And it appeared like she had made a big deal out of nothing. Crystal blinked once to convey that she understood clearly. Maybe she was being hormonal. Glancing at her datapad to check the date, she looked upwards and understood... Crystal took a deep breath and rubbed her temple thoughtfully and it was when she heard Franz speaking to her privately that she somewhat let out a faint laughter, she shook her head to tell him that it wasn't necessary at all. Crystal held her finger up for a second and turned to look around, just the woman she needed to find.
Walking in her direction, she quickly spoke with Lana to tell her that she wasn't going to come back this afternoon as she was taking her afternoon off and that she should do the same if she was done here. Thanking her, Crystal finally made her way towards the turbolift after bidding the guards a nice afternoon and consequently great weekend too because she wasn't coming back. Looking at her childhood friend and pursing her lips in amusement before looking at Elika still with amusement.
"Remind me to have a talk with Atlantis later so I can punch him." Crystal was joking of course but her realization really amused her. Even though she knew the real reason on why he had vacated the lakehouse with her brother, she just couldn't help but to actually give him grief about that. "The date, baby girl." She explained before repeating with an amused tone. "The date." Who better than her would understand, both of them were after all in sync. While she was known to be frustrated quicker than usual, she wouldn't be surprised if her childhood friend turned the way she always was which depended really, either very calm or just full blown with innuendos, which she was right now though she was upfront with the latest statements..
Clearing her throat more due to her amusement, Crystal remembered Elika's questions and she looked at her with a warm smile. "Walk is fine with me." She agreed with a faint nod before adding on with a faint grin. "Not a surprise, just that diner around the corner called Garden of Eatin' Delight." She turned to face her friend with a dubious expression. "Unless you wanted it to be TaSpa! then I have nothing against it." Crystal looked at Lily with a knowing expression because if it wasn't here, it was certainly going to be Lily to state out the hard facts right there for reasons that were only Lily's but she had to admit that for a moment up there, she had been worried but now Crystal was just completely calm.
Finally stepping out of the turbolift when it reached the ground floor, she looked at Elika to actually let her decide if she wanted to go there or not as after all Crystal's and Lily's weekend did start now.

When he interaction with Franz earns a faint smile, the first hint of the Franz she knew to peek from beneath his otherwise silent and stoic demeanor thusfar, Elikapeka shrugs with an innocent grin, telling him, "No one told me the rules," in an amused tone.
Laughing when Lily replies to her comment about being bad, Elika smiles as she nods and agrees, "I'll concede both points counselor," and then pats her arm as the turbolift begins to descend. Leaning back against the wall, Elika adjusts the set of her backpack purse as Crystal mentions something about a date to Lily, trying not to laugh once she realizes what is being discussed since it reveals that, not entirely unpredictably given how long she and Crystal have been living together, Elika is in sync with her friend. Keeping the thought to herself since it is not likely to be a conversation Franz would want to be present for, Elika tries to remember the bits of music she had composed in her head to regain her composure moments before, thinking that some of what she came up with is worth pursuing when she has the time to do so.
When Crystal asks whether her first choice of restaurants is agreeable, or if TaSpa! would be preferable, Elika purses her lips in thought and then suggests, "Garden for today, maybe do TaSpa! tomorrow? Make a day of it?" As she finishes asking the question, the turbolift arrives on the ground floor, the doors opening with a ping! Waiting for the others to step out before following them, Elika buttons her trench coat as they step out into the mists outside, joining the other pedestrians that look, in the distance, like shadows moving until they are near enough to be seen clearly.
Elika is silent for the walk, not in an unsociable way, rather simply enjoying the companionable silence that accompanies the brief trip to the restaurant . . .

Finishing up on some of her holonet messages, Delaana took a deep breath and glanced around the personnel of this department. It looked like not a lot of them believed the news that the Vice-Governor had done those crimes. Some might have been saying that Andros might have had some probable cause to do considering several factors. From the increase of the budget of the law enforcement ordered by Andros, to other things that have been changed since there had been an Attorney General, a lot were inclined to believe those things, while others did not after reminding the skepticals the things the Vice-Governor had done for the well being of the population...
Delaana actually preferred to avoid being dragged into those conversation, as actually, while she knew that some of Andros' methods could be unethical, his decisions always came from the heart, and she was a testament to that... Not that she would ever admit it. Checking her chrono and noticing the time knowing it was soon to be lunch time, Lana opened a new holonet message and typed in a message for Elika, actually just preferring to do it this way, for the Architect might be in a meeting.
Hitting the send button, Lana drummed her fingertips on her desk and checked the meetings that Crystal might have for the afternoon...

