As the communique came in, the Grand Admiral ordered his fleet to move out in a rather peculiar fashion. As opposed to attacking in a natural, head on assault, he ordered the Imperious-Class Star Destroyers which had been assigned to his fleet to jump in just behind the Sith’ari’s fleet. While this may seem to have been a rather foolish move, it was instead a calculated decision, as the true power of these ships lay not in their firepower, but in the interdiction capability they offered. As the ships began their advance, gravity mines were launched forward into the enemy fleet, a fairly odd and risky tactic, as these mines typically would have been instantly destroyed by the large amount of laser fire concentrated upon them. However, the fleet really only needed them to be active for a few seconds anyway, as they were not intended to hold anything in place, nor were they actually detectable, as they had been covered in a stealth alloy, and then launched out of the hangars of the ships using the forward motion and lack of resistance in space. This would ensure that, at least for the time being, the mines would remain unharmed.Which was all that was really needed, as a few seconds later, the Mandator-II Star Dreadnought and the two Praetor Mk. II Battlecruisers that had been racing for Dromund Kaas this entire time were pulled out of hyperspace behind the enemy lines. Immediately, shields were raised, and a truly gargantuan wave of fighters, consisting of thousands of tiny Sith interceptors, were launched in concentric swarms towards the enemy fleet, who was understandably bewildered as to how this massive dreadnought had seemingly appeared out of nowhere behind their lines. As the turbolaser batteries aboard the ships opened fire upon the Sith Cultist vessels, the unshielded Golan Defense platform was more or less sliced to ribbons instantly, while the opposing admirals attempted to maneuver their vessels out of the way of the titanic, unstoppable mass known as the Destiny Ascension, smashes through their rear shields, which had been weakened in an attempt to defend against the initial onslaught. To say that the destruction was momentous would have been an understatement. It was over in minutes. The opposing ships, while putting up a valiant fight, had not expected such unorthodox tactics; nor had they expected the ferocity of the attack that followed it. The cloaked gravity mines, still active, prevented any escape from the Blackguard forces, who cut through them like a hot knife through butter. Meanwhile, the swarm of Sith fighters moved to mop up any resistance, and prepared to enter atmosphere to provide aerial support for the ground invasion. To say this had been a decisive victory would have been an understatement, as Zuhel looked over the destruction with his usual emotionless, red stare. He contacted the Sith’ari’s AI, knowing that it was likely that Viox himself would be busy with something else, or was too angry to take a call right now.“The opposing fleet has been clear, and your ground assault may commence.” Zuhel then turned to his Vice Admiral, Vice Admiral Zhou."Deploy your troops to ground. Aid the Sith'ari in his attack."

Dromund Kaas, High Orbit.
The Undead fleet emerged from hyperspace, Lord Znalost gave the order for the sixteen sith personnel carriers to be sent into low orbit, and begin dropping the drop pods filled with his undead soldiers and clone troopers. Once all drop pods were dropped Lord Znalost would take a shuttle down to the surface and join his army in an all out ground engagement with the enemy. While the carriers were dropping the drop pods the remaining ships with the fleet were ordered to provide support and defend the carriers should the need arise, and chances of that were slim since the Grand Admiral arrived.

Admiral Zhou nodded, before turning to his squad of death troopers and ordering them to board his Reaper. With a salute to Zuhel, he walked out of the bridge, and down a corridor to his officer’s quarters, where he quickly changed out of his white uniform into his suit of crimson coloured powered armor. Pausing briefly to finish a glass of wine that had been left on his desk during the encounter, the Vice Admiral stepped out of his quarters back into the coolly-lit hallway, which was bathed in a soft, slightly bluish light not unlike the caverns that Chiss cities were located in. Quickly proceeding down to the officer’s hangar of the massive vessel, he stepped aboard the small TIE Reaper-he made a note that he would have to replace the battle transport at some point, before nodding to his troopers. The pilot then lifted off the hangar floor and out of the blue field. He noticed a swarm of military transports leaving the vessel for the surface of Dromund Kaas, each filled with soldiers.

