Khe'taka nodded as though contemplating these facts thoughtfully. Out of the corner of his eye he noticed that the young Female drift away and sensed a small ripple in the force. He then inclined his head and took a pace back.
Spreading his arms wide he said.He then smiled. He held up a large hand ceasing any would be comment on this and smiled and shook his shaggy head. There was an awful lot for the young before him to take in, so much to absorb. Patience, all things in time, the Force had spoken, yet then if it were meant to be, then happen it would, and with this musing Khe'taka signaled his departure with a bow. With that the Whipid turned slowly and began to make his way to the East door.

He watched as the Whiphip walked away. Slowly, but steadily, the tapping of wood on tile fades as he walked away. It was then that he noticed the kind woman had made her own seat against a near-by column . She seemed lost in thought, staring up into the sky. He 'looked' upwards in the same direction, but could only make out the faintest sparks on the Force within every life that sped by. They seemed to blend together, making streams of lights within the dark that came with a lack of eyes. The sight entranced him for a simple moment before he turned his attention back to Knight Ondreyu.
"Thank you for the warm welcome." He said, giving one last bow, "I return to my teachers now."
With that said, he turned and ran off to mind his friends and teachers.

The old Jedi master hobbled through the corridors. It had been a long stay on Aargau and he wasn't too sure of what he should make of the Imperial Remnants. Sometimes he pondered if he was too old for the galaxy, if the age had finally worn him down. There weren't a lot of his species and most others didn't grow as old as he did. He saw things very differently as time didn't mean the same to him as to most others around him.
The Force was his ally, connecting him to all and everything surrounding him but still there was a certain loneliness. Like the only adult around children grew weary when he was left alone for too long. Yet again it was the company of the younger ones that kept him alive. Kept him going. He had seen war and the atrocities caused by war. He had seen the time passing by. People repeating the same mistakes over and over again and watched them fall not ready to listen to any advice. Once he slipped. Too tired of all of this he had wanted to give in. Back then the greatest of his students had saved him by uttering a single sentence. Yolem realized back then that he had to seek the company of others from time to time. Never to travel alone for too long or in case there was no other choice to seek places of solitude.
Those memories and thoughts guided him as he turned around the corner walking left instead of right where his rooms would have been.

seeing things develop i show a grin to Mei… things were ok…
then i turned to Khe’taka and Xenas, who both seemed to leave the group smiling i gave a bow and shouted after them
“Take Care Khe’taka-chi, Xenas-chi. and may the force be with you!”
but finally was the newcomer… a yoda like character… how many of them passed through these walls, i could not say. but as he passed I gave him a polite bow
“Good morning Master-chi, and welcome back to the temple.”

From where she was seated Mei managed to give the impression of bowing to Yolem without actually getting up. She had only seen him from afar before, but there weren't many of his species wandering around anymore. "Master Yolem," she greeted him, examining him with the sharp eye of a Healer. He seemed tired and lonely. "How are you today?"

The old Jedi looked up to the man and nodded back. Flashing a smile he looked at the people around, nodding towards each of them.
"And a nice morning it is. Hopefully for each of you. Being welcomed back a day it brightens rather quickly. Mihihi."
He looked to Mei and gifted her with an even brighter smile. Unintentionally a bright smile showed the teeth making this a rather awful experience to most who weren't accustomed to his race.
"Fine I am, my dear. Are you as well? Forgive me all of you you may but it is a long time since on Coruscant I have been. In advantage you are knowing my name but saddly most of you are unknown to me. As our young healer here already stated she has: Yolem my name it is."

Mei found herself smiling warmly in response to Yolem, though she was momentarily taken aback as he grinned from long pointy ear to long pointy ear. However, she recovered quickly and got to her feet automatically tugging her tunic straight as she did so out of habit.
"I am in good health, thank you." Realizing that he didn't know who she was, she introduced herself, "I am Mei Ondreyu, healer."

Smiling, I made a bow to the wise master before I lowered myself down to meet Yolem on his level.
“Greetings Yolem-chi. My name is Auric Ulshade, I too have been traveling from the shadow of coruscant. recently I tried to bring my former student Diamonte Tuhlute back to the watch of the council… unfortunately I cannot say I have succeeded.”

The old master winked at Mei and chuckled a bit. Fetching for a candy in his pouch he then eventually offered to her.
"A breathing lung and a working heartbeat great they are but sometimes happiness more important it is. A bit of sugar not healthy it may be but maybe being a bit unhealthy your life it may elongate. At me you look. Healthy live I do not and still 800 yeas old I am. Mihihi."
He then adressed Audric. An interesting being with a slight accent he only knew from Bakura. Yolem had no idea where -chi came from but he liked the sound of it. It brightened things up.
"Tell me what the chi mean it does you must. A cheerful sound it is that I like. As for your padawan, my friend, an advice I might have if accept it you do and haven't thought about yourself already: Know his reasons you do? Understand him first you must. Ponder if his way ever your way it could be. If yes or no, why yes or no the answer it is. When thought about it you have contemplate you should why he went that way. If still sure you are that return to the Jedi he should a better chance you may have."

