The Crystal Cave was located on the southeast end of the Khoonda plains in the Sandral fields on the world of Dantooine. The Jedi Order, which discovered the caves circa 4,016 BBY when Jedi Master Vodo-Siosk Baas established the Jedi Enclave there, was given sole access to the world's wealth of precious crystals which were vital to the construction of the Order's lightsabers.

200 out of 500 men rush into the almost endless cave system. The troops split up by squads to cover all the paths. Ten men go down each tunnel to maximize their effectiveness against the kinrath hordes. In the tunnels the men are quickly in a tight position against the incoming waves of kinrath crawling around the tunnels.
First tunnel The ten men walk down the dark and creepy tunnel. The lights on their helmets provide limited light. They walk down slowly but stop after hearing a screeching noise in the distance. They all get ready for what they know is coming and they're right. A wave of kinrath start crawling toward them. The troops fire there rifles at the incoming wave and trey to hold them off. The kinrath are on the ceiling and walls heading toward the group. Each trooper chooses an area to aim at and they blast at their targets. One aims at the ceiling of the tunnel while others shoot at the ones on the cave floor. Eventually the kinrath stop coming and the group moves out to go toward the hive.
Second tunnel The ten men rush down the slightly dark tunnel to reach the hive. They don’t even have to use their lights to see because of the fact the tunnel isn’t very dark. They walk down the long dim tunnel till they see light. Soldier1: Is that light? Soldier2: I believe so. Soldier3: It’s an exit of the caves. The kinrath must use this to move undetected from their prey. Soldier4: Let’s check it out to see if we can find anything outside. They head toward the faint light to find an exit of the caves. They climb out and find themselves near the back of the military base. Soldier5: This route can be useful to use possibly to move troops to the base undetected. Soldier6: Better brief Claw on this later.
Third tunnel Ten clone troopers move into the darker cave but not a pitch-black one. They move in a formation for defense against kinrath. They move slowly not knowing what trap they are about to enter. They move toward what sounds like hissing and slight cracking. The troops move on and discover something horrifying. They have just stumbled upon a kinrath breeding room. Dozens of kinrath are born each minute. They are protected by a horde of adult kinrath and a dozen each minuet of premature ones. The unfortunate troops begin firing randomly at the clusters of kinrath charging toward them. The sound of blaster fire echoes throughout the cave. They direct their fire at the adult ones first and they can pick off the young ones later. One luckily has a Z-6 rotary blaster cannon and fires at the furious swarm of kinrath. The troops throw thermal detonators into the breeding room. A cluster of big orange balls of flame burst up roasting the kinrath alive and destroying the eggs. A couple manage to crawl out and continue to fight although they are very badly burned from the fire. More follow them out of the blazing fire. Trooper1: These things don’t know when to quit! Trooper2: Cut the chatter and blast them! They continue to fire on the injured kinrath. Some manage to jump out of the line of fire and on to the ceiling of the cave. Suddenly a load thud grabs their attention. The thermal detonators damaged the cave structure and the ceiling starts to collapse. Large rocks land on kinrath and one lands on a soldier’s leg. Trooper3: AAAAHHHHHH my leg it’s broken. Trooper4: I got you, it will be all right. The men pull the injured man from under the rock and put him over one of their shoulders. They rush toward the cave entrance to escape the collapsing tunnel. Kinrath chase behind them trying to save their lives but are eventually crushed by the collapsing tunnel. The men make it back and get the clone medical support.
Forth tunnel Ten clones walk down the long twisted tunnel. The follow it until they hear the sound of rushing water. Clone1: Is that water I hear? Clone2: Sounds like it to me. Clone3: I could use a good drink of refreshing water after all that fighting. Clone4: I know what you mean. I’m so thirsty it could kill me. The men continue to walk quietly down the very long dark tunnel. They follow the sound of rushing water. The tunnel is a long curved tunnel but with a large turn at the end. They start to go a little faster. The sound of water grows louder as they get closer to the turn. The men make it to the turn and rush down the other straight path till they reach an opening. They enter the opening and find an underground cavern. A big grotto is down on the cavern floor. To get down there you have to go down a small cliff. The men rush over and observe the cavern and see the many waterways. They get their extension cables and attach them to the cavern ceiling. They jump off the cliff backwards jumping down one leap at a time. Eventually they reach the ground and release their extension cables. The men continue to search the cavern. They follow the river’s current downstream. An occasional kinrath crawls out of a opening and is shot by one of the soldiers. They continue down their path until they find an underground lake. Soldier1: Better fill up your canteens now. They do as they’re told and fill their water supply. The men stay in position at the cavern and wait to comm Claw and Rex. They continue to scout out the cavern. Fifth tunnel The clones run into the tunnel and right away see a cave entrance. They rush over to see what is inside the cave. They run into the cave to find a horde of kinrath staring at them. They just ran into a trap and their food room. Dead carcasses of creatures clutter the cave and it reeks of rotten flesh. The clones immediately fire rapidly at the hordes of kinrath. They make sure to be precise with their aim and fire. The clones run backwards out of the room while blasting the kinrath. Clone soldier1: Fall back! There’s too many! Clone soldier2: Keep fighting! They fire their rifles at the kinrath as they leap to attack them. The get blasted out of the air as they get hit by blaster fire. A couple manage to leap onto some of the ten soldiers and knock them onto the cave floor. Most get right back up and blast the kinrath that attacked them but five just won’t get up. The kinrath swarm the unconscious clones and try to feed off of them but their strong armor is not penetrated. The remaining half of the attack force continue to fight for their and their friends’ lives. The clones rush over to their fallen comrades to protect them from the kinrath. They get an idea that the dry carcasses in the cave could be lighted on fire and cause a large fire. The one clone gives his idea to the group. They nod in agreement. Clone1: How are we going to do this? Clone6: Possibly a thermal detonator can explode and catch the carcasses of the creatures on fire. Clone10: Could work. Clone2: let’s don it! Clone5: I’ll throw the thermal detonator. The clones plan while firing at the kinrath. Their decision has been made and two out of three of them drag the injured men up the tunnel away from the blast zone. The clone grabs his thermal detonator and the rest cover him while he goes to throw it. He rolls it into the cave entrance and the clones fall back from the cave. First a loud explosion and then a big fireball. The dead carcasses of the animal hides caught fire and lit the entire cave room on fire. The kinrath died instantly in the large explosion. Smoke came out from the cave and everything went silent. The cave room where the explosion occurred then caved in. The soldiers carry their injured brothers back outside the cave system to be taken care of.

