A ship which often would come and go from Dromund Kaas appeared in orbit after a quick launch from Kaas city. The ship being scanned by Kaas control would know that this ship is liscened to a Elton Solo which currently had two life forms on board. Immediately after departure from the atmosphere Elton prepared the ship for hyperspace, and not a moments notice later the Multi-purpose transport Attack shuttle blinked into hyperspace.

The first wave of the Mandalorian Task Force dropped out of hyperspace. Two Keldabe class battleships and an Immobilizer-418 began driving towards Kaas City from the coreward side of the system. The Sith Commander ordered his defending squadron out of position, determined to protect the city from a powerful strafing run that would inflict large amounts of damage on the city below before his ships could batter through their defenses. The Mandos had been using a series of such hit and fade attacks that didn't gain much, but often left Sith and Jedi task forces missing a ship or two and a heavily damaged target in turn for virtually no damage of their own. The brutes could be beaten, and he was intent on doing so.
The Sith Commander placed his ships so that the incoming Mando ships would either have to ram into one of his Victories or change course which would put them out of a path where they could make an easy run and not be caught from behind by his fleet. The Mandalorian ships fired as they came in, his own ships matching hit for hit and started taking damage as the brutes came on, their heavy shields and hull armor absorbing hit after hit, shielding the Immobilizer behind them. At the last moment the Immobilizer accelerated and pulled up in a parallel move with one of the Keldabes and drove hard away at nearly a right angle as the Keldabes simply split and moved around the Sith fleet. The Commander ordered a pursuit of the heavy Mando ships, the small interdictors laser cannons offered no threat to his forces, and he suspected that, and the ships actions reinforced his belief that it was running from the fight. Confident that his fleets store of TIE fighters would be relatively free of danger from its laser cannons the Sith Commander ordered the entire compliment of 216 TIE series fighters and Interceptors from their hangar bays to harass the Mando ships. He was confident that the amount of annoyance they could be would keep the Mandos attention and steadily drain their shields with relatively little loss as the Mando capital ships seldom carried anti-starfighter weaponry.
The Sith ships turned in formation and began to chase the Keldabes' stern thrusters, the TIEs already beginning their attack runs, when the Sith Fleet slowed inexplicably. A quick check confirmed that the small Immobilizer-418 had turned out of effective weapons range and brought two of its gravity well generators online, one focused on his ships, and strangely enough, the other on its own two ships. He didn't understand and a quick check showed that his ships would quickly clear the effects of the gravity cone. He could understand the tactic to slow his ships down but why the Keldabes? True it had slowed his fighter forces as well, making them somewhat more predictable targets for the big ships slower tracking turbolasers, but what...
With that thought a new alarm wailed as contacts started appearing behind his fleet, starfighters, lots of starfighters....squadron after squadron, already under full power and screaming towards his ships sterns, clear glowing inviting and unprotected sterns. Sensors showed the Mandalorians' prize craft, Bes'uliik fighter bombers, their bellies heavy with bolted on ordinance meant for killing ships. He closed his eyes tightly as he ordered one Victory to turn and meet the incoming fighters as he ordered the rest to continue to go after the Keldabe ships, as he opened his eyes he saw why the interdictor had set one of its gravity cones around its own ships. The furball around the two large ships in the distance now sparkled with more colors than just green and the occasional blue. Now there was the steady streams of red rapid fire laser cannons, and sensors confirmed that three Crusader class Corvettes had appeared in formation next to the two senior capital ships and were ruthlessly brushing off the concentrated starfighter attack. Without shields and lacking heavy ordinance, the starfighters didn't have a chance and unit cohesion was the first to go as squadron leaders died almost as fast as a senior pilot realized he had been promoted, as they tried to disengage to stream back towards their own distressed capital ships. The Keldabes had also stopped running for the planet, and turned at a 90 degree angle to form a powerful battle line and started concentrating fire on one of his Imperial class Star Destroyers whose shields were already starting to flicker under the hammering.
The Mandalorian pilots were skilled and only two squadrons chose to engage the sacrificial lamb, unloading their ordinance on the doomed Victory, ion bombs and radiation bombs exploding right at the shield barrier took them down quickly and then the concussion missiles arrived, one after the other in small clusters striking the hull and punching deep before exploding, a rapid series of these in the same location quickly broke down the armor and subsequent explosions pushed deeper and deeper into the ship until they found something critical. The starfighter fuel storage exploded, ripping the ship in half the front section tumbling and the back section quickly growing dark but for secondary explosions and power generators flicking on and off as engineers shook off the fog of pain and confusion to shut down the reactors to give the crew a chance to get off the doomed ship. The other squadrons of starfighters struck hard and fast. Three squadrons lined up on the portside Imperial class and sent their missiles into the second place that had no armor on the ship, the engines. The Deaths Companion went up in a massive explosion with its main reactor, followed quickly by Serpent's Surprise, the Victory II ship on its outboard flank from the remaining ordinance on the last squadron of fighters. And then they were gone, the powerful fast, and tough starfighters raced on into the decimated and disorganized TIE wings with a speed and daring that would do honor to any squadron. Not even slowing the vastly superior craft punched new holes through the ragged ranks, not stopping to dogfight, but losing a number of fighters from collisions with debris, several lucky repeated hits, and turbolasers chasing them from the rear.
Now it was the large ships turn as the Immobilizer deactivated its gravity well generators and jumped out of the system, its job done. The Razor Claw lost its shields and shuddered under the terrific pounding it was taking, but the stern Mandalorian ship was not faring as well either, its shields flickering on and off from the remaining three ships attentions.
The big ships raged against each other as the wing of Bes'uliik fighters burned for Kaas City, getting in a number of strafing runs against a mostly undefended city, the powerful ships being able to shrug off, outrun, or outmaneuver a complacent ground commander before returning to orbit, only losing a further four fighters before they too jumped to hyperspace.
In the end the Sith Fleet took much more than it got. The Razor Claw was a burned out hulk and the last Victory II had sustained a heavy mauling, in return for a badly damaged Keldabe class ship, the lead ship having to drop back to shield its nearly crippled sister until they could both move out of effective range of the Sith Fleet. The Commander didn't feel proud of the battle, even though he knew that the Mandos had had the initiative and surprise and advanced planning on their side, he had still achieved his primary goal of not letting Kaas City take much damage. Only a few strafing attacks by the enemy fighters. And he had crippled one of the enemies ships that would take months to repair if it weren't scrapped. But the cost...the cost of capital ships and one that may have to be scrapped later... He wasn't sure if he was going to keep his commission or his head when he made his report. But that wasn't for him to decide. He took a deep breath and activated the holocom unit to make his report that the Defense Fleet of Dromund Kaas, could not be counted on to fulfill its duty a second time.