While not even the unanticipated and wholly unwelcome tension that had arisen between her and Franz earlier in the day cannot dampen her eagerness to see Delaana and spend time with her, Elikapeka still, after sending a holonet message to Delaana to say that she will meet her in the Chief Financial Officer's office, spends the entire speeder trip from her office to the Mist Government Building sulking in silence; all the while cursing herself for not just saying something to try and restore the broken peace between her and Franz since it is not his fault that he has been asked to act as her bodyguard, an arrangement that Elika finds both unnecessary and increasingly uncomfortable for a variety of reasons.
As she and Franz make their way towards the Chief Financial Officer's office, Elika mentally facepalms as she realizes that her sulking had prevented her from asking that Franz stop at a florist as she had planned after receiving Delaana's message inviting her to lunch, and so is now arriving empty handed. Tugging the left sleeve of her trench coat down compulsively, and then her right before a final tug at the left sleeve as she nearly trips over her own feet as they round a corner in the bustling hallway, Elika tries to keep the oversight from blossoming into an obsession that will allow her anxiety to increase beyond its usual levels, and tells herself that she can always just have Franz stop on the way to the restaurant.
As she steps into the office after security admits her and Franz from outside in the hall after the routine checks, Elika smiles to try and conceal her discomfort, an effort made easier by the fact that the mere sight of Delaana still has a heady effect on her, and waves a bit awkwardly as she begins debating how she should greet Delaana in light of the fact she is currently at work and might not appreciate having Elika's presence or behavior reveal anything about her personal life. Clearing her throat and, having decided to err on the side of caution, Elika walks closer to the desk while reminding herself not to use her petname for Delaana or look as enamored as she truly is, and tries to sound professionally warm and no more as she says, "Um, hi. Tugging at her sleeves again, Elika is silent for a beat too long as she tries to think of something to say next, and finally, mentally facepalming once more, settles on asking, Ready for lunch?"

Finishing up in typing a couple of reports for Crystal, Lana had taken a little break and also had taken that opportunity to not only read Elika's message which informed her that they would be meeting here, but also take a cup of coffee in the recess area of the department. Back at her office, Lana started to browse the holonet to find the ideal place on where she and Elika could have their lunch. Though she really couldn't decide on which place really, perhaps Elika would have one she favored the most?
Lana didn't know, and she guessed she would find out soon enough...
That soon enough actually occurred now when she heard someone clearing their throat and it made Lana look in that direction, smiling automatically when she noticed that it was Elika.
Standing up from her seat, Lana smiled warmly, not actually caring about the others in this department, though she also respected their stance on things but also, she didn't want to make Elika uncomfortable in the midst of the others here, Lana inclined her head before saying softly. "My Shakal," Advancing in Elika's direction, she gave the architect a peck on her cheek before noticing that of course Franz was there and she waved her hand in his direction before focusing her attention back onto Elika. "Yes, I do believe I am ready for lunch, although if you do have a preference of a place, I'll take any suggestions you have in mind. Also I am buying." Winking playfully and taking Elika's hand before giving a gentle squeeze, Lana had partially half a thought to ask why Crystal wasn't here today, since the CFO and Architect were housemates, but she preferred not to get into that.

Her discomfort and concern about how free she can be with her affections, which are more likely than not apparent to any observers anyway from the goofy, smitten smile Elikapeka can feel surfacing on her lips after Delaana kisses her on the cheek, abating almost entirely, Elika keeps hold of Delaana's hand as she unconsciously steps closer to her and says in a playfully flirtatious tone, "Well, my Ceesi, if you insist on buying, then I'm afraid I simply must insist that you also choose the place where we'll be doing it. Blushing as she realizes that what she's said may not have come out sounding as innocent as it what is intended, Elika hastily clarifies, Eating out I mean. Wincing as she replays that in her head and decides she could have chosen a better phrase, Elika amends her choice of words quickly once more, Where you want to have lunch, that is the thing I insist that you pick since you insist on buying."
Eager to move along metaphorically as well as physically, Elika tugs Delaana along as she begins to make her way from the office and to the turbolift as she asks with excessive cheerfullness, "So, how has your day been so far, my Ceesi?"

