The primary hangar bay is storage for all personal crafts, as well as incoming supply transports. It is also the only commonly known way to get in/out of the base.
It is a given rule that anyone taking up "residence" in the complex is allowed one shuttle/light freighter, and one starfighter to allow for enough space for everyone and potentially more should more people get called to duty. In addition a local "Armory" is stowed, with weapons and armor pieces brought to Carida from elsewhere.

The sensors let out an urgent beep to alert Miras he was closing in on the facility's hangar bay. The Padawan slowly pulled back on the fighter's control yoke to reduce his speed- but not by much. He was anxious to find the nearest bunk and rest for a minimum of twelve hours. With an ironic smile he wondered if he would even be able to sleep and decided that he wouldn't. He was so exhausted that everything had taken on a sharp, almost manic edge. It was a familiar sensation.
Flying this shuttle wasn't, though. The craft shuddered as he failed to compensate properly for a shallow dive that would leave him leveled out and on a course for the opening of the hangar. Cursing under his breath as he corrected, the Padawan brought the TwinTail into the hangar slow and smooth, making the transition from thrusters to repulsorlifts with little difficulty. He set it down in one of the unoccupied landing pads gently enough, too, and allowed himself a grim smile of satisfaction before he set about deactivating the engines and shipboard systems.
A few minutes later he descended out of the cockpit. He scanned the other vessels berthed in the hangar, wondering if Adieumus had arrived and hoping he wouldn't have to wait around for him to arrive. Luckily it was docked just a few places down from his own craft, so without wasting any more time Miras turned on his heel and headed deeper into the facility.

Shihab brought the old 3-Z freighter down, slightly harder than usual. He immediately opened all external vents and shut down all systems, except life support. A cool breeze wafted through cockpit and the rest of the ship. Shihab relaxed for a bit in his seat, before disembarking and setting out to find whomever might be lurking around this ancient relic. On his way out he changed into a fresh jumpsuit and grabbed his saber and charric, securing both to his utility style belt.
The gargoyle like being moved with a cool certainty, not of his position, or where he should be going even, only that he was moving and that the force would be directing his steps, even here. So he set off down a hall neither looking right nor left, but striding with purpose and solidarity that was not easy to miss. His boots echoing on the floor with every step, Shihab moved deeper into the complex, oblivious to the goings on around him.

I practically fell on my face when I reached the hangar. I had no idea where to go and Alkor was already off the surface. I looked around, my brain slowly starting to lose touch as the memory wipe started to set in. I was forgetting why I was here already. I jumped into the first ship I could find, some standard little freight hauler. Nothing bulky, but certainly not well armed, and in no way fast.
"Where's that thing.. they all have one.. ah!" I pressed the autopilot button, and it asked for coordinates. I looked on the list of preprogrammed destinations. The one for 'Lariat' popped up, and for some reason it felt like the right option. I punched it in and strapped on the restraints, letting the ship slowly coast out of the hangar and up into orbit.
My brain finally pushed beyond the strength of my will, I felt everything fade out and become something else again. I was glad, at least, that I wouldn't remember the way this felt. It was
'Where am I?' Was the first thought coming to mind. I was in a ship, that was clear. I was leaving somewhere, and going somewhere else. The readout said I was heading to the Lariat, somewhere in orbit. I didn't know why, but I could feel Alkor was ahead of me somewhere in the black sky. A twinge of anxiety punched me in the gut, and I remembered something about him; I had to go after him. Perhaps that was the reason I was sitting in this nearly derelict hauler.

