Rex looks over at Claw and He gives back the "here we go again" look. They both walk up to her. Claw: "Quiet down do you want to get yourself killed." Rex: "And risk this entire company of us." Master Kote walks over to her to try to calm her down. Master Kote: "Didn't I teach you respect." The clones scout the perimeter but Hammer and his men spot the base first again. Hammer: "Should we move out to that base." Claw and Rex look redirect their attention to Master Kote. Master Kote: " We will approach the base without making us look like we are attacking." Claw: " You heard him move out!"

Asalla watches everyone quietly and then catches up next to Rex and Master Kote. She crosses her arms and chews her lip like she does when she thinks.
Asalla: Master, I'm sorry for the way i acted. You did teach me respect and I need to remember how to use it. It's just so hard for me to respect someone because not a lot of people have respect for me.
Then Asalla looks over at Rex and continues.
Asalla: Rex, I also apologize to you and the legion in general. I could've gotten everyone killed with my stupid comments and I need to learn how to keep my mouth shut when I should. I hope you both, and everyone, can forgive me.
Asalla walks away and curses at herself for that soft-heart speech she'd just made.

Gwydion slowly approaches Master Kote and his commanders. A calm aura flows about him, although one deeply attuned to the Force would be able to detect that beneath the calm surface a ferocious leviathan is restrained. "I don't go around slaughtering everyone who dislikes me, so don't panic. As to the fortress ahead, If you wish to hear my advice, you would do well to send a small group of men to make contact bearing a flag of truce."

Master Kote: That would be the best way to do this but i'm not sure what their reaction is going to be. Claw: Yes they may open fire, but it is a risk we'll have to take. Sir you should stay here I will lead the advance. Master Kote: Your right they may act different when they see me. Claw picks out a squad and heads out towards the fortress.

Gwydion watches as Claw leads his men towards the military base. His armored gauntlets clack against themselves as he settles down into a meditative pose, kneeling with his hands in front of him, almost like he is praying. The sun glints off of a golden segment on the ring finger of his left gauntlet, and a silver ring adorned with an icy blue gem on his armored right forefinger. His aura fades to an almost soothing calm, although one who knows what to look for could still find traces of the submerged monster.

Gwydion continues meditating. As he does so, the ring on his right gauntlet flares a icy blue light, easily noticeable by anyone who happens to be looking in his direction. Faint etchings in the stone remain dark, causing the gem to form the shape of a glimmering skull.

Rex stands upon a large rock on the ground so everyone can see him. Rex: "OK everyone the base is inhabited by renegade clones like us. They have agreed for us to come up toward their base and set camp up around the base." Master Kote: "Ok lets move out." The men pack up their campsite and load everything onto gunships. After nearly an hour the gunships are loaded and the men are ready to go. Rex: "Ok Alfa take us up and to that base." Alfa: "Right away commander." The first gunship lifts off and the others follow it toward the base.

Gwydion boards a gunship with only a few troopers on board, and stands quietly in the back. Even so, the troopers on board would be slightly unnerved by his presence.

Rashan made her way into the cave. She noticed a light mist covering the ground in the slight recesses. She saw a branch to the right but did not take it. She continued straight. She sensed the traces of many Jedi and Sith who had traveled these caves and wondered how they navigated the caves. She came to an alcove on the left past a gentle slope up and down. She saw rusted equipment, to include a dilapidated cage that Master Vrook was held in during the Mercenary attack on Dantooine; during the time of the Sith Triumvirate. Rashan felt as if she should continue, so she did. She proceeded to follow the path as it turned to the left and then to the right. A little further, the tunnel emptied into the crystal chamber. She moved around to the left and found a spot to sit and meditate. She sat down and arrayed the pieces of her future lightsaber before her on the ground. Then calming herself and coming to a place of inner piece and harmony, she closed her eyes and focused on the gentle dripping of water to further relax. She opened herself to the Force and felt the crystal formations in the Force. The lightsaber pieces slowly were put together as they were in orbit around each other. The green crystal turned into a grey-viridian color. Impressions flooded her mind, but she pressed and opened herself further into the Force to find inner peace and harmony. Two hours later, she found the inner peace and harmony she was looking for. There stood before her an ancestor of hers who was a part of the founding Je'daii.
=Je'daii Ancestor= Rashan, you have done well in constructing your lightsaber. It is flawless. You have a choice to ascend higher than what is typical of our species, or follow them into darkness. The Force is more than the light and dark view that it currently espoused by the current Sith and Jedi.
=Rashan= Are you suggesting that my path leads me from the Jedi Order?
=Ancestor= No. There will always be Jedi in the Order who have differing views from each other. For example, Master Qui Gon Jinn held to the Living Force ideology, while Master Arden holds to the Unified Force ideology. Your own overseer waiting for you outside the cave is one who views things as the Jedi do: light and dark, while also holding to the Living Force ideology.
=Rashan= Is such a view possible to maintain?
=Ancestor= Yes. When I was alive before my death in the Force wars, we had found that perfect unified balance between Ashla and Bogan and espoused that philosophy knowing that too much in one direction would upset the balance. There are few Jedi in history who have been able to come to unity in the Force but only briefly. For example, Master Revan and the Skywalkers. Anakin had the opportunity to learn how to put the Force galactically back into balance, on Mortis. However, he decided not to.
=Rashan= Where must I go?
=Ancestor= Learn more under your current overseer who is yearning to learn this also. Your studies will take you to Tython. You will have a formal master by the time you head to Tython.
=Rashan= Tython? The place is a barren ruin. Where will I need to go?
=Ancestor= Here. This datapad has the summation. However, the Force will guide you. If you look in this cave, by the Force, you will find a holocron I have placed for you. I will be watching over you, but the choice is yours to take.
=Rashan= I will meditate on this.
=Ancestor= May the Force be with you.
With that he was gone. Rashan meditated further on what he said. For another four hours she entered deep meditation regarding what her ancestor had related to her.