"Awwww..." Delaana playfully replied with a faint pout when the Architect told her that Lana should be picking the place for she insisted on buying. "But alright then, it does sound fair." Lana conceded with a faint chuckle gently squeezing Elika's hand before ending up lacing their fingers together. Although Lana had been somewhat amused to what Elika had said, and yes it did show on her features, the playful smile but also amused look, Lana preferred to not even comment on that, for she just knew that it might perhaps make Elika uncomfortable and besides, it has not been long just yet since they got together therefore it really just wasn't the time to even broach that type of conversation, at all. "But I believe I just have the place, it's called Solstice, and it's not far from here."
Thankfully, Lana had made some research on the holonet to find a place to have lunch, it was a cozy place from the looks of it, and also just a great place overall, according to the critics on the holonet. As Lana and Elika made their way towards the turbolift, with Franz in tow, Lana thought about Elika's question, and allowed her to step into the lift first before following suite. "The day insofar has been good, although a little tedious but definitely bearable. Although there are some talks occurring there that just redundant, and it was annoying me a lot." Lana admitted before rolling her noticeably. "So between me telling everyone that Crystal Kayne is absent for a reason, not because it has anything to do with what her boyfriend is going through, or his brother, but because she has to deal with her own personal things." Lana sighed softly rubbing her temple faintly, she nonetheless tried to keep an upbeat mood right now with a smile. "Some just don't understand, but enough about my day, how has yours been thus far?" Lana was indeed hoping that at least Elika had a better day up till now, at least she was hoping to.
Finally the turbolift stopped at ground level of the Mist Government building, that would lead them to the city where they could have their lunch...

Nodding with a sympathetic smile when Delaana explains that some of her day has been a bit taxing with the need to explain Crystal's absence, Elikapeka shrugs when asked about her own day so far, trying to overcome her tendency to prefer to keep the focus of any conversation from ever settling on her in any way shape or form as she says, "It's been alright overall," Elika begins, her eyes flicking briefly towards Franz as he walks ahead of them through the lobby and towards the street outside, unable as yet to entirely let go of the lingering upset that their unexpected conflict has left her with but not yet ready to discuss it either, especially since she knows about his gift of augmented hearing and already feels awkward about his being present for her lunch with Delaana as it makes her feel, probably unnecessarily since she doubts he'd abuse his gift or intrude upon her privacy, as though she has to watch what she says for fear of embarrassing either him or herself, or both.
Deliberately focusing on something else to try and forget about her more uncomfortable thoughts, Elika puts an arm around Delaana's waist as they step outside into the mist and cheerfully chatters, "I got a new client today, and I think that the project she has in mind will be a fun one. She wants me to design an island get-away home for her, Elika explains, her natural enthusiasm for her work allowing her to forget briefly about he fight with Franz and the other stressful situations faced by her friends, which will be challenging and fun I think."
When they reach the speeder, Elika opens the door for Delaana and gets in after she has seated herself. Pulling her seatbelt into place as Franz powers the airspeeder on and then lifts off and gets them underway, Elika smiles at Delaana as, reaching over to entwine their fingers together, she asks, "So, tell me all about Solstice, my Ceesi. Have you been there before? If so, do you have any recommendations as to what we should order?"

It wasn't long until she got back to her spot that she got a message from her Shakal, inviting her this evening at the lakehouse. Grinning at the tone she could somewhat perceive from that text there, Lana bit her lower lip slightly, and just when she was about to type out a response, she received a comm from her brother.
Talking with him for a bit, and of course, it went without saying reassuring him that everything was fine, Lana smiled warmly hearing the tone of his voice. Lana knew that he was just content, happy, and deeply cared for Lindsay, and considering she knew what had happened back at the lawyers' home planet, she understood why her brother somewhat needed reassurances so to speak since he currently wasn't here. After telling him that there was a big possibility that she be seeing his Childao soon enough but currently was at work, he could rest easy, and that was a fact.
Moments later just when she dropped the manila envelop on Crystal's desk did she notice that her boss was actually here too and that she was bringing the lawyers downstairs some food but also was going to invite them this evening at the lakehouse, it wasn't surprising at all considering she had also received that same invitation from Elika.
Well that certainly was going to be interesting, plus she'd get to know her brother's other half. Win win situation definitely.
Finally settling down at her desk, Lana brought up the message from Elika and replied quickly.
You know, my Shakal, I can hardly say no to you so yes, I'll see you tonight. Crystal just told me that she was also inviting the lawyers tonight if they accept.

