Fortress Inquisitorius Fortress Inquisitorius was a heavily armed underwater stronghold located on the moon Nur. It served as stronghold for the Imperial Inquisitor Program. The existence of the fortress was hidden from the majority of the Empire to maintain the public perception of peace and security. It was in close proximity to Mustafar and Lord Vader's castle on the volcanic planet's surface; thus allowing the Sith Lord to keep a close watch over the Inquisitors' affairs. The systems within the Fortress were a complex network of bridges, wings, portals, and gates. The stronghold had a multi fail safe structure so that the Empire controlled every corner of the stronghold. This allowed for a quick response to any breach by a prisoner or intruder. The entire fortress could be flooded to prevent escape. The complex had an Imperial Dojo, control rooms, detention levels and even a frightening interrogation chamber, where Jedi where broke and turned to the Dark Side.
"Master, we are reaching destination"The robotic voice of his attendant woke Vallius from a meditative slumber. He uncrossed legs and stood on his feet, stretching the muscles that were numb after the prolongued time spent in the same position. He had again seen dark omens when openning to the Force, dark designs that he didn't know, and he couldn't presume were entirely his father's. There were other forces at work, he could feel it in the woven threads of fate. The door slids open and he moves without a sound to the cockpit, where two silent armored beings were at the helm, while a droid awaited his master. "My Lord, the Fortress is empty""Land in the upper hangar"He said, imperious, with a hissed voice that was used to command and be obeyed. The ship crossed Nur's clean atmosphere, closing distance to the upper spire of the fortress, a mere fraction of the whole complex, if the scarce data gathered could be trusted. The oceans covered everything, from what it could be seen from the viewport. The imposing architecture of the fortress soon covered up everything; it reminisced so much of Vader Castle, down in Mustafar's volcanic surface: the same straight aggresive lines and design, the same dark purpose behind its construction. The hangar on the tower was like a gaping mouth, toothless. The ship landed without any issues. "My lord, we should check th---"Savage silenced him raising a hand. The commando fell silent, the trooper knew that obedience to the Savage clan was mandatory. "Droid, follow me"The Sith walked towards the platform, donning a zeyd-cloth mantle, hood raised, the lightsaber pending from his belt. The droid followed silently, not to act as security, but to open doors and crack any firewalls they could find. Vallius stood on the landing pad for a moment, cherising the dark energies that once flooded the place and that still lingered. He saw flashes of hanger and hatred. Pain. He relished the moment, closing his eyes for an instant. The droid knew better than asking what was happening, so he waited motionless, towering over the tenebrous prince. Savage then walked to the door. "Open it, or I shall"Said the Sith, pointing at the control panel. K-470 produced his computer interface arm, locking it with the port that controlled the entrance. It took some effort for the door to slid open. The rancid smell of decay and the obnoxious air of a long-closed abandoned space filled Vallius' nostrils. There were what looked like several long-dead stormtroopers near the gate; it seems the departure of he last Inquisitor was abrupt and the facility was closed before some of its inhabitants could make it out. The remains were mummified, due the lack of oxigen and the dry conditions of the closed facilities. The sea breeze erupted into the corridor. Savage walked down the hallway, reaching a wider room, some kind of reception hall. It was dominated by a large statue of Lord Vader, made of black basalt and carved very minimalistically, almost abstract in shape and detail. "Hubris. Idolatry"Vallius said with a hiss, between sharp canines. "Will have that thing removed"The Sith reached a hand, frowned and concentrated. Sweat drops on his forehead appeared at the very same time that deep cracks started to litter the polished surface of the statue's pedestal. With a crack, the rock supporting the statue's colossal weight splintered and broke: the likeness of Vader fell to the ground with thunderous noise and covering everything up with clouds dust. The basalt, a hard rock, hadn't shattered itself on impact, the colossus remained on the floor, looking to the dark, shadow-covered ceiling. "Better"He kept walking, raising a number of steps before finding another door that slid open as soon as K-470 connected into the dormant computer panel. "The control room is upstairs. Reboot systems and put them to work"The red photoreceptors looked above, to the secured room. He simply nodded and walked with heavy pace towards the chamber, while the Sith kept walking into the fortress' heart. He sometimes sensed the dread hovering over the empty corridors, saw more corpses and remnants of the previous inhabitants. And the hints of a metallic breath, artificial and ominious. Vallius jumped down a turbolift shaft, landing below with a soft thud, the cloak open like the wings of a crow. He stood, as dark as his environments, only the yellow eyes could be glanced in the darkness. His breath moved the floating dust. And, suddenly, the lights lit up and the systems started working again. He saw a long corridor, going both ways, he followed his instincts and chose the right. Empty rooms at both sides, until he reached a gate without controls. Vallius arched an eyebrow, his yellow bloodshot eyes looking for an openning. "Ah, I see..."The Zabrak raised his hand again, moving a mechanism, which turned around in its place, like a key on a lock. The door slid open to reveal an austere and abandoned chamber, wide viewports open to the ocean, that was raging below. An animal howled in the distance and Vallius moved into the room, openning his cloak and placing the fold over his shoulder. He raised the arm, keying the comm. "Droid, tell me where I stand""According to my data and the central computer... you stand in the Grand Inquisitor's chambers, my Lord"A smile crossed the Zabraks face as he walked into which once was one of the darkest dens in the whole Galaxy. "Tell the men to send communication to my flagship. They must start sending dropships and personel, at the earnest" "Aye, sire"

