Kent sits down and begins to read. The book didn't include all the forms. It was far too old for that. It kept referencing an external power pack for a lightsaber. Only the first three forms were talked about. Kent could picture the weakness and strengths in her head. She played through full battles in her head using each one. The more she read, something kept hinting at the back of her head. She had read some of Jedi writings since she had been here. Even before, back in her former life, she would be able to get Jedi writings on her datapad. Nothing deep, but things written by Jedi. This was different. Word choice, syntax, grammar, sentence structure, none of it seemed Jedi. It was not overly aggressive, or calling on emotions to be used, but she couldn't shake the truth of the book. It was not written by a Jedi, it was written by an ancient Sith. Nothing about it screamed Sith. In no way was it anti Jedi or pro darkside. It was all hermeneutics, the book was small and insignificant, it was no surprise that it was missed. Kent tried to think as to why the Force called her to this book, this Sith written book, but she could come up with nothing. She wondered if she should point out the book's origins to someone, but she was worried about how to bring it up to a master.

*Aerandir was happy to answer any questions Eruestan might've had during the journey from the courtyard to the archives. Occasionally Lucy would chime in with a passing comment or question, but Mina stayed completely silent as usual. Once they reached the archives, Aerandir knelt down, allowing Lucy to slide off his back. Standing again, he gestured inside.* "Well, here we are. Your clearance should still work; if not, well I'm here to help take care of that. Is there anything else you might need?"

Tywalker's face gleamed with peace knowing old friends and allies were alive and well. However, his thoughts laid heavily on Anna. He adopted her, which mean she was his responsibility. He promised to take care of her and look out for her, and as of late he was doing a poor job of that. Failure of which tormented him for time to time whether someone spoke her name or not.
His eyes focused on Makia's for a moment and his mind honed with a precision only the Force could aid him in the discovery of her false claim towards Anna. He spoke with a determined tone that a love of a father could only hold." Please, Makia. If I have any purpose for the moment besides the will of the Force, is to find her. Whatever her fate might be, it will bring me peace and perhaps a means as to where I should go next and what I may do." Tywalker's mind flickered with memories of the life with his family he once had. If he had that again, or at least closure, perhaps he could start to get to work on something. Perhaps back with the council or something else. His heart beat faster at the thought of such reunion before softly speaking once more." Home's come and go, but Naboo would be a good place to go because Ary means just as much to me. But if I go there knowing I could have found Anna and didn't, how could I face the one I called my love? We deserve answers. I need to find her, my friend." He eagerly awaited her response, with care for the fondness he also shared for Makia. But if he was to make any progress to further his adventures in the universe once more, he needed stepping stones which were always appreciated. Tywalker grabbed Makia's hands warmly, and squeezed with a gentle kindness that one could find pleading for the mercy of knowledge that he sought. His form showed no weakness to others unworthy, but to Makia he would lay all his trust and faith in aid. Makia closed her eyes. For some reason she felt conflict, but not with her second self. No, Marki had fallen oddly silent, and for that, the black haired woman was grateful. She figured Ty deserved to know the truth, and she wasn't really in the business of protecting people. Still, she spoke with a measure of gentleness. The last I heard, she had been taken off the planet Dagobah with serous injuries- and taken to Yavin IV for treatment. There was a large conflict there which pretty much leveled the Jedi temple there- and from what I heard, her body was never found. A lot of people think she didn't survive. But- I mean, it's Anna...she would have seen something like that coming... She gave a deep frown and put her arm around Ty's shoulders. I might be a jerk but I hate telling people bad news... especially nice people like you. I'm sorry. She said gently.

Mostly on what the reformation of the Order had led to as far as unified doctrines and the like. He was impressed at how much little Lucy knew. As they reached the Archives the Knight nodded in appreciation for Aerandir's help.Thank you, Master. I can tell that the Order was well taken care of while I was away. I should be fine from here though. And if you think of anything you or the Order needs, I would love to make myself useful again. He bows to Aerandir, and then to the children with a smile.Thank you for your hospitality.

*Aerandir returned the bow, an action the two girls mimicked. While Lucy's was impressive for her age, Mina's was more hesitant; despite having been part of the Jedi for two years, she wasn't quite used to bowing, nor did she really understand why it was necessary.*
"If there's anything I can have you do, I'll let you know," *said Aerandir as he stood.* "Similarly feel free to approach me or the Council if you're wanting to be active ahead of time. Anything in particular you'd tend towards?"

