Arvis entered some more information in his datapad, then looked up."All right then. If you think you're up to it, we can get that done right away." He turned and started walking down the corridor, beckoning Jade to follow him."The training rooms are this way." Maybe if she was up to it after the evaluation, he should give her a tour of the rest of the academy so that she would know where everything was. He would have to wait and see.
Continuing down the hallway, Arvis led Jade to the academy's training rooms.

*Jade made her way back to her room and quickly made her way inside. She grabbed her pack she had dropped by the door when she first came here and tossed it on the bed. Sitting on the edge of it, she let her gaze focus on the floor. Von's words ran through her mind and they only pressed on her more and more. Her father had always told her to never give into the words of others, to not let them force her into anything, but the truth in his words wouldn't leave her be. But there was something else, something deep inside that wanted her to go. It was strange, like a desire to fight. She had never been that way. The only time she had ever desired to fight was the day her family died and that was a pure intent to kill. She knew that wasn't the feeling she had, but it was something she couldn't explain.
Getting up from the bed, she made her way to the refresher and splashed some water on her face. Looking up into the mirror, she simply gazed at her reflection, into her own eyes. She wanted to be someone that was worth something. The question was what kind of person was she going to become. She didn't want to look and see herself as a coward always backing away from a fight. If she intended on using her power to help others, she had to be prepared to do what was needed to help and protect. Von said he wanted to become stronger for his master and his fellow apprentice. Why was she here? Was helping people enough of a reason? Was it personal enough? She looked at herself for what seemed like an eternity before she let out a heavy sigh.*
"Damn it."
*Turning from the mirror, she made her way back to the bed and grabbed her pack. Reaching in, she pulled out a pair of leather pants and a gray sleeveless vest with a high neck and tossed them on the bed. Not wasting anytime, she stripped out of her skirt and blouse and changed into her other clothes. She also pulled the band out of her hair. Running her fingers through it to get out the tangles, she tossed it over her left shoulder, letting it fall down to her chest. With another sigh, she set out in search of Von.*

*Jade made her way into her quarters, shutting the door behind her. As it did, she couldn't help but stop and lean against it. In just a few short hours, so many things had already happened. She had began to establish a place here for training and fulfilling her father's wishes, she had met two others, had her first sparring match, and then Von's little kiss. She shook her head as the blush returned. Of all the things that happened, that small quick thing held the most in her mind.
Pushing off the door, she made her way to the refresher. She looked in the mirror, her hand moving to her cheek. She couldn't get it out of her head. But why couldn't she? It was just a quick kiss on the cheek. It more than likely meant nothing. Sure he didn't look too bad and his body was in great shape, but he was probably much too young for her anyway. Despite trying to get her mind off of Von and the kiss, the process only caused her to blush more. Finally, she gave up on her thoughts and just looked in the mirror with a soft smile, one that she didn't know she had. Slowly, her hands went to her hair as she brushed it softly. Slowly, the smile faded. There was something off, something that wasn't real. It wasn't hard to figure it out. Silver wasn't her natural color but something she changed it to. But know that she was taking a new turn in her life, she now had a desire to be real. And that color wasn't it.
Making her way back to her room, she began to take some stuff from her pack and went back to the refresher. Some of the things she gathered was going to get the color out of her hair. And so for the next couple hours she worked at it, getting the silver out. Once she did all she could, she turned to the shower and turned it on. It wasn't long before the steam from the heat began to fill the room. She undressed and stepped inside and instantly started feeling relaxed as the hot water fell across her body. She worked, cleaning off the sweat and grim from the fight and any stuff left in her hair. It was thirty minutes before she stepped out again.
She began to dry herself off as she stood in front of the mirror again. The silver was gone, revealing her natural color. It was a strawberry blonde, almost rose colored. She let her hand run through her wet hair, a smile coming to her face. She liked it better that way, and deep down, she hoped Von did too. Realizing her thought, she shook her head and finished drying off. once she was done, she dressed herself in a pair of short shorts and a spaghetti strap top. She moved into the main room and cleared the stuff from her bed. Once done, she slipped under the covers and was soon asleep.*

Von made his way around the quarters, he left the training room to get away from Kulaan but he still wanted to see Jade. So having waited behind he followed Jade to her quarters and once he found her door he waited a moment unsure whether to knock or walk about. But he enjoyed this kiss, she was the first girl he ever had feelings for. Mainly to do because she was able to defend and hold her own against him. And thinking upon that he knocked on her door unsure what to say.