After visiting the site of her future office while her Ceesi, Lily and Crystal had gone off to attend to the arrangements they needed to make in order to prepare for the trip to Hapes, Elikapeka makes her way to Crystal's office since that is where they all decided to meet once they had done what they had come to do. Looking up from the notes she is making on her datapad about the ideas she has for how she wants to decorate and furnish her office, Elika smiles shyly at the guards stationed outside of Crystal's office and then steps inside after they open the doors for her.
Sitting on the edge of Delaana's desk, Elika smiles lovingly as she shuts her datapad off and leans over to kiss her girlfriend's cheek tenderly, "Hello again, my Ceesi, I've missed you terribly, and then slides her backpack purse off her shoulder to put her datapad inside it. Dangling her feet from side to side to side as she pulls her backpack purse back up onto her shoulder, Elika tells Delaana, I love my office space, excitedly and then adds, I can't wait for you to see it when I have it all furnished and decorated," trying to sound upbeat even though there is the possibility that whatever happens on Hapes will prevent her girlfriend from returning to Umgul and will mean Elika only sees her office when making the trip from Hapes to attend to her projects on Umgul. That would, however, be the worst case scenario as far as Elika can imagine, and so she reminds herself of all the friends she and Delaana will have with them when they go to deal with the Queen Mother, deciding to ignore her worries and focus instead on how so long as she and her Ceesi are together it does not really matter what world they call home.

The trip to my office earlier wasn't bad at all, at least I know that I haven't told people there, though that one thing that has caught my attention earlier was when a few in my department realized who I was in the elevator in, and who also walked out at my floor, though I guess now it's mine and Gorgeous' floor. Oh that was entertaining ... Clearly paying no mind to the chatter though obviously I could hear it all the same, a few of the assistants and even paralegals were wondering if the woman who stepped out with me was actually the same woman with the Vice Governor last night ...
After a few hours or so, at least talking to some of the lawyers and letting them know that I wouldn't be here for a few days, I just gave a few of them some reminders before declaring to some of the ones handling the real estate that the vacant space in our floor has now a tenant, and that they would probably be working with the newly appointment Master Architect closely soon, particularly for the raceways project ... Probably an incentive now to give them some meaning with the stalled development on some projects.
Finally stepping out of the lift and holding onto my shoulder bag, no longer needing my attaché case that I have left in my office, I finally make my way to the financial department greeting the guards before walking into the department breathing softly. That has been easy enough, thank the powers that be. Noticing that Gorgeous is already here in the Hapan Bombshell's office, I smile and walk in their direction. "Gorgeous, head's up, a lot recognized you, though they are not sure, but a few of them know you are the new Master Architect. I end up telling her with a wink before chuckling stepping back and noticing that Baby Girl's door is actually open, I just end up walking into her office and plop myself down there in front of her desk. Told some of the lawyers to liaise with the project managers here for the funds pertaining some of the ongoing development around the planet." If people weren't in the know, they probably would find it surprising how every departments in this government are all tied up together, but of course even if Baby Girl is sitting on top of the financial chain, like I sit on top of the law chain, there is so much more going on behind the scenes.
"Oh and a lot are wondering also if Gorgeous is the woman with Boss Man last night, and are now wondering how the four of us ended together ... Laughing and shaking my head for this whole situation is truly amusing, one that I can only imagine what they are all thinking, but alas for them that will remain in the realm of mysteries. Though no one just know yet that Lana might actually be leaving, currently I suppose all they know is that she is technically on a break and came in to handle a quick few things at the request of her boss, but as far as I am ware, no resignation letter, yet, right? Also sent a message to Spanky, even Kris to see who actually might end up coming here too. Knowing that I do not need to explain further to Crystal, and she'd probably get it, I just end up asking her. You nearly done?"