Vyzlor had chosen his own destination from the vast navicomputer aboard the, now renamed "Slaughter". This system had been a nexus of Dark Side energy through out the history that the aged Sith had read. It was also a planet that Vyzlor had visited in the past, albeit about eight thousand years ago. His ship held back from the main system, not knowing who would control the planet or what state it would be in. The Salughter slowly approached and scanned the system for defences.
Vyzlor was in no position to threaten the planet, he was virtually crippled, with only one small ship and no warriors swore loyalty to him. Still, the former Emperor did enjoy a challenge! The ship detected a fleet in orbit and recent signs of a battle, the Sith was impressed by the sensors on his newly acquired ship. He must make himself know to the fleet or risk being identified as a threat and engaged. The comm system was activated after a moments of trying to find the right button.
::Kassian defence fleet, my name is Vyzlor Harth and I wish to land on the planet.::

Receiving no reply from any sort of defence or traffic control force, Vyzlor programmed the Slaughter to land on the planet.

Sa'kage ship dropped out of hyperspace above the planet. Instead of activating the cloaking device he gestured at the droid beside himself. "Open a hailing frequency." He commanded the droid he beeped softly and complied. After having the droid's memory wiped and a few new programs installed he had decided to keep the little wheeled trash can until he had found an actual living pilot.
"Dromund Kaas, this is Sa'kage. I wish a place to land as I have received an employment opportunity planet side."
He waited, and if anybody should ask detail he would provide them. If not he would gesture at the droid who instantly complied and the ship entered the planets atmosphere and landed at the spaceport planet side.