*It hadn't been long since Jade had settled into the bed and had fallen asleep when she heard the knock at the door. She sat up with a daze and looked around the room. She had hit that point in between asleep and awake that caused her to be out of it slightly. Slowly, she pushed the covers to the side and slide out of the bed and made her way to the door. She could only wonder who it was. Perhaps it was Arvis coming to inform her of tomorrow's training or perhaps getting her set up with a master. She even thought that perhaps Kulaan had come to her room to talk about on and the whole situation with his darkness. She got to the door and turned on the lights then opened the door.
She rubbed her eyes as the door opened, not seeing who it was at first. When she looked up she saw him and took a small step back. She was still sleepy and hadn't been able to feel him at the door.* "V..Von. What are you doing here? I would have thought you'd go to the med-bay to get yourself looked at." *She then realized she was wearing her shorts and spaghetti strap shirt. She didn't let the realization become obvious and slowly cross her arms as if casual and not trying to hide herself as she knew she was a little more open than her normal clothes would allow. She let her eyes focus on him, waiting for an answer. Her hair was different from the time in the training area, it's color gone from silver to a strawberry blonde, almost rosy color. It was wet, slowing she had been in the shower not long ago. She couldn't figure out why he'd be here, though she was partially glad to see him, though she wasn't sure why.*

Von waited for the door to open, he expected to see Jade wearing her outfit from earlier and not at all the outfit she had on. He had never seen a woman wear such little apparel, unsure where to look he turned his head to the side looking down away at first but he had to look back for her hair was different. He liked the color of her hair, it was quite beautiful to look at and it went well with her eyes. Though being who Von was and he had the tendency to be socially awkward his comment on the hair was not how he intended it.You hair color was a good choice, now you wont be so easy to spot in a crowd. Very good thinking. When the words left his mouth he paused for a moment, he knew that this wasn't quite a good way to start the conversation. So thinking back he tried to think of words that he had heard over time with speaking to nomads and traveling merchants.I..think you hair is perfection...it suits you. I like it on you.Von had never felt the sense of nervousness but this person before him was causing him issues and he needed to get a hold of himself, stretching his arm over his head he caused a twinge of pain to course through his body, as he felt his ribs rub against one and other. Though now he could answer her question..
Taking in a deep breath he spoke calmly to her.I don't really need to go to the med bay nothing a drink can't handle, and luckily for me I swiped it off of one of the mess hall cooks. Apparently they liked spiced liquor not sure what it is but its strong. Anyway I came to ask you a question, or something I have been thinking of for awhile....why do you keep your past a secret. I don't know what happened to you but I can sense the dark side hiding away within you like a seed that's been left behind during a great bloom. Something tragic came forth in your life and you let in that part of you that you now keep locked away. You don't have to tell me, but I can see it in your eyes that the burden of what you did is weighting down upon your moods lately. I noticed it more when I saw your smile back in the training hall, I mean that was the first time I ever saw a more beautiful smile. An yet I could see you weren't fully there, so I guess what I am saying is. I wish to know more about you Jade because I have a strange feeling for you that I can't quite explain.
Von waited for her reply as he stood in the door way to her quarters.

