Dark Diamond Palace - Golden Room. Sparring Arena.
As Witwer activated his lightsaber and started to deflect some of the blaster fire back at the B1 battle droids, as he was deflecting the shots back a the battle droids Alex noticed that his partner in this trial had decided to take some cover. So he proceeded to gather the force and jump backwards towards some cover while still deflecting blaster fire back at the battle droids. Once he was behind cover he started to think of a solution for taking out the darktroopers since the battle droids were easy enough to defeat and the Krath war droids hadn't moved yet. Witwer deactivated his lightsaber and began to focus the force and proceeded to lift two of the darktroopers in the air turning them around so that there blaster fire was directed at the other darktroopers. Witwer know that once the two darktroopers in the air had be defeated they would need a new strategy for dealing with the rest of the darktroopers.

Akrak watched at the young human picked up two Darktroopers and caused them to spin and fire upon their own.
Not bad, he thought. The Darktroopers were the immediate threat. The B1's could be dealt with later. As for the Krath War Droids, they hadn't moved yet, which was very suspcious, however it meant they weren't a threat yet.
Springing out of cover, Akrak charged forward, aided by the Force. Closing the gap between himself and the remaining Darktroopers, he began to hack and slice his way through the group, aiming for limbs and weapons. While it was successful for a few moments, the Darktroopers turned on him. Vaulting up in the air, Akrak landed on the shoulders of one. Plunging his blade straight down into the head, he vaulted off the now defunct trooper, heading for the next. At this point, the remaining Darktroopers were firing at him. Deflecting shots was tricky at this point, but he managed to spring through the group, hopping from trooper to trooper, severing heads and impaling them through the back. As he jumped towards the last one, a concussion rocket exploded nearby, sending him flailing into the ground. The heavily armored Sith hit the ground and remained there, unmoving...

Witwer watched the armor clad sith take down multiple darktroopers before getting caught in the blast of a concussion rocket. Witwer began to analyze the situation, there were only a few darktroopers left and maybe half the B1 battle droids left plus the Krath War droids that haven't moved. The war droids he thought must only engage once a target is close to them, he noticed that the remaining darktroopers and B1 Battle droids were only firing at him, interesting he thought, since they were only firing at him they must be programed to attack moving targets. A plan began to form in his head of how they could deal with the remaining opponents, first part is to conserve some of his stamina and energy for the war droids to do so Witwer used the force and brought one the fallen B1's blaster rifle to him. He deactivated his lightsaber and started to fire at the the remaining B1's while moving towards another spot of cover, hopefully the armor clad sith would realize what was happening and began part two of his plan.

The Golden Room was not exactly his style. The heavier decorations were not what he would have wanted in his own office, at least dominating most of the building. Still, it was indeed a piece of art. The room had it's own flair and was clearly built by an experienced craftsman. "Now, Lord Savage, I would like to continue what I had begun to say earlier." He paused for a moment, giving the Sith Lord time to begin to grasp what he was saying. From what he could tell, many in both the Imperial Knights and the Sith parts of the First Order disagreed with the way Nicademus was leading the First Order "Perhaps I could say we have a mutual problem. I believe that the First Order has become a bit... distanced from it's original ideals."

Vacating the lift and making his way to into the Throne Room, tucked in the center of the Golden Room itself, Savage seated himself on the obsidian throne. Motioning to the seats before the throne, he indicated to the Grand Moff to take a seat. And then he listened to what the Chiss had to say. And so, Savage wasn't the only one who had his doubts about Nicademus. Interesting.
"Indeed. And what has our esteemed Emperor done to give you this impression?" Better yet, what gave you the notion that you could come to me with this sort of information? What makes you think I am dissatisfied with our leader's methods?"
Vlusu didn't know Viox, aside from him being the former High Admiral. And those tales would be spun by those who told them making Viox come off as a patriotic Sith, as he carried out his duties to the letter. Which he did. Aside from voicing his thoughts about Nicademus to his brother who was a Knight of Ren working as a double agent for him, no one else knew of Viox's original intentions to split from the First Order and then take it over. So, if Vlusu was approaching him now, either his brother had opened his mouth, which was highly unlikely, or things actually were getting that bad. Provided the Chiss was straight up with the information he passed along, all would be revealed soon enough.