Sixth tunnel Inside the rather short tunnel ten men walk down the tunnel to see what is around the corner of it. They look around and use their hudlights to see. They make sure to check for kinrath and not to be ambushed by them. The soldiers move down the path when one sees a couple on the ceiling. The other nine notice soon after. They open fire on the kinrath and make sure they don’t make it over to them. The clones continue to fire. The kinrath fall one by one off the ceiling of the cave and fall dead on the cave’s floor. The soldiers take a second look to see if they were really dead. They then move on down the dim tunnel to see what’s around that corner. The walk up to see around but suddenly the cave floor gives way and the floor crumbles and seven of the clones fall down the hole. Two of them are grabbed onto and pulled up to safety. Two of the falling men used their extension cables to grab onto the roof of the tunnel. Three continue to fall and try to use their cables but hit the cave floor and go unconscious. The seven troops on top look down to see if their comrades are ok. Clone1: Are you ok down there? There is no response and the men continue to listen for something. A couple of moans grab their attention. Clone3: I think they’re all right. Clone7: Let’s get down there using our tow cables. Clone9: Ok let’s go down and help them. The clones fasten their extension cables and jump backwards into the hole. They go down slowly too reach the bottom of the hole. The clones make it down the deep hole and they run over to the fallen soldiers. They check their pulse. The troops are alright and the men call in for medical support. Medics rush in and lower three medical stretchers down. The remaining troops lay their brothers on the stretchers and they are raised up to the top of the hole. They are then rushed to medical support. The last seven men climb up to the other side of the hole and continue down the path. Kinrath jump from around the corner seeing a chance to ambush them. The clones open fire and notice they can’t retreat because of the hole behind them. They fire continuously at the kinrath that are doing their best to dodge the blaster fire and leap toward the men. One rams into one of the men and he falls back. He shoots the kinrath on him and gets back up. They continue to fight until the kinrath stop coming.
Seventh tunnel Ten men head down the tunnel to scout it out and make sure everything is all right to move on to the nearby base. The scouts are commanded by lieutenant Hammer and his best men. They head down the cave and their camo armor helps them to blend into the greenish brown tunnel full of vines and dust. They move on toward a cave door at the end of the tunnel. Once they reach the cave they find a large grotto. They head over to scout it out.
Underground canyon Hammer: Pass me the macrobinoculars. Rock: Here you go. Hammer observes the canyon and sees if there is anything down there. He then sees a squad down there. Hammer yells down to them. Hammer: Hey down there! The clone trooper looks up at him. Clone trooper: I hear you up there. Hammer: Which tunnel did you come in from? Clone trooper: Fourth tunnel Sir. Hammer: Ok we’ll be right down. The men in Hammers scout unit shoot their tow cables onto a large arch in the grotto. They use their guns as a zip line to zip line down to the ground. They reach it safely and walk up to the men stationed there already. Hammer stays and finds out the status of the operation so far and his men scout out the perimeter. They look around for kinrath and any tunnels that may lead to new areas. Helios discovers a tunnel and Rock discovers another soon after. They guard the tunnel entrances to keep kinrath away from the grotto.
Eighth tunnel Lieutenant Jaguar moves in with his stealth troopers. The 999th legion’s stealth troopers are specially trained clone troopers for black ops missions. They wear phase 1 armor but in all black. The stealth troopers move down the very dark tunnel that they picked specifically because of their armor. They move down the pathway with their modified rifles that have a silencer on it to make it quiet when they attack. They are also equipped with duel vibroknives and duel commando pistols. They continue down the dark tunnel to fight the kinrath that have attacked the camp. They don’t make a sound. They communicate with internal comlink systems and hand signals. They move down making sure they are not seen by anything. Up ahead they spot three kinrath moving around to make sure nothing is coming that can harm the queen or the colony. The troops get down so they can’t see them. Unfortunately the kinrath don’t see instead they sense heat and see heat instead. The kinrath move up to see what it is they sense. The troops use their special silent weapons the kinrath and take them out quickly so they can’t call for help. The kinrath die and the stealth troopers move up. The teams 2nd in command Shadow observes the dead kinrath and look at something. He pulls out a datapad and looks up kinrath in the GAR survival guide. It says that kinrath identify themselves by using a gland in their abdomen. The gland gives off a scent that the kinrath identify them. If a soldier could remove the gland and keep it the kinrath can be fooled into thinking the soldier is one