*Jade listened as he spoke, feeling a sense of calm come over her at his nervousness. She leaned forward slightly and looked at the ground, smiling lightly as she shook her head. At first, Von had been cocky and extremely up front. At the time it hadn't been very appealing. But here he was now, nervous and uncertain of what to say. It was like a whole different Von, one that no one but her had seen before. It was amusing, to say the least. As he finished talking, she stood straight again and let out a small laugh.*
"I'm guessing you've never spoken to a girl like that." *She looked at him as her smile softened.* " But thank you. This is my natural hair color. Figured that with all this change, it was time to be who I really am. That included appearance. I like it better this way."
*She thought on his next words as she took a step back and turned, walking into the room, motioning for Von to come in. She went to the wall next to the bed and leaned up against it and crossed her arms as she looked to the floor. Even the last bit he said, while was much more calm than the first bit, was still much different from the earlier Von. She had a liking for his current attitude. It made him seem much softer inside than he let on. Her smile faded as she thought on his words before she returned her gaze to him. *
"I don't keep my past a secret. I simply don't talk about it when I'm not asked. Sure you did, not a few hours ago, but those few hours ago, I didn't know you and you didn't have the friendliest of approaches. To a master here I first meet, I would say what I need to so they know how to approach my training. Others, I'm not so quick to tell without them getting to know me first." *She took a deep breath, thinking how to start.* "My father was a Jedi here long ago. He left when I was born and two years later, we moved to Contruum. He just wanted to raise a family without having to keep leaving on Jedi business. He trained me a bit, a little in the Force, a little in combat. It wasn't much, just enough in skills to survive in the everyday life. He didn't plan for me to get involved with any Force-sensitives or extremely skilled people. But a year an a half ago, everything changed for me. My mother was out doing some shopping. Father and I was running through some exercises when he felt something and took off in a hurry without saying anything. I followed the best I could, but he was the faster. When I caught up with them, my father was holding my dead mother. The sadness must have hindered his ability to sense others because at that moment, a blade ran through his heart. In that instant, my parents had been taken from me by a group of thugs that seemed all thrilled about it. I lost all senses at that moment. All I knew was hatred. The next thing I remember, I was standing over ten dead bodies and me holding a bloody sword. That was where the darkness came from."
*She let off a sigh as she thought back on that day. In those moments she killed them, she had been unable to remember anything, not even how it all started. All she knew was the hatred and then the blood. But she didn't give into her hurt when her senses returned. All she had felt was cold and empty. She let her right hand fall to her side as her left gripped her upper right arm.* "I don't feel regret towards killing them. I'm not going to say I'm sorry for it. Was it right? No, but that doesn't change the fact it doesn't bother me. If there is anything that bothers me is that when I regained control of myself, I didn't grieve my family. I was cold and empty. I would have been lost to it if my father didn't return to me after death and spoke to me. He told me not to fall to darkness and told me he believed in me. He wanted me to use for my abilities to help others, and so he kept me in the light and I came here, where he learned everything." *She focused on Von for a moment, the shining green of her eyes darkening slightly.* "So now you know. The darkness you feel in me was birthed a year and a half ago and I keep it there and avoid situations that would bring it out, not out of fear of what I'll do with it, but how it'll make me feel in the end."

Von sighed, he walked in a little further into the room and shut the door behind him. He didn't want any prying ears to hear what he had to say to her, nor did anyone else have the right to hear her story. But the fact that she told him what happened made him feel a little special. He felt bad though for his story was far worse than hers. Walking over to the bed he sat down on the corner and looked down at his hands, not looking up at Jade he began to speak about when he first met the darkness that was slowly consuming his heart.
I don't know what that is like, I don't know what it is like to have a family that loves you. You see when I was born my mother died giving birth to me, and the man who I was left with never accepted me as his son. Mainly do to the fact that he himself could not have kids so my being alive or even in existence doesn't make sense. Everyday from the day I was born to my eleventh birthday he constantly told me it was my fault she was dead. He would beat me every night he fell asleep to his drunken disorder. An as you can also imagine Korriban is not an easy place to live so having to be the one to find and search for food was no easy task. Well on the evening of my eleventh birthday, he started saying terrible things to me. How he had wished I had tied instead of his beautiful wife, but unlike every other night something strange happened.....Von paused as he tried to wash the blood from his mind.Something took a hold of me and allowed me to full fill a wish I had for some time. Though when I came to all I could feel was tired and wet, the man who I was with was no where to be found. All I could sense was utter quietness. Not a sound could be heard and this was strange because the nights on Korriban were at times the most horrifying. No when I came to realize why it was so quite it was to late for me. I slaughtered the man using my bear hands. I left nothing behind but blood and limbs, their was nothing recognizable about the man who was once there. That night Korriban took a hold of me in its metaphysical hands and embraced me, and I never turned away. Life got easier on that planet, the animals over time took no notice to me making hunting easier. An you know what the funny thing is, I murdered the only family I had and yet I still don't care about being alone. Von leaned back on the bed and stared up at the ceiling and let out a sigh of relief.Jade...I know something is wrong with me, I know that I missing memories that I know I should have but for some reason ever since that day on Felucia I can't remember anything important about my past. Its all fragments bits and pieces but nothing will stick, I know its stupid but I think Kulaan knows something because I can feel that she has distant herself from me lately. And I would hate to find out that I am the cause of it....I just want to know why she thinks so little of me. Why she is scared to be around me, she and Johun are the only family that I can call my own. An if I am the reason why even one of them is scared then perhaps I should just leave.
Von didn't know why he was rambling for no reason but Jade made him feel like he could be open with himself. Even though he had Johun and Kulaan, Jade was the only one he felt he could be honest with.
Jade...I don't know what I am really doing here. I only joined Johun as his apprentice so I can learn to control by abilities, to be honest I still feel the ever growing urge to fight. Constantly clawing away at my insides trying to escape. But I also don't want to let down the only person who ever believed in me.....Jade I am afraid I might betray them one day and let them down. I am afraid of what I might become for I don't think I can handle this addiction I have to the darkside by my self.
Von sat up and looked at Jade, his eyes were sincere as he stared Jade.

