Loki turned back and listened as Zalor's friend tried to hail something he nodded solemnly about revenge. "I am no Jedi Zalor Anneri, I have my own scor..." Loki halted in his tracks and looked back at the inn, now that the storm had clamed the flames had resurged to consume the building, and with it the last of the Skywalker line. "Kel'an Skywalker." Loki said quietly. And turned to Zalor his face somber, he had not yet been able to apologize for the countless crimes he had committed against the man. "There's no way back..." Loki said turning away and urging the others to the evacuation point. "We must hurry, I have a bad feeling about something.." Loki said quietly looking back at the inn once more. Wishing beyond words that he could atone for his sins.
Inside the Inn Kel'an laid on the couch, slowly coming to. He was too weak to move but he slowly opened his eyes and looked around he was in an unfamiliar place, alive? How? A demon, Loki and some girl where all he remembered. The walls where flickering, how weird he thought, the smoke hadn't yet reached him flames creeping in from all sides, he slowly turned his head and saw the flames, in the distance he could hear the din of blaster fire, muffled explosions. So the first order had attacked, or perhaps some other faction who knew. He coughed as smoke filled his lungs. Flames slowly creeping closer, the heat scorching him. Out of the flames came a group of bluish figures slowly a very tall Zabrak at the forefront. "It is time Kel'an." He said holding out a hand, Kel'an coughed once more and smiled wanly at his master. "I don't deserve this..." He wheezed out. Dash shook his head and touched Kel'an's shoulder and with that he felt not the heat as it consumed his body, but peace, peace at last.

After a moment of vigilance, the Commandos relaxed. They approached slowly, from all sides, before throwing cuffs at his feet.
"What's your name, Zabrak."

The clone kicked the cuffs back at the trooper gently. "You can call me..Lo...Lord Venator, Dark lord of the Sith. "He said quietly. "I wish an audience with your commander and if I am to get one I go freely as an honored guest, or I go with your head in my hand." The clone said removing his helm and smiling toothily at the trooper. "Your choice, now take me to your leader."

The Deathtrooper looked at him silently, before removing his own helmet and looking at the Zabrak closely for a moment.
"As you wish."
The Troopers began to move swiftly through the streets, and more than once Venator would witness the terrible weapon the First Order were preparing to unleash - canisters if Dioxin nerve gas were being prepared for the first of the Alliance troops who would relieve the city.
The going was slow, with several RPF units still holding positions that had to be avoided. Eventually the Troopers arrived at the plaza, where they found themselves among the last to arrive. Rusper Blunt and his staff had already withdrawn, so Venat5was bundled into a shuttle, which rose through orbit.
Once in space, the shuttle was accompanied by a TIE fighter escorted, as they made their way towards the Imperial Star Destroyer Starhammer, command ship of Commodore Reinhard Yularen.
The Zabrak was led swiftly to the bridge, which was preparing its systems for the clash with the rebel ships, where Commodore Yularen was waiting.

------The RPF Checkpoint at Museum Street------- Within minutes, Zalor, Loki, R2 and the Ja'raak Inn staff, along with a few more civilians they had collected along the way, made it to the RPF Checkpoint. They were on edge and battle-weary, so they were quick to vet Zalor and his entourage before they were allowed in. Every Neubian that had an ID showed it to the checkpoint commander, and Zalor vouched for Loki. They were let inside without any further fuss.
As they entered the safe zone, Zalor could sense that the fighting had died down. There were no First Order troops in their immediate vicinity, and a seemingly untimely rainstorm had started to fall, drenching the city and starting to put out fires. Zalor could sense that the storm might have had something to do with one certain Echani Nightsister, who he was sure had done her fair share of fighting. Fortunately, he could sense Sinina and Tanara's life forces not far from them, and he could sense that they were safe.
True to Corporal Jevaux's word, when they arrived at the safe zone, Otoh Gunga gungan warriors were assisting RPF soldiers with directing civilians toward the boat docks, where rows upon rows of Gungan bongo submarines were being filled with scores of escaping Theed residents. Zalor was slightly relieved when he saw Kilo, the Toydarian mechanic he was friends with, flutter onto one of them. Zalor felt bad for the Toydarian - no doubt his business had gone up in smoke as well.
Zalor waited until all the other civilians that were in his care made it safely onto the submarines. At last, when it was their turn, a Gungan commander walked up to him...
"Mee'sa Jedi? Dis'in next bongo is for you'sa and you'sa companions. Dee'sa Naboo told us'un what you did for dee'sa udder people. You'sa hero." The Gungan motioned toward a much larger bongo, one normally used for the Gungan Bosses. Apparently, word of Zalor's and his friends' heroics had reached the ears of the Gungan leadership, and Zalor was to be treated as a VIP.
Zalor bowed graciously to the Gungan commander. "Thank you, friend. And - I wasn't just doing that to be heroic. These are my people, too." Zalor quietly motioned toward the Ja'raak Inn staff to get in the submarine. They quietly obeyed - all except Dorme, who stopped in front of Zalor, her face tear-stained. "Zal...Zal, what are we gonna do? Where do we go from here? Our homes are gone - and my family is halfway across the planet. I can't afford to..."
Zalor put a reassuring hand on Dorme's shoulder. "Dorme - I'm gonna take care of you and the others until we can figure something out. Don't worry - you can come with us. Get on the sub."
[Whistle-moan] Artoo rolled up to the young woman and did his best to calmly reassure Dorme that everything would be alright. Before long, Dorme nodded, then quietly boarded the sub with the other Ja'raak Inn staff members, with Artoo following close behind her.
Zalor and Loki were the last two to board the Gungan sub. As they did so, Zalor turned to Loki once more with a concerned look on his face. "I can sense what you're sensing, too. I hope you have a way of contacting Master Raven, so we can meet up with her and the others. We're gonna have to leave the planet pretty quick."
Once everyone was on board the bongo, it took off, and the Gungan pilot submerged it under the river. As soon as it submerged, it took off, headed toward Lake Country, at a rapid speed.

