Outer perimeter is a tall fence, one kilometer square. Guard towers are situated every 100 meters along the fence, manned by Republic troops. The Embassy is in the center of the compound, 200 meters by 400 meters. There are three floors above ground for formal events and offices and the like, with ten more secure floors underground for any other needs.