*As Von spoke, Jade's eyes look to the floor. While some might see it as disrespectful, she didn't feel that way. Though she wasn't looking at him, her mind was open to his words, taking in everything thing he said and letting it burn in her mind. He was confessing to her of his past as she had about her's. When all his words were spoken, she finally looked up to him, her eyes meeting his. She never thought she'd see the look that was there coming from him. But here he was, sincere and afraid. Her eyes softened, though she didn't smile. But in her emerald orbs, concern and caring went out to him. While his situation was much worse, in a sense, it was also the same. When the dark-side took its first hold on them, they both lost themselves, no longer able to see or think. All that was there was the waking to destruction. He killed what little of a father he had, she had killed a group of thugs. The difference between them was that her father returned and helped her mind return to the light. Von, however, did not gain such a blessing, only forever lost to that darkness that could only grow, amplified by Korriban's embrace.
She gave a small sigh as she pushed off the wall and made her way over to Von and sat down beside him. She smiled softly as she placed a hand on his shoulder. Kulaan and Johun was the only considered family he had, and he feared for them from himself. She was afraid of losing what made her who she was, ripping all that was within her and leaving her empty. Von was afraid of his darkness destroying those around him, especially those two. But she wouldn't let that fear take her, and she would find some way to keep that fear from Von.*
"In a sense, we are the same. The difference is that I had someone to guide me back to the light at that moment when you didn't. I don't know anything about your past aside from what you just told me, but we should never let the past make us afraid of the future, not if we seek to make it better. You came to control your abilities. You, on your own, made the choice to step out of the darkness. Believe in yourself. Kulaan may stay a bit away from you, and maybe from something you did or could do. But I believe that she'll be there to help you; you need only to believe that she will. And.....you have me to help you as well." *She couldn't help but let her smile grow a little more as she looked at him.*

Von looked up at Jade as she spoke but when she said that she was going to be there for him he couldn't look at her. Von stood up and pushed away from the bed and walked over to the door and leaned against it for a moment before replying to what she had said. Von had mixed feelings about what he was going to say to Jade but he never felt like this and it made him uneasy, let alone how she would react to what she had to say.
Jade, I have been alone for a long time. I don't know how to trust people nor do I know how to rely on others. With Johun and Kulaan I see them as always being there for me because they made that choice and they are like family. But when it comes to you...Von paused for a moment, he couldn't look Jade directly in the face as continued.I like you Jade, more than I should. I...I care what you think about me,,,I care whether you stay around or not. Even though I just met you, the idea of loosing you because I hurt you do to my inability to control this urge to kill. This urge to fight, to destroy....well I don't know what I would do if anything came to harm you. I know that you probably don't feel the same seeing as your a few years older and probably see me as kid. But I am no more a kid than a rancor is bunny. So I can't tell you leave me alone, but I can't say I promise I won't hurt you. Your one of the best things that ever happened to me.
Von pushed off from the wall and walked closer to Jade, his chest was mere inches from hers. His hot breath brushing against her skin as he breathed, looking into her eyes Von extended his right arm up and held the side of her face for a second before he leaned forward and gently kissed her lips. He wasn't sure of what she was going to do but he had wanted to do that since he found out her strengths during the fight. Letting the Kiss lass for maybe a couple seconds Von pulled away and smiled, but he wasn't going to let on why he was smiling.
I am sorry if I have crossed some kind of line but I have wanted to do that for a while now.

