Description:
The StealthX was a starfighter, utilized by the New Jedi Order, at the end of the Yuuzhan Vong War and the start of the Kilik-Chiss Conflict. It was a smaller XJ-series X-wing model and utilized a paint that made it nearly invisible to the naked eye. Yet, despite its smaller size, the StealthX had quite the countermeasures to live up to its name: sensor negators, gravitic modulator (which replaced the third proton torpedo launcher), photon absorber, and thermal dissipator made up the totality of its stealth system. While a downgrade for the XJ-series, the StealthX made up in its countermeasures. Above all, the starfighter used the highly advanced R9-series astromech droid to assist pilots.
The starfighter utilized 4 laser cannons and 2 proton torpedo launchers. However, the launchers could alternatively be reconfigured to use other ordinances like shadow bombs, glop bombs and bunker-busters.
