The Sithies Stage had the usual amenities that many a Sithies Event Stage had, such as retractable podiums, red curtains for hiding parts of the stage so that set changes could be made unseen between presentations, or to make the stage smaller for sections of the show requiring less stage space, holo projectors, etc.

The lighting in the Sithies Theatre was kept at a fairly dim level as people moved about, finding their seats and mingling with one another, whilst a clock was projected on the holodisplays to either side of the stage, counting down to the official start of the awards ceremony of the Sithies 2015. As the clock neared zero, the lights in the theatre faded to black, before a video clip was played

The Ironettes ran out on to the stage, before Wilhelm's theme song for the year started playing accompanied by a dance number by the girls. Wilhelm rose up from the floor of the stage on a platform, making his first official arrival to the Sithies, as he lead the crowd in an applause of the fine ladies before they made their way off stage, as he turned his attention to the crowd and started settling them=Dr Wilhelm Van Buuren=Thnak you! Thank you all! What a delight it is to be here in the Sithies Hall for 2015 on Honoghr! Welcome to another year of the Sithies! and What a year it has been! A lot has happened, and changed, since last time, and it really does have me excited, especially for going forward from here on out. I want to start by saying that I really do hope you all have a fun weekend, whether you were nominated for an award or not, because honestly, people getting together and having fun has been my main aim for this year! Now, like last year, we will be handing out both the Judged, or as I like to call them, Staff Choice Awards and the Player's Choice awards, and quite honestly, we had some pretty fantastic nominations, but considering the calibre of writing that is on JvS, it was going to be hard not to be an amazing pool, regardless of who was nominated. But before I present the first award, I'd like to take this moment to thank all the judges that pitched in and helped make this year possible, please put your hands together for: Aerandir Calmcacil! Atlantis Vyridian! Galdaart Fel! Ice Matango! Lord Jud'dayus: The Debase! Mike Frantz! Xeonon Solomon! and myself, @wilhelmvanbuuren! Wilhelm lead the crowd in a standing ovation of the various judges, with the screens briefly going to camera's that were centered on the judges, or showing images of those that couldn't make it to the weekend, before returning to Wilhelm on the stage as he produced an envelope=Dr Wilhelm Van Buuren=And now, without any further adieu, it is my pleasure to present the first of the Player's Choice awards, this one being for Most Heartrenching Post. With only one nomination, the winner is... Zion Morviael! A small table rose up from the stage, bearing the plaque, with the following inscription: Zion Morviael - WINNER Favourite Most Heartrenching Post Wilhelm then tossed the envelope away as the award was levitated through the air and out through the crowd to it's owner=Dr Wilhelm Van Buuren=I will be presenting more of these over the course of the night. So now, let us kick off the main event and welcome our first presenter to the stage. Jack, it's over to you! With that, the light cut to black, allowing Wilhelm to make his exit from the stage

In a whirlwind of action, Ellostraa suddenly found herself standing backstage at the Sithies, still wearing her usual armour attire, since she'd been too busy trying to decide which dress to wear, when she'd been summoned a little unexpectedly, to present an award. As the lights came back up on stage, she semi-confidently strided out to the side of the stage where a small podium had risen up, and stopped just short of it as she gave a quick wave to the crowdWow, it is soo nice to be here! May the goddesses blessing be upon you all! Tonight I seem to have rather hastily been summoned, due to the fact that Aros Shade, the original presenter for this award, seems to be experiencing some technical difficulties. So while he sorts that out, I have the immense joy of presenting the award for Best Journal of the Whills!Ellostraa paused a moment to scan the crowd, and quickly check through the cue cards that had been placed on the podium for herAs someone new around here, JvS constantly intrigues me with it's flexibility in what you can write, and the Journal of the Whills is a good exemplification of this, since there is no bounds or limits to what you can write there, and let me just say, that there is some pretty amazing work going on there. Whether it's someone's backstory, or just people exploring an idea in a totally different universe setting, it is always an enjoyable read, and I think these nominee's are all good examples of just what can be achieved when you write a Journal of the Whill. And they are: The Chronicles of Zion Morviael: Operation Nightsaber by Zion Morviael [RETIRED] and @prarrebeccaelios Origins of a Talon by Talon Fenris and Non-Com Or'dinii Exile's Salvation by Jensin Kal and The Chronicles of Zion Morviael: The Morviael Games by Zion Morviael [RETIRED] and @elementisEllostraa paused again as she opened the envelope containing the name of thew winnerAnd the winner is... Exile's Salvation by Jensin Kal!Suddenly a table with the awards rose from the stage, with the trophies floating off to their respective authors, before Ellostraa waved to the crowd one final time as she made her way off the stage, freeing it for either Jensin Kal to make his speech, or for Wilhelm to take the stage again to introduce the next presenterOOC: Link to the album with the trophies: s282.photobucket.com/user/spartan2224/library/Jedi%20vs%20Sith/Wilhelm%20Van%20Buuren/SithiesAwards/Best%20JoTW%202015?sort=3&page=1password: arosshade

