are long. The beautiful young Hapan knight has been appraised to be on high alert by the Jedi High Council due to the recent attacks by the Mandalorian Empire. Still, no sign of any threat just yet, but the rigors of administration keeps Isra Bel with her hands full. Class assignments, younglings need caring etc.

The banshee came with tourist charter. With several flight changes the papertrail became so fuzzy and hard to look after that nobody would really care. Through Shadaa and Hutta to more frindge worlds like Anobis, Alderaan where she could just take a strait flight to corellia. She never knew where she was though. Every time she had to ask for directions. Thrice had they led her wrongly. The first time she just got lost, the second time they tried to rob her, this was on nar Shadaa. Four men and a woman waited on her in an alley. Four men and a woman now rot in an alley killed with their own weapons. THe third time a small time upstart Hutts henchmen took all her stuff. This time they were significantly more, so she could not act on it. She had to get those things back, especially the communicator. For two days she scouted the compound where the foolish hutts henchmen lived, and on the third she sneaked inside, cut the mans throat, and took back all her belongings. On her way out she "freed" a twilek dancer. She was her companion from now on.
The twileks dancers name was soon forgotten harsh pressure on the mind can do that to you. All banshees are thought to train new banshees in their stead while on missions alone. If they would die there is at least someone to report of their faliure, or someone to take up the weapons and continue. The Banshee and the slave manadged to get off hutta and to Anobis where their money ran out. The Banshee had drilled the dancer slave hard every day and night phisicaly and psihically, teaching her the basics of unarmed combat and true servitude under the Mistress. They were delayed a couple days on anobis for this, and also to rob and steal enough money to last them a good while. Here, the Banshee made the Dancer kill with her bare hands for the first time. And a second. A third. She was drilled to like it.
They got off anobis acting as a dancing troup. With the money they had they could buy new cloths that would make them look exotic and easyer to get through customs. A couple of twileks in company of men usually did flag warningsigns, because of the huge traficing in slavery but two twileks whom seem very independent were didnt. They hif their slaves collars with scarfs. They could easily get to corellia.
Here, the Banshee used most of her remaining cash to buy expensive cloths and survival gear for the Dancer. The Dancer was sent out into the woods north of the Jedi Accademy to hunt and live off the land. To sneak and learn to sneak, to kill her food and gather for shelter and survival. She was told to be at a specific place every noon for further training. By this time, the Dancer was broken in her mind, only focussing on doing what the Banshee said, because she had known what would happen if she did not. Her new scars both to body and mind brought on by the harsh drilling had broken her fully. She was on the way of becoming a banshee herself.
That day, when the banshee let go of her new child, the Dancer, a lovely yellow twilek in a red silken dress, no armments just a backpack with all the things a female twilek could need walked up to the Jedi Accademy gates. Besides the dress and the backpack she also wore a slaves collar. She simply walked up to it and stopped waiting, staring at the gates untill someone would ask her what the kriff she is doing there anyways.
The Banshee was a yellow twilek, and she had not earned her name yet. She was just called Number 5. The Dancer, a green twilek has not even earned a new designation yet, she just... was.

-- Jedi Knight Isra Bel--
The beautiful raven-haired Hapan jedi was going about her administrative duties while the regular the Administrator was on leave, when she receives a data alarm charm on her datapad alerting her that there are visitors at the front entrance. Seeing as she was in the Administrators Office, not too far from the entrance, the Hapan elects to visit in person. She straightens her customary green robes, signifying the Corellian Academy robes before exiting to embark on the short trip down the hall to the front entrance.
Isra nods politely to the sentry just inside the door, before she instructs the sentry to open the door.
The Hapan jedi smiles politely and bows with elegance, and introduces herself to the twi'lek. "Welcome, I am Deputy Administrator Isra Bel, Jedi Knight here at the Corellian Academy. What brings you to the academy today?"