*Shade had moved out of his hide his sniper rifle now strapped to his back - its stock folded up to reduce clutter and a pair of DC-17's in his hands as he dropped down from the rooftop onto a back alley way. He noticed the ground troops retreating along with the air forces, the few that remained after the sound thrashing Shade's hand build defense network had given them. But regardless of his defense he was no fool. He was outnumbered probably 1000 to 1 and any imperial commander would know that. If they were retreating it meant one of two things. They got what they came for and they were leaving, or something far worse was on the way.
Seeing as to how he had no way knowing which was which shade opted to take the worst case scenario. Which means there was something else that needed to be done. Moving through the backroutes of the city - avoiding the areas that had been laid flat by the cowardly bombing runs. Theed reminded him to harshly of Coruscant, the methods the sith employed to weaken the will of the people. What these idiots failed to understand was that actions such as this - the brutal force shown by the foolish, did not weaken anyone - only made them stronger, caused them to unite. Shade was born of this type of strife, and he was no stranger to what was about to come.
Seeing as to how there were no more patrols moving through the city he made his way to the security headquaters just outside the Palace district, With the security force being out securing the city, no doubt pulling the local populous to the security shelters below the palace district as was the norm during an invasion the streets would be empty of most of the citizens, the only people out would be the few royal guards and Theed security forces.
Activating the personal cloaking device he slipped into the building. Surprisingly the building was empty - no doubt the force to guard it had moved out to aide the people as the deathtroopers moved through. And now the defense of the city was left to Shade. Moving into the command room he activated the main computer which asked immediately for authorization. Cursing under his breath he spent the next several minutes hacking into the system before finally gaining complete access to the cities defensive matrix.*
"There we are... now... Shields up!"
Theed's city wide shield matrix sprung to life and slowly moved to envelop the core of the city, including the Palace district - the last stragglers had secured themselves within the fallout shelters that were now quartered off and secured by the remaining forces of the Theed security team while the few remaining GA fighters began setting up a perimeter well within the shield's range. Theed was taken by surprise once - that would not happen so easily a second time.
*Shade fiddled with the Shield's modulation frequencies finding the perfect setting to deflect blaster fire - energy weapons - planetary bombardment devices and anything akin to that variety of weaponry, but something didn't feel right. Pulling up the holographic network from the remaining security cameras positioned throughout the city it only took a moment to find where the FO troops had made their stand. It took a moment to adjust the security camera's to zoom in enough to see what exactly was keeping the enemy troops from their assault, and there it was. Shade was paralyzed in fear as he blinked and reread the canister markings. Dioxis. After a moment he adjusted the settings again and the shield covering the city turned shade from blue to red as the frequencies on the shield began to change."
"Your move, cowards..."