of them. After reading this Shadow uses his vibroknife to cut out the gland with surgical precision. He removes the gland and holds it up. The gland is covered in kinrath blood and Shadow ties it onto his right arm. He puts the blood from the gland onto his armor making mandalorian symbols from it. Two other of the stealth troopers do the same. The other seven wait for some kinrath to kill. Ten kinrath come up to crawl around and protect the hive from the soldiers. The troops ambush them using their silent rifles and take out the kinrath without drawing attention. The men carefully remove the sent glands and tie it onto themselves. After several minutes the stealth troopers gear up and silently move down the tunnel. The kinrath turn and stare but look away thinking the troops are fellow kinrath. The men move up to the guarding kinrath and use their vibroblades to cut the kinrath’s thoraxes. The men mussel the sound of the screeching kinrath and slice repeatedly at them to finish them off. The men rush up to the next group and start blasting at the kinrath turning off their silencers. The kinrath can’t understand what is going on and fall into the trap the clones have planned. They start to attack each other trying to neutralize the threat to the hive. The men also attack them while they panic. Shadow: Grenades now! The men chuck thermal detonators into the swarms of kinrath. The explosives blast a big ball of fire and kinrath fly in all directions. Some get up and continue to attack the troops. The men rapidly blast them and blow their way through the swarms. The men duck behind some large rocks for cover and blast away freely at the kinrath. The kinrath finally understand where the attack is coming from and charge towards the men. They jump over the rocks and the men use their vibroblades as melee weapons and slot the kinrath. The kinrath bleed out and die in a matter of minutes. The men run up and finish off the final kinrath. They stop after they take out the remaining forces and prepare to move on. They get ready and eventually move on.
Ninth tunnel Inside the ninth tunnel ten men hurry down the dark tunnel. The area is some how clear of all kinrath. This tunnel is very tall and could be tall enough to house an ATTE. The walls are drenched in blood and kinrath lay everywhere. Trooper1: Has a team been here already? Trooper2: I don’t know. Trooper3: I don’t see any blast marks. Trooper4: That’s odd. Trooper5: They must have died from natural reasons. Trooper6: If they died of a disease their guts wouldn’t be everywhere. Trooper7: Are they known for being cannibals? Trooper8: They guide doesn’t say so. Trooper9: Then what could have happened? Trooper10: I think I may know… The trooper points at the large tunnel entrance to a cave room. A graul comes out shaking the ground as it Walks. It disperses a loud roar that startles the troopers. Trooper5: That’s not good. Trooper7: Set blasters to stun and fire! The troops fire their rifles at the approaching creature. It lunges forward and with its large hand swings at the ten men sending them flying into the tunnel walls. The graul lets out another loud roar and goes to eat its prey. Eight men get up and continue to fire their stun rounds and try not to get hit by one of its powerful blows. The graul attacks again sending the men flying back. This time only five get up. Trooper7: We lost half of us. Trooper9: Keep fighting! The troops blast at the graul with all of their ammunition. The graul goes for another swipe but the troops dodge it. The stun lasers start to take affect and it starts to feel drowsy and it eventually falls over. Trooper2: The kriffin thing finally fell. Trooper6: You know what they say, the bigger they are the harder they fall. The men make sure the graul is unconscious and then tend to the wounded.
Tenth tunnel The ten flame troopers move down the tenth tunnel. This one is infested with kinrath. They repeatedly jump out at the flame troopers but are burnt to a crisp when they hit the fire. The men keep walking toward the kinrath with their blazing fire. Some kinrath climb on the walls and ceiling to avoid the fire. Others just charge into the fire hoping to make it through to the troops alive. The kinrath jump from wall to wall avoiding the scorching fire. Scorch: Anyone for BBQ. Match: Sorry I prefer my kinrath well done. The men continue to burn the kinrath with their powerful flame-throwers and the kinrath don’t stop attacking. The men hold the line and change the aim of their weapons to attack the ceiling and walls. The kinrath fall off and hit the ground and are burnt right away. They screech as they burn alive and the men continue to light the place up. Scorch: Haven’t they heard of stop, drop, and roll. Flame: How about they stop, burn, and don’t get back up again. Match: I like the sound of that! The men just burn their way through everything. The kinrath don’t stand a chance against their powerful flames. The kinrath keep trying to dodge but fail when the fire hits them. The flame troopers continue to attack the kinrath as the kinrath jump all over. The kinrath just can’t manage to get through the flames and decide to fall back to protect the queen.
Ten men head down the tunnel to scout it out and make sure everything is all right to move on to the nearby base.