Wilhelm made his way from side stage, as he gave a round of applause to both Ellostraa, all those nominated and to the winner of Best JoTW. He then motioned to the crowd to settle them=Dr Wilhelm Van Buuren=That category gets me every year, but it is always a joy to see people expand their works like they do... But now, it's time to present the Player's Choice for Funniest Post. And the nominee's were: Ljiljana Jankovic, and Nurse Sarah. And the winner is... Nurse Sarah! A small table rose from the stage again with the two plaques: Ljiljana Jankovic Nurse Sarah - WINNER Favourite Funniest Post The plaques then levitated through thre air to their respective owners as Wilhelm gave a short applause, before calming the crowd again=Dr Wilhelm Van Buuren=This is where things begin to really heat up, and not just because we have soo many beautiful ladies here tonight. So now, please help me in welcoming our next presenter! Jack take it away... Once again the lights cut to black as Wilhelm descended down into the stage on a platform

In honor of the fact that Atlantis was going to present the award for Best Female Character, he, or his doppelganger, got on the stage in a long hooded cloth while a tune began as he revealed his attire on scene, sparkling dress, a long blonde wig and heels before performing to that song...
"Ow, my feet are killing me." He muttered into the mic after his performance and laughed nervously as he removed his wig and well he had no choice but to keep the dress and heels...
"Ladies, I know that I am looking ridiculous right now, but you only have my admiration for being great women and we all know that without you all, the universe wouldn't work perfectly! So for me it is an honor to present this award, and thank you for having me here! But enough of all that mush right? All of these nominees have done fantastic work and I have had the privilege to read their fantastic work! So please, let's all have a round of applause for all of these nominated women!
"And the winner is..." Grabbing the envelope, unsealing it, Atlantis smirked reading the name of the one who had won the award...
SERRIN ROMA!!!
"Get up here, Serrin and come claim your award!" Atlantis laughed and soon enough he changed into regular clothes, because magic and his author was a jackass for putting him through that...
"Congratulations to everyone you all did a great job!"

Wilhelm slowly walked on stage, still not quite certain what he had just seen, but he was quite certain he was scarred for life now after that, though if he was honest, it wasn't anything compared to that time Bob Gaeder hosted the Sithies, now THAT was some seriously scary shit. He shook his head to rid himself of the horrid image=Dr Wilhelm Van Buuren=Well, that was... something else... Thankfully there is plenty of good looking ladies here tonight to help me forget that that ever happened... Wilhelm flashed a glance out at the crowd, spotting a number of ladies from around the galaxy that he intended to get to know better before this weekend was over=Dr Wilhelm Van Buuren=And now, let's keep things rolling, with out next Player's Choice award for Favourite cliché Quote, for all you people who've not felt a presence since a time you turned a certain someone's father into a quadriplegic and left them to burn to death, this one is for you! and the nominee's were: Franz Delgrave! Mace Jhiera Vos! and Darth Flvin! and I must say, I'm quite disappointed none of them used that quote, because now this is a little awkward... at any rate, the winner is... Darth Flvin! The small table rose from the stage again, and on it sat the plaques: Darth Flvin - WINNER Favourite cliché Quote Franz Delgrave Mace Jhiera Vos The plaques then floated through the air to their respective owners, or slipped through portals to find those not present. Wilhelm then put his hands together to calm the crowd as he moved to the front of the stage=Dr Wilhelm Van Buuren=Now, as things keep moving forward, let's get our next presenter on stage! Wilhelm was suddenly beamed up off stage ala star trek style