Approximately forty-eight hours after the deadline originally given by Matango in a group meeting in the ruins of an Old Republic outpost on Carida Jade's eyes blinked open.
I quickly adjusted to the dim lighting and got up. I knew that things had fallen into place by now, but Adi himself had not spoken to me. No matter. 'Goodbyes' have never really been my thing. Dressing quickly in the dark I fastened my heavy belt around my waist and clipped my lightsabers to it. Ten seconds later I had pulled on my boots and headed out for the hangar.
A silent figure walked into the hangar and headed over to a now-functioning terminal displaying the landed locations of the hangar's occupants. Two black-gloved fingers slid down a row of figures then paused. Jade looked up, the greyness of dawn was just beginning to lighten in the sky revealed by the open hangar doors still showing signs of decay, one of them leaning listlessly to a dangerous degree.
Making a quick decision, I headed over to my own fighter and leaped up to the cockpit. With a quiet snick I popped the canopy and reached inside. I pulled out the long dark shape of my oldest friend, the ancient katana I had removed from my homeworld so many decades ago. Its weight is comforting to me, and as I draw it, the black blade glitters hungrily. I resheathe it quietly, then unclip my lightsaber and place it inside my fighter. Leaving it behind does not please me, but it is the right decision.
She dropped lightly back to the ground, remotely closing the canopy and locking it down. Then, she wove through the ships belonging to the various residents of Carida towards her quarry: a beaten old mining freighter, half the nose art worn off leaving only a scanty hint of an artistically impossible set of female legs and the last three letters of what was probably once the beast's name. One quick preliminary walkaround inspection later she popped the cargo hatch and made sure the specially ordered 'mining droid' was stowed in place. She secured the hatch and climbed into the cockpit, flicking the requisite switches to seal off the interior of the ship and fire up the engines. The katana was stowed next to her, and an old blaster was strapped to her right hip in place of her lightsaber. Her second lightsaber, burned and scarred though the hilt was, remained clipped on her belt on the left side.
The blast of engine noise shattered the otherwise fairly quiet morning as she engaged power and exited the hangar. Jade flew in a lazy circle over the once-abandoned outpost, then climbed for the sky and the silence of deep space. Anyone checking from below might have run to Matango with the news that his special freighter had left Carida, and was not appearing to head for Mandalore, its current trajectory lying in a nearly opposite direction.
A slow smile twitched at the corner of Jade's lips as her green eyes glinted from the depths of her shapeless black hood. She checked her comlink and ran over the necessary codes she'd been given. When she was just barely outside the Caridan gravity well she pulled back on the lever that engaged the hyperdrive and watched as the stars stretched into long lines. She set her own countdown timer for five standard hours, glad to finally be active once more. This was the first leg of a trip that the Force had ironically set her, ending on Mandalore itself. Or, would that be just the beginning?

The long starlines shortened into discrete points of light as a battered old mining freighter dropped out of hyperspace just barely before it hit Carida's gravity well. Jade broadcasted the security code just in case anyone from the re-purposed Old Republic ruins decided to alleviate his or her boredom by challenging her before angling down towards the hangar.
As I fought with the ancient flight system, I distinctly heard a loud POP! followed by an unnerving hiss as I descended to the hangar. About two days out the navicomp had decided to take a long holiday. Of course, connecting my fist with the display panel had probably not helped matters, but it was just like Matango to send me out with a limping bird. Perhaps I'd jumped a few more times than he'd calculate on in order to confuse anyone trying to track my point of origin or destination. Anyway, I'd made the final leg of my journey unaided. Still, I'd mostly arrived. I cut power and drifted into the hangar, landing with a lot of noise as smokes escaped from the freighter I'd borrowed. I quickly shut everything down, grabbed my sword and lightsaber, and jumped out into the hangar. Coughing I put as much distance as possible between myself and that death trap I'd never see again with any luck. Naturally, I notified the flight attendant on duty, though he had already noticed that extensive repairs would be a necessity before that ship saw space again.
Wrapped in a voluminous black outer robe, hood drawn up, all that could be seen of the person underneath was a pair of fiery green eyes glinting from its shadowy depths. She slung the black sheathe carrying a long katana over her back and clipped her lightsaber in its accustomed place on her right hip (at this moment next to the blaster she took with her to Mandalore) as she walked past her own fighter to check that it was fueled and ready to go.
Then, she turned and headed out of the hangar to locate Adieumus Matango.

Miras trudged into the hangar, yawning, and headed toward Adiemus' fighter. He'd slept (which was surprising), but not for long and not well (which wasn't surprising). Still, those precious few minutes of rest had done some good, for his nerves if nothing else. The Corellian youth felt better than he had since arriving on Carida, less on edge and more relaxed. Even his customary surly expression was absent from his pallid features.
The echo of his footfalls seemed unnaturally loud in the deserted hangar.
Tugging absentmindedly at the collar of his new shirt, Miras leaned against the hull of Adi's X-83 and withdrew a portable datapad. He'd already researched the specifications for the X-83 twintail Adiemus had given him; now he was interested in finding an astromech that would be compatible with the vessel. The R9 series was already ruled out: they were notoriously conniving, and the Padawan wanted something functional and reliable, not a droid with an attitude problem.
Pausing to glance around the hangar, Miras wondered how long it would take Adiemus to meet up with him.