Eleventh tunnel The men walk down the tunnel to assist the men in the canyon at the end of the tunnel. They rush and try to arrive as soon as possible. The men run into the canyon and gather with the other men there.
Twelfth tunnel One more force is ordered to support the troops in the canyon and to pursue the next sector. They head down the clear tunnel and don’t run into any problems. They also arrive at the canyon and start to chat with each other.
Underground canyon The men all wait until everyone are ready to move on to the big dark tunnel. The men load their weapons and eat some of their rations. The men prepare to go into the unknown tunnel and explore the dark creepy tunnel. The men finish what they are doing and put on their buckets and head toward the tunnel entrance. The forty troops walk in quietly and with precaution. The clones move down the tunnel and once in a while encounter some kinrath but are taken out immediately. They cover each other while walking in a well organized clump. The sound of kinrath moving around the smaller tunnels echoes in the large tunnel. The men wait and blast them when they come out of the smaller tunnels. They see an opening to a large Cave at the end of the tunnel. Hammer signals for the men to move up and cover him as he walks in front. They walk down the tunnel and look around for trouble and possibly a kinrath to blast. Hammer then motions for them to speed up and they go into a slight sprint to get down top the end of the long tunnel. The clones make it to the end of the tunnel and move in quickly and under cover by their fellow troopers. They look around and find themselves inside a crystal cave.
Crystal cave The men look around at the beautiful crystal cave with shimmering crystals and nice clear flowing waterways. They are amazed by its magnificence and admire it. Sadly their admiring is cut short when the kinrath notice they have arrived into the crystal cave. The men also spot the kinrath and some use sniper rifles to start attacking the kinrath. Hammer: We sure are lucky our men carry sniper rifles as well as their own rifles. The men rush over to find cover from the kinrath attack. They head behind boulders and crystals and fire from behind their cover. The kinrath dodge the lasers blasts from the sniper rifles and keep going. The snipers continue to fire taking some of the kinrath out. The clones move out of the tunnel completely and move up to flank the “enemy”. The attack the kinrath from three sides and the kinrath spread out and attack each side at the same time. The clones blast rapidly at the leaping kinrath and the kinrath go crazy. The kinrath jump over to the clones and knock men down and try to eat them. The clones use their vibroblades to melee attack the kinrath on them. The kinrath fall off the men and struggle on the cave floor squirting out their blood. The clones continue the attack and take out more kinrath. The kinrath don’t give up and leap onto the soldiers knocking some out cold. Their brothers blast the kinrath on them and save their friends. Hammer signals for the men to cover the clones dragging their injured comrades to safety. The clones pull out their medical supplies on their belts and some men use their supplies in their backpacks they brought. They keep their friends alive and stay and protect them. Medic: Ok Hammer we can protect the injured. You are clear to move up. Hammer: Ok, keep them alive. Hammer motions the men to move up farther to surround the last kinrath. The kinrath jump out of the trap and move farther away from the men to regroup. The clones form into one big group again and march forward. The kinrath make a very high pitched noise and is replied to by more kinrath coming to back them up. Hammer: Helios status report. Helios: Nine injured and we have thirty-one left fighting. Hammer nods and points forward as more kinrath arrive. The men yell and charge toward the kinrath Firing as fast as they can. Blaster fire goes insane and it fills the air around the kinrath as they try to dodge it but fail and get hit by multiple shots. The kinrath charge toward the already charging men to attack them. The kinrath are quickly slaughtered by the incoming blaster fire and die on impact from the shots. The fighting comes to an end and the men rest after that suspenseful battle. The men look over the injured and wait for orders to move on to the hive.