Shifting slightly on the ground, the sounds of battle greeted his ears. As well as a painful ringing. Akrak's eyes snapped open as he remembered where he was. In the thick of battle, proving himself to some egotistical Zabrak. It was absurd, but it needed to be done. Pushing himself back up, Akrak rose to his feet, rolling his shoulders and stretching out his neck. That concussion rocket had been much more potent than anticipated. Clearly the Sith'ari was skilled at making very challenging trials. Surveying the scene, Akrak noticed that the young human was busy using a blaster rifle to draw fire. With a snort of disgust, Akrak focused on the remaining Darktroopers. Two remained. One was damaged. Clipping his lightsaber to his belt, he raised his hands, fingers splayed. The air crackled and snapped around him and electricity danced between his fingers. As the charge finally reached critical mass, Akrak unleashed a barrage of lightning at the two remaining Darktroopers. The electrical current danced across the shiny armored surface of the Darktroopers as they halted in their tracks and began to twitch and contort as much as their armor would allow. Slowly walking forward, Akrak focused his energy and the Force even more towards the Darktroopers. His anger and rage seethed and bubbled within. As more power was being focused into the lightning, any B1 Battle Droid that had the misfortune of being two close also got caught in the stray arcs of electricity. Now Akrak was angry. And he focused that anger. Which amplified his attack...

Timid little Nidana was surprised when one of the most impressive beings in the hanger came straight up to her. At first worried that she would need to fight or run, that was until the Praetorian spoke Savage's name. Relieved, she would follow the guard into the Golden Room. This was even more spectacular than the rest of the building she had seen so far. Her eyes shimmered as they took in the fantastic architecture and design. But then she spotted the Sith'ari upon his throne. She made her way over, and when she was within about ten feet of him, she knelt down and awaited his instruction.

Dark Diamond Palace - Golden Room.
Seated upon his throne, lounging lazily, as if he was actually bored of being there, his fierce yellow eyes watched the timid, lithe framed woman approach him. He himself, was still trying to sort out what had happened between them in the training chambers of the Academy. Why had he reacted in such a way? Why was he showing compassion for someone he hardly knew? And why did he feel drawn to her? Like a parental instinct to protect the young woman...it had been years since he had seen his own son. It had been months since he had seen his queen and his daughter. He had his own family. And yet this woman had managed to stir something within his blackened core...it both bothered him and surprised him. Not many were worthy of the direct attention of the Sith'ari these days, and yet here he was, giving special attention to a woman he hardly knew. It certainly gave him something to ponder, that much was certain. But the time for inner reflection and pondering his actions was for a later, more private time. Right now, he had to decide what he wanted to do with this woman. Nidana, he reminded himself. She had a name. And because she had a name to him, she was no longer another face. She was an actual person to him. Leaning forward, he spoke to her.
"How are you feeling...?"
That sounded forced, coming from his lips. Expressing concern for another's well being was a foreign concept to him, especially considering who she was to him as of right now. "How are you feeling?" he thought. Well, there certainly were more awkward ways of asking her that, so all things considered, this might not be as bad as he thought. Waving the Praetorian Shadowtroopers, stationed around the room, away, he spoke once more.
"You must have questions, young Nidana. Feel free to ask them here. We are alone and no one will interrupt us. This is the safest place you can be, here on Iridonia. Speak freely."
Even those words sounded foreign to him. He certainly was allowing this woman a lot of luxuries that he normally didn't offer anyone else, including his most trusted and respected advisors. Even his own wife didn't see this kind of luxury from him most of the time, though Larissa was stubborn, well spoken and intelligent. She didn't need these little luxuries to get what she wanted from him, however. She was the political voice of his rule on Iridonia. She had the freedoms to do as she pleased without consequence. Watching Nidana carefully, he was curious as to what she would ask first, and wondered if he was going to be able to give her an honest answer if the line of questioning went the way he expected it to...