“tst tst”
I clicked my tongue after letting the wise master finish his trains of thought. honestly I wasn’t too sure where the choice in language had come from. when I set my feet down on the soil on this side, it was just an automatic reaction, perhaps it was something picked up to deal with the fact that too often on the travel, the ship was in emergency mode trying to stay afloat on the celestial seas.
“I never said the boy had left the path of the jedi. Honestly some times I believe Monte-chi is one of the truest jedi ashla seen. But recent event… seem to changed his perception of the organization of the order, and if he chooses that path, I do not obstruct him”

This was odd, Shihab had never been handed a padawan to train before, but he had helped a few along for brief periods before their paths had diverged from his own as they traveled with their masters. Still, the instructions left no room for doubt, he had been tasked with teaching one Xenas Junshur, at least for the time being. So Shihab walked the halls of the great temple on Coruscant seeking his new student. He had been here for a short time, after his being made a knight for some interviews, that the residing masters had requested be done in person due to his unique training. Here was the hall, and according to the file, the third door on the right would be his student's room. Opening the door, with it's usual chime, he ducked his head under the frame and called to his student.Xenas Junshur, I have need of you.The figure hunching over in the door way, resembled a large gargoyle, with slate-gray scaly skin, under a beige jumpsuit, his face framing a pair of solid white eyes. His brow was heavy, with ridge of scales running where most humanoids eyebrows would have been. His voice carried the sound of gravel and sand being ground together. A great big pair of Mynok-like wings rested and rustled against his back. He wore a charric on one hip and a large shoto saber on the other.

The squeak of the door alerted the Younglings in the room. They were graced with a towering Jedi. Each of the Younglings gathered and made two columns of six. They stood at attention, hands at their sides, chests out. They all stood with confidence.
"Hello, Master Jedi." They said in unison.
He asked for Xenas. The Miraluka boy stepped forward and bowed at thirty degrees. His stood a little over four-feet tall, dressed in the traditional grey robes of the Jedi. On his head, covering up his scalp, the upper portion of his face, and the back of the neck, was a brown cloth fabric. A knot at the back of his head held the fabric in place.
"How may I assist you, Master?"
Inside, the boy's mind raced. Stenax. Home world: Stenos. Normally an ill-tempered species. Violent. Warriors. Victors of the conflict known as the Stenax Massacre.

“ Good morning Master-chi, and welcome back to the temple.” The words spoken traveled to his ears across the expanse of the atrium and just as he slipped from eye sight out through the east arch he stretched out with the force and touched the mind of Auric. He sent a feeling of warmth and good will and a feeling of hope, hope that they would meet again.
He passed a Yoda-like creature as he made his way along the corridor, he inclined his head to the more experienced Master Yolem and pursued onward toward the training hall. On his way he mused; that he had seen much, and yet mystery still surrounded the great Master Yolem, his species so far and few between that even their name was unknown, or perhaps lost to the sands of time, either that or a closely guarded secret. Realising that seeing Master Yolem was quite a common occurrence, and he didn't know a great deal about him, and if he knew not about what lay close to him, well how much did Khe'taka really know.
This great thought was purposeful; yes, there was still much to be done and his task had just begun.
He wound his way until he came to a large set of doors which slid open, he stepped inside into a hexagonal shaped room, a huge space fitted with weapons, droids, remotes and a varying terrain simulator; all of this hidden behind seemingly average unadorned walls. Khe'taka stepped forwards into the sparring room.He spoke aloud to the super computer that monitored and effectively controlled the apparatus in the room. There was an audible hum and then several panels began to click as they slid open and four cortosis clad dueling droids stepped forward, powering into motion, the first raising its right arm and fired off three shots from a slugthrower silenced pistol. Then the remaining three ignited their lightsabers and leaped forward.
The Whipid Jedi Master, closed his eyes and let the force flow through him, guiding his actions.
In a move far surpassing the speed of droid or man, the great quarterstaff whirled into action; coalesced in a faintly visible shimmering energy, the Jedi Knight batted the three bolts away, using the great length of the staff to his advantage.