*Jade watched as he got up and walked away. Since she said she'd be there, she had noticed he wasn't looking at her. She felt a strange sensation coming from Von, though since she hadn't fully understand feeling with the Force, she couldn't tell that he was uneasy. But his avoiding stare said enough. She listened, looking to him as he spoke. Though the first few sentences didn't hold much towards her, when he started telling her how he felt about her, she began to blush slightly. Was this really Von she was hearing? As the seconds moved one since he came to her quarters, he had shown more and more of a soft side.
Shaking her head, she knew she had to keep a hold of herself. No matter what feelings she might be building for him, she had to keep her cool. While the age part didn't bother her, it was too soon to be jumping into anything like that. They only knew a little bit about each other, nothing to build a relationship on, and especially not from what they've learned about each other. She stood to her feet to walk over to Von. When she looked up, he was already there. She froze and didn't know what to do. She could feel his breath and his hand was already on her cheek. All she could do was stare back into his eyes. Before she knew what was happening he was kissing her. It was her first kiss and not what she was expecting. It was so quick and sudden. Part of her wanted to push him away while another part wanted to wrap her arms around him. He pulled away before she could do anything. For a second she didn't move. Finally she took a deep breath and shook her head.*
"I bet you have, but perhaps it might be better to wait until I let you next time."

Von stepped back for a moment, he realized he had acted to soon. Though reading situations was never his strong suit, this was probably why he got into so many sticky situations. But that wasn't going to stop him. If Jade said she was going to be around then he would wait for another moment. Until then he was going to see and learn a little more about her, perhaps she would be good for him. Looking around the room he could sense Kulaan was looking for him or the very least trying to sense his aura. Smiling to himself he thought about how he used to do the same thing on Korriban only in reasons to hunt. Some of the creatures on Korriban could sense him as well so he learned how to smother his presence in another's making him almost undetectable. He wasn't sure how it was going to work with Jade but he could at least try.
Looking up at Jade he smiled for a brief moment before he spoke.
Jade, Ive been meaning to ask you. When I lost consciousness during the fight...how did I act in regards to the fight. I have an idea but I want to know from your point of view, did I say anything or fight a different way.

*She looked at him, with a tilted head as he looked around the room for a moment, then back at her with a smile. With how things were progressing, she wasn't sure what to think of it. Then came the question of how he acted. This confused her more. When mentioning his actions before, he seemed to hold some bit of regret, if anything, for possibly hurting her. Now he was asking about how he acted with a smile. Her head straightened as she looked at him hard. She wasn't sure where this was going, but she figured it be better to be alert.
Thinking back on the fight, she went through his attacks, his actions, and words, comparing them from the start until the change.* "You were much more aggressive, animal-like. Darker to say for sure" *She put her hands on her hips as she recalled the one thing he said.* "And I believe you said 'I am going to rip your pretty little face from your skull and enjoy the sound of your bones breaking under my touch.'" *She smirked a little.* "I have a very good memory."

Kulaan had kept track of Von's location through the force and noticed that his presence had stopped. Having still been behind him a ways she continued until she was at the corner of the hall he was in and turned to rest against the wall, wondering what he was up to now. She had only entered the base to get to the training halls after Von had called her so she didn't know if they had rooms assigned yet or not. She didn't think they would have this soon especially considering that the council may, and not without reason, say that he should not be trained. The decision about him would likely delay that in her opinion. Before she could really get too lost in thought she felt Johun summoning them.
Smirking slight seeing as how, now that she decided to follow Von that it was unnecessary. Laughing slightly to herself and pushing off the wall she headed towards Johun's presence. She walked slowly at first seeing if Von was going to head off as well. Reasoning that if he started to cause trouble she could get there quickly, and if he headed off she would be able to pick up the pace and arrive there ahead of him anyway. Either way she felt that this little meeting could be interesting.