Eruestan entered his clearance code into a nearby console and it hummed to life, bring up the interface and the last subjects Eruestan had looked at before his departure. On the screen were techniques for selecting and training a padawan. He reminisced about his last attempt, before the journey to the dark tower, where he nearly fell to the darkside, and what prompted his self imposed exile. If he had to choose one thing he regretted above all the rest, it was not saying goodbye or explaining himself to his former padawan, Naomi, before he left.
I'm really up for any challenge you or the Council has for me. I just hope to make up for lost time. If you need a front line warrior, I'll be there. If you need someone to watch over the younglings, you can count on me.

She did wonder how old it was and how long it had been here at the base. Maybe later on she'd inquire about it. But for now, she opted to leave the girl in peace and let her read, though she remained nearby in case the girl had any questions. In the meantime, the archives were full of interesting reads so she decided to start browsing to see if anything caught her eye.*

With a chuckle, he replied,* "Well, fortunately, they've no shortage of backup caretakers should I need them, but I'll definitely let you know if you're needed for more 'menial' labor." For a moment he believed business concluded and started to back away and say his farewells, but he stopped after a single step, a thought coming to his mind.* "... are you still wanting to take on a Padawan?"

Eruestan thought for a moment. He was unsure, since it was partly his attachment to his last Padawan that lead him to almost falling. With a sigh, Eruestan shook his head and solemnly replied.
I do not think I am ready for the responsibility, though someday I would be honored to pass on my knowledge to the next generation. Though by the looks of it they are already well on the way.
He said the last part mostly to the two younglings with Aerandir.
Though I thank you for considering me, Master.
Though his words were steady and sounded sure, his mind was still not made up on the matter, something Eruestan may not even know.

*He nodded in understanding before chuckling.* "I didn't actually mean these two. It's another girl, one who's... had her galaxy turned upside-down on her not too long ago. I understand your feelings though, but if you change your mind, let me know."

Wait! Eruestan calls out before he even knew what he was doing. His mind was still confused and not made up but it seemed the Force was making it up for him. ...I would like to meet her... before I decide if I will or wont take on a Padawan.

Workers with the Council of First Knowledge moved through the archives, transporting a number of crates of varying shape and size. All of them originated on Talus, where the Council of First Knowledge was moving its operations from there to the main temple on Felucia. Not only did it move the artefacts from the border of First Order and Galactic Alliance space, it meant increased security in the event the Knights of Ren or the Sith came searching for them. As the crates arrived, they were taken down into the storage vaults deep beneath the base, to protect the artefacts and prevent their corruptive presence from affecting any of the Padawans

*Aerandir almost smirked at Eruestan's response. Almost. But it was at the very least amusing, and in a way heartwarming that the returning Knight would be so eager to reach out to potentially aid another that way. Nodding, he said,* "I could look for her and bring her back here?" *He chuckled.* "Or should I give you time to 'make yourself presentable' first?"

Eruestan caught a glimpse of himself in one of the darkened monitors nearby and took in his wild man look. He then took a deep breath and realized how little bathing in a stream did to clean one of the smell of the wilds. The Knight blushed before bowing low to the Jedi before him.
I apologize for me state, Master and younglings. I will retire to my quarters and refresh myself with some modern amenities before I go and make more of a fool of myself.
Rising from the bow he made to leave the Archives but stopped and over his shoulder, said. Thank you, Master. I will not let this chance be in vain.

*The seeming surprise and embarrassment over his state and apology for it made Lucy giggle; even Mina cracked a small smile. Smiling, Aerandir returned the bow with a half one before waving off his apology.* "Don't worry about it. What do you expect, being gone that long? You're fine." *With another nod, he added,* "You have my faith as well." *When Eruestand disappeared, Aerandir set off in search of the girl in question...*

Maroth once again entered the Archives, but this time his pace was brisk. Immediately he sat down at the nearest free terminal and prompted a series of questions about any groups that would fit within the parameters he needed. Several hundred results were shown and Maroth scrolled through them until one caught his eye.
Oh my. The New Jensaarai Order. Looks like someone has some grand ideas.
Indeed. Those grand ideas can be useful to us if they are implemented correctly.
Then I suppose we should go to Geonosis and find this Zed.
Maroth scanned the message once more before logging out of the terminal. He sat for a moment in complete stillness before surging to his feet and heading back out into Felucia.

