And if you haven't posted yet, you can just interrupt our meeting via a direct line to the holocomm in my office, Sin.

I have already posted in the Rotunda as if this is a separate timeline from the one in your office. Feel free to jump in if you wish, but as I said before, I'll be waiting a little bit of time then posting NPC senators on my own if there are no responses to me.
I will be away this weekend from Saturday to Monday so I will not be available for responses. Gives y'all plenty of time to reply to her Sithliness.

Will, you've done the best that you can, same as any of you. I try to get on and at least skim my "participated" threads 3 times a week. I don't always make that either. None of us can help the people that we start a SL with then just disappear. It happens on virtually every planet I've RPed on with any character. You are trying to keep a lot alive. So am I. So is Darma, Koronov, and all the rest of us. Some people get frustrated and leave. I get that. I abandoned characters because of that. But those people are also doing the thing that they are often upset about. So a few of us get spread thin.
I'm going to TRY to help by creating a few more NPCs as soon as fighting in Lessu lets up. Mostly, this is going to allow me to tie into other groups and work underneath the Cold War (yes Sin, I'm even going to be sending a Sith to you.)
In the mean time, people like Sin and Atia/Sel, would you want to expand and start a new character, a good guy, some Senators to help your old Rep buddies out? At this point, we need numbers. Will, Darma, Kor, and I are a bit worked trying to both maintain a Republic and defend our homeworlds (sometimes by ourselves).

Even if Seleevan is a sith lord, if I manadge to join the republic I do intend to help with that RP load too, taking up the mantle of protecting the GR if needed, at least showing a military presence.
Its mostly out of my good heart OOC, since you guys really seems like you need that help, allthough IC sel will have an agenda, I just have to think up exactly what it is and then plan out an SL about that in the future.
just... saying.

Sel how do you want to proceed since the "resident" Jedi in the SL has apparently gone AWOL....
Also am posting for Sin shortly, sorry for the lack of response, life is busy for most of us light siders and affiliated writers. so bear with us if you will.

Sel, I meant more making a good guy Senator in addition, if you don't mind. We could use the help.

A somewhat unrelated question, what is the Republic's stance, or feelings, towards GALSAF? taking into consideration the fact they are a renegade militia and the events of the Holy War...

How about this: Decision on sel joining is pending negotiation. You guys are in full right to deny an enemy.
But... I kinda allready started an idea of someone "reeducated" in Fort Julii on Vortex, a vor of power and wealth. My first idea was to make him a sleeper agent and have him be sent to the republic as a senator...
Buuuuuut....
I could just make him a wealthy and powerfull person who was scolded by the Vor secret police, and decided to take his own peoples fate in his own hand.
Sel wouldnt loose full support because he is a religious leader, and every people has its fanatics, so I wouldnt loose much IC on his side.
And could try the republic senator on a new char...

Rawkill, I honestly don't know what the GALSAF is. Sorry for my ignorance.
At, that would be appreciated.

What needs done, and can I do it without stepping on Koronov's toes? I know he's been a bit AWOL recently, but I think he said he had stuff going on. Or maybe he's buried in snow like the rest of North America.

The Lower 48 can shove it. Being in North Pole, AK, I am encased in ice for most of the year. Worse then Hoth according to estimated temps from some obscure reference I can't think of right now. :-P
I can post replies later tonight. No resolution has passed regarding GALSAF/GR relations. Though I personally know them to be mercs, they are professionals. But the GR has long precedence of never enjoying being in cohorts with mercenaries.

Take a look at Yavin. That'll show you what seems to be GALSAF's opinion of the Jedi Order and the Galactic Republic. They are a law unto themselves last I heard, passing judgment on all, accepting the judgment of none.

Paramilitary vigilanties. Sounds like something the GR would want to be friendly with. Darma, I could just choose to break in on the jedi-s turn to speak, but sel has been trying the bounderies of rudeness without actually outright being one. Plus, the jedi needs to say his filthy lies so Sel can laugh at him and counter with logic and facts

Admiral, do I tell lies and regularly slander peoples names? No sir, you tend to make a point not to do that...

Crom'nen, however, virtually holds the patent on lying. He lies at times just to see what he can get away with. As an honest person IRL, it's that's how I get it out of my system.

Votes that Crom'nen could get away with murder in front of the entire holo-net with his tongue.
And that's fine Atia, I'm really sorry you're being held up like this.

Hate to tell you Cihl, but you're a Chancellor, not a president. No executive privilege for you! Especially after what happened the last time the Republic gave the Chancellor that kind of power.
