Atton chuckled and shook his head."Well I suppose I'll find out, won't I?"He picked up his tools again."All right. Shouldn't be too much longer."He worked in silence for about ten minutes, aware that Alykka was watching him. He was used to being watched, his nephew having often observed him while working, so it didn't really bother him too much.
Satisfied that he had tinkered around enough with the old starfighter, he put the tools away and grabbed his cloak from where he had stashed it."That should do it. I suppose I should go check in now."

"Sure as rain." She remarks and starts sauntering away slowly, beckoning Atton with a hand while her back is turned to him. "Right this way, sugah. It's a bit of a walk." With Atton in tow, Alykka takes the Jedi through the scenic route so to speak, allowing him to have a rough outlook on how the Honoghr Jedi Temple layout seems to be. It's best described as...complicated. Like Avril Lavigne's song. Sort of. Nevermind. Segue.
Everywhere they go, however, there seems to be Ann Chalindas (plural) bustling about. The large numbers of possible clones are unnerving, especially with the Sith-like eyes, but nobody else seems to mind. One passes by Alykka and Atton without even acknowledging their presence, heading for the information archives. A short while later, two Ann Chalinda's pass each other and go into separate rooms across the hallways. Alykka blinks, and then looks over at Atton. "Ah do believe someone is showin' off a trifle bit." Almost immediately, the multiple Ann Chalinda sightings seemingly stop, though the presence can still be felt throughout the building. All along the way, students and Jedi can be seen going about their business. One clumsy student with bright cyan blue eyes, a matching sweater and garish yellow leggings trips over the staircase and makes an epic crash at the bottom. Fortunately, she appears relatively unharmed. The "tour" finally reaches its culmination and the duo approach the Masters Quarters.

Amber made her way back into the hangar and across the back wall and then up into the Barloz again, heading back into the galley where she put some food into the oven and then cooked some stuff on the stove tops. As the food cooked, she grabbed several plates and set them on the top of a trolley before serving the food onto them She wasn't much of a gourmet cook, but she had picked up a few good recipes over the years which she had committed to memory. She just hoped Obadiah would not be too picky, otherwise she'd give him a swift jab in the leg where the bullet had been taken out if need be She then turned the hot plates and oven off when she was finished dishing the food up and pushed the trolley out of the galley and across and through the doors into the common room. She placed the plates on the table in the middle of the room, placing them so some plates were closer to the couch Obadiah was laying on and other plates were closer to the recliner she took a seat on =Amber Caird= Lunch is served. Sorry about the wait, but I'm afraid the Academy is short on Staff and so needed my help... So how's the leg feeling?

Obadiah woke from his brief nap he had been taking since the transport had landed when Amber rolled the trolley in to the common room. He sat up on the couch and began to sample the several plates Amber had placed nearest to him, not having had a good meal since he escaped in his starfighter. He paused a moment and turned his attention to Amber as she explained why the meal had taken so long and then asked how his leg was. He gently rubbed his hand over where the bandage was around his leg, most of the pain quite numb =Obadiah Traevis= My leg is fine, it's just a bullet wound. To be honest I'm just thankful to have the food, especially since I get to enjoy your company...

Amber giggled a little as Obadiah tried flirting with her as she started to dig into the food she had cooked for them both, moving a couple different foods onto her own plate Well she gave him props for being bold enough to try flirt with her, but she had a feeling he wasn't her type. He seemed more of a playboy who splashed cash around to get all the girls. Something that might have attracted her once, but her tastes had changed, but who was she to ignore a compliment She took a drink from a glass as she swallowed some food before leveling her gaze with his as he continued to eat the food she had made =Amber Caird= So, Zion say's you're good with machines and computers? You invent a lot of things, don't you? didn't you invent a card game or something?

Obadiah took another bite of some food he had placed on his own plate before turning his attention to Amber as she asked about his, what some would call, career. She was fairly well informed on most counts but one of them, in fact it was the only thing in his whole life he would never try and claim credit for =Obadiah Traevis= I'll admit I have some affinity for inventing things, and computers and machines have always been an interest of mine for years. But the card game was my fathers, I merely released the game a couple years ago, adding in the use of a holographic device I call a Duel Blade. Perhaps Later I can show you how the game works? If you're interested I can take you through my starfighter and show you a couple other things I've been working on?

Both offers seemed quite inviting, even if she was not an overly big fan of card games, though she felt it would be a little rude to accept one offer and not the other. At any rate she might learn a game she could vs Zion with that she may have a chance of winning She finished up her lunch and started to place the dishes on the trolley as she pretended to consider the offers a little longer before turning to Obadiah and offering a hand to help him up =Amber Caird= That would be great. Take my hand, I'll help get you to the cargo hold...