Thirteenth tunnel The heavy troopers walk down the well guarded tunnel. They stop and set up three E-web turrets at the entrance of the tunnel. The men get their Z-6 rotary blaster cannons and get ready to fight the waves of kinrath. Five minutes pass and there is no sign of any kinrath. Blast: Come on I want to blast something. Heavy trooper: Thus your name. Suddenly everything goes silent and a choir of screeches sound as they run around the corner and charge up at the heavy troopers. They start to fire their E-web cannons and Z-6s at the approaching kinrath. Blaster fire flies everywhere and kinrath go down right away. Blast: They are going down faster than you can say Dantooine five times. The men continue to fire nonstop and jump onto walls but fail because the blaster fire hit them. They fall of the ceiling and die before they hit the floor. The heavy troopers decide to move down the tunnel and continue to fire. The E-web gunners leave the turrets and grab their Z-6s on the ground next to them so they can follow the others. They fire their weapons as they head down the very long dim tunnel. The kinrath can not advance and try to fall back to the hive but most are blasted before they escape. The men start to chase after them firing away as they run after the kinrath. The kinrath jump from one side of the tunnel to the other trying to escape the blaster fire and save their own lives. By the time they get out of reach they only have 7 out of the original 51 kinrath. The men stop running and sit down to catch their breath after running with heavy equipment down a long pathway. The men check their weapons to see if they are working properly. They wait for a comm from the commanders to move on to the hive.
Fourteenth tunnel The kinrath head up the tunnel to ambush the invading troopers. They move fast and make screeches while they rush up the tunnel. The ten men head down unknowing of the ambush they are about to walk right into. They head around a turn and spring the trap. The kinrath pounce from the small tunnels in the tunnel walls. They fall onto them and surround them with the mass of them. The men start blasting to save themselves from the ambush but there are to many kinrath for them to take out. Trooper: Follow me I have an idea! The men follow him and “retreat”. The men run as fast as they can out of the cave system! The kinrath come chasing after them. They run out and discover they have just fell into a trap. 310 men all have their weapons at the kinrath. As the kinrath go down some escape into the trees to avoid blaster fire. The men blast at the ones on the ground and everyone attacks at the same time. The jetpack squad flies in and flies up to the tree and fire at them from the sky. The kinrath get hit and fall out of the trees and land on the ground. The jetpack troopers fly over and land on the trees and start to fire from there. The men on the ground surround the kinrath and blast away at them as they jump at them but are shot out of the sky. The kinrath try to avoid being killed but are slotted very quickly. They rush out of a horde and run into the woods to stay away from the attack force. The ATRTs come out from the woods and they fire their repeating blaster cannon at the kinrath. The kinrath are then killed after being hit by the cannon fire. The bodies lie in a large clump and the men make sure they are dead by blasting a few rounds into the clump. The men reorganize and reload their weapons. The ten men get ready and go back into cave system and down their tunnel. They head to their destination. After walking a fair distance they reached their destination and wait for orders to move on.
Fifteenth tunnel The men move quietly down the thin walled tunnel. The tunnel echoes almost everything around them. The sound of blaster fire and yelling men fills the tunnel. The distinct sound of Z-6 rotary cannons sounds throughout the tunnel. Screeches of kinrath and the cries for help from injured brothers. The men are almost creeped out and look around to make sure the tunnel is safe. Loud explosions sound and it shakes the ground under them. The burning fire sounds from the flame troopers and the heavy laser fire from the heavy troopers. The men move down hearing many things from the battles of their fellow clone brethren. They reach a point where they stop hearing the sounds and voices and move on to where the RV point is. They reach the area and wait for further orders.

