That, would refer to Baylan the Barber, a serial killer I used to RP back on FB (and have since resurrected in the interim posting with you guys) . I've been wanting to tie him into Dante's story somehow, and figured that Dante's memory block would prove the best way to do that.

I think I speak for both Jace and I that if you want to become part of the Serenno writing team you're more than welcome. Even though we leave Serenno for lengths of time, it's really the only planet Jace and I consistently come back to. I guess it's as close to an IC home that we've got.
Lord knows we could use another writer on the place.

Yes, I have been. I'm torn because I love it, but I'm also acutely aware that we are weeks, if not months, behind Fel. We'll have to be careful how we play Bespin. Lord Sinistra I'm not sure just how the emergence of an Empire changes Dante's plans but I think we need our visit to Bespin to come just as the Empire is taking root, since our chief antagonist is a rival Moff that you would want out of your way, for reasons entirely separate from our reasons ... |

Bespin was a Dark Tide planet before Dark Tide became the Empire. It has been under Sin's thumb for years IC.

That's fine. It doesn't matter who controls Bespin. Dante's Imperial nemesis has some sort of secret facility there (perhaps it would be a secret from your forces as well, until now), but his main operations are elsewhere. The real problem I see is simply the continued existence of a rival to Sin for Imperial power. If you knew about Dante's Moff "friend" and his intentions to take power, you would probably act on that pretty quickly, right? So if Dante's personal story is still to happen, it has to happen without Sin finding out, otherwise the chances are that you would destroy him before Dante gets to finish his quest. And that mean that this has to happen either a) before Sin's ascent to power is complete or  very carefully under the radar, in spite of your intelligence efforts. Thoughts? This has effectively been a closed RP so far (even though we didn't call it one). However, now that you're involved with Fel, we'd better figure this out. |

The way we're rolling with some of the imperial stuff is that not everyone is on board with the new order. Perhaps his moff is a former IR officer who has been demoted under the new regime and has been plotting some thing against the fledging Empire.