After separating from Luce and Forcias, Horsea did return to HQ and took a shower. Back in her office she noticed who exactly where in the government building, and the most important people were always categorized into another section on her terminal. Smiling slightly, she was content that it seemed to be in her favor, and also to have Major Wan here, well . . . Fortuitous.
Finally stepping into the financial department’s floor, Horsea who often had gloved hands for reasons that to a lot she never needed to explain, but surely it was still surprising for a lot back at UDF, or even here in the government itself. Horsea was glad for one thing, even if she had been the most sociable one of the Kiffars, she was glad that people didn’t really bar her in her movements, and sometimes from the looks of it people avoided her . . .
Inclining her head to the guards, Horsea stepped inside to where the offices of Delaana Wan, and Crystal Kayne were, and looked on her side seeing that Elikapeka was here there, and from the looks of it so was Ljiljana was in Crystal’s office. Certain though that the Chief Financial Officer had felt some disturbances in the Force recently, Horsea just caught Crystal’s eyes and smiled to at least let her know that nothing dire had happened as a whole and she was not here to drop some regrettable news to the CFO.
Instead . . .
“Miss Hekekia, Miss Wan.” Horsea greeted the both of them with a warm smile before asking for them both to follow her actually since what she was about to share, or talk about was a better conversation to be had in Crystal’s office who had the ability to shut off all listening devices, but also security feeds. And they were all friends, and Horsea knew that certainly there were no longer any secrets between all of them which was the reason why she closed the door of Crystal’s office and killed the security feed here.
“Forgive me for dropping in unannounced, but I needed to speak with Major Wan.” Obviously that told them all that Horsea was aware on who was Delaana, and that she had been sworn to a certain secrecy as well. “The Vice Governor has asked me to find more information about the Chume'doro that visited you, were you given something, or she only spoke to you?” Asked Horsea thoughtfully, and after being informed of that said scroll, she asked the Hapan, “May I please see it?”
Removing her gloves, Horsea who was handed the scroll, it wasn’t for her to read the content, and she was certain it was in Hapan, a dialect unknown to her, it was just for her to see the face on who handed this scroll to Lana . . .
Closing her eyes and focusing, Horsea relieved the scroll’s story ever since it got to Umgul, she did not need to go further than that, for that was of no interest to her, nor to Andros, but finally, it was that exchange she was looking for, and putting a face on the person that had approached Lana. Almond shaped eyes and dark haired Chume'doro of the Purity Division. Horsea finally opened her eyes and looked at Delaana. “Thank you.” Handing the scroll back to the Hapan and looking at the women, maybe all of them would be surprised, and perhaps not Crystal honestly.
Though she did not utter a single word about what she saw, or what the Chume'doro had said to Lana, because she was very certain it would draw some ire from the friends here ergo why Horsea just looked at Lana knowingly ”Avo turjeo erenedi.” That would probably clue in the Hapan at least.
Before leaving though, Horsea looked at Crystal to inform her. “They are all fine, no one was injured.” Smiling to everyone Horsea inclined her head. “I believe I have what I do need for Andros.” Finally reactivating the security feeds in the office, Horsea stepped out and headed back to UDF with the woman’s face in her mind to do some facial recognition in their system . . .