Once more, the Dark Lord surprised the young Echani. He waved away his guards and offered for her to speak freely to him. She remained knelt down and started to tremble a little. Something inside her was pushing for her to be honest about her original intentions for coming here: To use the Sith for their knowledge, with little intention of actually joining them. Yet that had changed after her trial and when the Sith'ari had shown that he was more than just a one sided killer. She saw more in him, and felt confused about how safe she felt in his presence, though if the stories were to be believed, he could kill her with a thought. But if she was going to continue here, she needed to be honest. I am doing much better. Your doctors are good at what they do.
She paused for a moment.
What are your plans for me? I wish to be of use to you, my Lord.
She was still scared and timid, but her statement was even and clear, her mind made up, that she would stay by the Sith'ari's side in whatever capacity he deemed suitable for her.

Surprisingly, he was pleased to hear she was doing much better. And that bothered him. He wasn't a heartless husk, void of all emotions, but he didn't outwardly show his emotions. Connections, entanglements, the were all fraught with weaknesses. Aside from his family. Larissa, Lysandra and Vallius. If anything were to happen to them, he'd tear this galaxy asunder to exact his revenge and make those who hurt his family suffer. But this young Echani woman. What was it about her that allowed him to express concern and compassion on her? Why, out of everyone he had met in his travels, was this woman different? Even Vasari was more his type, though he'd never admit his possible interest in her to anyone. And she wasn't subtle about using her...assets to her advantage. Something he admired about her. But that was raw, physical attraction. Lust, even. This was...more innocent. There wasn't that level of attraction there. This was more instinct. Without any conscious thought, he instinctively felt the need to protect this woman and nurture her nature. It made no sense. But, as he had learned of his many years of experience, little was left to chance when the Force was involved. Obviously the Force was pushing him towards her. For what reason, he had no idea. But eventually it would be made clear. Hopefully. Sensing Nidana's fear and timid nature, he looked over to her, returning his focus back to the present.
"Indeed. You may end up being more useful than you know, my dear. As for my plans, oddly enough you don't actually fit into the grand scheme of things. Which means I can find a greater use for you than simply becoming a pawn for me to manipulate..."
And then his mind began to wander once more. He had no desire to manipulate this young woman. At least not to the degree he was manipulating everyone and everything else. Everyone and everything under his employ had a purpose. A function to serve. Malvus served to unite the Sith under the Sith'ari's banner. Vasari served to delve into the arcane, bringing forth previously lost knowledge and power. Petrovsky served as his personal eyes and ears within the First Order, ensuring the Sith'ari remained well informed of the First Order's movements. Even his own brother, Vladimir, served to keep him in the know when it came to the Knights of Ren. Everyone and everything served a purpose. His purpose. Without his manipulative machinations, none of this would have come to fruition. Iridonia would still be floundering under the rule of no one in particular. Mustafar would be some distant world without any importance. Pzob would be just another dead NOE world. All of this was possible due to him. He was the epicenter of it all. And then he gets blindsided by this...woman. Forcing his mind to return to the present, he spoke to Nidana once more.
"You fall outside my plans. Which makes you special..."
Rising from the throne, he began to pace, still talking.
"I foresee great things in your future, my dear...know this. I have no reason to manipulate you, other than for the sheer pleasure of it. I have no reason to use you to achieve my own ends, as I already have many being used for that singular purpose. Which makes you a wild card. A wild card I fully intend to utilize. I want to help you grow into what you can and will become...and for that to happen, we must address the relationship between us. I extend my hand to you, in offer of training and assistance... my daughter."
Daughter!?! The word had just slipped out. But, thinking about it now, it was quite fitting. It summed up the way he felt for her, put perspective on his need to protect her and nurture her. And it would erase any doubt between them. Viewing her as his daughter, legitimate or otherwise, would create trust between them. Which would allow Nidana herself to grow and flourish under his guidance. It was perfect. Even if how this had come about was odd, everything seemed to fall together accordingly. Which suited Savage just fine.