Stepping away from his table, Plu made his way through the crowd toward a side entrance to the stage. As he walked, he pulled his bucket back down over his face, and set his now-empty mug on the edge of a random bar as he passed. Disappearing from view through a swinging door, the old Mandalorian reappeared moments later, making his way out onto the stage. His preparations had been planned meticulously in advance, and only took a few moments to execute. Walking to the podium, he scanned the crowd, and greeting them."Oya, family and friends, strangers and enemies. Tonight it is my honor to help present the award for Best Male Character." He paused for the inevitable applause."But I wanted to make things a little more interesting tonight, and so I decided to ask someone to help present the award." Not waiting to see the reaction from the crowd, or answer any of the thousand questions that quickly buzzed through the audience hall, Plu turned his back to the masses, flung his helmet to the side, and ripped off the tear-away dress suit he had been wearing all evening. Beneath was the most unexpected thing possible: A set of drab grey Jedi robes. And as the old warrior turned back to face the crowd, they could see that there was a rubber mask covering his face, and the mask was the spitting image of Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn."Good evening" Plu said in a terrible imitation of a British accent, as he took a sealed envelop from his pocket. "There were an astonishing ten nominees for Best Male Character this year. In no particular order, they are ... @rawkill, Zion Morviael [RETIRED], Franz Delgrave, @lyoventin, Andros Vyridian, Atlantis Vyridian, Aerandir Calmcacil, Jake Palmer Calmcacil, Bloodrage Pirates, and Galdaart Fel!" He paused after announcing each name, just long enough for a smattering of applause, and then, after completing the list, he ripped the envelop open. "And the 2015 Sithies Awards Winner for Best Male Character is ..." There was a dramatic pause, as 'Liam Neeson' stared at the piece of paper for a half-second, then turned it right side up, and squinted at the paper some more. Plu was an experienced public speaker and a long time faction leader, but he hadn't expected this particular complication to arise."... Oh, well, actually ... It appears that we have a tie!" He paused as the crowd buzzed once again. "Our winners are ... Jake Calmcaciland Zion MorviaelCongratulations, gentlemen!" Plu smiled, nodded to the crowd, and stepped back from the podium as applause rained down from all sides. After a few moments, he took a lightsaber from his belt (that no one had noticed until now), ignited it, and in one quick, 360-degree spin, cut a circle out of the stage around his feet. There was a crack, and the Aliit'alor of the Or'dinii disappeared from view.___ Badge album: Link Password: pluordinii

Hoping that I'm posting in the right place, and ready to blame Atlantis for posting that I should get up here to receive the award he has presented if not, I come up onto the stage and, not wanting to interrupt the proceedings any longer than necessary, smile and say, "Thank you Atlantis, and a thank you to the other judges as well for all of their work in making the Sithies happen for everyone. I would not have been nominated for or be receiving this award without the challenges and inspiration the many other writers, you all know who you are, that I have been privileged to write with which have continually provided me to work with, and so I would like to thank them all as well. Bowing to the audience, I say, Thank you all for all of your contributions as well, keep writing and have fun!"
Rising from the bow, I exit the stage so the show can go on.

*Jake had ran to the stage, but he stopped at the very edge, suddenly unsure what to say. He was nervous for sure, and uncertain what to even say. But he'd made it this far... he couldn't chicken out. He took a deep breath, steeled himself, then ascended onto the stage, smiling at the crowd... feeling incredibly nervous, but managing to keep his composure. He accepted his award and had to have help getting to the mic, but once he was ready, he managed to grin at the audience.* Th-thank you everyone for coming! *Short silence. That was all he had? He had to think of something...* Erm, I didn't think I'd win this... I thought my dad would... I hope he's not mad... Well he wouldn't be mad! But surprised maybe... I know I am... um... But thanks! I, um, will try to keep being the best male I can be! ... whatever that means... *Did he really just say that? That was dumb! He stood there for a few moments, a little dumbstruck, then blushed and finally descended from the stage. Certainly not his best work...*

