*This is a large spacious room that houses a big round conference table, with comfortable chairs situated around it, toward the back of the room. In the front of the room are several comfortable chairs situated in a semi circle with a low table sitting in the middle. There are two large holoscreens on the walls of the room, one in the front by the semi circle of chairs, and one in the back by the round table.
A fully stocked mini bar/kitchen is along the wall on one side of the room. It has food and drinks available for the participants of the meetings held in the room. There is also a doorway leading to a refresher/bathroom in the back corner of the room. Anything else the conference participants need, can and will be brought in upon ~reasonable~ request.*
