Rellidir is the capital of Tralus. It contains the Navos Center for the Performing Arts and the Terkury Housing Complex.

Excerpt from the local holonet news: In one of the most interesting elections in recent times, a relative unknown has come, literally, from nowhere and claimed the senate seat of Tralus. It is unknown exactly how this Umbaran won the seat, but over the course of the past six months each of the front runners, one by one, dropped out of the race as new and devastating scandals emerged from their past. While the new senator, Ludo karesh, certainly benefited from these leaks, no evidence can be found to link him to them. He will immediately depart for Coruscant to take his post. We speak for all the people of Tralus when we say that we hope he takes his job seriously and looks out for the best interest of his constituents.

A Bothan, named Cinor Ta'koh, proceeded through the streets, smoking a cigarette. It had been a while since he had felt like eyes weren't on him. No more Bothan spy net. No more bounty hunters. No more parole officers. No more Crom'nen. He served his prison term, and he was free.
He decided to walk into a cafe. He sat down with a steaming cup of caf and a hizeberry muffin. He picked up a news paper and began reading the galatic news. He stared in shock until he realized his lap was burning. His cigarette had fallen into his lap. So he looked at the headline again. Sure enough. "Crom'nen Saves Ryloth from Attack." He cursed himself. He didn't know how, but Crom'nen was back.

The owner of the cafe, a middle aged human male with graying-black hair and in need of a shave, brought out a special muffin, one that contained a sleeping agent, and brought it to the Bothan.

Cenor Ta'koh ate the muffin, puzzling over the newspaper. When he started to feel somewhat odd, he suddenly stood up, leaving everything behind to start for the front door. He began to get really drowsy, and went down to his knees. Before he passed out, he said one thing.
Not again...

Two humans in unassuming attire hastily load the Bothan into the back of a speeder and bring him to an undisclosed location. They unload him and strap him into a chair before leaving and waiting for the Bothan to come to. A lone Drall sits at a desk on the opposite side of the room.

Cinor Ta'koh awoke slowly. His head was splitting. He tried to rub is head with his hands, only to discover that his hands were tied up. His fur rippled with pain and displeasure.
I hate this part...

The Drall stands up and approaches the Bothan. It is good to see you awake Mr. Ta'koh. I have a ... proposition for you.

The Bothan's head swam. He started to speak, mostly to himself.
I was out, comrade. Done. I was out from under the Bothan spy net, no easy feat let me tell you. I was out from under the Jedi. I was out from under him. I served my time. No one is looking for me anymore. I was out I tell you!

The Drall smirks at the Borhan. You are never out, Mr. Ta'koh.

We would like to offer you a proposition. We are trying to train up our own intelligence agency here on Tralus. We would like your help getting it off the ground floor.

The Bothan sat up, suddenly fully awake.
Me? Why me? You may not have heard, but I am sort of an outcast in the intelligence community.

The perfect kind. As such, no one will notice your change in allegiance. We are prepared to offer you as many credits as you require if you will help us in this.

Cenor was still hesitant. There wasn't enough credits in the galaxy to return him to what he was. But if this was something else...
What do you want me to do, exactly?

I would like you to start traveling around the city, gather up recruits that you deem worthy, and begin training them. Once we have enough, we will expand through the rest of the planet, and hopefully the sector.

Whereas Talus had been captured via the use of multiple simultaneous uprisings, Tralus had required a little more planning and effort on General Elahaa and Exarch Mahallun's part, mostly because those corrupt officials that had fled from Talus, had regrouped in Rellidir and did their best to fortify their control. But no matter how much the cabal tried, Elahaa and Mahallun had the support of the people at large, as well as the support of Talus, and so when the Fifth Corp had descended upon Rellidir, the cabal had quickly found their escape routes cut off, with no choice left to them but to surrender or go out fighting. Thankfully, only a small number of the cabal had decided to fight, allowing Elahaa and the Fifth Corp to keep collatoral damage to a minimum, whilst members of the Vaidila and Massassai concentrated on restoring order to Rellidir. From there, work had begun on rebuilding Rellidir with the Zuguruk greatly aiding in the efforts to rebuild and return the city to it's once great status, whilst justice was dealt to those responsible for the decline
Vindicator Maahnis had wasted no time since The Th'tremsi had overthrown the cabal regime in establishing a functioning planetary defence force which had been divided into three seperate groups, each one assigned to one of three strategic capitals which included Rellidir itself. Works had already progressed well on the repairs to the two W-165 planetary turbolasers and the V-180 Planet Defender Ion Cannon, whilst work crews in orbit were attending to the neglected Golan III Space Defense NovaGun's. With Maahnis concentrating on planetary defence, Elahaa had been able to concentrate on securing the internal security of Rellidir, which had involved a series of raids on various known and suspected criminal and terrorist hideouts. Meanwhile, Exarch Mahallun had finalised his political control of Tralus, and was deep in discussion with High Exarch Nahallus via holo link, delivering his report on Tralus Already Rellidir is starting to show the effects of renewed prosperity, although it is still early days, and there is still a number of works to be finished and economical stimulation that will need to be done. Regardless, the political climate has settled and I am confident that we'll be able to move ahead with our plans for the double worlds. As it stands, we've already seen a further diversification of the population, with several more of our own people within the community, and citizens from Talus starting to visit.

Nahallus smiled contentedly, quite impressed with the progress that Exarch Mahallun and General Elahaa had made with regards to Tralus' liberation, even if a large part of it had been due to the resources that Talus had supplied, although, it spoke a great deal about the abilities of both Mahallun and Elahaa to have efficiently and effectively used the tools placed at their disposal. Ever since Talus had been liberated, Nahallus had held grave concerns for the condition of Tralus, since it had been the rally point for the remnants of the cabal that had lead to the degredation of the Double Worlds, and it would have taken just one crazed move to plunge both worlds into a war between brothers. Thankfully, though, that was no longer a concern now that both worlds were unified under a working government It gladdens my heart to know that once more the Double Worlds stand united under one cohesive government. I shall indeed inform Exarch Aellemere of her new orders immediately. Please pass my regards onto General Elahaa and Vindicator Maahnis. May Raava guide you. With that, the holo projection of Nahallus would cut out a few moments later, to leave Exarch Mahallun to his work

Like most worlds, the areas and cantinas that surrounded the spaceport were hot beds for the less desirable and rough and tumble elements of the galaxy's citizenry. While Corellia took in more of these smugglers, the reputation of the system extended to the others as well. All of this was ok with the old Jedi. It was still home, even if he didn't really spend much time there growing up. It was one of the few places that was honest about what it was. It was a place for smart people that liked nice things, but were ready to punch someone that needed punching. It was a place that accepted the universe as is. The cynical old Jedi master could appreciate that. The dishonesty of the galaxy at large weighed on him more than all of the other battles and horrors he had dealt with in his long life in service to justice, or whatever it was he was supposed to be fighting for. He sat in a dim cantina, full of spacers, smugglers, bounty hunters, and its share of mercs, sipping a Corellian Ale. His lightsaber hung on his hip. Basic in design, a mix of chrome, black, and bronze, concealing a silvery green crystal. Having an exposed weapon was par for the course here in this establishment. Around him there was hustle and bustle, egos ready to be goaded and too munch drink had been consumed. It was a place where a cynic could feel at ease, it was a place with nothing to hide.
