He reached forward and brought Gaeza's head up with fingers gently under her chin, bringing her eyes to him for a moment, watching her lip tremble before pulling her to him and wrapping his arms around her, holding her to him in her grief, comforting her. "Its ok to be scared. I promise you I will do everything I can to come home. And when I do, the war will be over. If it helps at all. I'm scared too." He knew right now that she was very vulnerable, and hurting in ways that he had experienced, and he knew the pain that she was feeling. But all he could do was to make her feel loved.

"Where do you want me to go?" She tried to remember every detail about him in this moment; the smell of him, the feel of his armor, the rough of his cheek and the beating of his heart. She thought about all the stuff she had been looking through in regards to her training, her eyes slipping down to the duffle of holocrons. "What about Naboo? There used to be a neutral center of learning there. Maybe someone there can help me while I'm hiding."

Taung held her, resting his chin gently on the top of her head as he thought about her suggestion. He tried to recall everything that was going on at Naboo. He couldnt think of anything related to the war there, it should be safe enough, especially with a squad of commandos watching over her. "That would be a good place." He held her back from him by her shoulders as he looked down into his daughter's face. "Just keep your comm nearby ok? I love you."

"I love you too, dad. Please come home. Don't leave me alone. I'm not ready for it." She didn't speak Mando'a to him, her basic stilted and broken by her sobs. She tried to calm herself as she sank down on her bed. "I'll keep it on me all the time. Call me when you're safe."

Taung knelt down in front of her and cupped her cheek with his right hand and gave her a reassuring smile and leaned forward and kissed her forehead. "I'll be back before you know it. I'll have Team Six go with you. I have to have someone intimidate any boy that you might find interesting if I can't be there to do it myself! Can't have you running off with someone without getting my permission first!" He gave her a smile and wink as he stood up and bopped her nose playfully. "Be back soon." He turned at the door and gave her another smile before he slipped out.
After talking with her his mood had actually improved, and not in the macabre way of having taken care of loose ends should he not come back. It was nice to be able to tease about something good, like reminding his daughter that she was growing up and there were good things ahead of her somewhere around the corner in her life. She and the happiness that she would enjoy were the reasons he was going to Kuat. And for the first time, he had absolutely no reservations about going to the heart of Dark Tide and facing the most feared Sith in the galaxy.

She had watched him go with trepidation, knowing that no matter what she did or said, he would be going to Kuat. The tears flowed freely after he closed her door, hidden away from his gaze. She didn't want to make him feel bad because of her fears and insecurities. He was gone before she was, sealed back into her armor. She hadn't told him about what she wanted to do, but she was making strides to pull herself out of danger as much as she could. She had access to a couple of his private accounts, and after meeting up with Team Six, they boarded a ship bound for Zeltros. With his money and a little time away, she would be able to get her face changed so that she could never resemble her prime. So she could walk around without a buy'ce and not fear for her life. So that how ever long it took him to come back for her, she would not have to always look over her shoulders. She did not want to be Sinistra. That started by carving off her face.

Octavio leaned back from the commands waiting for the authorities to authorize the approach and allow ''Black Lady'' to dock in Lianna City spaceport. The vessel had been registered as a merchant ship, and it had no issues getting this kind of permission elsewhere. Biding his time he produced and activated a datapad containing details about his latest contract. Dials and letters zoomed into view and he concentrated on looking for any opening, any bit of information he might have overlooked earlier. He was so absorbed in the process that he almost overheard the metallic voice acknowledging their ID and directing him downwards. Without as much as a second thought he switched on the autopilot, still staring at the pad. It was amazing, how one could read a file a dozen times and miss a thing of utmost importance.
Sometimes, a dozen-and-one will provide an answer.
The ''Black Lady'' descended towards Lianna City, carrying the hunter towards his mark.

Taung gave final instructions to his captains and generals, specifically to the captain of his Star Monitor.
"Your ship is to survive the battle unseen, and undetected, that is your highest order. There are two outcomes to this battle. I will set up a banking account with this number. If someone claims that I am dead, and I am dead, it will remain empty. If I am alive I will place 11 credits in it for a standard week. If this hasnt happened within a week, you are to take all the technology and scientists related to any projects, and leave with them. If it happens, bring them back, and tell my daughter. If that happens, someday I will return. Tell no one."
The captain had been with him since the beginning, and trusted Taung's instructions, even if he didnt quite understand them. With that Taung headed for the Orar, and the ships and army set off for Kuat.

