Question for you all.
What is the official Jedi position on GALSAF?
Given the overall douchetastic way they've been behaving pretty much since their inception, their involvement in the Mando war, and their frankly insulting behavior on Yavin, one would assume the answer would be "fuck those guys," but they seem to be laboring under the opinion that the Jedi are their allies.
I ask, because the answer to this question is going to have a direct effect on upcoming RP events.
Anyone care to weigh in?

Well, I don't want to speak too soon, but the last I checked with the Council IC, we have them listed as a terrorist organization. So yeah, pretty much "fuck those guys", but in a more diplomatically worded way I suppose. Mind if I ask what upcoming RP events this will have an effect on?

As far as I am aware, IC the Council is aware of GALSAF participation in the Mando siege of Yavin, the battle of Kuat, and more recent events on Yavin. So, basically what Rawkill said, particularly since none of GALSAF's people have endeavored to contact any of the Councilors on Coruscant or seek a working alliance with the Jedi Order as a whole. There could be future potential for storylines, but so far nothing has been worked out. The Jedi are not at this point actively hunting GALSAF.
Sorry if that's not in-depth, but I am really tired at the moment.

Oi, so I was going through some of the old council posts, trying to recall some things, when I realized that a post I made never actually made it to the boards - a casualty of my infamously poor internet connection.
This being so, no one was ever really informed of my hiatus from the council of reassignment at the disappearance of Devlin Dewe - I was informed by a friendly Jedi that I kinda just...disappeared. My bad, I should have checked better to make sure that things got posted and such >_<. Uh, I dunno, I literally joined the order and the first thing I did was join a council (As Arcturus). It felt inappropriate given how long I hadn't RPed as one - to me only I think, not to anyone else. Anyway, I went off to RP a lot of backstory and such to iron out the kinks in my character. Thats literally all I've been doing since the last time I was on the Jedi boards...
So, yeah. Dante/Baylan/Arcturus is still with the Jedi Order, and is currently a hermit on Vandelhelm. Thought I should clarify that so that no one goes "Hey, remember that guy with Dewe, who made like three posts, then disappeared?"

Yaaaaaay. Glad it's not an issue. Glad to see some familiar faces as well. Uhhh...is Adi still around? And the Watchmen? Or did that just kinda flop? Slowly catching up on council posts and such - I hear we tried to consolidate on Coruscant?
And Monte - totally up for it. I've got some RP I'm trying to plan for Vandelhelm pretty soon. By the time you read this, I *should* have some info up on the boards in regards to it. Take a look and see if you're interested ^_^

From what I have heard, Adi will be back in June or July. As for the Watchmen, I believe they are working with the Council of First Knowledge.
