Designed and built cooperatively by The Organization's Aegohr Manufacturing and Renegade Industries, both companies sought to push the limits of what a frigate classification was. While technically large enough to fit into the cruiser classification, both companies maintain that is is a frigate through and through. Armed with a Mass-Driver Cannon, which is fitted into the lower boom, the upper boom contains the firing control and power storage for the cannon. Secondary armaments consist of 20 point defense laser cannons, 12 ion cannons and eight quad laser cannons and 6 concussion missile tubes containing 4 missiles each. Crewed by 250 people, the Stalwart can carry 264 troops along with various light armored vehicles for ground engagements. Lacking any sort of dedicated hangar bay, this class is outfitted with hangar six hangar modules to receive a single shuttle or gunship at a time. Living up to the quality and certainly the price expected from the two parent companies, the Stalwart is a solid vessel available publicly to security forces or planetary defenses.