The fingers, clad in a black leathern glove, caressed the rust-covered surface of the desk. The viewports, open to the raging oceans below, allowed the storm to enter inside the fortress itself, the wind lashing against the hard black surface of the building. The deep and narrow windows didn't let the rain in, however. But, one could still feel the ever-present humidity of the planet, like a thick fog, almost suffocating. The Sith gestured again, commanding the Force, to open a second door, again without control panel whatsoever. When it slid open it revealed an armory. Sabers hung from the wall, with circulars hilts of all of them. Armor pieces, comms, jumpsuits... The Sith walked among the relics of a long-lost past. He raised a hand, touching a lightsaber: flashes of memories hit his mind like a magnetic train, hanger, hunting, fear, shadows of a self long gone. The overwhelming sensations lasted for a second, then Vallius removed his hand. He left the room, closing the door behind him. The Sith took a seat on the command chair behind the desk. Then, he heard a squadron of TIEs flying close and the humming of the dropships' powerful engines.
"Sir, the dropships arrived"
"Start cleaning and restoring the facility. Send my servants to the Inquisitor's chambers, I want them cleaned up before sunset"
"As you wish"
He leans back, glancing through the windows, Mustafar could still be seen, soon to be covered by the large mass of the gas giant. There it was, a bloody wound in the sky, furiously red, fiery. A beacon of darkness. Formerly, the planet -ever hanging over the horizon- was a clear reminder of Vader's omnipotence. Now, the same could be said about his father, Lord Viox: his dark presence emanating from the Obelisk could be felt a world away. Vallius shivered and looked aside.

