Formalized Process for Requesting Planets

After lengthy consideration, the Whills have decided to formalize the process for requesting a new planet be added to the boards. This process also applies to reinstating planets which were previously archived. JvS has had a history of adding or archiving planets based on demand. Such decisions are always based on interest and activity, so as to avoid an overabundance of unused planets on the board. However, if a particular planet is of great interest to the community for whatever reason—whether new or archived—we may be willing to grant the request.

Please note that the standards for adding planets will remain high. This is not a change in policy toward new planets so much as it's a formal way to capture and document the community's interest in a missing planet. Each request will be debated by the Whills before a decision is made.
