Who: Zulu Rochan vs. Panno. Where: Judge's choice. Try to make it fitting. Rules: Every character detail is as shown in each fighter's profile. Comments: I think I'm going to get my butt handed to me
The sounds of Rishii, snakes, frogs and various other jungle creatures fill our duelists' ears. Lush vines and trees grow as far as the eye can see, and occasionally one would see animals flying through the air and up and away. This would prove a tricky area to fight, but one who knows nature will find their ultimate strength, is being one with it.
This current fight will take place AFTER the Mando war. In this version the Mandalorians won at the battle of Kuat crippling the Force users. With their back broken nothing could stop the juggernaut that was the Mandalorians. Hunting indiscriminately, Jedi, Sith and unaffiliated all fell. Dark times are about and fewer than 100 Force users remain in the galaxy. The war was won. Now the clean up.

Zulu hovered down from the sky, his black Katarn armor gleaming in the sunlight that managed to leak in through the thick foliage. As his jetpack deactivated and his boots made contact with the muddy, rich brown soil beneath, his T-shaped visor altered its vision mode as it changed to display thermal information rather than visual. He picked up nothing thus far. He kept a hand on his tool belt, an uneasy feeling in his gut. Something was going to jump out at him, as it seemed. Whether a confused Jedi that thought him hostile, a belligerent Mandolorian that considered him a traitor, or a ravenous animal whose only intention was to eat.

Panno sat up from his hole in the ground. It was not a nasty dark hole filled with worms. It was a Hobb- nice hole. It had been a year since the failed defence of Kuat where he had fought. Despite the best efforts of the defenders the mandos broke through. Having escaped aboard one of the larger ships that the attackers brought Panno jumped ship as soon as possible. His order was destroyed, he was the last Imperial Knight. Rather than fight he had run, and run until he could no longer do so. Hence his being here.
Walking to the door hidden behind some vines he saw the Mando through the foilage. His eyes shining blue rather than the usual brown as he looked through the force at him. About 30 feet away the force swirled aroundthe man. A dull grey stood where he was. He was a focal point in the force and the first person to track him to this planet. Something important was going to happen from him. Reaching above the door he mag locked his sword on his back. On his right breast his lightsaber. His armour usually red was charred black in numerous places with a dent on his left pauldren.
Stepping outside the door and still behind the vines the Imperial Knight closed his eyes. He knew this part of the jungle like the back of his hand. Armed or not he wouldn't take any chances as the force began to flow through him. Extending his consciousness over the area surrounding them he felt each individual plant. Each animal. Even the stranger with the Jetpack. Then all at once like flexing a muscle he scrunched his face. The jungle. Each plant thumped like the beating of a heart. Then behind the mando the bushes rustled (I'm roughly to the left). He hoped to get under the mans skin and make him jumpy so he could learn a little more before the fight.

His visor couldn't pick up a source. His radar was showing about a thousand possible sources. Something obviously wasn't right. It could just be the jungle, enraged at his presence. The very essence of life was trying to kill Zulu, for all he knew. But mentally and physically, he remained calm, because fighting was what he did, though he hoped he wouldn't actually have to kill anything. "Stay back!" he warned in a yell, turning around the perimeter as if searching for a definite threat. It seemed that whatever was causing the disturbance was still there. It could just be a pack of animals. But, as always, Zulu was uncertain. He raised both of his wrists and a gunbarrel on the top of each gauntlet sparked to life, a small flame jetting out of each one. Zulu was prepared to use them.

Yeah okay there buddy, as if you just happened to stumble upon a force user while also been a Mando. In Pannos experience there was no such thing as luck. Having unsettled his opponent enough to see a card of his he silently cursed. Fire was tough and in the middle of the dense jungle it could mean the end of him if he wasn't careful. Unlike most creatures here on the planet Panno was able to reason and think outside the box.
Walking out from behind the bushes Panno stared at the Mando with hatred burning in his eyes. Well you found me, are you going to fight with HONOUR or gun me down!As he spoke the silver blade that was on his chest magically appeared using the force. Thumbing the activator the silver blade extended with the familiar snap hiss. As he waited for an answer he opened himself to the force once more. Let it flow through him, direct him and empower him.

Hearing the all too familiar hiss of a light saber being ignited, Zulu lowered his arms as the fire on his gauntlets disappeared. He placed a hand on the side of his belt, and looked around. In his sudden enlightenment, his radar system cleared up, and on his HUD, an arrow was literally pointing straight at Panno. Zulu turned around to face this direction, completely silent. With a thought, he checked his equipment status, which turned out well, and activated his personal energy shield. He became surrounded in an invisible dome of energy.

He wasnt surprised, most people who fought didnt speak. The art of wordplay was lost to the annals of time and holo vids. Still at least with normal people, Jedi, Sith even other non humans you could see their face. It spoke more volumes than the mask before him. It just made him easier to defeat, this way he wasnt a living being. Just an emotionless creature. Fine who needs words when you can just look all menacing.
Since his opponent did not want to make the first move Panno sprinted forward left foot right foot over and over until there were ten feet between them. All the while he was having the force flow through him and directing it towards the plants at the Mandos feet. The thick canopy and foliage had plants of all types including a thick set of vines that grew everywhere and on everything. (Think ivy). If he was growing it, it would have been far harder, but with a clear head and a full belly moving and directing the plants was as easy as doing it by hand. The plants swirled and twisted hopefully covering his feet then his ankles as they wound their way up.
It was only then that he struck, now six feet away Panno swung his curved lightsaber downwards. It was in line with his spine as the blade moved diagonal.

It was quite easy to detect the ivy ascending Zulu's boots. His external systems detected the foreign contaminant, so he activated his jump pack to burn the plants away. Meanwhile, as Panno sprinted toward him with lightsaber prepared to slice vertically upward, Zulu made a move that could be quite surprising; a black handle folded out of his belt in less than a quarter second, and a flat, black, katana-like blade emitted from its end. The darksaber hummed loudly and with a high pitch, its blade visibly crackling with energy. He detached the handle and held the weapon out in front of him horizontally and low, and the blade of his saber clashed with Panno's.

Panno was almost discouraged when the plants started to burn. Almost. It did however give him an idea. Although charred, burned and and fire the vine was still a single entity. Speeding the process up now that stealth was abandoned he tried to tighten them while coiling. Those that were on fire when tightened would release a sticky sap like substance. Similar to the sap from a coniferous tree it would burn brightly and sputter. Beskar was impenetrable. How much heat could it take though?
With the surprise addition to a glowing blade to the battle Panno went on gaurs. If he had one trick there was sure to be more hidden on his person. Pushing against Zulus blade in a lock sparks flew from the silver saber. Disengaging from the blade, the Imperial Knoght brought his arms back so the blade was horizontal at shoulder height. Then in one fluid motion he swung in a motion to decapitate the Mando.