The Scimitar landed silently on the upper pad. A cohort of masked servants, in long flowing and concealing black robes, hurried themselves around the ship. Vallius lowered the ramp and left the vessel at good pace, his boots pounding the hard floor.
"Welcome back, massster"
Said a sycophantic minion from behind his teeth.
"I'll be on my chambers, summon Krajesh"
"It shall be done"
Two Sith commandos guarded the door. The fortress was again fully operational and restored to its former glory, albeit the idolatry to Vader had been removed from the complex. The corridors were now clean and well-lit, the systems functioning properly. Now, it housed the five hundred soldiers his father had granted to him, the surgically and magically improved men and women that comprised the Savage guard, and every individual who had attached themselves to the household of the Iridonian prince.
He reached the former Grand Inquisitor's chambers, that were now his, completely refurbished to suit the tastes and desires of Vallius himself. The prince didn't have to wait much for an alien to arrive. The oversized brain-like skull betrayed him as a Siniteen. He was clad in a black plastoid armor with a rank plaque over the heart.
"Master"
The man bows, Vallius gestures him to come closer.
"Krajesh"
He turns around, his blood-injected yellow eyes fixed on the acolyte.
"My lord father and liege has tasked me with finding a particular holocron"
"Which one, sire?"
"The so-called Dark Holocron"
The alien remained silent.
"The one looted by the Jedi Odan-Urr... it belonged to the Order -thrice be they cursed- for millennia"
"Exactly. But then..."
The Seniteen remained pensive for a moment. His large brain could store and process information better than almost any other humanoid. Vallius appreciated him for his eidetic memory and vast knowledge about Sith lore. Non-force sensitive, he had noneless felt the pull of the Dark and served the Sith for decades, since the times of Lord Krayt.
"The reports are unclear sire, but it was probably among the items Lord Tyrannus carried with himself when he was lost to the Jedi, as Jocasta Nu reported it missing around the same time, in a file addressing the High Council"
"Dooku..."
Vallius clasps both hands behind his back, looking through the viewports the stormy sea raging below.
"That means it probably ended in the vaults of Lord Sidius and might be already lost if it happened to be on Byss..."
He frowns.
"However, the last clue we got is Tyrannus, is he not?"
"Yes, sire, if it belonged to Lord Sidious, we do not know"
"He was count of Serenno. He might have held it in his vaults"
He walks to the desk, activating a holoprojector: a map of the Galaxy, hovering and turning on its axis around both individuals.
"Speak. Tell me about him and the planet"
"Lord Tyrannus held it as count, having inherited title and honors after he gave up the Jedi Order. He used the planet as forefront to his activities as Leader of the Confederacy"
"Understood"
"He headquartered himself in a cliff-side castle, a true stronghold and palace in the outskirts of the capital. It remained there through the following decades, albeit it probably is either repurposed or derelict, I do not know of its fate. But, if the vault is somewhere, it is there, my Lord. Probably the holocron is gone, but you could find a clue"
Vallius walks, traversing the ghostly shapes of planets and stars, until standing before the holographic shape of Serenno, floating before his face. The Iridonian Zabrak looks at the alien from behind the blue-tinted planet, his yellow pupils staring at his servant.
"Gather all the intel necessary and traspass it to my Infiltrator's servers. I shall be going to Serenno personally"
"But, sire, Jedaai hold the planet and..."
Vallius silences the Seniteen with a gaze.
"I do not fear those who cower themselves in the Light"
He said, disdainful.
"I shall conceal myself and cloak my shadow from their prying eyes"
The planet orbits away.
"Tell the Attendants to trace hidden routes from here to Serenno. You shall acompany me in this task"
"As you wish. Should not you, sire, call any of your father's....?"
"No. I'm more than enough to deal with this. A Lord of the Sith needs no protection"
The alien nods.
"We leave in a standard rotation. Now, be gone"

"Have you calculated the necessary jumps?"
"Yes, my Lord"
The Seniteen was at the helm of the ship, already in orbit over Nur. The enforcer droid sat silent by his side, as co-pilot. The alien had an advanced brain capable of doing such calculations without the assistance of computerized devices and, most importantly, could improvise on route and change according to circumstances, unlike a droid or a navicomputer.
"We will need several jumps to get destination, sire. The first among them shall be done within the Imperium's space, thus, it shall be a fast travel through well-known hyperlanes. We'll head to Sullust, then make necessary jumps through charted space into Kamino. We will take a path through Hutt space, by the way of Gamorr and Nar Shadda. Their control of the lanes is lax enough and the ship is almost invisible to most scanners. After that, we will head to Serenno through Klatooine, Saleucami, the Wheel, Columex, Phindar and finally, Dathomir. I expect we will have to resupply in one of those systems, preferably the Wheel. From the witches' planet it shall be a short jump to destination. According to my calculations the entry point chosen will be clouded by a particularly disruptive nebula"
"Good, proceed"
The Sith gestured for the alien to start the travel. Pilot and co-pilot introduced de first commands in the console, the ship moving from its course and heading towards the stars. The jump was smooth, the ship didn't even tremble. The Zabrak left for his medidation chamber, where he sat, legs crossed. Vallius tried to peer behind the veil of future and fate, but everything moved too swiftly, changing like shifting sands. He focused his feelings on the matter of the holocron, but nothing came to mind save isolated images and clouds of ribeting darkness. The first jump was started and concluded without the Sith lord even noticing, his body anchored in the ship but his mind deep within the Force. Both the droid and the colonel knew better than to disrupt the prince, so he remained in the chamber, meditating, darkness emanating like a thick miasma.

Nur - High Orbit. Imperium Exar-Class Star Destroyer : StarkillerThe Starkiller moved into position above Nur, in geosynchronous orbit over Fortress Inquisitorious. Standing on the bridge of the Exar-Class Star Destroyer, Venon Starkiller, known by his alias of Darth Wraak, stood before the gathered Sith Knights. Led by the formidable Geralt Klassen, the Sith Knight Project had been revived by the Sith'ari. Met with high success, the Sith Knights had managed to grow in their own right, becoming a feared and lethal arm of the Blackguard Imperium."Knight-Commander Klassen. Our objective is clear. We are to raid Vallius' lair and take anything and everything that is deemed of value. Resistance is expected. A handful of acolytes, droids and interior defenses. Nothing we can't handle. Once our initial objective is completed, we are to fall back to the Starkiller in preparation for a precision orbital bombardment on the Fortress. Understood?"Short, sweet and to the point. This assignment was straightforward enough that High Command wasn't even involved. No, this was personal for the Sith'ari. And while Venom wasn't thrilled about being the Sith'ari's personal errand boy, the fact that he was able to smash anything and everything to do with the Sith'ari's son was rather satisfying. Which made up for the fact that he had been assigned this particular task.

