Odd little notification bug. Not really a problem, just a little curious; I frequently - I think it's each time he goes into the group management admin panel, but I can't be sure - get notifications that Adi has joined the Jedi Watchmen group. Which since he created it and is its leader, and, to my knowledge, has not ever left it, it's just odd. Here's a screenie of the repeated notifications:  |

It happens when a leader accepts another member into the group, I've seen it before with The Exchange usergroup.

Has anyone else noticed that when you navigate to the home page, it makes the current song on Pandora skip to the next song?
I don't particularly expect that you can do anything to fix it, but it's freaking weird.

When I get a chance, I'll see if I can reproduce it and find out exactly when it happens, then file a bug report with ProBoards. |

Has anyone else noticed that when you navigate to the home page, it makes the current song on Pandora skip to the next song? I don't particularly expect that you can do anything to fix it, but it's freaking weird. There's nothing I can do about it, but there's a very technical issue that might explain it. Both sites use a shared code library called jQuery for parts of their interface, so there's probably some conflict somewhere. If you try running the sites in different browsers (or different browser sessions, if you know how to do that), that would probably fix it. |

Okay, for some reason I can't add any styles to my posting. For example, I'll hit reply, get ready to write out something, and see that there are no little buttons to click on to apply different styles to the text. This only happens to me while using Major. Is there a setting I'm using that causes this? It seems to come and go randomly.

Are you missing all the buttons (font size, bold, italic, centered text, smilies, etc), or just the JvS RP ones (action, force speak, narration, etc)? What browser are you using? Thanks for getting back so quickly.
It's all the buttons. None of them appear randomly, sometimes refreshing works, sometimes logging out and works, and sometimes it just won't.
I use the same browser and same account for all my alts. I also use Opera.

Which color theme do you use for Major? Is it the same one you use for your other account(s)?

Excuse me for not being able to give you a picture or figure out what triggers it. I know you can't do much unless you know what triggers it, but thanks for hearing me out, Herr Chill.
On the bright side, it hasn't happened for at least 10 hours.

Here it goes when at homw getting on the sitemt net crash reboots. I get on my smart phone or go out to the farm net its good. Please on Whill your my only hope.

I usually get that for a brief period of time when the site goes down because either the message says the DNS server is misconfigured, or it lags behind and requires a reboot or something to do with IP conflicts with or without the amount of allowable IP's trying to get on at the same time where it is possible it kicked you to allow the slot to open for the other incoming IP. I have experienced some of these issues in the past and with my RL job, so one of those is most likely the cause of the error messages. But since I signed up to the site about a few months ago, I have only encountered that particular quoted error 5 times max, just when I am on. Just my 5 cents as a current network administrator. |

ProBoards seems to be having some issues right now - I've been getting server configuration and DNS errors for 2-3 days. If it doesn't go away soon, I'll see about contacting their support.
If you only see it occasionally, then I'm not that worried. But if it starts happening constantly, please let me know.