Zion suddenly found himself making his way up onto the stage as he and Jake were announced as winners of Best Character (Male), which was a pretty sweet deal right there. He gave a wave to the crowd, that consisted of a number of his fellow writer's, as he neared the podium, taking a moment to compose his thoughts =Zion Morviael= Holy shit! I don't even know where to begin... It is such an honour to even be nominated amongst soo many great writer's again, let alone to be considered one of the two best amongst that group of nominee's this year, it's quite humbling. I just want to thank everyone that I work with, because really, I wouldn't be quite as good as I am without some of the amazing work you guys also put in! Thank you all! Zion picked up his trophy and then made his way off stage again, heading back to his table to sit with the rest of his group

*Michelle made her way to the stage after she was called by the... quite strange host. She hadn't really prepared any special intro or anything, just her speech. It was a simple speech, a kind and encouraging one, hopefully one that would inspire many other NPCs out there to keep doing what they were doing and be the best they could be. Being a former NPC—well, full-time NPC anyway—she smiled to herself, thinking of all the great potential out there.
She took the stage, accepting the microphone in one hand and the envelope in the other, and smiled out at the crowd.*Good to see you all today! Hope everyone's having a great time! Maybe some of you know me, maybe you don't. Well, I'm Michelle Calmcacil, sister of Aerandir Calmcacil, here to present the award of Best NPC. Actually, I've done this before a little bit ago, and I'm proud to do it again! I used to be an NPC myself, well, a full-time one, and I even managed to win the award myself twice, and now I get to present it twice! It feels good to be able to be up here and pass the award on once again, but first I wanted to say a few things about NPCs. *She moved the mic away from her mouth in order to clear her throat, then she smiled again and continued as she raised it back up.*NPCs can be used in so many ways. Maybe they're situational characters used as a plot device, or to drive it. Maybe they're a wingman to a PC or even another NPC, someone for them to work off of and help develop character. Or maybe they act alone, like a fully-fledged NPC. Every single one of them is important in some way, for without them, the story couldn't continue! You're all important, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise! And now, without further ado, our nominees... *She flipped open the envelope, removing the card and reading the names written down.*Our nominees are Forcias Kes, written by Mace Jhiera Vos; Lucine 'Lucy' Lyn, written by @ehekekia; Mi-Hi Ree, written by @serrinroma; and Na'me He're, written by Aedon Gavin Montrose. Heh, that name's kinda on the nose. And the winner of Best NPC is— *Unbeknownst to her, her black-haired friend Shells had crept onto the stage, standing next to her with a disdainful expression.*Hey, I'm an actual NPC! I wanna present the award!*Michelle stared at her, dumbfounded. Shells did some insane things, but this?! Really? She was about to seriously berate her when she realized someone else was standing beside her, Bix, Aerandir's friend and Shells' older brother. Michelle let out a sigh of relief, he was here to collect Shells—*If anything, I'm Aerandir's top NPC now, so I should get the honor!*Wait, what?! Michelle whirled around at him to stare up at him in utter shock. But suddenly he was shoved aside by Cassie, who glared at him.*But I'm his wife, so that makes me his top NPC!*Michelle had no clue what was going on anymore, so she just slowly backed off, and just in time, as Tom Klanzo the Gray Jedi appeared, arms folded.*This is ridiculous.*Wait. Was he... being sensible?! Was he here to break up this insane scene?! Michelle looked up hopefully...*As a former NPC myself, I think I would be best suited to this honor!*No, she was just stupid. She stepped back even further as more words were exchanged and suddenly an all-out brawl ensued right there in the middle of the stage. She half-expected other NPCs to join in and looked about nervously; Samantha? Annabelle? Morgan? The former two were NPCs and Morgan used to be one as well, and considering how out-of-character the four on stage were being... if Annabelle had joined in, that wouldn't have surprised her either.
Wait a minute, this was the perfect opening! While they were squabbling, she quickly glanced at the card, stepped forward, summoned a grin, and raised the mic once more.*And the winner is Forcias Kes by Mace Jhiera Vos! Congratulations! *She stepped back from the stage and clapped as the awards appeared. The fight suddenly broke up and they stared in Michelle's direction, then, realizing they'd been duped and were acting incredibly out-of-character, hung their heads in shame and marched single-file off the stage. Michelle giggled, then departed the stage after them.*Trophy album: s282.photobucket.com/user/spartan2224/library/Jedi%20vs%20Sith/Wilhelm%20Van%20Buuren/SithiesAwards/Best%20NPC%202015Password: aerandir

