Hades-Class Star DestroyerShip Class: Light Star Destroyer Ship Role: Star Destroyer/Command Ship Ship Length: 1,020 meters Agility (A): 1 Defensive (D): 4 Offensive (O): 5 Speed (S): 2 Special Gear: 2 (Hangar Space, Troop Capacity) Designed by The Organization and built by Aegohr Manufacturing, deep within the asteroid field that also house the fabled Smuggler's Run, the Hades-Class Star Destroyer was one of the most ambitious undertakings done by The Organization to date. Modifying their design and constructing the ship around two Electromagnetic Plasma Cannons, stacked on top of each other, the ship is otherwise bristling with weaponry. Boasting 40 heavy turbolasers batteries, 40 dual turbolasers batteries, 20 ion cannons and 4 tractor beam projectors, the Hades was an implement of war and destruction, designed specifically to do one job; crush the enemies of The Organization mercilessly. Carrying 36 starfighters for support and a complement of 1,500 soldiers for ground deployments, the Hades was an impressive addition to the Organization's Navy.

Out of curiosity, was that meant to just be 40 heavy turbo lasers or 40 heavy turbo laser batteries? While I gather that the electric plasma cannons are powerful weapons just adding a second one while losing the batteries for single turbo laser units wouldn’t bump it to a five. I’d even wonder if the Imperator would still be stronger in the scheme of things. Just my thoughts though.

Turbolaser = single cannon
Turbolaser battery = 6 individual cannons.
At least this is how we, within the RPA had decided to make this work, using the definition of a artillery battery from modern military units. As for the overall offensive strength of the unit, its compared to other ships of the same class. So while it may be a 5 in the Light Star Destroyer category, against a Heavy Star Destroyer, it would only stack up to say a 3. Or at least, that is how I view it. Other RPA's may view it differently.

Exactly what I’m looking at. The Imperator as approved for the Organization carries nearly the same armament as this aside this has an extra electric plasma cannon and 40 single heavy turbo lasers while the Imperator has 40 heavy batteries. The Imperator is also Light Star Destroyer aside from having that extra power from the front cannon has the 40 heavy batteries and was classified as a four. Just wanting to make sure it was intended to be singles instead of batteries as I feel this would actually be weaker overall. One extra big cannon but losing 200 extra cannons.

I believe my edit corrects the issue now.
