Yeah they are effectively Imperial refugees. NOE attacked as part of a plan to mmake them go bye bye from public view. They bombarded the shit out of the main city. I was told to go here if I wanted to be recruited by Jedi. So here I am. I think I should let you know I have a good background of roleplaying. Its been a 5 year run of RPs and I wanted to try something new. Is there anything I should tell you?

And now I'll talk to you here, too! Key things you ought to know; there is currently a vast RP involving The Mandalorians on a campaign to eradicate the Jedi (all Force Users, in fact, but the Jedi have taken the brunt of the impact so far). This RP is currently dominant on Ossus and Yavin of the main Jedi worlds, which make them probably unsuitable as a starting point - if for no other reason than they are not particularly easy to get to right now! I myself, however, am active with Jedi NPCs on a few other worlds, so I'm sure we'll cross paths.
The Jedi High Council here on JvS currently consists of myself, Serrin Roma, Aerandir Calmcacil, Devlin Dewe, Will Son'tir, Raven Alora, Jago Pulastra, and Vesten Kor-Taan. You'll find that Myself, Will, Devlin, and Aerandir are the ones you're most likely to have contact with. We're based on Yavin, Corellia, Ossus, and Felucia, respectively.
As for what we need to know about you... well... I suppose, writing style, a little bit about the RP environment you're used to, and what you have in mind for your character.

My writing style is mainly third person with some description and what the character's thought process is. My RP experience has been solo stories and RP that has involved a few known people and groups such as the Jensaarai and I had a little 'nice to know you' encounter with Darth Nexus. But that was on the old site. Im in touch with the Jensaarai and Im hearing you guys arent doing well with the Mandos. My main rp character is part of the Jensaarai and befriending a Mando within GALSAF on some of our resource missions. Dont know when the Saarai-Kaar plans actually recognize the Mando issue. My character is supposedly a young boy trying to be a hero like all the legends hes heard as a boy. He wants to learn more about the force and hopes he can be a Jedi. Thats basically it. I think this will be a good fallback if I cant work things with Major.

Dominik Malsk: Not doing so well, depends on your perspective. I prefer, "Falling behind for a more dramatic victory" myself; but to each his own.
Jinso Butini: As far as where to begin, Dav laid it fairly nicely a few posts above. In summary: Yavin & Ossus are in the midst (at differing stages) of the Madalorian War, Coruscant, Corellia, Felucia are the main Jedi worlds...though there are others.
Where's the best place to start, however, depends on what you're looking to do. Fight Mandalorians, study the Force, learn lightsaber combat, become a hermit...there are plenty of possibilities. Hard to say where's the most active since we all have bouts of slowness and delay; though some experience more than others. If there's a world that strikes your fancy, I'd say check it out and see if there's a good way to integrate into the current storyline.

Corr, I was just speaking to Devlin and Dav about Jud going to Ossus, pre-invasion. To try to collect as much as he can from the library.
But if you're going to attack ASAP (since I know you want this to move along) I'll butt-out. Unless you'd want me to be down on the surface as the assault happens....
Wait. That actually sounds like a nifty idea. Jud arrives just ahead of the invasion fleet, gets down on the surface, gets what he wants, Jedi go on high alert, Mandos make planet fall, Jud defends library to the astonishment of the embattled Jedi... That sounds kind of epic, no?

I would have to agree that it does sound pretty darn epic, and if this whole Mando'ade crusade plot really is meant to be a war against all Force users I'd like to see more cross-faction cooperation eventually as it progresses. I think that there could be a lot of fun role play potential in having people who are usually more or less mortal enemies fighting together temporarily in spite of their major differences in beliefs/values.

Yeah, that's doable. I'd like to open that theater as soon as possible but if you move now, Jud, then all should work out well. I have more actual writers for Ossus now than was originally thought so maybe more Forcies would be needed? I have no idea how man Jedi writers are there so perhaps a count would be in order?