Adi noticed a lot of First Order troop movement out of Theed via his small drone network. The soldiers were stopping, and dropping some kind of canisters as they evacuated. Immediately, he ordered the drones to scan the containers for toxins, and within moments had confirmation of his worst fears....containers of Dioxis. There were also multilple radar contacts showing First Order air support movement that looked like preparations for an attack on the GA troops that had landed.
There was literally no time to waste. He had to notify the Alliance troops of this threat immediately. The Arkanian had Gregory break through all Gallactic Alliance transmission frequencies, and began to speak. He just hoped they listened....
::Attention all Galactic Alliance commanders. This is Skylar Winchester of the Wayward Son Crew....I have drones in the air over Theed. They are detecting large quantities of Dioxis gas containers through the city, and the First Order is pulling out. I am transmitting the canister locations to you so you may deal with them before they cause a holocaust amongst the population. There is also a formation of TIE attack ships coming your way to hit the city..Looks like they are the ones to finish off the survivors of the gas attack. Get the people to safety, and watch your backs....These First Order assholes really mean business. Winchester, out.::
If the GA did not listen, or did not believe him, thousands would die. It was out of Adi's hands now though....they could do as they wished with the information.

After a moment he adjusted the settings again and the shield covering the city turned shade from blue to red as the frequencies on the shield began to change.""Your move, cowards..." Explosions rang out across Theed, and the security forces, such as they were, rushed to exact an evacuation. But the logistics were complicated, with many young people unschooled in the procedures, and more and more were called away from their posts to help, leaving fewer and fewer men to actually mount a defense. Soon, the Royal Guard would be deployed to backfill their ranks, but that would not happen until the Palace was locked down. In the mean time, it would not have taken more than one man to turn on the city-wide shields, so what had gone so horribly wrong? That answer was to be found at the business end of one of the bombing runs. The last, dying thought on the mind of the shield technician as all hell broke loose was that he should have spent the night at work, just in case the shields were needed before the maintenance overhaul was complete. But he had gotten complacent after years of peace, and going home to some good rum had sounded better. And then the darkness took him, and their was no more time to consider how many of his fellow citizens he had doomed.Their readiness had been exposed, but there was at least one woman in Theed who never lost her cool in these situations. The Palace shields alone could not withstand this firepower. Someone had to get the city-wide shields online. After confirming that the Queen was safe in her bunker deep below the palace, the former Senator Alyse Naberrie slipped through ancient tunnels beneath the surface, dragging two Royal Naboo Security Forces troopers with her along a route even they barely knew existed. Finally, after what seemed like two hours but was probably closer to 20 minutes, they burst through a disused service door into the main shield control room for the city, guns drawn, to face -- someone who clearly didn't belong down here.=Alyse=Her eyes went from the man's face to the control board in front of him, and then to the large tactical screens on the far wall. The shield was up and charging. Her face changed from fury to one of pure bewilderment. "W-what on Naboo is this?" She gasped, lowered his blaster a few inches. There was a pause as the young woman shook her head to clear her long brown hair from her eyes, and the troopers took up flanking positions on either side of her. "That is to say, who are you, and what are you doing here? This is a restricted area."

*Shade barely registered the presence of the three security guards that broke into the shield monitoring room, at least physically. His eyes were focused on the dual screen display before him - one showing the technical readouts of the shield modulation frequency, the other a diagnostic program he had just written and now had running against the current shield calibration. Each time the the diagnostic finished it would blink red, bringing a groan of annoyance from shade as his fingers began flying over the keys once again, rewriting the shield calibration matrix over and over again looking for the proper mod frequency to satisfy the diagnostic. The sound of blaster packs charging was the only thing that brought him back to the room, and he barely heard the words being directed at him but he still managed to respond, though his voice was still obviously distracted by the code he continued to pound into the keys.*
"You cannot possibly expect a man who covers his face to ever answer that question..."
*Shade continued his code and ran the diagnostic again, once again coming up negative. He cursed under his breath still not turning towards the three guards or reaching for his weapons - the blaster pistols once again in the holsters on each hip and his sniper rifle slung across his shoulder. He was garbed in a slim stealth suit, minimal armoring across his vital areas such as his torso and his neck and head. a shield upon his shoulder carried markings but they were to faded to be recognized, and the stealth suit head piece obscured his face and the visor covering his eyes was a bright green. Diagnostic - negative - annoyed groan.*
"As for what I am doing - i dont know if you were aware, but the retreating imperial forces are dropping canisters of Dioxis along their path. If even one of those cans bursts - with current wind conditions - hundreds could die."
*Diagnostic - negative - annoyed groan - faster typing*
"Citizens are still being evacuated to the shelters and the shield protects the city - I am attempting to find a modulation frequency that will distort the molecules of the energy shield to a point where it would not only disperse energy blasts but also keep the gas out as well... The modulation is possible... but your shielding is not equipped for it, so I have to write the code for your shield generators to modulate the proper energy fluctuation. If you believe you can do better i'll stand aside... otherwise kindly shut up and wait."