=30 Minutes After Rashan Entered= L'awre also entered the cave while Rashan was setting up at her location. L'awre detected the impressions of many Jedi and Sith who passed through here, throughout the millennia. Like Rashan, her species had been prone to the darkside alignment. Like Rashan she had already done much to overcome this, but she knew she had a long way to go. She had her lightsaber pieces with her and walked to the first branch. She noticed the floor was slightly covered in mist where it was lower than the rest. The Force guided her to the right, and so she went that way. The tunnel made a left curve for 300m until she came to a branch. She stopped. Meanwhile Rashan had already completed her lightsaber and was talking to her Je'daii Ancestor. L'awre felt she should continue to the left so she did so. The tunnel continued to curve to the left as she went for another 400m until she came to a “t” just beyond the alcove where Master Vrook was held prisoner more than 3000 years ago. Then she remembered where she was. In her growing up years on Lehon, she had desired to become a tactical and strategic genius and devoted herself to the study of Topography, Cartography, and Geography in war. She had also studied the caves of Dantooine and the history of them. But, she allowed the Force to guide her, for this was not an exercise of memory. The Force guided her to the right and so she went that way. By this time, Rashan was in her deep meditation. The path wound in a gentle left hand curve for 200m before curving to the right for 100m and emptying into the Crystal chamber. The mist was thicker on the floor in this area. She saw Rashan up ahead to her left, but she felt compelled to bear to the right. She took a position opposite Rashan and sat down. The central column was between them and the pool was behind her. She arrayed her pieces about her and calmed herself. L'awre had done her research and decided instead to construct a Forcesaber. However, she hypothesized that it depended on the alignment of the user who created it if it was darksided or not. Since she was aligned on the light, she hypothesized that a Forcesaber could be constructed that was aligned to the light, and infused with the power of the light side of the Force; unlike her ancestors who built them in the darkside. L'awre calmed herself and opened herself up to the Force. The pieces rose from the ground and orbited each other. She fell into a deep trance and saw flashes of her species' dark history, and subsequent legacy on the galaxy. She saw how they were quickly forgotten and how quickly some species worked to eradicate all knowledge of them. L'awre then saw another vision of a darker future of her life. She saw what she was capable of and what could happen if she fell. She felt the urge to fight the vision, for the urge was overwhelming her. There was a trick that Daroka Siir had taught her, and she implemented it. She quickly calmed herself down and bought herself just enough time so that she could gain control and overcome. It was a struggle, but as she became a sieve for the Force the urge to fight the vision became less and less. It was not easy but she came to a place of inner peace and harmony. She came to and discovered her Forcesaber completed. She laid it on the ground in front of her and opened herself to the Force. She cleared her mind of all questions, and other thoughts and listened. The Force flowed through her as she made fine tuning corrections to her Forcesaber. Then she achieved it, unity in the Force except only for a brief moment. But it was enough to imbue the Forcesaber with the Unity of the Force – both Ashla and Bogan as parallel streams, with her in the breach. The Force gave her specific instructions for her to go to Tython and learn how to achieve Unity and balance in the Force between Ashla and Bogan; in the form of a vision. She was ready. She stood and carried her Forcesaber. She then felt guided by the Force to leave the chamber and this time stay to the right all the way out.