Nidana watched as the battle raged. It was something she never thought would happen to her. She was not just reading about Sith history, she was living it! And at the side of the Dark Lord himself, not as servant or slave, but as daughter. Her eyes gleamed as ships exploded in the view port. Seeing Viox rise from his meditation and noting that commands were going out to begin landing troops, Nidana began steeling herself. The young woman both hoped and dreaded to land and join the ground assault. Nidana wanted to prove herself but at the same time feared that she was not ready, despite Gavin's superb training. Looking once more to her Dark Lord and father, Nidana waited dutifully for his orders.

Prakira continued to extend her influence out over the forces engaged in battle, bolstering the resolve of allies and weakening the will of the enemy. With her level of skill, it was no small task, one she wasn’t sure if it was even working. But she could see what was transpiring through the minds of those she touched. Things were looking rough for the fleet as the space station unloaded upon them the moment it was close enough. Enough ships held themselves between them and their goal.
But as she watched and continued her work, the Imperious-class Star destroyers appeared suddenly and pushed their way through the line of enemies, dropping their mines. Shortly after, the three massive ships arrived behind the opposing fleet and began to unleash hell upon them. In but a blink of an eye, the battle had taken a drastic turn, effectively putting the space battle into the hands of the Blackguard.
Retreating from her Battle Meditation, she knew it served a purpose no longer, allowing her time to focus herself and prepare for the departure of the ground troops. Rejoining the other three, they waited by a transport for orders to head to the surface.

Dromund Kaas Orbit. The appearance and subsequent attack from the Blackguard's faction fleet, a monstrous Mandator II-Class Star Dreadnought flanked by two Praetor Mk. II Battlecruisers and four Imperious-Class Star Destroyers, decimated the cultists' defenses. The Talessa was hit hard and knocked out of the fight within minutes of the opening barrage. Escape pods and fleeing craft could be seen heading planet-side. The Visionary took several hits then disappeared into hyperspace, while the Fragment of Faith was utterly overwhelmed and disappeared in a cloud of super-heated debris and fire. The Golan VIII Space Defense Platform was, however, left relatively intact. Venting atmosphere and burning, the station was disabled and rendered ineffective against the Blackguard's forces. With the loyalist forces routed by the enemy, it was entirely a ground game now. Could the Millennial Cultists hold out against the oncoming slaughter, or would they fall victim to the Sith'ari's conquest...?

Standing on the bridge of the Resurrection, the Sith'ari watched as the Grand Admiral's ships tore the defending ships apart. With a smirk, he spun on his heel and proceeded to seat himself on his command chair.
"Rampant, deploy the remaining apprentices to Dromund Kaas' surface. Assign them to Lord Znalost. Once they are away, assemble my fleet on the planet's dark side and let's assess the damage sustained and be ready to jump. Millennial's forces will be routed soon enough. And I want to be ready to deal the killing blow."
Bowing, the A.I's avatar dissipated from the pedestal next to the command chair, as the Sith'ari's personal fleet began to regroup and ready itself to re-engage the enemy once all damage had been assessed and repaired.

As the four remaining apprentices stood next to the shuttle, awaiting word for what to do next, their patience was rewarded by the Sith'ari's A.I appearing and telling them to make their way towards the surface and join up with Lord Znalost. Wasting no time, the four loaded up with any others that were being sent. The shuttle already primed for departure took off from the hangar the moment to doors closed and sealed them within, making its way towards the surface of Dromund Kass.

With the minor repairs nearly complete, the Sith'ari's fleet was nearly ready to jump to the next system to rid it of the heretical cult that infested the region. Turning to his daughter, he spoke to her.
"Are you ready daughter? These heretics shall be dealt with soon and we shall reclaim what is rightfully ours!"
With a small grin, he eyed up his daughter. The lithe framed Echani female, so timid and shy in the beginning, had grown more confident and able in the past few years. While still shy, being the Sith'ari's daughter had certain benefits. No one generally questioned her. And dating the lead candidate that was set to become the very first Sith Knight ensured that if she was questioned, people generally were reminded of why it wasn't in their best interests. Geralt wasn't one to allow people to stand in his way or harass Nidana in any way. Either way, he approved so far. Though Nidana had been fairly quiet for the past few hours, he wanted to gauge her mental state, as it was almost a guarantee that they both would end up on the surface of the next world, fighting the cultists. And he wanted her to be ready.