Von listened to Jades words and pondered on what she had witnessed. His reaction made sense, he acted as if he had been under attack and his life was in danger. It was usually how he fought on Korriban, but usually it was against the wild life and not an actual thinking person. Looking down he looked at his hands and then running his hand over his clearly cracked ribs he frowned. Just as he was about to speak he felt and heard Johun summoning him to the meditation gardens. Having ignored it for too long he smiled at Jade and shook off the pain in his ribs so not to worry Jade. As much as I would love to stay and chat, my master is summoning me. I believe he is back from the council, and if I am correct Kulaan has probably already informed him about what transpired today. So I better make my leave before I stall this meeting any longer. Find me later if you wish to speak or perhaps go for a walk in the gardens...I really like you Jade. An that speaks a lot for I haven't cared for anyone or anything since....Von tried to remember what it was that he held most precious to him but for some reason every time he tried to think about it. The thought would slip away from his grasp. Though what he was trying to remember was blocked from his memory until the day he was ready.well I can't really remember, strange though I feel as though if I saw it I would remember. But anyway I must be goingAn with that Von left Jade to be alone her in room as he made his way towards the gardens.

*Jade said nothing, but kept her eyes focused on Von as he spoke, the slightest of smiles residing upon her face. She still couldn't help but feel amazed that he said what he had. She also had the feeling that no one else would see this side of him, and for that, she felt special. She merely gave him a small nod as he made his way from the room.
It wasn't until now that she remembered what it felt like to be alone. She couldn't explain what she was feeling or what it was about Von that brought this sensation, but as soon as he left, everything around her seem to become a little empty, as if something was missing. She stood there for the longest, her hands moving up her arms as if she was cold. She looked to the floor as her hand unconsciously moved to her face and brushed across her lips. At that moment, she remembered the kiss just a little while ago. She ran her fingers across them as a small smile returned to her face. It was her first kiss and though it was unexpected, she couldn't deny she liked it. Her heart raced a bit and she began to blush before snapping back to reality.
She had to keep focus. She came here to become a Jedi, to honor her father's wishes and learn to use her power for something good. She didn't come here to romance some guy, no matter how attractive he might have been. Proceeding to the refresher, she splashed some cold water on her face. Looking at her reflection in the mirror and gave a sigh.*
"Focus, Jade."
*Giving another sigh, she made her way from the bathroom and back to the bed. It wasn't long after she laid down under the covers that the exhaustion that seemed to be kept at bay rushed over her and sent her into a deep sleep, lasting the night.*

*The next day came swiftly as Jade woke from her slumber. her eyes opened slowly as if she had always been awake, only resting and waiting. Sitting up she stretched and felt a pop in her back. She shook herself and blinked, letting her vision clear. She had slept through the night, a peaceful and rejuvenating rest. She could feel it, in her body and the flow outside her room that the day had already been underway for some time. She expected, at first, someone, if not Avris, to come searching for her. But she had not yet been set to train under anyone, so it wasn't all that strange. Throwing her covers off of her, she grabbed a pair of leather pants and a grey vest and made her way to the refresher.
She let herself take in the hot water, soothing out the tension she gained from the night. She hadn't noticed Von coming for her, so she assumed that he was either busy or went on his way. He had wanted her to find him after he was done, but instead she had chosen to sleep. She needed her strength and energy. She did not plan to spend her time here chatting around. She came to train and become stronger. It was something Von had already taught her. Stepping out of the shower, she dried herself and put her clothes on.
Entering the main room, she began running through a series of stretches her father showed her. It was key to keep oneself loose and in shape. Along with the stretches, she added push-ups and squats, working to keep her body up. After thirty minutes of limbering up, she put on her boots and made her way out of the room to the training hall, strapping her blaster to her leg as she went.*

