I don't think I really see any issues. My first thought was it seems a little lightly armed for a 3, but thinking on it more I think it works. Approved

Kind of have to agree. It feels lightly armed for a 3.

Probably one that big end to ride the line. My custom Baudo is sitting on a 2 with four laser cannons, an ion cannon and a concussion missile launcher. And I’m sure that was one I was on the fence about for a bit but decided to agree to a three.

I guess the ion cannons help raise it to a 3. Especially for a vessel of that size.

Who knows, maybe just make the ion cannons twin cannons as well. But it’s whatever the DOs agree to.

I would go with Lux's suggestion and agree with the 3.

Dropping it to 2, could work as well. I feel most ships with retractable guns wouldn't really be "well armed" Just the way, I see it at first.

Well, technically, the C-ROc Gozanti uses them and is seen as a pretty capable ship.

All retractable guns do is just hide them whenever they aren't in combat. So that factor really shouldn't matter in my eyes. And,as Lux said, the C-ROC Gozantis are pretty capable ships with the same sort of retractable system to their weapons.

Updated the armaments as requested.
Just as a side note, concealment does not make the weapons any weaker. But making the vessel appear weaker and more vulnerable is kind of the whole point of them. The vessel is not meant to appear well armed.