Obadiah finished his meal just as Amber placed all the dishes onto the cart, before turning to him and offering her hand to help him up. He grinned slightly, before using her to leverage himself up off the couch and onto his feet, before using her as a support to get through the ship and into the cargo hold where his starfighter was sitting. He then opened the cockpit, before leaning in and pushing a couple commands in before the whole rear of the ship lifted up and revealed the engine block. He then used his ship as support as he moved a little toward the back and waved his arm over the engine as he presented it to Amber=Obadiah Traevis=As you can see, the ship is powered by a modified twin-ion engine unit, similar to those used on the old Eta-2 Actis-class light interceptor's. The parts were pretty hard to find, the easiest part was modifying them to fit into the small frame. The only downside is a lack of hyperdrive, but she's one of the fastest things in the air and has ample enough storage in the front... He then reached back into the cockpit and entered in another couple commands before the glass panel slid back again and the pointed panel at the front lifted upwards revealing the cargo storage compartment. Obadiah then moved himself along the ship and reached into the cargo storage compartment and pulled out his personal Duel Blade, sliding it over his hand before it secured itself around his forearm. He then grabbed out his belt from a type of gym bag and secured it around his waist. The belt looked pretty ordinary aside from the box located on the right hip, which contained his most prized deck. He felt a little more comfortable with his Duel Blade and deck on him, but he needed to find somewhere to change from these hospital scrubs into his much preferred normal clothes. He grabbed the bag out and slung the strap over his shoulder before pressing a button, causing the panel to lower down back into place and the glass panel to slide back forward offering access to the cockpit again=Obadiah Traevis=Mind if I use a room to get changed? these medical scrubs aren't exactly my... style...

Amber did her best to assist Obadiah as he lead the way to the cargo hold before she stepped back as he moved over to his ship and opened the cockpit before the rear panel rose, at which point she moved closer as Obadiah gave a quick run down of the ship's engine She really was quite impressed how he'd managed to fit an already small engine into a slightly smaller frame, though it did appear that there was no weaponry to really get in the way. The fact they were old ETA 2 engines was also pretty impressive, though she was sure it was more of the design of them, then actual original engines that he was using Her thoughts were suddenly interrupted as he opened the front storage compartment and pulled out a strange wrist device and put on a belt, before grabbing out his bag and closing the front compartment and asked where he could get changed as he left the starfighter open for her to look at =Amber Caird= Feel free to use one of the cabins on the right side. Let me know if you need any help?

=Obadiah Traevis= Thank you for the offer Amber, but I'll be fine... Obadiah then limped slightly as he made his way out of the cargo hold and through the ship and around the right side of the common room, before slipping into the second room on his right. He closed the door and tossed his bag onto the bed as he sat down next to it and gave his leg a gentle massage, before removing his Duel Blade and belt, placing them both on the bed. He then removed the shirt and shorts and tossed them into a bin, before pulling a pair of his underwear and cargo pants out and putting them on, being careful not to disturb the bandages. He then pulled out a pair of shoes and pulled them on, before grabbing his singlet and putting it on before securing his belt around his waist. He then slid his gold upper arm bands on and then the two lower arm bands, before putting his Duel Blade back on. He then put his gold neck band and earrings in, before finishing it all off by putting his cloak on. He rolled his shoulders and stretched a little, feeling a bit more comfortable and relaxed with his clothes back on. He then did his bag up and slung it back over his shoulder before making his way out of the room and back through the ship. As he arrived in the cargo bay, he moved over to his star fighter where Amber was waiting, no doubt having had a good thorough look over of his ship. He entered the couple commands again, causing the glass panel to move backwards again, before the front panel lifted up, allowing him to throw his bag into the compartment. He grabbed out his personal datapad, before he closed the compartment panel, causing the glass panel to slide forward again as he looked over to Amber =Obadiah Traevis= So what's next on the agenda?

Amber nodded as Obadiah declined her help, before making his way out of the cargo hold. She was about to get back to looking over the ship when the message came through from Zion, asking her to bring Obadiah to the Masters Quarters asap Well it seemed he was finally done dealing with academy matters and could now deal with more personal matters. She wondered if that meant that Obadiah would be leaving soon, not that she would miss him. But some of the things he had made seemed pretty cool She then sat on the side of the fighter and looked inside the cockpit, examining the various controls and read outs, not that much of it was active at the moment. She then got up as Obadiah returned and placed his bag back into the ship's storage compartment before asking what was next =Amber Caird= Zion is ready to see you, please follow me. She then offered him a hand as she then lead the way through the ship and down the boarding ramp to the floor of the hangar bay, before leading the way across it and out into the academy proper, heading for the lifts that would take her and Obadiah right up to the Masters Quarters

Obadiah entered the Hangar bay alongside Amber, following her lead over to some empty landing areas as he pulled out his datapad and used it to interface with the hangar bay systems to set them off limits for landing craft. He stopped and studied the area as he mentally ran through the checklist of things they would need to get so they could get underway =Obadiah Traevis= Well it's a start. Just need a couple computers, some hardware and some materials and we'll be set...