*A heavily modified YT 2400 Freighter drops out of hyperspace. The cabin held two humans inside. Makhai in the pilot seat looked about and quickly spotted the newly completed Immobilzier 418. He grinned and quickly altered the freighter's course to be on a heading to dock in the bay area for the large cruiser.*
There she is, the Hand of Fate. Immobilizer's are sorely underappreciated in their ability to lock down areas and targets.
*Makhai remarked aloud. The Freighter signalled for landing and was soon granted clearance for Makhai to inspect the new cruiser.
The freighter glided in and he set to work, switching on the droids aboard the ship.*
Get the rest of the droids in the cargo hold and get them over to the system consoles for programming.
*Makhai remarked to a handful of droids.*
Roger Roger
*They remarked and began unloading several dozen pods. Siener Fleet representatives met Makhai and handed him a datapad of the specs and performance tests. Makhai quickly scanned through the reports as droids were busy bustling around to make ready for Makhai's new ship and to get the droids programmed with the ships system and information.*
Excellent, well done.
*He remarked to the representatives who had met him in the bay area.*

Ty watched him leave and hesitated. This was not part of the plan she had given to Phantom, she was slighty worried that this little detour might cause her an extra training session with less training and more pain. Silently she followed Makhai down the ramp after donning her cloak and raising the hood to cover her face in shadow. Stepping down behind him she stood off to the side and stayed quiet, hand on her saber hilt under the cloak just in case

*Makhai's energy and excitement was palpable. Though the ship was a cruiser, not a large battleship, the Hand of Fate was still something that brought certain level of joy and excitement to the apprentice.*
We will get her underway in a few hours. We will stop and pick up supplies then bring her back to the others stocked and ready to aid in the efforts.
*He remarked to Lady Tyrana as she joined him. It was not her responsibility or duty to aid him or the ship so he did not ask her to any of it. He moved between several control panelts near the ship and watched as the droids were being programmed with the new ship functions. He was occassionally adding lines of codes and programs to the droids as the process was occuring.*
It is only a small detour and we will be underway soon.

She smirked at him from the shadow of her hood and crossed her arms
I am not the one going to be in trouble if your little detour interupts Big Brother's plans.
Still, Ty looked around, curiosity sparking, soon she'd have a wonderful shiny of her own. This she could promise to be good for. Looking to Makhai she smiled slightly
We will get back soon though I would hope?

*Makhai turned from the console to look at Tyrana as she was inquiring about their stopover. Emerald Eyes gleamed with excitement at the ship before them and the anticipation of the cruiser being put into orbit and action in a few hours.*
We will be on our way soon. Once the cruiser is ready and the droids we brought programmed with the sequences and operations for this specific ship, then I will send it to get get supplies while you and I return. I would send you in the freighter back now, but Master is very particular and if I bring it back with even a scratch, well lets just say for every gash on the freighter, I will receive 10 in return, and after hearing about your last ship...I don't much trust you with one either.
*He remarked and turned to key in a few more sequences in the command console to the droids as they waited just outside the hull of the cruiser.*
It will only be another few hours and then we will be on our way.
*A Seiner Fleet Systems Rep came up and had some things for Makhai. he turned and took the datapad and finished the transfer of funds to pay for the remainder of the cruiser's construction. He then returned to the console and tried to make some conversation to at least help pass the time for Tyrana.*
So how did you meet up wtih Big Brother anyway? He's usually very reclusive.

She growled slightly at the mention of her last ship, it hadn’t been her fault after all. Crossing her arms she waited as he pressed buttons. Fine… I’ll wait….
Ty’s face went blank as he mentioned Phantom, before she smiled softly. Oh, him? He’s my favorite… Her eyes zoned out as her mind went back to the day she met her Big Brother, the one who had saved her from her horrible past life… When I was younger and much more…. Idiotic… Phantom saved me from myself… I was living on Coruscant, working as a call girl, doing anything I could to make a living. I was definitely more warped back then. I rushed into a marriage, because all I wanted was love and comfort… and he promised it to me. At first... A year into my marriage with the man, he began to beat me. Nothing I wasn’t used to already, since my father had beat me every day for as long as I could remember… It was… bearable…. But what was more embarrassing was the men my father would bring to help him… But my husband found new ways to hurt me… new ways to torture me that my idiot of a father couldn’t have dreamed of… He made it perfectly clear that I was not to be…. Well I could not be myself. I didn’t like that. She looked hard at him for a moment before continuing I had made it a personal goal to hunt down and kill every single man that had made my childhood a living hell, all grown up I wasn’t recognizable as the little girl they had tortured… I would frequent parties as a call girl, getting paid to be a date for men who wanted to seem like they were living “the life”. From there I would single out the man I was looking for, lure him away from the crowd with promise of a good time. I’d get his attention... Elsewhere… Her gaze darkened as did her smile when she dropped her voice low, leaning in slightly so that her face was inches from Makhai’s, Silver eyes boring into his. And then when he was at his most vulnerable I’d end him. Quickly and quietly… Then one night I came home from one of my missions to find my husband in one of his moods. I was sure that my life would have ended that night if it hadn’t been for Phantom. She leaned away from him and had that far off look again as she smiled to herself, remembering that night. Phantom had followed me home, you see, I took his kill… a Senator. You see, Big Brother likes to make his targets squirm, make them suffer. So when I just ended his life with a quick stab to the eyeball… that did not make Big Brother very happy, so he came after me intending to kill me. But he came bursting in with every intention to kill me and saw my husband beating him to it. He killed my husband, and saw me on the verge death and almost ended me there. But I told him I wanted to live; I wanted to be strong like him. I could feel his power… Maybe he sensed my will to live, maybe he had a moment. I don’t know, but all I know is that he didn’t kill me. He took me from that place and gave me purpose. Trained me in saber fighting, some force training… She shrugged and tilted her head slightly, looking to Makhai with a small smile He is my Brother.