Nidana jumped slightly as she was addressed. She had been enjoying being mostly ignored, in favor of her more important father. But now it seemed it was time. The woman gave a nod as she began to focus herself on what was to come. A battle that would truly test her skills and resolve, and show if she was ready to be apprenticed to a Dark Lord.
I am, father. I will bring pain and death to those who thought to oppose you!
"And hopefully strip them of any lost secrets too!" That was a privet thought. Though one that excited her greatly. Darth Millennial must have many secrets that could further her own research, if not the Blackguard as a whole.

Smirking at his daughter's response, the Sith'ari motioned to the ship's XO.
"Jump us away from here. The rest will follow suit as they continue to push these heretics from the system. Our destination: Nfolgai. If we arrive ahead of the retreating heretics, we will lie in wait. If we arrive behind them, we will continue with our offensive."
With a nod, the ship's XO, Commodore King, began to issue his orders to get the Sith'ari's personal fleet underway. Soon after, the fleet would disappear from Dromund Kaas' orbit...

Hyperion - Imperious-Class Star Destroyer. Dromund Kaas Orbit.
Despite the fact that the Sith'ari's personal fleet had moved on from the battle that had raged over Dromund Kaas, the Blackguard fleet remained to reinforce the rest of the forces there and push any straggling heretics out of the system. On board the Imperious, Aresh Battalion was being deployed to Kaas City. 500 troopers strong, the battalion was apart of the 123rd Regiment, which was currently divided up into their respective battalions across Blackguard territory. Between the four Imperious Star Destroyers, Aresh Battalion was scattered across the ships and were being deployed to Kaas City's main starport to try and prevent enemy forces from escaping. Though the majority had already fled before surface activities began in earnest, they were still hoping to catch the odd straggler as prisoner to interrogate at a later time.

A quartet of Gladiator III-class Star Destroyer's appeared out of hyperspace alongside a Wayfarer-class Medium Transport (Twin Pod Refit) over Dromund Kaas. As the Gladiator's settled into orbit, The Duath headed down toward the surface as dozen's of transports carrying Orzi Warriors followed close behind heading for the capital and various strategic city centers across the world

As the Resurgent Sith began to make their move upon the selected worlds, the Divine Ascension Fleet arrived in orbit over Dromund Kaas. Though it was missing four of its Kressh-class Battle Cruisers who had been ordered to take positions over Dathomir, the rest of Luxeria's fleet had arrived to offer aid. An Exar-class Star Destroyers, two Harrower-class Dreadnaughts, two Interdictor-class Cruisers, and two Kressh-class Battle Cruisers joined the group of Gladiator III-class Star Destroyers. Of all the worlds they were claiming, Dromund Kaas had the greatest presence within Kaas City. Not only that, but the surrounding worlds also needed to be managed as well.
Fighters scrambled from the warships as they began their patrols, awaiting orders. Until the Resurgent Sith had fully taken hold of the worlds and the loyalists cleansed, the remaining part of Luxeria's fleet would remain in the system until further orders were given.

The Amarth, Luvailin, and Daedeloth all appeared from hyperspace not long after Luxeria's fleet, accompanied by quartets of Marr-Class Devastators and Ajunta-Class Frigates. The fleet had been under construction when Elarinya and Maethoriel had initially been dispatched to Dromund Kaas. The Gladiator III's had been the only ships completed at that time. Since then, the remaining vessels had been completed in time for the orders to go out, announcing the rise of the Resurgent Sith Conclave. And now, Domina Lysa stood aboard the bridge of the Amarth overseeing Warmaster Maethoriel's fleet as it sat in orbit of Dromund Kaas not far from where Arbiter Luxeria's fleet was located

