Perhaps the meeting could be handled thusly; discussion during the meeting is between Masters only, and then at the end they can open the floor for concerns and questions from the rest of the Jedi present who aren't Masters yet who would have been allowed to observe and discuss quietly amongst themselves up until that point. That way, most of the meeting will be between the masters, but in an open way that does not create the implication of secrecy from the rest of the order and which allows the rest of the Non-Masters to have a voice at the end.
What do people think of that idea? It's just a brainstormed idea, but I thought I would throw it out there.

That was Tython, didn't help much. Not to be undemocratic. If we had an IC Masters meeting, it would have to be just, a meeting of the masters. If that is what you want, we need to figure out a way to get all of us untied up in the Mando War to meet, half of us who are left are incommunicado due to being in direct conflict with Mandos. . .actually most of us.
To get back to the topic. For just a moment, the fact remains that we are stretched thin with the "territory" we have because, at the time, we had the jedi to cover it. Now we don't. Pick one where most will be/start. Pick a handful that remain IF WE NEED MORE THEN ONE, and stick to it.
Less structure and more leadership. Elect 5 Masters to the High Council, no planetary or academic affiliation necessary and charge them with the leadership, the welcomingofnew jedi, and the ushering of new missions.
This isn't me throwing out a random suggestions. No "sounds good, but" say yay or nay to this plan so we can move forward with it, or vote it down and find a new plan to move forward with.
I am a man of plan and process, and process means progress; progress means action.
We are in a rebuilding phase, so let`s rebuild.

It would make more sense to have everyone in one place. Forget about RPing at different locations and put everyone together.
The way the Cold War will stack up, planetary control is not necessarily needed as along as JvS canon Jedi worlds are recognized as being Republic aligned, I don't see why we need to maintain an RP presence anywhere.

At this point Will, I'd say just make the meeting a split timeline if necessary, that way the war can keep rolling.

We centralize our basing and The High Council, and the main center of learning at one place, yes.
we have 2/3 other places retaned as enclaves and not main bases. Other places for Jedi to retreat, to meditate and pass their trials at perhaps.
But Jedi are meant to be sent out in ones and twos to vanquish evil. So no, not just one place to RP, just a main plan. (*Cough* Coruscant *cough*).

Part of me really really likes this.
The other part is not entirely sure. I don't think the Jedi on Corellia, Felucia, and Honoghr should necessarily have to completely relocate...

I can certainly agree with using the temple on Coruscant as the main place if we decide to centralize like that. It would also make sense tactically in light of the Mando'ade's aggression, as Corsucant is the closest to the Deep Core and thus the farthest from the Outer Rim where the Mando'ade has begun its crusade. Furthermore, if we align ourselves with the Republic that puts us close to the heart of the Republic and in a location where we can easily interact with our ally.

Is it okay to have Octavious show up too? Not a Master, but he is a Shadow that needs to meet with whomever is calling the shots since we have an absence in leadership.