Rather than wait any longer, the last FO company fulfilled their last orders for this operation.
With the communication block lifted, orders to activate the hundreds of cannisters placed around the city came through. Originally intended to butcher a GA division, ever increasing severity of the combat in space now preempted that move, but why wast good Dioxis? The gas had been placed by retreating troops, and there was certainly a huge amount now in place.
The Captain in command input his code, and the ominous green gas began to spew out of the many containers. The final FO shuttle finally began to withdraw into the sky.

====Naboo Ground Defense Forces====
After Naboo's ground defenses received word from the contact referring to himself as 'Winchester', and were given the locations of the dioxis canisters that the First Order left behind, the Royal Army of Naboo went into action attempting to neutralize and dispose of them. The Elite commando teams, equipped with rebreathers, and accompanied by Nubian YVH-1 battle droids, which were (obviously) immune to biohazards, immediately went to work on disabling and dismantling the dioxis containers. The rest of the infantry, including the Gungans from Otoh Gunga, were ordered to stay out of Theed until the newly-appointed Lt. Commander Tanaris, (assuming the position from his late superior, who had perished in the attack,) could give the all-clear. The only exception Tanaris made were the few remaining RPF checkpoints that were still evacuating civilians via the river.
While the Elite commandos and battle droids worked on locating the dioxis, Tanaris led a battalion of Naboo Royal Army infantry along the outskirts of Theed, systematically searching for any remaining First Order troops that may have straggled behind and hadn't quite reached their extraction shuttles yet. The First Order had committed a heinous crime against the sovereign kingdom of Naboo, and Tanaris was insistent on making sure he thinned this particular stormtrooper battalion's numbers as much as he could.
The teams of elite commandos gave Tanaris regular mandatory updates on their operation, every ten minutes, until they had found and successfully neutralized each canister of dioxis the First Order had deployed.

Though they were admittedly a bit late to the battle, scores of landing ships put the Umbaran Militia into play. MHC's began prowling the more heavily damaged areas, while the more vulnerable Hover Tanks covered the troops that were advancing into the rapidly receding cloud of Dioxis. Luckily, they were safe from the neurotoxin thanks to the helmets that provided them with the strange strengthening gas that had been created by the Umbarans. IAT's tunneled underground, fanning throughout the city. They were careful, however, to avoid the Royal Palace area, as initial scans had detected several bunkers beneath the surface, and it would take a more detailed scan to precisely mark them. The commander of the Umbarans was at the Naboo Docks along with a contingent of troopers and 2 tanks to protect the evacuation from potential First Order attacks. He pulled out a hologram and contacted the commander of the Naboo Defenders. Hello. I am commander of the Umbaran Militia. Sorry for our late arrival, it took a while to get across the galaxy. I would like to know the situation of what is going on in the ground area.

The Commander stood with hisntroops protecting the evacuations. Blasting any First Order ships that got too near. Understood. My troops are disposing of the gas as we speak, and I am using my Impending Assault Tanks to funnel through the wreckage to look for survivors. In addition, my MHC’s are also searching for survivors with an infrared scanner, as well as assisting with gas disposal

Theed - Shield control facility
*Shade's typing was growing faster and faster - on the viewport screens above the security feeds showed most of the canisters near the front lines having been dealt with and disposed of already but the ones released closer to the cities center had been caught by the evening wind off the water and their deadly contents quickly being carried towards the fall out shelters near the edge of the city near the palace - the area the shields had focused on protecting - time was running out.
Diagnostic - Negative - typing
Shade cursed this time slamming his hands down on the table in a show of frustration before his fingers returned to the keyboard once again. He had fallen silent - ignoring the guards moving around him - effectively surrounding him. Another diagnostic series fail, and another. He looked up at the view screens attempting to think of anything - something that could save them and set his keys to the board one final time. The gas had nearly reached the ventilation shafts...
Diagnostic... ... ... It lasted longer than before... Inconclusive!
Shade froze the diagnostic had not failed, but it had not succeeded either causing the screen to flash yellow. He shook his head slightly but keyed in the modulation frequency that he had just wrote, he didn't have any time to make it better or work out the kinks. The shield on the viewport began to change color - turning a dark shade of red from the bright shimmering blue that it had been a moment before. Alarms began to sound - warning alarms notifying that the shield had begun to fail - a dreaded sound that would have driven a chill into any shield tech in the room - Shade raised his hands to keep them from taking their stations and changing anything.
"Leave it!"
Shade didn't say anything further - simply watched as the shield modulation change took full affect only a few moments before the billowing clouds of gas reached the shield wall. Shade didn't even realize he had been holding his breath until the cloud halted at the shield wall dispersing upwards into the air over the shield harmlessly being released into the atmosphere. Shade softly chuckled and raised his hands above his head.
"Alright I'm done... you can arrest me now..."

