So where is The Jedi Order based out of these days? The CUF (Council of the Unified Force) is planning a bit of a reunion of sorts, also known as the geriatric heroes convention (though I am the only one calling it that at the moment) and we were looking to tie a few character backstories to the Jedi Order as all the CUF Jedi were part of it at one time or another.

Oh, I don't know... maybe there is some sort of post somewhere that explained all that information... oh wait, there is! It's at the start of this thread! And mentioned at the start of the GA and Civil War Threads too! Really guys, it takes two seconds to just have a look at the start of the thread, and it'll answer at least most of your questions And Maya, the "Central" Archives is located in the Jedi Headquarters. Whilst each "outpost" Academy has a link to the Archive network, with their own smaller Archive. That said, if you're looking for the dark side artefact Archive/Vault, that is over on Talus.

Thank you kindly, wasn't sure if anything had changed since this thread went up, I've been gone from JvS for several years so the rust of old age is beginning to set in.

Thank you kindly, wasn't sure if anything had changed since this thread went up, I've been gone from JvS for several years so the rust of old age is beginning to set in. When in doubt, check the edit tag at the bottom of the post... which was July 9th before; I just edited it with a slight update right now. Said update being striking Coruscant from the list of Jedi locations, since it's been IC abandoned for quite some time and it's been little more than a burden on the Order, as well as a relic of the past. Relevant, should probably do the same for Yavin soon, since it too is no longer an established location of ours. What's the Talus situation, for anyone that knows? ... slightly got off-track but welcome back to the lot of you! We could always use more Jedi writers around here.

Still using Talus. It's our dark side artifact storage.

Aerandir Calmcacil, glad to see you are still holding down the fort as they say. Been far too long since we wrote together, hopefully we can remedy that soon.

All members of the Jedi Order I’m bringing a Praexium ship into the equation, specifically a replica of the Chu’unthor.

I don't really know if we have the numbers for that, seems it would be better to leave that kind of stuff for the actual temples. With a smaller 'enclave' ship with maybe a few dozen jedi of various ranks & maybe a thousand support crew, instead. Maybe a converted Mon Cal passenger liner.

I have to agree with Admy on this one. A Praxeum Ship is kind of a bit overboard. We have writer bases that only just cover the Felucia and Corellia Jedi Temples. There are plenty of other Temples around that could certainly do with some writing teams without stretching us further than we already are by adding a whole mobile Enclave.
As Admy suggested, if you want something mobile, then a smaller ship would be better.
ALSO apologies to people waiting on me for replies. Will try and get on to them soon.

Perhaps...
Ok. MC 80 it is!

The MC80 is nearly the size of the Chu’unthor, I would still call that well on the large side. Perhaps an MC30 would be a better fit? Crew of nearly a thousand plus a hundred passengers. & if you care about that sort of thing, it is considered rather powerful for its size (500m range) & faster than most other craft that size. All in all it gives you a nice little package to play around with without stretching the limits of what could reasonably be done. Because seriously, where are you going to get over a thousand jedi in order to make a MC80 worth it? That would be nearly a tenth of the pre-clone wars Jedi Order.