Imperium Exar-Class Star Destroyer: StarkillerStanding on the bridge of the Star Destroyer, the eight other Sith Knights were assembled behind him. Before him, Darth Wraak stood, confirming their assignment and the rumors surrounding Vallius Savage's recent actions. He had turned traitor. Became an upstart, power hungry and ambitious enough to lay claim to Iridonia and Anobis. The Sith'ari's homeworld along with a resource rich producer world. One was bad enough, but both? That was a direct insult to his father. To which the Sith'ari replied in kind by sacking his lair. Hardly a fair trade, considering, but it would feel good to spill some traitors' blood. As Wraak finished up his explanation, Geralt brought his left arm up across his chest. His helmet was sitting on the floor at his feet."Understood, my lord. We are to raze the Fortress and acquire any valuable information."Lowering his arm, he telekinetically lifted his helmet to his hands and slid it over his head. It sealed with the rest of his suit with a soft 'hiss/click'.Knights! Prepare to move! We leave for the surface in ten.The rest of the Knights behind him, placed their helmets on as well, then departed the bridge. Geralt followed them out, heading for the hangar bay. Several minutes later, the Sith Knights were loading up on to an Imperial Assault Shuttle. As fighters began leaving the bay, once they were cleared, the shuttle lifted off and headed out into the vacuum of space. Within seconds, they were already heading down to the Fortress...

Fortress Inquisitorious.
The strike against Vallius' lair had happened so suddenly that none of the outer defenses had time to respond to the attackers until they had already established a foothold. While the fighters from Starkiller continued to keep the exterior defenses occupied, Knight-Commander Klassen and his team of Sith Knights continued to cut a swath through those loyal to Vallius inside the fortress. Mostly consisting of droids, there were a few organic members that had been maintaining the Fortress until such time that Vallius returned. Unknown to them, he wasn't going to be returning any time soon. The living beings were being rounded up in the main atrium of the fortress, while the Sith Knights purged the fortress and collected any data they could find. Striding across the atrium, the prisoners kneeling on the floor, secured by the red armored Sith Troopers, Knight Commander Klassen addressed them.
By order of the Sith'ari, you have all be found guilty of treason. As such, the penalty is execution. However, I have been granted the authority to spare those who come forward with any sort of information-
The Knight was cut off as a Rodian spoke up.
"Vallius is the rightful ruler of the Imperium! The Sith'ari is weak! He focuses on Imperials rather than our true enemy! He would bring ruin to us all-"
The Rodian's words were cut off, replaced by gasping and gurgling as the Knight-Commander began to Force Choke him. The Rodian was raised from his kneeling position on the floor, to hanging a few inches off the ground, squirming and writhing in panic and fear. Geralt slowly strode over to where the Rodian was suspended and peered through his helmet's visor at the being.
Blasphemy. Lies. Even as your life hangs in the balance, you continue to defy him. Vallius is nothing more than a typical, power hungry Sith, clambering for power like all Sith are doomed to do. In betraying the Rule of Unity and the Imperium, he has been stripped of his titles and all of his resources. He is nothing more than a common warlord, attempting to assert power due to his namesake...
With a flick of his wrist, the Rodian's neck snapped and the body slumped to the floor in a heap.
Now, where was I? Ah yes. Any of those who come forward with information regarding the traitor Vallius' plans and schemes shall merely be imprisoned, rather than executed outright. Something to think about...Sergeant, escort these prisoners back to the shuttle. I'm sure the Sith'ari will be interested in interrogating them personally.
With a wave of his hand, the order had been given and the Sith Troopers began moving the prisoners from the atrium to the shuttle, in preparation for returning them to Mustafar for further interrogation.

