This building houses Skirata's Kickass Distillery & Brewery (SKDB). There is a hangar bay attached to the building for clients, and vendors, to park their ships during business transactions. There is also a place of residence for Athyna, and her younger sister Keira, a short walking distance away from the distillery/brewery.
SKDB prides itself on crafting the finest alcoholic beverages in the Outer Rims. Proprietor Athyna Skirata uses the private recipes of her late father, Reyn Skirata, along with her own private recipes to craft these divinely hearty brews and spirits. While the business specializes in whiskey, tihaar and beer, it has been known to make fine wines and other deliciously decadent liquors also.

This is the main floor of Skirata's Kickass Distillery & Brewery. There is a reception area off to one side where clients can place orders for the various kinds of alcoholic beverages the business is known for, and on the other side is a bar that serves many different kinds of bar food (wings, fries, nuts, cheese sticks, burgers, and other appetizers), and of course the beverages that has made Skirata's a household name on several planets.
Beyond the walls of the reception area and bar lies the heart of the business - the "kettle room" and the floor of the state of the art distillery/brewery. In this area numerous copper kettles are set over a heat source so the ingredients for the beverages can be mixed accordingly. Through a set of double doors on the right side of this room is a high ceilinged temperature, and light, controlled "aging/proofing" room where kegs and conical fermenters of ale are fermenting to reach their peak of taste perfection. One the left side of "kettle room" is another set of double doors that leads to another large high ceilinged room, also temperature and light controlled, where the various selections of wines sit aging in their barrels. At the back of the "kettle room" is yet another set of double doors that leads to large high ceiling room that houses the barrels of whiskey, brandy, and of course tihaar that sit quietly aging to reach their full potential.
On the second floor of the distillery/brewery is the bottling and packaging area. There are two machines that clean and sterilize glass bottles, of varying sizes and shapes before sending them to travel along conveyor belts to their designated areas to be filled with whatever alcoholic beverage the distillery/brewery happens to be bottling up on any given day. Darker colored bottles are used for the beers, and lighter colored, or clear bottles, are used for the other wines and spirits.
Though almost half of the bottling and packaging process is automated, Skirata's also employs well over a hundred "organic beings", most of which are residents of Honoghr. Distillery/brewery workers mill about making sure the machines are running properly and hand packaging a good portion of the bottles into boxes to make cases before sending it off to the warehouse which is in a separate building right next to the distillery/brewery. To make this process easier, there is an enclosed hallway between the buildings so that the boxes can be moved along more efficiently. If the product is being shipped offworld then the workers in the warehouse put the cases into cargo crates for easier shipping.
On the third, and top, floor is where the business offices are housed. Athyna, along with the distillery's management team, all 5 of them, have their personal offices in this floor. The offices are made up of 3 rooms: the main room with a desk, and several comfortable chairs, a smaller room off to the side for relaxation, and a bathroom/refresher.

Bane made his way by foot along the path leading to the Skirata Brewery, after having briefly taken a hover taxi from the RDMC to the start of the footpath, since he prefered to get a little bit of excercise as he walked the grounds of the Brewery. For the most part, the place looked pretty normal, like any other building in Nystao, but to the most keen eyed of observers, and those who were privvy to the Brewery's Security team, the place was well protected. Snipers sporting AV-1S Scout Armour were placed upon the roof of the building at certain points, meanwhile guards wearing AV-1C Combat Armour patrolled the grounds of the Brewery, whilst the most sensitive area's were guarded by soldiers sporting AV-1A Assault Armour. Strictly speaking, The SKDB was basically guarded like a fortress, with Bane and his men serving a dual purpose.
Not only was their main objective to act as security, to ensure that people didn't just walk up and steal any of the Brewery's products, but they had also been tasked with ensuring the safety of Athyna Skirata, The owner and Proprietor of SKDB, and also a member of the Cinndao people. Although Bane didn't fully understand the full family tree, she was somehow related to Ice Matango, the Princess of Honoghr, and Amarina Shaewe, the Matriarch of the Shaewe Family. Regardless, he had been tasked by the latter to ensure Athyna's safety from any Cinn Ion threats that might target the Brewery, should they ever make the foolish mistake of believing it to be an easy target, and he intended to fulfill that duty.
He continued on into the Brewery, making his way through the various security checkpoints, and up to the third floor of the building, heading straight to Athyna's office, where he stopped at the door and gave a brief knock, before heading into the office and giving a curt bow to the woman Sorry if I'm running late, just had to deal with some rookiee in the iLick Arena... I trust my men have been keeping out of your way?