The cloaked ship slowly moved away from the planet, leaving anybody who wanted to bother trying to find him with the only knowledge that he HAD been on the planet but records never show the male leaving. At the soonest, safest distance the ship accelerated and disappeared in to hyperspace.

The Imperial Star Destroyer Vanguard exited hyperspace over Dromund Kaas.
"No visible threats."
Breathed the sensor deck Lieutenant. However, Mardotte was more worried about the fact that there was nothing in orbit, apart from a trickle of civilian traffic, mostly leaving the planet. The spacelanes were the heartbeat of a planet and Dromund Kaas was dying, slowly. There were many planets like these. Civilisation was gift, order was a struggle and failure to appreciate either meant regressing back to pre-space flight. It would be easier to raise this Destroyer from the grip on a star than to escape the gravity of planetary decay.
But never fear, Dromund Kaas. I am here.
"Send a message to the authorities and request an continuous geosynchronous orbit. And get me an authority figure to talk to."
A Star Destroyer was more than a great big chunk of spacefaring steel with guns on. It was a political weapon as much as a preferred weapon of war. What politician would refuse an audience with a Captain of an uninvited Destroyer? Perhaps it was a little more intimidating than if he came out guns blazing. The real art of commanding this ship was knowing how to wield its power, and more specifically, when not to destroy.
"They're responding to our hailing. We have our route and they've agreed to receive us."
"Take the route. Tell them, though, that we have prepared to accept them as guests aboard. Dispatch a shuttle to collect them. And while we're there, deploy Tysabaar planet-side."
Mardotte had an idea. Nay, a premonition, that negotiations would fail. After all, they would not accept his demands. No sane man would. And no sane man would tolerate an assassination attempt aboard his own ship.

The glossy black armored hull of the Miid ro'ik ship dropped out of hyperspace as the dovin basals began to relax, not pulling the ship as hard as it moved slowly towards the planet. As suddenly as the Yuuzhan Vong ship appeared, it's thirty six slayer coral skippers dangling from docking tentacles three more ships dropped from hyperspace behind the ship. A crystalline Sh'rip Sh'pa, lightly armored and with out escort besides the Miid ro'ik proceeding it, as well as a large unarmed slave ship behind that, four more slayer coral skippers docked at tentacles. Behind these three ships appeared a much smaller one, looking like nothing more then an asteroid the Yorik-stronha floated behind the others as they all made their way towards the planet.
Sitting with in her living command chair, Nimarra assessed the planet below her and the single ship with an emotionless gaze. She glance back at her second in command in their cognition throne and smiled.
"Tell the other ships to stay behind us just in case they are not as nice as the last reception we received."
With her command given she extended a long finger and caressed her oggzil, the special villip to communicate with the accused technology used by the other races of this galaxy. As the structure unfolded and revealed itself he spoke softly, her voice caressing her biot tenderly where the vibrations would be picked up, transferred, transmitted as broadcast to be picked up the the systems used by the others with in the area of the planet and it's orbit.
"To anybody in orbit around the planet Dromund Kaas and the planet itself of anybody should be listening. I mean nobody any harm, so there is no need for alarm of action against us. I have come here to this planet in search of something that is rumored to be held with in your swamps. I and a small contingent of exactly five warriors and two crew would like to come down to the surface where we shall hunt these creatures and nothing else. Violence is not our intention, however if shown violence we will defend ourselves."
Her Miid ro'ik was more then a match for the single ship in orbit about the planet, plus she had her other two as well though they where not as much a threat and she wouldn't risk them. However she really hoped these people would allow her to land with out violence as she really had no I'll will towards any of them. Strange for a Yuuzhan Vong, but she wasn't like most. Especially seeing as she had clearly not retreated in to seclusion upon Zenoma Sekot like the decent majority of her race.

Aboard Captain Mardotte's Vanguard, Tysabaar boarded the shuttle that would pick up the Captain's guests. The sith was not however going to stay around as a welcoming party. He would not be returning to the Vanguard with the guests. There were other objectives to be fulfilled on the planet.
"Let us depart, we do not want to keep our honorable guests waiting."