Amber had followed Obadiah as he had lead the way down to the hangar bay, before moving over to a console as Obadiah went about setting a couple landing pads off limit. From the console she accessed several local suppliers and requisitioned a small number of materials and hardware, charging the costs to Zion's account She didn't think it was entirely fair for them to not pay for somethings, a sentiment she knew Zion would share. Besides, until she knew what funds the Temple itself had, Zion wouldn't mind missing a few credits Amber then moved over to where Obadiah was standing and surveying the area now set aside for their work =Amber Caird= Everything has been ordered and will arrive soon. An hour or so later several transports arrived to the Temple and dropped off a couple dozen crates of various sizes, containing both premade hardware and materials to make other parts. As the Transports took off again, Amber opened one of the first crates and started unpacking the computer equipment, leaving Obadiah to set it up while she moved on to setting up some of the equipment designed to build the parts

Obadiah had nodded to Amber as she let him know about the incoming delivery, before he'd gone over to a nearby bench and set his datapad down and started going over several lines of coding. He started to work on putting in a couple changes to several existing lines before inserting a couple new lines. He stopped what he was doing when the Transports started showing up and dropping the equipment off. He then pulled a number of portable counters together and started setting the computer modules up as Amber unpacked them and handed them over to him. he then started the machines up and connected his datapad in to the system and brought up the robot designs on one section of screens and brought up the coding on another section. In this way he could continue to work on the coding while Amber worked on the design aspects and start getting some prototypes up for him to test the coding was working with. After all the best way to see if something worked was to actually have a working prototype outside of a computer simulation

The 3 Sólyom's leveled out their descent before entering the hangar bay, the rotors kicking up a bit of wind as they entered the enclosed space, before setting down on three landing pads that were grouped together. Rebecca and the Dísz?rség exited the three craft and moved away from the three craft as they powered their engines down. As the Dísz?rség arranged themselves in guard positions around the craft, Rebecca took a moment to check out the Hangar Bay as she waited for Zion to arrive, taking a moment to think on things

Zion entered the hangar bay just as the Chiss craft were setting down, giving him a moment to duck over to where Obadiah and Amber were working and pick up the chip, Obadiah having made a copy of the data a couple hours earlier. Zion then pocketed the chip as he made his way over to Rebecca as she stood there, admiring the hangar bay. She still looked as beautiful and commanding as she always had, like himself, time had barely made it's mark on her and he intended to find out how. He approached her and stopped a couple feet away, smiling as he gave a quick, short bow to her =Zion Morviael= Welcome to the Honoghr Conclave, Lady Rebecca. Please allow me to escort you to the Main Quarters...

Post by Louy Ordo on Nov 12, 2013 1:12:35 GMT -8
A Wayfarer-class Medium Transport lands within the hanger. Inside, Louy stretched back in his seat as his ship powered down. He felt around to make sure that his lightsabers were in place beneath his rode and on each side of his waist. He left his dagger and it's sheath in his quarters as he had very little use for it most of the time. Louy began walking down his ship's aisle, his hand against the wall to guide him. Having used a high degree of Force Sight to help him land the ship, Louy was fatigued and was relying on his other senses to guide him about his ship. As he reached the cargo area in the rear of his ship, Louy reached back and unlatched his double-bladed lightsaber and left it on a cargo crate. He did not think he would have use for it in the near future. While rubbing his sore shoulders, Louy hit the button to open the exit hatch. It had been awhile since he had been in this temple and Louy wondered how far they have come since then. The draw he felt toward this place could only mean that he had a part to play here. Louy stepped out into the hanger.
Louy summoned some energy within him and began to use a light amount of Force Sight to see his surroundings and detect life around him. Upon detecting people nearby Louy walked casually toward them.
Greetings. My name is Louy Ordo.

Rebecca turned her attention to Zion as he approached her, before smiling as he gave a short bow and officially welcome her to the Honoghr Conclave. A rather interesting name for a Jedi Order, but one she was sure was fitting for something run by Zion, who was as dashing and handsome as ever "That would be most kind..." Rebecca She paused mid sentence as a new ship arrived and a robed man exited the ship, almost seemingly feeling his way around as he approached them. Rebecca motioned for her guards to stand down, as she sensed the man's use of the force. She extended her arm for Louy to grab a hold of as he introduced himself as he got closer. She smiled toward him, figuring it only fair she introduce herself "You may call me Rebecca" Rebecca

Amber had been busy finishing off a new prototype chip and was about to put it into the comm device casing when she felt the wind pick up. She paused and waited as the three rotorcraft made their way into the hangar bay and landed, before the Chiss she could only assume was Rebecca, stepped out and waited Well she had to admit, the woman only got more beautiful in person, even despite her blue complextion still being almost identical to that of the holoprojection. She could see why Zion had been interested in her once, and been so hurt when he thought she was gone She briefly nodded to Zion as he grabbed the datachip, before she returned to inserting the comm chip into the housing and began the test to see if she'd managed to perfect the mutating frequency function. She started running signals between the two linked comm devices, before signalling over to Obadiah to see if the computer was able to pick up the signal

Obadiah had been busy working on the final lines of coding when Zion had dropped by the grab the chip. He then stopped and looked over to Amber as she gave him the sign that the comms were transmitting. He then moved to another console and entered in a series of commands to see if the computer could pick up the signal and lock on to it, but after a few moments of waiting the computer returned a null reply. Obadiah then turned to face Amber, a smile on his face as they'd finally managed to get it working =Obadiah Traevis= Nothing, the channel is secure. That's the communications down pat. I'll have the coding done soon, so we should move on to assembling the Mk II...