A gasp escaped Nidana's lips. Had she miss heard him? "Daughter?" She was caught off guard by this. Though as she thought about it, she couldn't remember a time when she felt as comforted or as safe, except the shards of a memory. Before she had been taken by the Jedi she remembered the strong arms of her father and the safe feeling of that embrace. One that Sith'ari Savage had unknowingly emulated. When she was brought into the Jedi Order she cut ties with her family, as was the way of the Jedi, to be apart from such attachments (or at least that was how her more orthodox master did things). She hadn't known she had been missing that parental figure, her whole life, someone she could trust without hesitation, and knew would protect her. A small smile came to her face as she looked up into his yellow eyes, though she knew to many they were deep wells of hatred, to her they were as a warm fire on a rainy day. Her own pale gray eyes shimmering with tears, not of fear or sadness, but from some kind of weight being lifted from her. In a voice barely above a whisper she finally spoke.
I would be honored... Father.

A small, genuine smile crossed the Zabrak's tattooed lips, but only for a moment. It quickly disappeared, however. Motioning for the young Echani to follow him, he made his way out of the Throne Room and headed towards a door. As it slid open, it revealed a trophy room of sorts. On either side of the hall were glass display cases containing trophies and mementos from past triumphs. The first case on the left held the robes of Jun-Dar Kaz, a Grey Jedi Master that had managed to remain undetected on Iridonia for several decades. The mannequin was dressed as Jun-Dar Kaz had been, and his lightsaber was placed on a stand at the mannequin's feet. An engraved nameplate was on the base of the case. Opposite of Kaz, was the remains of Jedi Knight Regan B'ree. Before he had been infected by his former apprentice's scourge. The black leather vest and tunic were neatly pressed and starched, placed on the mannequin with care. As with Kaz, Regan's lightsaber was stored on a display stand at the mannequin's feet and an engraved name plate was set into the base of the case.. Left of Kaz's display case, there was a cylindrical tube containing the actual physical remains of Gemini Lyske. Gemini Lyske was Lilandra Lyske's twin sister. And an assassin of the Noble House of Lyske who had attempted to assassinate the members of the Tyrian Triumvirate many years ago. The pale-skinned woman, while having been dead now for several decades, still looked very alive. Her raven hair floating silently within the tube. Her features still remarkably beautiful, as was one of the many traits of the Lyske women. One would assume she might only have been sleeping, save for the hole burned through her abdomen where Viox's lightsaber had pierced through, killing the woman. Opposite Gemini was the robes and lightsaber of her twin sister, Lilandra Lyske, otherwise known as Lady Deathstalker to the greater galaxy. Having died tragically decades ago, her physical remains were entombed on Rhommamool. But, being slightly sentimental of his past allies and enemies both, he found it fitting to honor her. To the right of Lilandra was Qumra Allatan, better know as Praxus. A neatly pressed uniform bearing the markings of the Rhommamoolian Armed Forces and the Tyrian Triumvirate was folded respectfully and presented out of respect. The crimson-camouflaged uniform bore the General's name plate, rank insignia and several campaign ribbons on the chest. Highly polished boots sat neatly next to the uniform, almost as if waiting for their owner to place them on and continue on to the parade square, though that was never to be. A blaster rifle and lightsaber hilt were also placed neatly next to the uniform. Also entombed on Rhommamool, Praxus was eternally at rest beside his lover, Lilandra and their unborn child. Opposite Praxus was a different styled display case. The edged of the glass were trimmed with gold and the base that the case sat on was made of marble polished to a high sheen. And inside, placed on a mannequin, were the robes and armor of the once respected and feared Lord Kalen Grauswein. Once the mind behind the Triumvirate, now a long forgotten brother-in-arms, the chartreuse colored lightsaber Kalen had been known to wield was laying at his feet, ignited and contained properly for display purposes. There were several other display cases after Kalen and Praxus, but they looked as though they hadn't been completed yet. Most of them were covered with red velvet curtains. As Savage walked, he paused at each case, lost in though. At the very end of the room was a terminal that was active. Alongside the terminal, mounted to the wall were several relics or artifacts. A zhaboka, the double-bladed weapon of the Zabrak people, with a carbon dating plate engraved beneath it. A Mark III Tystel, a powerful Zabrak made blaster pistol, was also present with a manufacturer's date stamp beside it. Both relics dated back to during the time of the Jedi Civil War between the Jedi Order and the Jedi-turned-Sith Revan and Malak. Coming up to the terminal, the holo-pedestal next to it sprang to life. The ghostly avatar of the Artificial Intelligence known as Rampant Savage shimmered into existence. At this point, Savage spoke to the young woman, knowing she would become distracted by the relics and artifacts of his personal collection. He didn't blame her, as each item within this room had a story behind it and some sort of meaning to the man who possessed them now, twisted or otherwise.
"Feel free to peruse these relics and trophies of the past. Rampant will answer any questions you may have. This terminal will also provide information on my past...not something I allow to be viewed lightly, you understand. In order to better understand me, you need to know my past. If you can stomach my past, then we shall push forward together and forge the future...I have other business to attend to, but I will return to you."
And with that, the Zabrak Sith'ari left the room, heading for the hangar bay. High Admiral Petrovsky would be arriving in orbit soon, returning from his conquest of Adumar. And the items Viox had requested would hopefully be in two as well. Which would allow him to push forward with his next mission...

