how many do you plan on using?
I'm not liking these things right now, I need more info.
so far they would only be visually shocking, I feel sensors would figure them out quicker than you could use them against us.

i may be wrong, but i am pretty sure you sold these things at Billibringi and that is where we got them lol.
but from what i remember is that they are essentially giant balloons with an internal skeleton that provides it with SSD shape and holds the engines, like a zeppelin. there is blaster pistol attached to the nose (why? god only knows) and what allows the thing to manevure is a starfighter buil into the center of the structure that is hooked up to everything.
some of this is presumption because i am fuzzy on the details. it really was a gag patent.

Yeah, you didn't get them from me at all.
so the main problem is the power signature, it still won't look like a SSD to sensors.

Well, there has to be something powering the engines so the signature wouldn't match that of an SSD but it would be capital ship grade. So it wouldn't so much convince you there are a bunch SSDs but confuse you into considering it and beingoverlycautiousoverly cautious about them

Isnt that the point though? They come in you shoot a couple of them up, find out they are just a distraction/scare you either by seeing that the deflate or the power signiture is off ignoring them then one they are close enough they go boom. There are 30 but only 10 have the anti matter bombs in them. Part to reduce the chances of you hitting on with the bomb part to keep it real.

And what exactly will the anti-matter bombs do?
I see shields stopping that shit, Particle and Ray, and ships are made to stop Radiation, being in space and all.

Except that the shields will have to deal with the radiation and explosions, and said tradition will play hell with your comments and sensors.