Nur - Skies above Fortress Inquisitorious. Imperium Exar-Class Star Destroyer: Starkiller
The first wave of prisoners from the Fortress below were arriving. The Sith Knights had managed to secure the Fortress as well as any prisoners they found within record time. Now they were left with cleaning up and securing any and all data that Vallius had stored there. So far, this operation had been textbook. The Imperium had sustained no losses, and they had retrieved enough prisoners from the remaining staff that ensured Vallius would not be returning to the Fortress any time soon. And given that Nur was a hop, skip and jump away from Mustafar, the Imperium's beating heart, it was highly unlikely that Vallius would get the opportunity to return at all. Regardless, the Starkiller was positioned above the Fortress to ensure maximum damage without endangering the rest of the watery moon. All that was left, was for the Sith Knights to finish up and return to the ship. Then they would meet with the Jen'ari and carry out their next orders, as the Sith'ari had indicated to Venom when they had met previously.

Fortress Inqusitorious
With the prisoners escorted back to the Starkiller, and all data and other information secured, the Fortress stood empty, save for the Sith Knights that were preparing to leave. Knight-Commander Klassen led his team back to the shuttle. Upon loading up, the shuttle lifted off from the landing pad and headed up towards the Exar-Class Star Destroyer hanging in the sky over the fortress. As the shuttle landed within the ship, Klassen dismissed his team and made his way to the bridge of the ship, where Darth Wraak waited. Removing his helmet, he tucked it under his left arm and gave his report.
"Lord Wraak. Prisoners are secure, all data from the Fortress has been transferred to these encrypted holo-discs."
The Knight-Commander procured three holo-discs from his belt and handed them to the Zabrak Sith Lord.

Nur - Skies above Fortress Inquisitorius. Imperium Exar-Class Star Destroyer: Starkiller
A grin split the tattooed Zabrak's face. Accepting the holo-discs from the Knight-Commander, he pocketed them, preferring to personally deliver them to the Sith'ari.
"You have done well, Knight-Commander. A testament to the Sith'ari's faith in you and your team's skills. Now, bear witness to the fall of the fortress..."
The Zabrak motioned to the central viewscreen, which was showing a ventral camera view of the fortress. Within moments, green lances of energy shot out from the turbolaser cannons of the Starkiller and began pummeling the base of the fortress, several meters above the water line. After a minute of continuous fire, the subsequent explosions dotting the surface of the fortress itself caused it to collapse, crumbling into the ocean depths. Black smoke clouds billowed upwards as the fortress was destroyed. The majority of the structure had toppled over into the ocean, though the now jagged obsidian base of the fortress was still protruding from the water. Smoldering, the fortress could still be rebuilt, were the Blackguard ever to abandon the Mustafar system, by those that felt so compelled to do so, though for the time being, the fortress was nothing more than a smoldering pile of rubble, left in a watery grave. Turning to the Knight-Commander, Venom spoke.
"You are dismissed, Commander. Take time to reflect on your success. We will return to the Obelisk so we can report to the Sith'ari in person and deliver the holo-discs and the prisoners both. From there, as I understand it, the Sith'ari may have another task for us. Regardless, you have done well. Enjoy your success."
At this point in time, the task that had originally been appointed to them was completed. Now it was time to return and see what the Sith'ari had in store for them next.
"Admiral, move us back into Mustafar's orbit and have my shuttle prepared for departure."
As his orders were carried out, the Exar-Class Star Destroyer began to climb out of Nur's atmosphere and make the short trip back to Mustafar's orbit.

Nur's Orbit - Tohoku-Class Orbital Prison: PurgatoryThe Tohoku-Class Orbital Prison had been constructed in Nur's orbit some time after the fortress on the surface had been sacked. Housing various criminals of the Blackguard, Purgatory served as the main prison for the Imperium. Several notable persons of interest were housed here, along with Arsus Company. Formerly stationed in the Golden Room of the Dark Diamond Palace on Iridonia, the company was reassigned after the Imperium's withdrawal from the system. A handful of prisoners that had original been extracted from the Fortress on Nur's surface were housed here, as were over a dozen soldiers that willingly supported the rebellions on Kamino, Pzob and Roon. One of the most dangerous prisoners here, however, was former Overseer Asondra Vallen. Having been captured alive, surprisingly, the former Roon Overseer was now a prisoner of the Blackguard Imperium, with next to no chance of being free ever again. Several of Varick Thedas' underlings and three of Aden Vykus' acolytes were also held here. Despite the risk of housing such potentially dangerous criminals, business on the station continued as per usual. Fighter patrols continued around the clock on their regularly scheduled intervals, with the station's correctional officers maintaining the prison population and the station's support staff ensuring the station functioned smoothly.