Following him through this macabre museum didn't seem to disturb the young woman too much. She had seen grizzly trophies in the tombs she had visited and most were not nearly as well preserved as those here. All the same she couldn't help but shiver at the sight of Gemini, flouting as if in bacta. But what really caught her eye were those items that she knew dated back to the times when the wars between Sith and Jedi tore the galaxy asunder. Not like now, where each side is an arm of a larger entity. The galaxy lived or died as these two sides fought for dominance. The stories they could tell... but she was soon snapped back to the present when Viox spoke. Introducing Rampant, Nidana gave a slight bow in respect to the AI. Daughter turned to Father and she spoke with a certainty and tone that could be nothing short of the truth.
Whatever I learn in this room, will not go beyond these walls or us.
She watched as he strode out of the room. He was almost out the door when she called after him.
Be safe!

While he did hear her call out to him, he did little to acknowledge her as he left the room. As Viox left Nidana within his personal trophy room, the A.I spoke to the young Echani. The digital entity's voice spoke softly, but the voice was still chilling, regardless.
"I have been compiling and collating data on various topics of interest in regards to the Sith'ari's past. He has allowed you unrestricted access to his history, though some memory blocks have been put into place as a safeguard. I will do what I can to serve you, my lady. What would you like to learn first?"
The A.I, while unable to feel any sort of emotional reaction, was still able to understand the concept of envy. If it were living, the A.I would be envious of the fact that this seemingly unimportant woman was granted so much free access to the Sith'ari. But, he was programmed to follow the orders of his master, and Lord Savage had made it very clear that he was to assist and cooperate with Nidana. To which, he would comply. He had no reason to not 'trust' her, as it were. Viox seemed to trust her and that was enough for the A.I.

Turning back to face to consul and the AI, Nidana sighed and looked up at Rampant. And in a voice that couldn't help but sound mirthful she said,
From the beginning.

Inclining his head, the A.I proceeded with the request.
"Alert. A memory block is preventing me from accessing certain records. I will retrieve what I can. One moment, processing request...file retrieved. Would you like me to read the file for you, my lady?"
Standing on the holo-pedestal, arms folded behind his back, the ghostly warrior avatar remained silent, waiting for input.