=Four Hours After Entering the Cave= Rashan got up from her meditation and clipped her new lightsaber to her belt and made her way out of the cave the way she came in. The Force did not impress a different direction, so she went back the way she came. She exited the cave.

The Force was present in the cave, that much was obvious. Picas and Karrus both sensed it as the entered the maw of the cave. The light quickly faded, but did not disappear altogether. "The light will be amplified and reflected by the crystal formations." Picas said. Karrus wasn't interested in that, he just wanted his lightsaber, and voiced his opinion a few times on their journey to the cave. "A Jedi must show patience. It is never the end result that counts, but what you did to get there. Can you not feel how strong in the Force this cave is?"
"I sense it alright, but how? Crystals can't use the Force. When I was a Sith, we just artificially made them."
"The crystals in this cave are attuned to the Force, and absorb the latent Force energy from those who are sensitive to it - like Jedi. They then amplify that energy. If you try hard, you can even sense the presence of past Jedi who have left a strong impression here. That is the crystals storing latent energy, and then amplifying it." Picas explained, and they turned a corner.
"I wonder if future Jedi will sense us when they visit?" Karrus said. Picas smiled, knowing that Karrus understood now.
"It's a possibility!"
Karrus stopped. "They won't need to, they'll find out bodies. You didn't tell me about the Kinrath!" They both took a steph back as, far ahead of them, they could just make out the shape of the insectoid-creature.
"I forgot," Picas answered honestly. Both of them had no lightsabers, and no way to defend themselves. "And I think they heard you."
Indeed, two Kinrath had turned their heads to the two Jedi, and were crawling towards them rather quickly.

Picas thought back to his last visit here, and his studies in the archives. The only thing he remembered was the scent gland from a kinrath would make other kinrath think that Karrus and Picas were one of them. "That doesn't help if we don't have a gland!" Karrus said once Picas explained his idea. Picas cursed, kinrath were dangerous enough to cause death to the unwary traveller.
"I've got an idea," Picas said suddenly, closing his eyes and trying is best to clear his mind. He could hear Karrus panicking as the kinrath got closer, but forcibly shut the distraction out. It wasn't long before his mind was clear, and he could feel the thoughts around him. The panicked ones of Karrus he ignored, looking to the kinrath. He found them, two storms of aggression. Their thought were not fully-formed, and were instinctual, reacting to the environment around them. Picas had never done this before, but tried it anyway. He made a barrier around that swirling storm that was the kinrath. He did it gently, not pressing against the instinctual thoughts but deadening them to the world.
Picas was sweating through concentration, but he opened his eyes and saw the kinrath before them, a mere metre away, calm and idle.

"How are you doing that?" Karrus asked, approaching the now-calm creatures. "They've stopped attacking."
"Do not touch them!" Picas implored. "I have deadened their senses to the outside world. Any interference will collapse that barrier. It is a fragile thing. We must get moving." Karrus, however, was still examining one of the kinrath. "What are you doing?" Picas asked, grabbing him by the sleeve and tugging.
"I'm looking for a gland! I can't do what you do, and I need to protect myself." Karrus was specifically interested in the rear end of the beasts.
"The Force has guided us so far, we're meant to be here. Do not panic, I don't think we will have any further problems with these creatures. And if we do, I know what to do."
They continued further into the cave. The light began to take on a brighter tone, and Picas knew they were getting close to the crystals.

The Jedi duo reached the main cavern where the crystals were formed. They only encountered one more kinrath, which Picas subdued. The cavern had a high ceiling with a central column of rock. All around different crystal formations dotted the area. Some where clear, some had colour. All shone bright, both physically and through the Force. "We're here," Picas announced, heading to the centre of the area and sitting down. "Now we have to choose a crystal."
"How do we do that, there are so many? Like I said before, when I was a Sith, we just created them. Can't I just choose one and leave?" Karrus was anxious about not being able to calm the kinrath himself.
"The crystal in a lightsaber is much more than just a tool, it is the connection between you, your lightsaber and the Force. Come, meditate. Reach out with your senses. You will feel one that resonates with you."
Karrus did so. Both Jedi began meditating, with Picas' senses also on alert for any more wandering kinrath.

