Description:
The Ajunta-Class Frigate was made to support the larger ships in the Sith Fleet. It was meant to protect from missiles and fighters. Her armament of 4 quad lasercannons, 4 point defense cannons, two tractorbeam projectors, and 2 ion cannons, was augmented by advanced targeting systems, allowing for easier tracking and lock ons against swarming enemy fighters.
She provided extra defense for the fleet as a whole in two ways. The first being her Jammer suite, able to garbule and corrupt most in system transmissions enemies sent from ship-to-ship. And second was a low powered gravity well projector. Not powerful enough to prevent ships from escaping a battle, but still powerful enough to disrupt missile flight paths. Her speed was also a step above average for her size ship, so that the Ajunta could respond quickly where needed on the battlefield.
It could carry 50 troops to hold off boarding parties.