Sixteenth tunnel The jet troopers look at an image of a flimsy map of the caves made by an explorer on a holopad. It had tunnel heights and widths and lengths as well. They look over it to find a tunnel that is both tall and wide so their jetpacks can be used to avoid attacks from the kinrath. They look at each tunnel and find that the sixteenth tunnel is the size they are looking for. The tunnel is a large underground grotto that is large for them to fly through using their jetpacks. He shows some other troops that they are going to go down the sixteenth tunnel and that they should go down other tunnels instead. They jet troopers get ready and check all of their weapons to see if they work alright so when fighting they would not stall. The men finish preparing and run into the large grotto. They jump up and activate their jetpacks and fly across the grotto. They fly around the tunnel and land to look around. They find a couple of small tunnels to small for them to fit into. A kinrath jumps out and goes to attack the jetpack trooper. The man jumps back and activates his jetpack. He flies into the air and blasts a round through the kinrath’s head. More kinrath come rushing out of the small tunnels to attack the men. They run towards the men but the soldiers jump up and activate their jetpacks to escape from the kinraths’ attacks. Once off the grotto floor they blast away at the kinrath. The kinrath start to climb up the walls surrounding the grotto to reach the men up off the ground. The men fire at them as they climb up the walls and some kinrath fall off the wall and to the ground below. The majority still keep going to attack the jetpack troopers. The kinrath jump off the walls and with amazing speed launch at the men. The kinrath miss most of the men and fall. Some latch onto the men and try to weigh them down. The troops with kinrath on them fly up to the ceiling and slam into the top of the grotto hurting the kinrath. The kinrath fall off the men and fall to their deaths! The ones that missed the men land on the grotto floor alive but most are injured. The jetpack troopers fire from above and slot the remaining kinrath. They discover the old exit of the grotto has been caved in. Jet: What are we going to do now? Boost: Lets just look around. The jet troopers look around for any tunnels besides the one they came in from. Jet flies up to get a sky view of the grotto and sees something. He sees a small opening in the ceiling. He flies up to see what appears to be an opening. He gets up and looks inside the hole. Jet: I found an exit follow me! The others just follow jet into the hole and look around. They see it’s a tunnel and the men run up the tunnel to see if it leads somewhere. They find a dead end and wonder what’s on the other side. They pound on the wall and await a response to see if there is anyone on the other side.
Seventeenth tunnel The men move down the seventeenth tunnel to get to the end of the tunnel. They go until they hear something. The men stop and wonder what that banging sound is. They listen and it appears to be coming from the left side of the tunnel in a wall. One runs up and removes his helmet. He puts his ear up to the wall and hears shouts and loud bangs. Trooper: We hear you, identify yourselves!
Underground grotto “exit” The jet troopers hear the men on the other side. Wasp: It’s us the jet pack squad! Hornet: Blow this wall out so we can escape from here.
Seventeenth tunnel The man listens and replies. Trooper: Ok step back we are going to strap some detonite to the wall! He motions for the rest to help him set explosives on the wall. They set it and make sure to put only enough that is needed to blow out the wall.
Underground grotto “exit” Jet motions for everyone to step back and take cover. They get ready for the explosion to happen. Suddenly the wall blasts open in a loud explosion and rubble flies everywhere. The jetpack troopers resist the explosion and start to remove the rubble from the new “door”. The men step out into the seventeenth tunnel and thank their brothers for getting them out of there. They then move on.
Eighteenth tunnel The men rush down the eighteenth tunnel trying to discover what is at the end of it. They head down and reach a ledge of a cliff. Trooper1: What do you think is down there? Trooper2: Lets find out. They look over the ledge and observe what is going on in the very large cave room. They find something Horrifying. The kinrath queen laying eggs that will hatch at any moment. The adult kinrath watch over the eggs and the new hatchlings. Dozens of kinrath hatch each minute to replace the ones that are being slaughtered by the soldiers. Trooper: There has to be at least 500 down there. Trooper: We better inform Claw and Rex about this. They continue to observe the kinrath building their defenses to defend their queen. The queen is gigantic and is probably going to be hard to kill with all of the others guarding her. Trooper: If we manage to kill the queen they cannot reproduce anymore. I’m going to comm command to inform them of the hive position.
Nineteenth tunnel The men walk down the path to get to the end. The men rush and find that the tunnel leads to the last tunnel. They wait for others to arrive and assist them.
Twentieth tunnel Master Kote, Asalla, Claw, and Rex lead ten troopers down the last tunnel. They go slowly and with precaution to their surroundings. Some of Claw’s most trusted men are in the group and watch the leaders’ backs. Niner decided not to go with the other heavy troopers and go with his buddies instead. Up in the front Master Kote, Asalla, Claw, and Rex lead the group. Claw looks over at Master Kote. Claw: What’s our plan of attack Sir? Master Kote: Don’t ask me you organized this operation. Claw: I thought you would say that. I’m going to have a large comm discussion with all of our men at the Ends of each tunnel. Claw uses a handheld hologram to see the other men waiting for orders. He talks to his men. Claw: Now that we reached our RV points we need a plan to invade the hive and kill the queen. I suggest We all rush in an attack from all sides. They continue to plan their attack.

