Attempting to post up now, Dante. My dilemma is that there are several things that 'could' happen, but really only one of those routes should be taken. Such is staying true to character. You took a route other than what I was expecting, which is fine, but I may be taking a route you may not expect either. EDIT: ..Actually..things might get a bit nasty. Just thought of a new route this could go.. *rubs hands together, cracks knuckles*Fine by me...post coming up.

Read the post. Superbly written. As always, I'm mulling over how Seros will react. Trying to let him act naturally as much as possible...
Interdictors, as Dante implied, would easily stop a ship the size of the one Kaali was on. In uni, she got away past all that to continue another SL with Zik, but Seros wouldn't know better.
...Thinking about it, now that a moment like this has actually hit..kind of makes me wonder how much I knew my own character. He's....PISSED. But I'm stuck at knowing whether or not he'll consider the fact that Dante was unaware of Kaali's presence..or forego that and act rashly...

So just to be clear Dante, there are three nebula's and an interdictor at each known route out of the system, each with a full complement of fighters? (Indy wouldn't know about the fighters of course, unless they were all launched already, but she'll probably assume they have them regardless)

Uh, nope just four nebulas and a complement of fighters. Unless I misspelled something somewhere.
Pick wisely Seros: Dante does NOT offer honesty very often.

Oh... So what's stopping people from just jumping out? You'd need an interdictor to effectively blockade hyperspace lanes.

I'm aware, Dante. But I can't act on that with OOC knowledge. I'm debating whether to have Seros post cut you or not. He wouldn't know one way or the other if you'd offer that or not.
and yes, Interdictors or not will make all the difference to Seros.

Well Dante just said "Stardestroyers", without mentioning any interdictor capabilities. Though the fact that he thinks they can catch ships trying to jump out implies some kind of interdictor capability.

-_- if it simplifies things, well just say they dumped water out into space forming an iceball large enough to yank ships out of hyperspace. It's something star wars pirates do when they don't have interdictors.

I always heard they just used giant asteroids... But water works too. It'll make the escape longer, but shouldn't alter its overall effectiveness.

I swear to god, if you spawn one more thing on my ship, Seros is going to lose the option to ask his question, and not even Jace will be able to save you. That said: bring it on.

..lots of emotion to cover here. Me and my ridiculous sense of introspection. It'll be the death of me, more than likely... (or..rather another character. hehe)
gettin' there, Dante. Not much longer.

Done. Inside the box, you'll find 5 unused deathstick vials. Multi-colored. Two orange, two yellow, one red. [/randomdetails] The box holds eight. Three slots are empty. Two were stolen, one was put into a syringe back in the UC. Seros has that one in his bag, too.
