I would just make sure that whoever is targeted is PMed and given the chance to accept the bounty on them or not.

I would just make sure that whoever is targeted is PMed and given the chance to accept the bounty on them or not. If anyone wants to post a bounty on me, for any of my past deeds, this is your blanket approval from me. I'm not trying to be big-headed or anything, I just would love to see the Bounty Board become a thing. I'll be sure to peruse the Bounty Board to see if there's an interesting bounty to pursue.