Nodding towards Khe'taka musing that talking to a whipid was something he ha hadn't done in a while. Yolem then turned back, smiling at Auric. A smile soothing and encouraging as well. He allowed the words to float around in his minds. He thought about his answer. Maybe thinking a bit longer than one was used to creating a silence by doing so. He pondered if a direct answer would be helpful but a direct answer was not always what one needed. Yolem closed his eyes and put the tips of his fingers together. When he opened them again his gaze seemed to be fixed on Auric's eyes.
"A river pure it might be at the beginning. Sometimes the river arms develop it will and not all of them towards the river float they must. At times the large stream polluted become it will. Many sources change it will new fish there will be old fish will not follow down the whole path. But in the side-arms of the river those fish still be there they will be. The same fish, the same water. Sometimes more pure than the main river. Their path through the land a different one it is. Some of them find their own way, others return to the stream they will and freshen it up.
To follow the path of a Jedi different it is than to follow the ideals of a Jedi. Where a large group there is a lot of compromise found it will be. If one walks alone not lost his way he has just following a different one he is. Understanding his way, refreshen your way it will."

Then the three dueling robots were upon him, one attacking from his left, one from his right, one from the front, the droids either side sliced at him, the left one at his upper body, the one to his right at his lower body and the one before him slashed downward.
Khe'taka jumped upward, drawing his knees upward as he did so, spinning his staff from a vertical to a horizontal position, not only did he catch both droids to his left and right but by thrusting his staff upward he caught the downward angled blade also, then both legs snapped out, kicking droid to his left and right. In a single fluid and simultaneous motion. The droids were sent staggering, allowing Khe'taka to land.
As the Whipid landed he rotated his weapon clockwise and pulled his lower arm back, in this manner he moved the lightsaber of the droid before him to his right and brought the lower end of his staff around, sweeping the droids legs from beneath him.
He then took two large steps away and drawing on the force pushed the now rising right droid toward the circling fourth droid whom seemed to be evaluating the scenario. The two droids went flailing in a clattering heap.
Khe'taka then turned to the other two droids who were now advancing toward him both attacking him from the front.

Mei thanked the archaic Jedi Master and stowed the sweet in one of the inner pockets of her robe for later consumption as she had only just finished the pastry that Auric had brought her. As he and Yolem delved into a deeper conversation on the Force and its effect upon others, in this case Auric's former padawan Diamonte, she simply listened quietly, enjoying the ruffle of a quiet breeze through her hair and watching the traffic of Coruscanti life as it flowed around the Temple boundaries.

Time will tell, youngling. For now, you are to accompany me to the training hall. We must see which style of light-saber combat suits you best.I turn and walk down the hall, expecting him to follow, but not checking. I walked through the halls towards the training hall. I see several rooms are already in use, not uncommon here, and select an empty room for my purposes. Opening one of my pockets, I pull out several cylindrical instruments, training sabers to be specific, and lay them on a low table near by. I arrange them by type, one shoto saber, one regular saber, one dual-blade saber, and one light whip, with retractable filament, conspicuously missing is a replica of my own light-pike. I set each one down with an audible thump, and tell Xenas to take his pick of what was on the table, and then to engage the three remotes that he was undoubtedly familiar with due to his basic saber training with the other younglings. Once Xenas makes his selection, he need only say "begin" for the remotes to begin their simulated assault. This was a test of skill, focus, and natural ability.

I chuckled very lightly at Master Yolem.
“Do not spend a year’s wages on a single Gashapon yolem-chi.” I emphasized my point with by popping the “P”. I wasn’t upset at the veteran master, but in an age and climate where things had the air of changing any day now… the dealings of one hermit jedi were not what i should concern myself. dropping any cheerful bravado i might have had
“My only reason to check in on my former apprentice was at the behest of my employer. I do not see a reason to worry unless Monte’s life was in danger”
then Standing up, my cheerful tone was back just like flipping a switch
“Anyway Yolem-chi, you said you had been away from coruscant lately, where did your journeys take you?"

Yolem's mind went astray as the question came up. His eyes fixed on a distant point maybe even in another time. Where had his path took him? To a lot of places some of them not suitable for most species. Some of them too far out to be recognised. He snapped back and tried to smile but it lacked conviction.
"Yes, yes, travelled I have. For the last 17 years. The Tingel Arm, the wild space, the unknown regions. Also Dagobah visiting an old friend's site. Hm, travelled a lot I have but found what I've been looking for I have not."
He smiled a bit more but this smile had a hint of sadness and loss in it.

"What, then, are you looking for, Master Yolem?" Mei inquired gently. She'd come to equate his species with a sad aura tinged with loss, but it was plain that this was something a bit more different from that. Perhaps there would be something in the Archives that would help him in his search. The idea of an endless journey filled her with sadness, but she realized that on one level, all of them were involved in a situation like this.