Strolling into the hangar, Adi was pleased to see Miras already waiting for him there. Smiling as he approached, he unclipped the lightsaber Monte had given him,
"Careful with that. It's a powerful weapon. It was given to you for use until you make one of your own. You can thank Master Tuhlute when you see him. Now, let's mount up, and get rolling. I'll transmit co-ordinates to your fighter in case we get separated. Good luck, my Padawan."
Patting him on the shoulder, Adi turned and headed for his fighter. Climbing inside, he pressed a few buttons, and transmitted a signal to a few ships in the hangar, Monte's and Miras' fighters included. The destination was -not- Corellia as he had stated. In fact, it wasn't anywhere -near- Corellia. A pre-recorded message had been sent instead to warn them of the impending Mandalorian attackers. The destination was Bimmisaari...and a meeting with a very special informant was slated to occur.
Once everyone had filed in that was going, Adi activated the repulsors, and glided out of the hangar. Nosing up toward the sky, Adi burst away.

By the time i was prepped for the trip to Corellia and in the hangar, i was the only one remaining. figuring that the rest of the party decided to leave without me… I made my way to platform five, where a small squad of troopers were assembled to assist me flying the shuttle and all weaponry requirements. along the way i got the memo of the flight change… and the sadder news that alistair had passed in service to the base. Not allotted much time to mourn before Gordon came with the shuttle, the assembled "Crew" boarded the shuttle which had been named in it's prototype phase "DELICIA" and moved toward orbit before jumping to warp.

Having stopped by the cafeteria only long enough to grab a bite to eat on her way to the Hangar, Jade headed over to her raggedy old Z-95 and clambered up to the cockpit, for once feeling every day of her eighty-three human years. Situating herself as comfortably as possible she automatically powered up the vessel, smiling at the familiar roar of power. She realized that the coordinates Matango had broadcasted ostensibly took him nowhere near to Corellia; however, she didn't concern herself with it. Instead, she set her course directly for Corellia. Enough beating around. She took off and flew out of the hangar leaving nothing but empty dust eddies behind her. Once outside Carida's gravity well, she jumped to hyperspace.

It seemed only a few minutes passed before the sound of approaching footfalls roused Miras from his thoughts. Turning to look at the new arrival and realizing it was Adiemus, the Padawan gave a nod in greeting and moved to meet him. There was a note of anticipation in his stride, the only visible sign of his eagerness to be off Carida, to be doing something.
"Master," He started, but fell silent when Adieumus flipped him a lightsaber hilt. Catching it easily in his left hand, he gaped at the weapon, stunned. The Corellian had done a bit of research on the older man when he was likely to be assigned as his Padawan; rumor had it he wouldn't allow his students weapons until they'd been with him for some time, and had proved themselves in some way. This deviation from the norm only served to strengthen the apprehension Miras felt over this conflict with the Mandalorians. If they were giving him a saber now, before he'd even had time to craft his own, the Jedi must need every blade available.
Not that he was complaining. Hefting the weapon to get a feel for its weight, he turned and headed to his own fighter, still lost in thought. It was only when he'd strapped himself in the cockpit and begun his pre-flight checklist that the youth realized something was off. Earlier he'd overheard Adieumus mention they were headed to Corellia, but Miras had grown up there and attended the Jedi Academy there, and these were not the proper hyperspace coordinates. It was unlikely they were a mistake, so where were they really headed?
Shaking his head, Miras eased out of the hangar and blasted toward atmo, 'Mad About Me' blasting through his cockpit over the speakers.

As the shuttle "Delicia" gently touched down on the ground I was the first off having let one of the Commandos fly the shuttle in.taking a post at the foot of the walkway I rendered a salute to each troopers that flew with me as they passed by, wondering why i had called them in if they weren't needed for immediate action.
"Thank you for helping me out"
turning around I saw Adi, and miras land. approaching the two I began some what to babble.
"Good trip Sir. you gave me your contingency plan earlier… here is mine. There is a fortress that belongs to a little known Sect of Jedi on Bakura, I don't want to be cremated, but i want to be inturned there. beyond that, I would split the shares in my business between you and my wife Mist. I want you to do what you will with the credits until the next Artisan tries to make a name for himself. the let that man have ownership so that he has a way to fund his training. and i will get all of this notarized when we get out of this back water planet and to some civilized planet, like Honoghr, or Coruscant"
Taking a few more I stopped and spoke
"… If you need me, I will be on Sub Level 6. from what i saw, there was a area with sufficient Tech to be a laboratory. I will see what i can get done from there."
My pace picked up and then i was out of the chamber

Adi looked with interest at Monte as he spoke, and digested what he was told. He barely had time to hear them and nod in agreement when Diamonte was again off and back to work in the complex.
It was as if he was there, then not there. It seemed to be his way though...always in motion.
Johun landed, and Adi nodded as he strode by. The Jedi Master was waiting for his pupil to arrive. He knew there was some explaining to do about Piteos. It was definitely a dirty trick to pull on a student, but it was a necessary measure considering what Miras would be facing soon. There was a steep learning curve to be sure...
But better a controlled exercise in chaos than a surprise ass kicking from a bucket-bearing butthead.