Asalla smirks and sheaths her lightsabers. As if her hands had been cramped up for years, she cracks each of her knuckles one at a time. Asalla tightens her gloved hands into fists and thinks, Finally we might get to some action.

Most of the men don't even look at her and continue preparing to move on. Master Kote looks at her and smiles at her enthusiasm. Claw and Rex talk to the other commanding officers and discuss a plan to take out the queen. Master Kote: Why are we slaughtering kinrath? Claw: Mostly in defense and the kinrath have been a problem for a long time now according to the guide to this planet. These kinrath are deadly to civs so we're doing them a favor. Rex: I just like to blast stuff. Master Kote: I know but there is always someone who disagrees. Rex: Like Claw and his "protect the balance of nature and save wildlife people." Claw: It's better then gunning down every thing that moves! Rex: Then why are you here planing the destruction of an entire species! Claw: I'm not much of a fan of arachnids. Plus there are always more out there anyway! Rex: So are you a hypocrite or what! Claw: Do you want to go! Master Kote: STOP IT! We have no time for argument we have an attack to plan right now! Claw and Rex: Sorry Sir. Claw: We may have the same face but we are all very different.

Asalla chuckles at Claw and Rex. She smirks and puts her hands on her hips and looks them over. Asalla shakes her head and says,
Asalla: Men.

Claw: I suggest we close in on the queen's chamber by sending men down each of the tunnels. We can then ambush the remaining kinrath from all sides and wipe them out. Master Kote: Sounds like it could work. Everyone get ready we attack at nightfall. Clones: Yes Sir! The men all get ready for the final assault. They load their weapons and set up E-web turrets. The make a temporary command post and set up equipment.

Asalla stands with hands on her hips watching everyone work and run around like she doesn't have a care in the world.