Inclining his head once more, Rampant 'cleared' his throat. It was an unnecessary action, but something to indicate he was about to start.
"Viox Savage was born on Iridonia during the Imperial Period, in 19BBY, to Xander and Elizabeth Savage. He is the youngest of his family. He is currently the only Clan Savage member present on Iridonia. Vladimir's whereabout are unknown at this time, as is his father's. There is nothing of note in his personal history up until the age of twelve. Xander took young Viox to the tomb of Skaar, a Zabrak elder centuries dead. There is it noted that the young Zabrak underwent an alchemical change, altering his physiology in several ways. It is unknown what effect this had on his mental faculties, however. From then on, Xander trained the young boy in the ways of the Sith. At the age of twenty-two, Viox left his father on Iridonia and struck out on his own. Having grown to resent his father due to the harsh training regiment he was forced to live through, the young man disappeared for several years without a trace."
Noticing the young Echani listening with rapt attention, Rampant paused and posed a question to her.
"Would you like me to continue? Or is there something more relevant you would like to know?"
Merely a question posed to her, nothing more. Viox's early life was of little importance to anyone, really. However, if she insisted that Rampant continue, the A.I would do so.

She was having a hard time imagining Viox as a child, though as, due to the bond between them she could. But she was brought once again hurtling to reality as a question was posed to her. She felt herself suddenly get angry at the fact that the AI would insinuate that even the smallest details where unimportant. She caught herself before she said any of what she was thinking, and calmed down before responding to Rampant.
If I am to be the daughter of the Darkness Incarnate, then I must know everything. Each detail is important, every step he has taken on this path, I must be able to follow. Please continue, and spare no detail.

Inclining his head once again, the A.I spoke.
"Very well, my lady."
Processing the file, Rampant pulled the details of the time after of Viox's disappearance. Finding where the file picked up, he continued to speak.
"During his disappearance, there are no records of what Lord Savage was up to. Seven years after his disappearance, he returned to Taris at the behest of his Master at the time, Lord Andromedus. It was at this time that he met Raven Tarkin and was ordered to Rhommamool in the Expansion Region. Upon his arrival at Rhommamool, Lord Savage assisted Kalen Grauswein in conquering the planet and dealing with any dissidents associated with Nom Anor. It was at this time that Qumra Allatan arrived as well. Under the alias of Praxus, the three Sith managed to overcome their differences and form an alliance for the betterment of the Sith. Claiming to be the 'True Sith', Kalen, Praxus and Viox formed the Tyrian Triumvirate. With Kalen becoming the Mind, Praxus becoming the Foot and Viox became the Wings. Politics, fleets and armies. Each position took care of those aspects. Kalen, a part of the Neo-Sith Order at the time, broke ties. And for five years they reigned over Rhommamool, gathering allies and resources. But as history has taught us, the Sith, whether intentional or not, are mired in destruction and death. The Yuuzhan Vong formed a brief alliance with the neighboring Jedi of Osarian and attacked Rhommamool. Among those casualties were a young trainee that had sparred with Kalen days before. Lilandra Lyske. Later revealed that she had escaped the carnage by delving into depths of the Force that were unheard of at the time, the saved herself and acquired the unique ability to communicate with the dead. All relevant files of her abilities have been downloaded to the holo-discs beside the terminal for future viewing."
The A.I motioned to the pile of discs sitting on the desk beside the terminal. The ones about Lilandra 'Deathstalker' Lyske contained detailed information about her ability to commune with the dead and influence them. All done via telepathy and thought. It also contained information that spoke of what happened to Lilandra herself, when she did so. Being naturally pale and ghostly white, she would fall into a deep, sleep like trance. Her core temperature would drop to near death levels, frost would form on her skin and her pulse became so shallow and slowed that even the most advanced medical equipment couldn't differentiate between her being alive or dead. It also explained that she could come to harm while visiting the realms of Chaos, should a being trapped there so will it. And it contained notes on one Larissa Novax. But that would be explained later.
"Any questions, thus far, Lady Nidana?"
The recounting of Viox's history was something that had never been done to this scale before. Nidana would be the first person to learn of his history since the collapse and fall of the Triumvirate. Having all the knowledge available, taken directly from the archives on Rhommamool, Rampant was the only other being that knew the full history. Because he wasn't the curious sort, and that kind of behavior wasn't within the scope of his programming, Rampant had all the answers readily available to him. Provided Viox hadn't placed memory blocks within his programming, he would answer Nidana's questions to the best of his programming capabilities.