I stride through the hangar, carrying a large duffel bag. I make my way towards and into the 3-Z I'd recently finished upgrading to something that could safely travel the space-lanes of the galaxy. I stow my gear in the locker beneath my bunk, before stepping back outside to find Johun and begin my pre-flight checks. Seeing Johun across the hangar I wave him over, and then begin examining the freighter as he approaches, finishing my walk around before he arrives. I stand at the bottom of the boarding ramp waiting for my companion to join me, before outlining the basic flight plan I'd plotted.

A ship of unknown design or classification touches down encased by steam let off and moments later the ramp opens to reveal Synth whom walks down the ramp whom awaits to ask for the man who had met Piteos. She spots the man called Adieumus follows or approaches him she didn't feel at all discomfort when she ran across him earlier due to the fact his doctor did surgery on her body and installed all those nice upgrades she has been loving.. Meanwhile her ship's countermeasures remained active and the ship still hummed malevolently in place. She had wanted to keep her gear on the ship for now until she figured it was ok and safe. She knew Adieumus knew she was part mandalorian by birth and probably assumed she kept her gear on the ship as well, but just as a precaution she kept it on the ship until she knew she would be staying longer.
"Hello Adieumus, I see the Matango's still strive..."
She says.

A faint light started flashing on Adi's comlink, informing him that he had a message waiting for his attention. As soon as he decided to listen to it he'd hear Jade's voice: Matango, it seems I will be on Corellia for a shorter time than I had in mind. I've got some money to collect.Short, to the point, and finally accompanied by a datalink to a specific item: Bounty Office

Johun, carrying very little, began the walk toward Mahir's ship, with the R9 unit close behind. Arriving at the bottom of the ramp, Johun spoke to Mahir. You have a nice ship. Syn'ira Ordo? What the HELL was SHE doing here?? It had been since the IF war that she had been seen, and she was thought to be dead.
Apparently she wasn't, because here she was, in all her cybernetic glory.
We tend to be tough to kill. Apparently the same goes for you, Syn'ira. What brings you to Carida?
His comlink beeped, and he opened the message from Jade....a BOUNTY?? She was supposed to be in and out without being seen. This meant that she -wasn't- as stealthy as she claimed she was able to be, and now she was more than likely in trouble. This was not something that Adi wanted to hear. He would have to get on the task of ensuring Jade's safety on the double.
THIS was why he didn't like the idea that the council had presented about using a live Jedi in the delivery of the droid that blew up the complex. It was the fact that he was trying to avoid any of the ensuing problems, JUST like this one. Master Man'sell had insisted, though, and Adi had capitulated. He was now regretting that. His face turned grim, and he waited for Syn to answer his question.

The trip down through Carida's atmosphere was uneventful; the repairs the astromech had made on the TwinTail while en route to Bimmisaari were still holding up nicely, though the Corellian made a mental note to have one of the facility's mechanics look at the vessel as soon as possible. It was more than likely that there would be no need for further work to be done, but if the fuselage were to come loose again, especially if they were in hyperspace at the time, it could prove disasterous.
Setting the fighter down gently in one of the unoccupied berths, Miras popped the hatch and climbed out, lightsaber bouncing against his hip as he descended the ladder and dropped to the ground. Straightening, the Padawan stretched and rolled his neck, working the kinks out from his long hyperspace journey. Having his own fighter was nice, but it wasn't really worth being crammed into the cockpit of a fighter for so long. Turning on his heel with the intent to find some unoccupied corner of the facility he could meditate in for a few hours, he instead came face to face with Adieumus and stopped in his tracks.
Luckily he was saved from having to make small talk with the older man by the arrival of Diamonte, who immediately began babbling animatedly. Miras arched an eyebrow as he watched the proceedings. His pack of cigarettes found its way into his hands and he lit one up, taking a deep drag and casting his gaze around the mostly empty hangar while the two had their rather one sided conversation.
Then he was gone, almost as quickly as he had arrived, without even giving the blonde Jedi a chance to reply. Amusement flickered across the youth's face as he quirked his mouth, letting a slow trail of smoke curl out. Miras shifted his gray gaze to Adieumus and shrugged. "He's an odd one, yeah?"
He fell silent as yet another figure approached, though this one was unfamiliar to the Padawan. He eyed her warily, letting his cigarette dangle from the corner of his mouth as his hand dropped closer to his lightsaber. He told himself he simply wished to be prepared, but the truth was his nerves were still rather raw from his encounter with the sorcerer.