Suddenly, a RC-2 Twilight scoutship blinked into existence as it exited hyperspace far from the planet of Dromund Kaas, easily out of reach of any sensors used by the planet's orbital control... If there was any. Although it was expected for there to be no opposition during his scouting mission for the Grand Inquisitor of the Galactic Empire, the male pilot took no shortcuts, his years of training and experience refining him to a strict, disciplined lieutenant.*
*The sleek, nimble craft slowly crept closer towards the planet as the pilot flicked a couple of switches on the control panel, activating the ship's cloaking device and its long-range sensors. He starred at the monitors installed in the cockpit that revealed what the sensors picked up. Nothing yet.*
*Should there be something else in the planet's orbit, and should it detect the presence of the Imperial Scout, they would find the ship bore no markings: a rogue.

After picking up no activity on any of the sensors and scanners, the pilot pushed the throttle of the scoutship forward. Its engines glowed a bright orange as it accelerated towards the planet, disappearing into its atmosphere as it navigated through the skies to the Terrain of Dromund Kaas.

If It feels like I am in hell, I am certain that I am already there.
A man changes when he suffers. Many claim to know what it means to experience such a thing. But change does not come. Now, of course, many go through hardship and heartbreak. It is the few in comparison that truly know suffering. And when change comes with this as a catalyst, it comes suddenly and swiftly before you can even think about what you have become. Your thoughts, your actions, the way you look at others both in the judgmental aspect, and in real time. To stare someone directly in the eye, or to keep your head barrowed in your chest and flashing a glance at the people in front of you and then suddenly away back at your feet. Suffering either leaves some hollow, vulnerable, and frequently casted the role of victim. Or they rise up. They fuel their anger towards their pain and make it their own. The suffering no longer holds them shackled. Through victory, their chains are broken.
And they know pain.
So... erm.. what was I saying before? Oh yes! So that brings us to our story about Darth Hyruza, or as I should say, Nszun Kir Tervonit. As that is what he would like to be called these days. You see, he has been quite quiet for some time. The last we left off with him, he had been fighting his father, Vyet Dun Tervonit II, in his home Celestial galaxy. Woah! What's that you say? A Celestial? Yes. Nszun Kir Tervonit, through divine revelation, discovered that he was what we like to dub, a Celestial Hybrid. Now Celestials are quite powerful beings. Not much is known about them. But Nszun Kir Tervonit discovered their powers through his revelation and absolutely rigorous training. With years of training under his belt, he left the galaxy in pursuit of his home galaxy to fight his father. And he succeeded! A Celestial Hybrid defeated a full blown Celestial! Quite amazing, isn't it? But of course, with such power, comes great chances of it being taken away for potentially forever. Ouch. Not so amazing. However, it was deemed necessary by other celestials that he would have his memory wiped of the whole thing and stripped of his powers. He agreed, however. He had done his part. He left the celestial galaxy, but was longing to stay. He had finally found his home-- his origin -- one that he had been so unsure about for so long. But it had to be done.
Fighting with the Celestials changed Nszun. He had been away from the man made affiliations of the Force for so long that he abandoned his ideologies as a Sith and thus became neutral in his views as well as his actions. Ever since his return, he has been silent, as was mentioned before. He had made no contact with his allies on Tynna, none with his other Sith, and none even with his small Empire, the Inquisitorious. Though, he knew that his fleet and powerbase were still intact. They would never dare to abandon him. He sensed it.
So that's where we've left off. Nszun likes to travel-- explore the galaxy. You know, the usual thing that Force sensitives with no affiliations do. Nszun's Fury class interceptor flashes out of hyperspace with the blink of an eye and makes its decent onto Dromund Kaas. The once capital planet of the Sith Empire."It has been... some time."