RNSF Shield Control Station
=Alyse= As the returning Naboo security forces and shield controllers moved about the room, resuming their duty stations, Alyse's eyes never moved from the intruder. He was a skilled slicer, and he was helping. The two security troopers she had brought with her had been joined by six others, as well as the three shield controllers, who formed a tight, tense ring around the stranger. No one moved to stop him, but it would have been clear from their body language that none trusted him.
Except the politician. Ignoring everything else, her focus was on the viewport screens and the security feeds as the gas was dispersed harmlessly above the city. When the stranger raised his hands in surrender, two of the troopers quickly grabbed for his wrists, and one of them produced a pair of stuncuffs, but Alyse took a step forward and held out her hand.
"No." She said. "Escort him out of here, and let him go."
The troopers looked surprised, but they nodded in agreement.
Alyse extended her right hand to the stranger. "I don't know who you are or where you came from, but the Naboo thank you for your assistance."

Shield Control Room
*As soon as the guards released him he lowered his hands and crossed them somewhat defensively in front of him, one hand holding onto the opposing wrist as he tilted his head and looked curiously at the oddly dressed leader of these troopers. She wasn't military, he could tell that much, but then again he wasn't sure what passed for a military on this planet so he could be wrong. When she ordered him out of the room he nodded slowly - not expecting such treatment but it did save him to the trouble of breaking out of whatever prison they held him in later. Shade smiled - though through the stealth suit mask the gesture would have been overlooked - save for the tone in his voice when he spoke.*
"Gadriel'lora'lya of the Felucian Conclave is responsible for the lives I saved today... My only regret is that I could not have saved more. And thank you for the offer... but I can find my way from here... good day, miss."
*He gave a sort of half bow and when he came back up fingered a command into his wrist-gaunt control pad and his stealth suit activated and he quickly disappeared from sight. Some might have felt a brush of air as he moved passed, those with the sharpest eyes may have noted the shimmer of the cloaking tech as he moved out of the room, but within moments he was gone - and not a sound had been made.

The wind blew across the outdoor cafe, granting a calm and refreshing feeling. It blew through the woman's hair as she sipped her drink, staring out at the lake. It was relaxing her, a place where someone could come and live peacefully. At times, she longed for it, desiring to just let go of everything about herself and just live life normally. And why couldn't she? Even more, why shouldn't she? She had led a good life thus far, despite only being twenty-three. But she didn't know if she could do such a thing.
Anya took in a deep breath as the wind blew through her long brown hair. Her jade eyes took in the view. It was the place her ancestor, Tyra Syen, was born. It was a wonderful place, mostly devoid of the conflict she saw in the galaxy except for a recent incident. She needed this, since she felt as if she didn't have anything else in the galaxy. Three years ago, she had been apart of the First Order as an Imperial Knight. Though she felt out of place due to her connection to the dark-side, she stayed at the request of the Supreme Commander, Nicademus Delvardus IV. She was happy there. There were occasional times where he would engage in training spars with her. It was during those moments she began to feel something for him. She thought he did as well, yet her thoughts were proven wrong when she discovered the encounters between him and a Knight of Ren, Illaria Ren. It began to bother her to the point she couldn't bare being around. Between being viewed as a liability by the Knights and knowing someone that she had feelings for didn't share them, she left.
And so, here she was, trying to find new purpose for herself and her life.

As Anya sat there staring out at the lake, a woman walked up and took a seat beside her. Leaning back in her chair, she propped up her leg and took a drink of her beverage. She stayed silent for a moment before finally speaking. "Thinking about why you left? Or thinking about staying here?"
She gave a slight chuckle as she brushed a stray black hair from her face. Her pale blue eyes glanced over to Anya for a moment, waiting for an answer before looking back at the lake. Kia had a similar thought about this place. Different from Anya, Kia had lived for a long time, the majority of it spent in hiding and just wandering. Hatred held her for most of it, revenge against her brothers, Gavin and Falcor, slowly festering. Three years ago, she had attempted to kill her last remaining brother, Gavin, only for the truth she had misunderstood to be revealed. While she still had a dislike for Force-sensitives but was able to get passed her feelings. And a place like this would be nice to finally settle and live.
Kia had been with Anya during the creation of the First Order, though she was really only there alongside Gavin while he aided Anya. With him already gone, she was ready to make her way when everything happened with Anya. She made the choice to let the woman come with her as they worked to figure out where to go and what to do.