The Dark Illumination emerged from hyperspace and began its trek towards the world of Dromund Kaas. With the meeting of the Praetors finally at an end, it was imperative that Luxeria start building the Circle of Influence as Arbiter. She loathed having to work under such pressure, knowing that she was behind most of the other Praetors due to a lack of communication. A pain to be sure, but it couldn't be helped. Dwelling on the past and the shortcomings of the Resurgent Sith's start did nothing to bring growth. That was all she needed to focus on now.
The entire duration of the meeting following the conclusion of the initial understanding of her role and the bit of chaos that immediately ensued had been dedicated to determining where she would set up shop. For the most part, her options had left her debating Thule and Dromund Kaas near the end. But she had needed to make a choice before departing Korriban, her choice leading her here. It was once the capital of the old Resurgent Sith Empire and would do well as the location for her circle.
As she grew closer to the dark world, Luxeria spotted the fleets that existed over the world, most of her own fleet included. Transmitting her authorization code to the Kyana Inamorata before pressing onward into the planet's atmosphere and towards Kaas City.

Since her arrival to Dromund Kaas, Luxeria he sent out and order to Vesperia, seeking not only to have a ship built for her apprentice, but to also have her fleet revamped. And after months of preparation, it had been finished. Retiring all but the pair of Harrowers that currently remained in orbit with the other ships of the Sith residing on the planet, Dromund Kaas was greeted by the arrival of Luxeria’s improved fleet.
At the front were a trio of Amarth-class War Galleons followed by two Gladiator III-class Star Destroyers and four Scourge-class Destroyers, each with a new compliment of starfighters including the Harrowers. Joining the other vessels, Luxeria’s full fleet began its patrols in orbit and around the systems, groups of starfighters consisting of Maladi and Talon starfighters as well as Havok-class Stealth Gunships.

The Felstorm popped out of hyperspace into orbit over Dromund Kaas, once capital of the Sith Empire under the rule of the Emperor - who was better known as Darth Vitiate. It was here that the greatest Sith Empire was built and reigned for generations before the Jedi came and defeated Vitiate's first body. The nexus of Dark Side energy that existed here from all that history and event would be perfect for Valefor's plan. Six stones he would create, two for each of the Emperor's revered by the Sith Eternal. And this quest would begin here.
As the Felstorm moved into position in orbit, Valefor lead a number of transports to the long abandoned Conclave Star Cathedral that sat in orbit of Kaas. While he did not intend to take up residence here, he had felt a disturbance in the Force before embarking upon his trip. Something, or someone, was hunting him. That much he was sure of. And he had no intention of being caught unawares or at a disadvantage.
The transports touched down in the hangar bays of the Station and pilots started spilling out alongside ground crews to begin waking up the starfighters, bombers, and interceptors that slept within. Valefor and a team of Engineers meanwhile got to work waking up the Star Cathedral, a process that was relatively easy given the robustness of the station. Troop transports were meanwhile deployed toward the surface to secure the trio of Ion Cannons that the Conclave had left behind. Scores of Battle Droids would descend upon the meagre defence force that stood upon Dromund Kaas and take what their Lord sought control of

A brilliant flash of light preluded the arrival of a school of purrgil, emerging from hyperspace with a very large whale ship sandwiched between them. Phwargh! Breaking the silence of the void, the groan of a whale ship echoed across the large empty stretches of vacuum. The 900 meter long Shemona emerged from the heart of the purrgil school, moaning her thanks to her space fishy friends that had helped carry her towards her mate. After placing her spoor upon its steely pyramid shaped surface, there was hardly a region of space the Felstom could go that Shemona wouldn't follow it into. After separating from the other variation of space-whales, Shemona beat her four massive fins and swished her giant tail, propelling her gargantuan form through the void towards the Star Pyramid.Inside the armoured harness on the whale-ship's back, Vermin Lord Gritlok Scarpaw and the space-rats of Clan Skrittlespike fought a desperate battle for control over Shemona. Despite the electrical jolts they were sending straight into her nervous system, the space whale refused to obey their directions, acting solely on animal instinct as she circled first the Felstorm in orbit over the planet, then the Star Cathedral. Her massive glowing orange eyes attempted to peer through the space stations viewports, curious about the smaller vessels that had left the Felstorm and entered the station.Though they were not her offspring, she felt a maternal affection for the litter that had emerged from the Star Pyramid. Like a void-hungry predator, she continued to circle, standing sentinel over her mechanical paramour.