From the depths of space, a lone Harrower-class battle cruiser, dubbed Executioner, would drop out of hyperspace over the lush and jungle world of Dromund Kaas. From the viewport, the crimson eyes of Darth Malvus gazed down upon a world that seemed long forgotten, untouched by the ravages of time and by the machinations of the galaxy. It felt like jumping back in time... to an era when this world was the center of a strong and resurgent Sith Empire. To a time when the galaxy cowered at the Sith war machine that had long remained hidden for hundreds of years before rising from the darkness like a torrent of malice, striking deep wounds throughout the galaxy.
The intelligence division under the supervision of the Sith Lord had reported activity upon the planet, as it was awakening from a long slumber. Through its activity remained localized within the limits of Sith Space, or rather, the Dromund System's limits. The last true rulers of this planet were the Prophets of the Dark Side, who were formed by the rogue Sith, Darth Millennial, and his heretical Dark Force religion. Yet the force nexus upon its surface drew Jedi and Sith alike to this planet for centuries... just as it drew Darth Malvus to this system and the planet that was situated beneath his orbiting Star Destroyer.
The Sith Lord would turn away and depart the bridge without a word as he descended for the hangar bays below. This class of Star Destroyer, a model used extensively by the resurgent Sith Empire, could house a grand total of over seven thousand troops. Yet today, Malvus filled that capacity by half. At least three thousand of the finest soldiers under his command came with the Sith. These troopers wore black armor, decorated with silver outlines, but voided of any symbols of allegiance. A slit ran across the helmet where those who inhabited the armor could peer outward. They all stood at attention as Malvus walked towards four landed Curich-class shuttles. These shuttles would carry, in total, two hundred soldiers to the planet's surface, alongside Darth Malvus and a select group of Sith Acolytes. The time had come to assimilate the masterless, convert the unaligned and bring renewed strength to the One Sith.
Within moments, the four shuttles left the hangars of the Executioner and dove for the planet's surface below.

Dromund Kaas - Resurrection Command.
The ships of Resurrection Command exited hyperspace over the lush and swampy world of Dromund Kaas, the long forgotten seat of power to the Reconstituted Sith Empire several millenia earlier. Seated on the bridge of the lead vessel, an Interdictor-Class Cruiser, Sith'ari Viox Savage gazed upon the enemy defenses arrayed against him. Three large ships, an orbital defense platform and a whole slew of starfighters. Not exactly insurmountable odds, but certainly a challenge. Leaning forward and steeping his fingers against his chin, the Zabrak barked out orders.
"XO, set Condition One throughout the fleet. Launch all fighters and move us up to engage. Rampant, prioritize targets and fire at will."
Both the ship's Executive Officer, Commodore King and the ship's A.I acknowledged their orders. Klaxons blared as the fleet prepared to engage the enemy. Several flights of fighters zoomed past the central viewport as they moved up. And then the reports began pouring in.
"Enemy ships holding position. Fighters inbound! Estimated time to intercept, sixty seconds. All hands, prepare for combat! Ops personnel, stand by, damage control teams, stand ready."
"All ships reporting in. Standard Orbit achieved, standard battle formation attained. Enemy fighters inbound. All wings, you are free to engage!"
As the activity continued on the bridge, the Sith'ari tuned it all out and closed his eyes, exhaling slowly. Extending his perceptions outwards, he probed the enemy fleet for their leader, but found no one that would fit the description. A determined Admiral, devout and loyal crew, but no Force User that would have been able to orchestrate all of this...disappointing. He had been hoping to face off against this cult leader personally. Perhaps Znalost and his ground assault would have better luck. Flashes of turbolaser fire broke him out of his reverie as he returned his focus to the battle that was now unfolding around his fleet as they moved further in system...

Dromund Kaas - Resurrection Command
Nidana stood dutifully next to her father. She could feel her spirit rise at his commands, every word he spoke was laced with a dark power that she beathed in and felt her fervor rising. The usually timid girl was now standing at her full height beside the Sith'ari and none dared even wonder in their minds why she was here. At last she would return to the world where she had learned so much. Where any chance of redemption and returning to the fold of the Jedi had ended. She knew one restless Sith Sprite would no longer be a threat, but she wondered how many others were down there. No matter, she pushed such thoughts to the back of her mind. She focused on ensuring her father was undisturbed by the battle and questions from the crew. Rampent could handle it until Viox awoke. Nidana stood ready at his side.