"You must calm yourself, Karrus, or you'll never find your crystal." Picas said, sensing Karrus' unease. "Trust in the Force, trust in me. No kinrath will disturb us." And then Picas sensed his anxiety fade, but not disappear completely. The historian had already found a crystal, and was busy connecting to it through the Force, to make sure that it was fully compatible with Picas and his beliefs. Certain crystals had certain properties. Those more aggressive in their fighting style would pick one that would amplify active Force abilities. Those like Picas, who avoided combat where possible and relied on the Force as a defensive measure, were more allured to crystals who amplified Force ability and not strength - there was a subtle difference.
Picas found this process odd, but satisfying. The crystal didn't have a Force presence exactly, for they weren't sentient, but they amplified the Force in their environment. The trick was to see which crystal amplified the seeker's qualities. The crystal that appeared more powerful to Picas as he searched was the one he required. A different person would have a different crystal, as each one amplified power differently. That was the beauty of the crystal cave: each Jedi got a personalised lightsaber.
Picas stood, collected his crystal from a blue formation, and awaited for Karrus. He imagined Karrus would have more difficulty.

Karrus took longer, just as Picas suspected. Picas decided not to tell Karrus what he should be looking for, and allow him to find his own crystal in the true Jedi way. He would be better for it. Picas kept an eye on his progress with his senses, finally feeling when Karrus recognised the crystal that amplified his Force presence the most. It took a few more minutes to realise that that is what he should have been looking for, and Picas felt him examine the crystal in the Force. Once Karrus was certain, he too stood. "I think I've found it," he said, and walked over to a green crystal formation near the back of the cavern.
"Yes, I definitely have it," Karrus said as he held his newly-acquired crystal. "Now all I need to do is build its housing. Shall we go back?"
Picas nodded, showing Karrus his own crystal. "Great work, Karrus. When it comes to training other Jedi, you now know how to find a crystal that suits you. It's an important step."
Together, they left the cave. Picas only calmed one other kinrath on the way out. He'd have to document that ability, or at least look it up, when he got back to the archives.

Deep in the recesses of the Crystal caves, behind sixteen inch blast doors disguised as cavern walls a facility had been built by the now defunct World Eater's lead by one Lord-Militant Loki once one of the most feared being's in the galaxy. Within this facility, stood eight stasis tank's 10 feet tall each, glowing faintly with a blueish glow. Within each was an identical clone, a massive floating form seven feet tall, broad and massive, shadowed but clearly Zabraki. Wires and cables ran from massive computer systems to each stasis tank. Medical droids waited in recesses along the far wall along with various equipment they would need. One of the tanks suddenly lit up, the lights in the facility flashed and flickered on. The machines began warbling. Sensors beeped and the beats of multiple hearts began to synchronize on monitors.
The first tank on the left began to drain. The signal had been received. The original Lord Militant was dead... But he wasn't no he was on Naboo with his friends, having recovered from his heart stopping wounds on Etti IV but it was too late the signal had been sent weeks ago, the memory upload, five years out of date had begun. The medical droids began preparation peeling away from the wall and going to various cabinets, pulling out pieces of silvery armor, black robes and set aside light sabers, a com pad and more.
All the while the liquid drained from tank, soon it was nothing but a small puddle on the bottom of the tank the being was suspended by wires. Then the tank's glass swung outward and a medical droid, massive by standard droids reached in and caught the being and disengaged the wires and cords, it lifted the being with ease and placed it on the waiting medical table. next to the other table the silvery armor was waiting, along with the robes and weapons.
**MedDroid 77-97** ::All vitals clear, hearts beating, 120 over 72. Memory upload complete, beginning phasing now.::
The being's eyes snapped open, yellow and furious it looked at the droids. "How?!" It roared the voice was concise accurate, Loki's voice before being stuffed in an escape pod for five years. "How did those blithering Jedi shadows defeat me!?" He bellowed, attempting to sit up, however the massive droid eased him back down.
**MeDroid 77-97** ::Lord Militant, we do not know, the last memory link was five standard years ago, or approximately 1,825 day's would you like to know the seconds?::
"No you blithering droid, I want to know how I died! And when! The uplink for my memories does not take five years to process!" Lord Loki snarled at the useless droid and sat up despite it's protests and swung his legs over the side. He felt fresh, reborn, His memories suggested his age to be in his forties, but this body was his at 25, but his mind was wise, though because of the special way it was phased, he had glaring holes right now, they would come as needed, but the most important memories his combat skills, force ability and knowledge and his history as a genetic mutant remained, slowly more would creep in, this process was developed so as to avoid overwhelming his clone body. Now his real body. "Where is my corpse?" He asked the other droid.
**MedDroid 12-16** ::Sir our current indicators have it being on Naboo, however the signal was received from Etti IV two standard week's ago.::
"Etti IV? Naboo? What was I doing on those worlds?" Lord Loki mused to himself, no matter he would travel to Endor, then Naboo and retrieve the artifact from his corpse and burn it, no record of his failures could exist. But what could I have been doing for five years? Why would I neglect the weekly uplink? What happened on Endor? All these questions would soon be answered. "Arm me." He said to the droids. Who without a word as Loki stood and held up his arms began to dress him in the special skintight suit before placing his armor on his body, the set the helm with holes for his horns beside him on the table, in a matter of minutes he was a towering being of silver and black, then the Sith robes where placed over the armor and clasped it shut, now his armor was hidden, save his graves which shone brightly with their black stripes. "The ship is being prepped?" He said the droids nodded an affirmative. "I will leave you then, prepare for next time, but I assure you it will not happen, I will return in a week to commit to the memory upload, keep the logs." He said picking up the sabers and strapping them to the belts of his robes, and the data pad, then he turned towards an interior door which slid open as he approached. Now he walked along an upwards sloping hall thousands of feet long, soon he came to another door which opened onto a compact hanger, which had doors opening up on the plains of Dantooine, eight matching Lambda class shuttles waited with droid pilots. Lord Loki approached the one that was warming up and walked up the waiting ramp. "Endor." He said simply to the droid pilot slipping into the co-pilots chair next to him. The droid nodded and from the viewport the panels on the plains opened and the shuttle lifted up and out letting the doors slam shut once more it was though nothing was there, and in darkness it would be hard to see, the cloaking device engaged and the lambda shuttle blasted for Orbit.

