If you want to report to me that's fine... I like reports and such. As far as the voting I was thinking the vote is called for, we nominate everyone who was voted on IC and then we "electronically" cast our votes and then they announce it. but that's just how I invisioned it, if you guys want to do it differently thats cool too. Not to be rude, but I sort of think we need to get this settled out, as other storylines are sort of hinging on it. For the sake of time, I think this would be the best way to do it, as the names can be decreed and the votes can be cast and determined all in one post, allowing for us to move forward a bit. As it stands, I think the post should be made by someone currently in the High Council, but I'd be more than happy to make the post if no one else feels bothered by it. This way, because the people were voted for for IC and OOC reactions, it'll will just make sense instead of people voting for someone they have never met (people voting for Eli, for instance). |

We're using the three canon under councils (First Knowledge, Reassignment and Reconciliation) as IC reasons to foster RP between locations and people.