*Makhai listened to Tyrana start talking about Phantom. Her tone was very indicative of her fondness of the Dark Lord, reinforcing what she had blatantly stated about him being her favorite, but then her tone seemed softer as she started talking about her past. This caused Makhai to stutter his movements slightly as it caught him off guard. She was telling him about her past? Opening up even? Makhai looked at the console for another second while he wondered if this was a ploy or if she was truly being genuine.
Makhai’s fingers stopped their typing and he shifted to look at her directly as she continued on the story. Makhai watched her body language and listened intently to her story. Meanwhile the download continued and his mind raced. The story fit with her demeanor and psyche. Makhai breathed in deeply as she spoke further about meeting Phantom. It was then that he realized about how long he truly had been gone and how much he had missed with the group. Makhai had just assumed that they would accept him in their ranks, but years had passed and they now shared stories like this to help forge their bonds. It was then that Makhai realized that in the venture, he was the outsider still, but he behaved like and insider and he cursed himself for the general assumptions he had been making.*
I cannot imagine what that must have been like for you.
*It was then too that Makhai realized he had long taken his privilege for granted.*
As noted back with the others, my parents were both sith that fought alongside them. My father along with Stormro commanded the naval forces. They were a team that turned the tides of many battles. My mother was always found at the front of strike teams. She led many assaults and fights that helped break many enemy lines. My parents were in lead positions of the New Sith Order and the Kashyyyk Academy. They first met, following a battle on Telos IV. They were part of the ground assault, but somehow in the pull back, both of my parents got left behind. They fought together for mutual survival. They fought off five Jedi, a grandmaster, two masters, and two knights until the others could get back to them.
*Makhai’s eyes hazed a bit as he reciprocated her story with one of his own.*
After that they became battle partners and more. Several years later, I was born. Ferinus delivered me and upon my birth I was blessed by over a dozen of my parents’ friends with Alchemy and Magic. Things were going well for several months, until a captured Jedi was turned. My parents had been instrumental in helping turn the Jedi and for their part in his capture he took vengeance upon them and killed me in my crib while I slept. This event started a rift between my parents that several months later resulted in their divorce.
*Makhai remained steadfast in keeping his emotions in check for the next part.*
The magic and alchemy that imbued me sent me to the void. It was there that I spent many years until I was able to break free of its clutches. With my escape came several fun tricks that had been bestowed upon me by my parents’ brothers and sisters. Most notably…I am a Flowwalker.
After my escape from the void, Ver’metus found me on Kashyyyk and took me as his apprentice. I have been working with him and learning from him. My training has been very mission oriented with acquiring this and that, or targeted learning. Due to the eclectic talents of my parents we have been trying various affinities to determine my role in this group.
*Makhai remarked now too showing a hint of unease at stating himself that his role and destiny are far from determined and something he would need to prove and train up to.*

Ty listened intently to Makhai's story, intrigued by the term Flowwalker, knowing she'd have time later to inquire otherwise, that was if Phantom didn't have other plans because of her earlier issues. Her ears perked up and she looked at him with interest when he said that Ferinus had delivered him, and she snorted
Feri delivered you!? I'm not gonna even try to calculate his age then cause... damn... that ruins my plans!
She giggled and shook her head slightly before crossing her arms and tapping her foot
Can we go now!? I'm bored!

*He rolled his eyes at her bored outburst.*
We can go now IF you can be sure the engines stay in sync and are calibrated while we jump through hyperspace.
*He turned to the monitors and began syncing the next sequence into the droids.*
If not, then perhaps we best wait for the droids to finish the process and do a complete check of the ship's systems.