Dalo quickly ran onto his ship to grab his gear and a backpack with a few supplies and enough space if need be to assist in the transportation of these crystals back to Jair's ship. A new fire lit within him with the flames of purpose, to once again be something more and do something that benefits others more than himself.
As he exited, the ramp closed and security measures activated to protect it from theft or looters. The HK system was very efficient at this post and none have outsmarted it yet."We should be able to travel relatively unnoticed if we tread softly, talking minimal and try not to stumble on any nesting grounds. As for the Force, I've come to know it to have a will of it's own that no one can redirect. And often enough, I find it comical and the punchlines to be killers." Dalo smirked as he slung his pack and rifle to his back, assuring himself his lightsaber was safely tucked away and pistol was holstered. Vibros were clean and sheathed. "After you!" Jair nodded, with a smile, and began to lead the way. As he did, keeping in mind Dalo's heed to keep their voices down, he whispered over to him, briefly. "Is that an HK unit? Where did you get that?" Jair asked, fascinated. Those droids were ancient. He recalled reading about them in many a history data pad.As he thought, the trek was surprisingly not very long. And they reached the entrance to the caves. There weren't any signs of Kath Hound herds nearby either, nor, even more importantly, were there not any signs of imperials stalking the area. That was indeed welcome news."That didn't take long at all." Jair wondered, recalling Dalos blue lightsaber... "Have you been to a natural source of Kyber before?" It was a genuine question, because if Dalo kept his lightsaber from childhood, there was a good chance it might still have either an old training crystal in it, the type of small crystal Jair was currently looking for, or some sort of synthetic crystal. If that was the case, Dalo might find a journey into the caves worthwhile.

The Force always spoke clearly to him in places and moments like this." I won it in a game of pazaak. It only came with it's head, so I integrated it into the Predator's computer system with some help from a friend of mine. She's a whiz at tinkering and modifications." Dalo smiled at the memory, for not all of whom he met in his travels were all that bad. He also agreed with Jair's astute observation. Indeed it was fortunate things happened the way they have which caused them to land where they did, or else there would be a definite outcome to have crossed paths with another Kath hound pack out here. The planet was riddle with them for a time to which, if Dalo's memory serves him well enough, they even had a great hunt to help cull their numbers making it safer for new settlers to come in.
Dalo glanced at the mention of his saber to his pouch on his belt where he kept his, safe and protected from the elements. He frowned slightly before answering Jair with a hint of shame in his voice. "I had run into a black market trader dealing with oddities of various arrangements when I noticed a couple of his lesser crystals were not what the guy thought they were. So I ended up getting a better source for my saber but I don't think it's 100%. I hadn't cared to use it much after Felucia. Preferred to use it as an aggressive lockpick than a weapon. That's what my Vibros were used for amongst my other blasters." Dalo paused as they stopped before the mouth of the cave and breathed deeply once more. He could feel the Force beckoning from inside, sensing there was something special in there, precisely attuned just for him by the grace of the Force. He smiled before looking back at Jair."I'm looking forward to this. Many things are uncertain, but our meeting is clearer than the crystal seas of Naboo. Now lets get your crystals and head out. No sense in wearing out our welcome for too long; patrols often patrol these caves and we need to be vigilant in hiding our tracks."