Qas ruffled a hand through his hair in desperation and a show offstigue, he sat back from the console and tilted his head back to look up at the vaulted ceiling and give his eyes a rest, he placed fingertips either side of his temples and massaged away the pressure he felt.
He'd been staring at the screen for hours, sifting through the database not really knowing what he was supposed to be looking for in the first place, there were more than a million transcripts, documents, artifacts, holocrine and devices stored here, each one of them was significant in one way or another, what was more what potentially seemed of less value of importance was down to a point of view and Qas simply didn't know what the Sith agressors had come for. He believed and still believed the answer may lie in the archives, but for the last hour or more he had been hunting for a needle in a pile of needles. He needed a way to narrow do bywn the search. He had already compiled a list of the dark side artifacts, or devices, papers, doctrines, and ranscripts that either delved into or were themselves steeped in the dark side and now he was compiling a list of holocrine with a similar nature. He had needed a place to start and beginning with the fact the Sith had invaded in numbers he began with the obvious. He only hoped he found the source of their assault before it was too late, what if he did find "it", then what? He pushed that unhelpful notion from his mind and set back to work, his fingers flying deftly over the touch pad as the chrono ticked on and time became the ever pressing enemy that somehow seemed now in league with the Sith.

Vasari had spent the better part of the last hour working and snaking her way through the Jedi's defenses on sheer stealth and talent and strength alone. The deep state of Quay'tek that she had worked her mind into would hide her completely from even the most devote force sensitive's regardless of alignment, and finally her dedication had rewarded her with her desired location - the Jedi Base Archives.
Slipping down through the window Vasari removed her Shuko - slipping them back into the weaves in her cloak that covered her in the darkness - mostly provided by the walls - but also by the fading light outside given by the cover of the breaking storm above. She exhaled - her hearts pounding. She took a quick moment to steady herself and moved closer towards one of the data racks near where she had made her entry. She couldn't risk reaching out with the force - such an action would break her shrouded meditation and broadcast her location to any nearby. She closed her eyes and controlled her breathing and then slowly began to stalk through the library looking for an open data terminal - such was the quickest way to the information she was after.

Entrance Hallways - Archives Access.
Captain Thomas Jayne, current leader of Zhaboka Company, was slowly advancing through the main entrance hall. Resistance was fierce, as expected. But the combined efforts of Zhaboka and Void Company, they were pushing through the defenders easily enough. Major Kage was pushing his men to the limit, willing to do whatever it took to gain them access to the Archives, where they were supposed to meet up with the Sith'ari's newest apprentice, Vasari Nightshade. Having not seen her since they had made landfall, Jayne hoped the young apprentice had managed to avoid the current mess they were pushing through. While not being well versed in Vasari's methods, Jayne knew enough from her dossier to know she was resourceful and tenacious. So, in knowing that, he had a feeling the female Zabrak had managed to find an alternate route to the archives...

Vasari continued her snooping through the top floor of the Archive building - she hadn't been able to find anything very useful, the layout here was nothing like the layout at the Academy on Iridonia and it was beginning to irritate her. She had been sneaking around for about a half hour unnoticed when she decided to dare the lower levels - She was running out of time and the troops Viox was sending to support her would soon get here. It was on the second floor (from the top) that she stumbled into a section on Felucian Flora and Fauna - this section seemed to draw her interest and she spent some time flipping through pages of books and picking up data cards left on shelves moving quickly and with a meticulous mind through the information as if looking for something specific. Finally she focused on one book that she moved into a corner with for some time more before a slow smirk finally spread across her lips and she tore a page from the book. folding the page several times before slipping it into her breast wrap she tossed the book onto the ground and then began throwing more books on top of it... finally making noise for the first time since she'd been here She moved across the floor out of the section and looked around before raising her hand towards the section and letting out a blast of sith lightning from the tips of her fingers...
This did two things... first it dropped her Quay'tek all at once and her presence would have shown like a beacon to any force user within the area - the feeling of someone looking over your shoulder, that uncomfortable feeling of being watched, a brief chill - however they felt it they would know. A dark sider was near. Secondly the blast caught the small pile of books on fire hiding any evidence of what Vasari had took.
"FIRE! FIRE!"
She yelled in her best imitation of a young girlish shriek of terror and then in a very different voice Vasari began to giggle - no cackle in glee soon filling the entire archive room with the chilling sound of her joy. The Jedi did not deserve this knowledge and she would burn it to the ground - that which would burn of course. The next mission was the computers, and for that she would need help from her troopers. Now that her force powers were slowly trickling back to her she reached out to Jayne - the trooper she knew to be leading the company sent to help her.
<<Welcome to the party, Pal... I need a terminal with access to their system here, a directory would be nice, and time to peruse... Find me a terminal and get me access... I'll keep the Jedi busy until you're ready for me.>>
"HELP! HELP!"The childish girl's voice returned - just as terrified as before the force flowing through the plea for aide coming from the upper levels of the Archives - but just as soon as the plea faded the Evil laughter returned echoing through the walls as Vasari moved down level by level eyeing each section of the Archives before burning them just like before... The time for stealth was long past.
