It is in many ways designed fill the same role as the ISD of Palpatine's Empire, serving a surprisingly versatile range of roles. Though in pure power is it little more powerful than the smaller Keldabe design. It hosts an impressive number of weapons, a design feature all too common in mandalorian designs. Most of its strength is also focused in the incredible powerful ship killer missiles it carries, leaving it lacking against targets that can avoid the cumbersome barrage. What really sets the design apart however, is the hanger space for an impressive number of fighters & expansive troop quarters.

Not entirely sure where you grabbed the armament stats for this guy...I just took a quick look at the wookiee article and these were the armament stats given:
-Medium double turbolasers (5)
-Point-defense triple laser cannons (2)
-Super-heavy concussion missile launchers (2)
--120 missiles
-Tractor beam projectors (2)
Also, with that said, I'd drop the Offensive down to a 3. It is rather lightly armed for a ship of it's size.

5 double turbolaser = 10 turbolasers
2 triple laser cannons = 6 laser cannons
It was more a case of simplifying the stats for an easier barrel-by-barrel count.
As for being underarmed, the missiles it launches are just shy of starfighter sized & brutally destructive (As the body text above listed, most of its throwing power is those super heavy missiles).

Okay, but I've noticed that a lot of the Mandalorian submissions have had the offense rating at a 5, which, given the categories they are in and compared to similar ship of those categories, none of these ships come even close to warranting a 5 in the offensive rating. Ships of much larger categories and with heavier firepower don't even reach an offensive category of 5 save for a few.
Bottom line, at least from where I stand is, unless it is the absolute best ship of it's category and outguns every other ship of its category, it doesn't need a 5 for an offensive rating.
The Autarch heavily outguns this ship and its only at a 4. The Tector outguns this ship, and its only at a 4. Even the Pellaeon isn't sitting at a 5. Every other ship in this class heavily outguns this ship.
So, I stick to my original recommendation. I feel as though should have an offensive rating of 3.

Well to be fair, I was expecting a lot more of the submissions to use the full 15 point spread than seems to be happening (though I approve). I put these together offline & by myself.
edit: dropped O to a 4 & A to a 1.

You seem to left out the 2 point defense systems and the 2 tractor beam projectors from the armament. Those seem pretty vital to keep on.