Skirata's Brewery had been a thriving enterprise on Lehon, and even more so now since Athyna had moved it to Honoghr and renamed it Skirata's Kickass Distillery & Brewery. Exportation of their product was doing well and the base facility alone brought employment to well over a hundred people on the planet - plus the pay, medical insurance, and other employee incentives were good. The business was well guarded, around the clock, with it's own high end security alarms, holomonitors, and security teams placed at various strategic intervals. The security system was thanks to Wilhelm Van Buuren, and the excellent security team was thanks to Agent Bane. All in all, life was good, even with the threat of the Cinn Ion, and other ill intended galactic menaces, looming on the proverbial horizon.
Athyna was in her office, on the third floor of the brewery, going over the quarterly profits/losses when she felt Banes familiar presence before he gave a knock on the door and entered the office. She looked up from the holomonitor with a smile when he gave a curt bow and apologized for being late.
"Of course they have stayed out of the way. They're great at their jobs of being hidden in plain sight....and Bane, no need to apologize, burc'ya (friend)." She gave a motion of her hand as if to wave off the apology. "Sit, have a drink. I do have more in that fridge besides alcoholic stuff, or there's caf too." She grinned with a glance toward the table where the caf machine sat full of the fresh hot liquid, then looked back to meet Banes gaze again."So what's up? Is everything alright?"

Friend or not, I do dislike being late. You should know that by now.. He gave a nod, before heading over to the fridge and grabbing out a bottle of soda, before cracking the lid open as he took a seat in front of Athyna's desk, quite glad to hear her say his men had remained well out of the way. He then removed his mask, and placed it upon the desk, before taking a drink of the soda, and returned his attention once more to Athyna, a woman whom he had a great deal of respect for, considering she ran and managed this business alone "Not a whole lot is going on, just checking in, making sure everything is still fine on your end. I wouldn't be here if anything was wrong. You know that..." He gave a chuckle then, before taking another sip of his soda "Kinda curious if there is perhaps something I can do for you? It's not like there is a whole lot going on, what with Rebecca having removed the Cinn Ion in Nystao, so the threat isn't as great anymore... Not that my men wont be remaining on alert as always..."

"Ah yes, I do know how you hate being late, Bane....but to be fair, we really didn't have a meeting scheduled." She smiled with a light chuckle as she picked up her caf mug from the desk and took a drink before cradling the mug between her hands. She wasn't totally oblivious to the fact that Bane and his people were tasked with overseeing the physical security of the distillery/brewery by Amarina "Rina" Shaewe since Rina had actually discussed the issue with her beforehand. Athyna hadn't minded that the matriarch of the Shaewe family was only looking out for the well being of all of those she considered family, on Honoghr - in fact Athyna welcomed the idea of having a full time security team. It gave her a certain peace of mind to know that the business, and she and her younger sister, Kiera, were well guarded - a peace of mind that Athyna hadn't had since her father, Reyn, died a little over three years ago now.
Pushing those thoughts to the back of her mind, she held Banes gaze with a light smile. "Everything is going well, so far. We haven't had any signs of trouble....unless you count one of the stills deciding to break down and having to be replaced last week."
Setting the mug back down on the desk, she leaned back in her chair while crossing her legs. Propping an elbow on the arm of the chair, she rested a hand under her chin and continued.
"It doesn't surprise me that the Cinn Ion have been lurking around, they seem to be in a lot of places lately....but Rebecca is good at what she does. It's why Ice and Zion put her in charge of the planetary forces and security. At any rate, you and your people have been doing an excellent job. I would tell you to take the rest of the day off and go back to the arena and have some more fun, but I know you probably wouldn't do it anyway." She said in an knowingly amused tone. She knew he took his job very seriously and often worked longer hours than some of the other security personnel, She also knew that there was always someone from his team stationed near her's and Kiera's home and more often than not, it was usually him. She truly appreciated that he looked out for them but she hated that he seemed to sacrifice his own personal private life to do it....

"Maybe not an officially scheduled meeting, but certainly a regular check in..." He made it a point to check in with her as regularly as possible, without becoming too much of a burden. He chuckled lightly at her mention of the still that had needed to be replaced. Not something he suspected the security team would need to bother investigating. It was one of many pieces of equipment that a breakage of was usual. Though, to be on the safe side, he would inspect the damaged element if it had not already long since been trashed and melted down to be reused elsewhere. Bane then placed the soda upon the desk and relaxed back into his seat a little then "Schooling people in the arena is more work than this is... At least here I have the pleasure of your company..." He winked playfully at her then, before assuming a slightly more serious composure "Besides, as you said, the Cinn Ion have been in a lot of places of late. They're building up to something, and my job is to keep you and your sister safe..."