Despite having the week off technically from here, Lana looked at the pending matters, and just tagged them as priorities or not before sending them over to Crystal. After a few times had passed, Lana was staring at her dataterminal and had written her resignation letter but didn't send it to anyone just yet, and saved it up before glancing at the doorway to her office seeing that her Shakal had finally made her round around her new office. Of course previously they had separated at the lift, her girlfriend had gone off with Lily, and she like Crystal were at the floor above.
"Feeling is mutual my Shakal," Lana told her before beckoning her to come close with her index finger and just kissed her lips softly with no care whatsoever for whomever could see them right now. Pulling back and winking at her playfully, Lana just focused her attention on the dataterminal and closed the document it was on before focusing her attention onto her girlfriend. "Glad that you do, I am very sure that you will make good use of it, plus knowing the Vice Governor, he likes making sure that it is spacious enough for the ones who hold an important position here." Obviously her Shakal was one of those people, spacious and offered some privacy when needed, and she had to admit, she was also looking forward to seeing what Elika would be doing with the space she had. "And I cannot wait to see it once you have it to your own liking." Lana knew that one way or another she would see it, even if she ended up staying in Hapes, and be punished for her desertion technically, but either way, she wasn't going to dwell on that matter, and thankfully also Lily had walked in.
Laughing in amusement with the relayed information provided by the attorney general, Lana looked at Elika playfully, "I can only imagine what they are all thinking..." However before she could go on teasing her girlfriend, the Deputy Director had walked in and Lana looked at her and even inclined her head respectfully, after all both of them were technically fellow soldiers too, but she was actually confused on the reason why Horsea wanted her and Elika to move into Crystal's office.
"Yes, she gave me a scroll from the Ereneda..." Still uncertain, Lana thankfully still had it in her possession at least it was in her pocket, which she ended up giving to the Kiffar. Still confused honestly, Lana wondered what the Director would be doing with it, not sure even if the Kiffar knew how to read or speak Hapan, she was just surprised that she ended up removing her glove. Glancing dubiously at her girlfriend, even the Attorney General, before looking at the CFO who seemed to know far more, Lana finally looked back at Horsea the moment she opened her eyes. "Of course." Retrieving the scroll before actually hearing the Kiffar speaking in perfect Hapan, Lana knew that it was also the same farewell that had been used by the Chume'doro, it wasn't something that Lana had shared to anyone...
"Thank you..." Apparently it was for Andros, although Lana wasn't sure what the Vice Governor wanted, and what the Kiffar was looking for, and also she was quite confused, as one not truly well versed in For'ta, Lana truly did not know what had just happened and hopefully Crystal would give her, all of them some answers, though it also seemed that Horsea and Crystal were having another conversation of their own...

In her office, Crystal just worked efficiently and quickly, and she had started with setting up the payment instruction to the Master Architect, plus also the bonus sign in for Elika which she should be notified about during the day that she received the funds... For the rest of the other pending things, Crystal addressed all of the messages but also told them that she wouldn't be here for a few days due to a situation that required her attention, but they could always contact her if it was important, and she'd get back to them asap.
Leaning against her seat, quite content that thankfully she put everything in order on her side, she was about to pick up her commlink but unfortunately she felt that something was happening, and she had a bad feeling about it, it seemed like a dark presence had shown itself but quickly disappeared and then there was that disturbance, while usually she would expand her awareness in the Force when those things were occurring, Crystal did not as she was still maintaining or at least dampening her presence in the Force, but she could tell that something was going on at the Academy... And something big too, to the point that she could feel that it had tipped off in towards the light side of the Force until it disappeared.
Letting out a sigh of relief, glad with a happy ending, although she didn't know what happened, she figured that she'd know sooner or later, plus at no point she had felt that something wrong had happened to her boyfriend, or any of the Councilors she shared a bond with. Smiling, Crystal who noticed that Elika had walked in, at headed towards Lana's office first, Crystal figured she'd put in her absence message to her government holonet address so that people knew that when they'd contact her, she was away.
"Great, thanks hon'" Crystal told her childhood friend, since she had given the project managers their benchmark for all the projects they had going on. Shaking her head about that gossip mill, Crystal laughed softly before inclining her head, she was shutting off her dataterminal. "Actually yes I am and we probably..." Before she could finish her sentence she noticed that Horsea was here and was ushering both Elika and Lana into her office before shutting the door.
Furrowing her eyebrows dubiously looking at the Kiffar, Crystal wondered if she had some bad news, not that she could sense anything from Horsea due to the stygium in her lightsaber, but apparently she was here for Lana and wanted to see the scroll that had been handed to the Hapan. Right, at least Crystal knew the reasons why, some of the Kiffars, had innate abilities, and apparently not all of the Kiffars did but Horsea had it, just like Mace.
Crystal remained silent and let Horsea do her thing, she'd explain to everyone later, and she was thankful for the Kiffar's discretion too, since not everyone here was aware that Lana was a Chume'doro nor they were aware that she was attuned to the Force. "Thank you for letting me know, Horsea." Crystal told her gratefully at least that put her mind at ease, although whatever had happened there with the Jedi, she knew that it probably was a big thing altogether. "I'll explain once we are out of here, and at Lana's." Crystal told them all with a knowing smile as she stood up from her seat and grabbed her bag. "Let's go? Unless you have other things to do here?"