In the days and months that went by without word from home, Five really started to make the best of her situation. She was an accepted evil by now. She was off course off limits to a lot of places, and what remained were mostly recreational areas and training rooms. She started to feel like a prisoner and she took it well. After all, she WAS a slave, being locked in was something she was used to. What she wasnt used to is not getting orders nor having so much free time. She got restless. Training wasnt enough, she needed stress relief, she needed action and she needed revenge.
The investigation on her past mistress was going slowly. She had hoped that her cooperation would yield fruit but she got little on her plate from the Jedi. True, the trade was fair, she didnt give much neither. With nearly no communication she went into sleeper mode. She started fitting in.
It was subtle things at first, she sat outside and started painting. She had to, or she would go insane from the niceness and the calmess of the place. She painted trees, dawns, dusks, trees in dusks and dawns, dawns AS trees in a dark stary night, Dark stary night trees on a bright sun, castle walls, halls, her own dorm door. She painted 'Bora' a small rodent she cought and kept as a pet in secret. Bora soon died, she didnt know why, but it died and there was her only true friend gone.
She knew the core of the problem.
She was a Banshee. She was trained to be with other banshees, other slaves of her kind. She was trained to break bone, shatter limbs, cut flesh and leave bolt marks all over her place. She missed it. Even though she hated the constant smell of Pigmen (Gamoreans) in the halls of the Crucible she longed for home... and one day, she slipped up.
She painted a dark corridor without a ceiling, It had doors on either side and it was gray, it was dull and it was nonthing-saying. Not like her pathetic attempts at surrealism, this was painted from memory. The corridor was endless, went strait into the dark even as the sky was above, blue and mighty. She painted home. As she looked at the dull painting of a dull corridor, she felt the smell of pigmen, heard the scrambles of fighting, the grunts of pain and the screams of new recruits. She felt the busyness of the Crucible, the constant training with her sister Banshees.
She hung that up on her wall. She could sit hours just tugging at her collar and watching that picture, nearly to a limit of obsession.
So went the days of the 'captive' Banshee. While she was sure she could leave any day she wanted, she wouldnt. That wasnt her mission, but the jedi here didnt really let her close. She fumbled up with the Twilek Jedi, which wasnt the best ways to start... she went on too hard with the fighting.
New days will come. And some day, some beautiful day, orders would come and she would be one more order closer to home...

Footsteps padded quietly down the hallway and stopped outside Five's door. Nala rubbed her hip, where a lovely dark purple bruise mottled her green skin. She hoped she'd given as good as she'd gotten, but dueling really wasn't her thing. She keyed the door-chime and then stepped back a moment.
"Five?" she called through the door. The bundle of emotions inside was enough to let her know the other Twi'Lek was actually there.
"I owe you a drink..."
She sighed and crossed her arms, waiting. Lekku twitched in front of her.

Five was just working on a new painting, the scenery from her window. This meant taking off her gloves that made her modified cybernetic hands look more like... hands, and not combat appliances. Given, they got paint on them that she virtually never cleaned off for some reason. In truth, she liked her hands dotted with paint, they felt more personal that way. So, when she was pulled from her little painting world with a call through the door, she nearly jumped.
-5- "ONE SEC!"
She put down the palette, dried her cybernetic hands on her shirt and pulled the gloves up, rolling down the sleeves of her shirt so the gloves are not easily spotted, making her hands look mostly real. She opened the door. Nala would see Five, unscarfed (with collar visible) with dots of paint all over her shirt, some in her face and most of it on her pants, smiling at her.
-5- "Jedi Master Nala, yes, I believe you do. I need a sec to get ready. Wanna come in or... You know what? Come in."
Five opened the door wider and turned around to make place to sit. There were paitnings all over the room, sitting on chairs, tables, hung from walls. There was this painting that was somehow put on the sieling and showed a dark corridor with open sky above. Five quickly put all the paintings in the way into a row, and gestured on a chair for Nala to sit. Nala herself started to look for a less "painter-esk" shirt and pants to take on.
Her room was rather messy. She had several sets of cloths laying around in a couple piles, and her clean ones were just thrown into the desk they belonged in, so she had to rattle them around to find what she was looking for. All her shirts and blouses had long sleeves. The room looked to be owned by someone who rather painted then cleaned up.
-5- "So, what do you have in mind?"