A small platform of the stage suddenly rose up to the catwalks above the stage, before lowering back down with Wilhelm standing atop it, before it stopped in mid air above the stage as he applauded the winner for Best NPC=Dr Wilhelm Van Buuren=Things are really shaping up well. We've had some fine winners so far, but there is still plenty more to come. On that note, I see the annual Elitist Jerks Convention is hitting two birds with one stone tonight... naww I kid, it's good to see you Umgullians out and about tonight, I love you all... except that jerk, Atlantis... Always hurting my feelings! Wilhelm gave a short wave in the direction of the Umgul crew, before returning his attention to the matter at hand=Dr Wilhelm Van Buuren=At any rate, in our ever continuing journey, I'm now happy to present the Player's Choice award for Favourite Bar/Dive! and the nominee's were: The Red Shift in the Smuggler's Run! Louie's Tavern in Mos Eisley! and the Bubble and Squeak Cantina, here in Nystao! and the winner is... The Bubble and Squeak Cantina! The table rose once again from the stage floor, with the plaques: The Red Shift Louie's Tavern The Bubble and Squeak Cantina - WINNER Favourite Bar/Dive the plaques levitated again, before floating off to their new owners. Wilhelm then checked his watch briefly before turning back to the crowd=Dr Wilhelm Van Buuren=Jack take it away buddy! The platform levitated upwards again, before descanding again a few moments later as the lights faded to black

The lights came back up to normal as Fenrir casually made his way onto the stage from behind the red curtain and headed for the podium that rose from the center of the stage, dressed in a new looking suit to fit the occasion, since this time around he was presenting an award, for Best Smuggler/Criminal no less. Though now that he thought about it, he was perhaps a little over dressed considering the category, but it was too late now to change as he cleared his throat=Fenrir Asikari=Right, so I've been asked here tonight to present some award for Best Smuggler/Criminal, which if there was ever an award that washed everone with the same cloth, it is definitely this one. I mean, seriously, not all smugglers are criminals, and not all criminals are smugglers, but I guess that is a conversation for another time... So, what is it to be a Smuggler/Criminal? Well, it's a hard thing to really define exactly, considering the dual nature of this award, but I think the best way to define it, would be as someone who moves goods across borders, whether for good reasons or bad, regardless of affiliation. Sometimes they break the law, and sometimes they dont, it's weird, like factions dont even enforce any set of laws, ya know? well before I get any further off track, here are the nominee's: Liya TawazaAdrien Draykonand Aedon Gavin Montroseand the winner is... Fenrir then pulled an envelope from his jacket pocket and opened it as the camera briefly panned to each of the nominee's, or showed an image for those not present=Fenrir Asikari=Liya Tawaza! Congratulations! A small table (password is fenrir) with the awards rose from the stage, before the awards were delivered to their recipients, as Fenrir walked down the steps at the front of the stage to rejoin his table and knock back another whiskey

Wilhelm once again made his way out onto the stage, leading a round of applause, before settling the crowd once more. The night was progressing well, with nearly half the awards having been presented, with fairly positive reactions so far, although, for Wilhelm it wasn't about who won, but the kind of work that was essentially getting some free advertising over the weekend=Dr Wilhelm Van Buuren=What an amazing night it has been folks! I just want to take this moment to say how grateful I am that all of you are here to celebrate this weekend! Sure, I can work hard and do a bunch of planning for like a couple months and organize this, but the Sithies would be nothing without the hard work that all of you put in year round to write such incredible stories! In the words of a DJ that inspired my creation, "YOU bring the party!", and I don't think there are any truer words than those at this moment... Wilhelm pointed out at the crowd with both his hands, before bringing them together again as he maintained a genuine smile of enjoyment=Dr Wilhelm Van Buuren=Now, before we introduce the next presenter, it is time to present the Player's Choice for Favourite Spaceport/Smuggler's Den, and the nominee's were: The Red Shift! and The Crow's Nest! Both very fine establishments, might I add, but there can only be one... winner, and that honour belongs to... The Red Shift! Wilhelm lead a round of applause as the table rose from the stage once more with the plaques: The Red Shift - WINNER Favourite Spaceport/Smuggler's Den The Crow's Nest The plaques then floated off to their recipients as Wilhelm took his leave of the stage, to allow for the introduction of the final presenter for the night, with the event slated to return the next day at the same time