When all had been said and done, Prakira had moved away from the others and found a place the meditate. What was coming was big and she needed to ensure her focus and will didn't waver. For as strong as all those under Gavin had become, the certainty in their choices, finally facing such task like this could show one just what truly resided within. It had been quite the undertaking during the Great Hunt. So many dangerous and powerful creatures. But now, they were facing sentient armies, those that carried the power of the Force as well. That changed everything.
Throughout the trip to hyperspace, she continued to meditate until suddenly the sound of alarms broke her from her dive. Apparently, she hadn't noticed that they had reached their destination and the fight was immediately starting. Her eyes opened to see crews rushing about as starfighters began launching. Taking deep breaths, she worked to control her feelings. She needed to focus. Currently, she and the others were of no help. At least, that was her initial thought. Then she quickly remembered her skills. Throughout that final bit of time that Gavin began working them on their individual skills and preferences, she had learned something about herself. Outside of the mental aspect, she desired to aid those around her and strengthen them in some form or another. One such skill was Battle Meditation. Closing her eyes once more, she began to reach out to the minds of those within Viox's fleet. She still had a ways to go to be considered a master, but she still had worked hard to be of use to others. It was slow, but bit by bit, she stepped into the minds of those she called ally and worked to bolster their resolve. But she didn't stop there. She pushed forward towards the enemy and began working to discourage them and hinder their movements and break their wills.

Duvrax, Krokaa, and Raara began looking around as the alarms began to sound the moment they exited hyperspace. Excitement filled their veins as the realized it was time to prove themselves. Currently, they were unable to aid in the fight while in orbit, but the moment the call was made to head planet-side, they'd be the first on the shuttles. They had all been waiting for this chance, to fight within the ranks of the Blackguard, Duvrax most of all. He wanted to face down the enemy and see just where he stood and to make everyone else fear even the youngest of those within the Blackguard.

Dromund Kaas Orbit. Millennial Fleet - Talessa, Sorannan-Class Star Destoyer. True to Millennial's predictions, the enemy fleet materialized over Dromund Kaas and proceeded to venture in-system, towards the three waiting vessels. Having been forewarned and therefore prepared, the fighters of the Talessa were launched the moment the enemy ships appeared. The Visionary and Fragment of Faith followed suit. Thankfully the Golan orbital defense platform was stationed within range of the main hyperspace exit over the planet for this very reason. So even as they arrived, the platform could potentially target them. However, Monet belayed it's engagement for the time being. The thirty one vessels present were certainly impressive, but the smaller ones would be easy prey. Despite his time with the Dark Tide, Monet was fairly well versed with Golden Age Sith vessels. Those Derriphans were dangerous in head to head combat, but could be countered readily enough."Have the Visionary press forward. Position us on its right flank and have the Faith position itself on the left. Ensure deflectors are raised and weapons are primed. Target the lead ship and get me a firing solution. All ships ahead full!"Standing on the bridge of the Talessa, with his hands clasped firmly behind his back, Monet continued to observe the battle as things began to stir. While he certainly didn't doubt Millennial, he was positive this was going to be a long and grueling engagement.

As the battle began to rage around them, the Sith'are remained seated in his command chair, seemingly lost in thought, when in reality, he had been drawn into the heretic leader's mind trap. Unknown to the supposed prophet, his mind manipulations would prove to be less effective than expected. But just before the final blow could be dealt, he was jolted back to his physical form seated on the bridge. Eyes snapping open, the Sith'ari clenched his jaw and rose to his feet.
"Wipe these pathetic heretics from the face of the galaxy! Burn them out of every hole they can be found in!"
Waving his hand across the viewport, the Zabrak turned to his XO.
"Commodore. Contact Lord Znalost. We are advancing our strategy...I want his men on the surface the moment he arrives."
As the Commodore went and carried off his orders, the Zabrak then rounded on the A.I, whom had appeared on the pedestal next to the command chair.
"Alert the Grand Admiral. Those ships and that station are preventing my advance! I want them reduced to slag immediately!"
Bowing, the A.I's avatar dissipated from the pedestal. Eyes still ablaze with fury, the Sith'ari strode over to the viewport and exhaled slowly. While his original strategy had been sound and left little room for error, he was accelerating his plans. Originally meant to be a part of the final push on the heretic's final strong hold, the Blackguard Grand Admiral was going to lay in reserve. Now, however, Savage wanted to head off this so called 'prophet' before he could regroup. Which meant eradicating the enemy defenses here and pushing forward quickly, while his fleet was still at full strength...