Happy to oblige her girlfriend when beckoned to come closer, Elikapeka smiles as she leans over and Delaana rewards her with a kiss. Sighing happily as she sits back up on the edge of the desk and listens to her Ceesi reply to what she said when first coming into her office, Elika smiles as she says, "Hopefully I can get the designs done soon so the work can get underway, crinkling her nose as she adds, Fortunately it is a lot easier to figure out what I want than it is to lead some clients along to figuring out what they want, so it should be a relatively straightforward process," and is about to share some of the ideas she already has about how she will decorate and furnish her office when Lily enters the office.
Shrugging after Lily says that Elika had been recognized by a few of their fellow Mist Government employees as the woman with Andros in the infamous elevator footage, and by others as the newly appointed Master Architect, Elika smiles as she tells her friend, "Andros and I wanted to give them something new to talk about other than the possibility he was in the closet, so mission accomplished, she adds a fist pump and then, after Lily goes into Crystal's office, chuckles when Delaana wonders aloud what some of their fellow employees might be thinking, telling her girlfriend with an arched eyebrow and an amused tone, You know, I'm not sure I want to imagine what they are thinking, my Ceesi," not sounding terribly perturbed to find herself being the subject of the rumors that are circulating, the memory of how much she and Andros had laughed about their bit of theater enough to make any awkward looks or whispered comments she may have in store before the rumor mill moves onto something else seem unimportant.
Looking puzzled after Horsea greets her and Delaana and asks that they come with her into Crystal's office, Elika hops off the edge of her girlfriend's desk and holds her hand as they follow Horsea. Giving Delaana's hand a gentle squeeze when Horsea asks whether the Chume'doro that had delivered the message from the Queen Mother had given her anything , to which her Ceesi replies that she had been given a scroll and, as she has it on her now, goes to hand it to Horsea, Elika watches as Horsea removes her gloves and touches the scroll for a moment before saying mysteriously that she has what she needs for Andros.
Well accustomed by now with how information in her social circle is typically only given out freely when it is either necessary or approved by whomever is most involved with the information, Elika doesn't ask about the scroll or the assurance Horsea gives Crystal before leaving that some everyone's are fine and that none had been injured, knowing that if she needs to understand anything she will be filled in at some point.
Nodding with a puzzled furrow between her brows when Crystal explains she will explain the meaning of Horsea's comment to her when they are at Delaana's apartment, Elika shakes her head with a smile and says, "I'm ready when everyone else is hon'," adjusting the strap of her backpack purse on her shoulder as she waits to learn if anyone has anything else to attend to before they head out.

Storing the info in the back of my mind, while I am genuinely laughing deep down about that particular rumor concerning Boss Man, I just cannot wrap my mind around it. Nope, do not truly get it why people would think that about him, he does not give off that vibe. In the end though, those were some allegations, unfounded ones, but I guess I can see it happening, after all the legal department does not truly know me, like all of the employees in the government do not know Andros truly either ...
Before my mind can keep wondering though, I look behind and notice that the Intelligence Badass Hotttie is here and actually just proceed to be severely clueless to what is going on. This definitely goes above my paygrade. Although the fact that she is doing what she is currently doing in our presence might mean that it does not matter if we are altogether. I really do not get it, plus the fact that she is holding the scroll and apparently got what she needed for Boss Man, and she says something to the Hapan Bombshell in what I can only imagine is Hapan, Um okay, and who are all fine?
"I honestly like her. Might not have been potentially what people expected me to say, but I do like her. Okay sure, I have no idea what she was on about, but I just like her, straight to business and just does her thing. Standing up from my seat with a grin, I trust that Baby Girl will indeed be explaining, since at least from reading between the lines, there is a reason why Horsea said what she said and told Crystal what she needed to know, plus like she said, she'd fill us in once we are at Lana's place. I'm piloting."
Finally stepping out of Baby Girl's office to head to the airspeeder we came in, since I called it, I pilot us over to the Hapan's apartment complex ...
