Prakith Planning Thread

DISLCAIMER: This is a closed SL (open to most people who want to join though) that will have IC and galactic ramifications. All participants have agreed to allow certain individuals to use more than the allotted fleet and army points simply as an element of the Story, not as a reality outside of Prakith.

With that fun out of the way...

This is what I understand so far, feel free to quote me and add your portions or discuss it so we can clarify...

Gabriel had been sent on a mission to Pzob. After proving himself before the lords of the Order of the Eye negotiations began to take place. Through the course of the talks, Gabriel provides the Order of the Eye a secret hyperspace route through the Deep Core to the planet Prakith, home of Darth Andeddu's tomb and a world under the Imperial Banner. He also provides the Sith with secret imperial codes that allows their vessels to bypass gravity mines and early warning systems...

At this moment, Dragus' fleet, with the others not far behind have popped out of hyperspace and begun to decimate Prakith. 50% of the orbital defese satellites were taken out in the opening salvos before they could raise their shields. The other satellites that have survived are returning fire. Dragus has begun to orbitally bombard the surface of the world, sparing only Darth Andedu's tomb.

-Right now it is unclear and open for discussion whether Prak City is able to raise it's city shield (or whether Dragus' guns targetted and destroyed it) and whether the 3 anti-orbital canons in the city are being prepared to return fire (or have been destroyed by Dragus)

Meanwhile Gabriel has assembled his fleet (which is within new site rules) at his command base at Aaghra for a "meeting" with his fleet staff... However it is suspiciously good timing that Gabe's power is amassed at such an oppurtune time for a counter attack... Gabriel is in a conference room, waiting for the Order of the Eye's envoy to speak

Whilst talking with Gabe last night In the Ajax, he said it might be an idea if I was commanding a group of Knights(npc or other characters, i don't mind which) in or around the tomb area. I am flexible with details Xeo so just tell me if you want me somewhere else.

You are ever the gentleman Dragus. So Xeo or I will raise the city shields and we can turn it into a siege-like scenario. I was talking to Talon as he mentioned and i think that a detachment of Knights and commandos should be guarding Andeddus tomb. Andeddus tomb should be a site for dueling and up close and personal stuff, i think that would be very cool

Idk Grand Admiral. We might need another fleet to defeat these guys, their ships are tough

Ill read you "crappy post" soon. Yeah go for it Talon no need to ask my permission to do this stuff more like letting me know. I will probably bring in a few extra ships than I have for my fleet to just try and balance it out a little more.

Ill write a few NPCs with you Talon

I guess Ill be in space risking life and limb trying to board one of the ships in space and blow it up from the inside for shits and giggles.

Now that I think about it the IR might need to bring in it's SSD or at very least one or two of us should use our old site, oversized fleets to compete with some to the NOE firepower being brought to bear