Deep in the tunnels, in the kinrath spider queens lair, an unnatural shadow sits, partially hidden by a crystal formation. The figure might be detected by one observing the area closely, although heat sensors would register a barely noticeable difference in the temperatures.

The men prepare to move on. Claw finishes briefing the troops and Rex is commanding where to move crates and E-web turrets. After some time they move on toward the queen's chamber. Claw orders Niner to move up and fire a rocket at the stone barrier at the chamber entrance from past fights during the old republic. Niner fires a single missile out of his plex-launcher and as the rocket hits the barrier it shatters into pieces. Claw motions for everyone to move in and attack. The men charge into the room and hide in cover behind the crystals. The others charge in from other "entrances" they made using explosives and engage the enemy together.

Asalla laughs.
Asalla: Finally we get to destroy stuff. She twirls her light sabers in hand and smirks.

The men move in and continue to blast away at the kinraths' last stand. Suddenly a loud explosion comes from higher in the cave. Some troops explode a wall and men zip-line down to the cave floor and start fighting. Master Kote slices up as many as he possibly can and uses the force to throw boulders at kinrath. Claw leads the infantry into the mob of kinrath and orders them to take cover and stay low. Claw gets up from a crystal he is behind and blasts away with his rifle. Rex uses wrist rockets and his dual pistols to get through the horde and his elite jet troopers follow behind him. No one talks unless shouting when they get hit be a kinrath or when an officer is shouting orders. Master Kote: Come on Asalla help me hold these things off!

Lord Gwydion rises from his meditation as the blaster-fire rips through the cavern. As he rises, the dim light of the cavern grows fainter. A wave of dread would pass through all those in the cavern as he stands, his shadowy black cloak flowing around his nearly seven foot tall frame. An aura of power flows off of him in waves. A black sword hangs in it's sheath hangs from his belt.

As Asalla stabs and cuts off the heads of kinrath, she senses an odd presence in the Force. Suddenly, a shiver runs down her spine and she hesitates while fighting a kinrath. Her moment of hesitation grants her a "bite" from the poisonous appendages coming out of the kinrath's face. Asalla yelps at the pain then quickly cuts off the kinrath's head. She grips her shoulder where the kinrath "bit" her as the venom spreads throughout her body.
Asalla: Master...
Asalla looks at her Master. Then her eyes cross and she goes unconscious.

The waves of energy flow throughout the cave and the kinrath fall back to the queen and away from the troops fighting for their lives. The troops fire and kill some as they escape. Master Kote: Asalla! No! All of the men look up and see the dark figure and are a little frightened in how fast he appeared. The men point their weapons up at the mysterious man. In the silence Claw rushes over to Asalla and checks for a pulse. He feels a pulse and motions for a medic. Claw: Medic, we need a medic over here! A medic rushes over and checks her pulse too. He injects her with an antidote and two more men bring over a stretcher. They put her on the stretcher and set it down. Master Kote: Who are you!

Gwydion simply stands where he is. Another Force wave of dread floods through the room, forcing the soldiers to lower their weapons. "Who am I? I am a shadow, a wanderer, a soldier." He sweeps the room with his gaze, his head and face invisible in the shadow of his hood. His gaze fixes on Master Kote. "As a Jedi, you should know better then to attempt to disrupt nature."

All of the men look at the figure and feel a little strange from the effects of dread waves. Master Kote: The kinrath attacked our camp and left some of our men very injured. We came to exterminate the problem before locals die from these kinrath. This problem has happened before during the old republic. Once again the kinrath population is becoming dangerous so we decided to slim down the population again.

"This planet's population learned long ago how to handle themselves against the kinrath. I well remember when my old friend Revan came into these tunnels, and then later when his former lieutenant Meetra Surik visited. Between the two of them, they barely killed fifty. Revan's visit was the most effective from an population control standpoint in all of this palnet's history, other than when the Rakata ruled the galaxy." Gwydion inclines his head towards Master Kote. "I have watched over this planet for longer then I care to recall. The kinrath attacked your camp? Perhaps you should have been more careful where you placed it." Gwydion allows the waves of dread to cease, as the kinrath retreat into deeper tunnels. He rests his left hand on the hilt on the ancient sword hanging from the side if his belt.
