*Yoda's hut was a dwelling made by Jedi Master Yoda during his self-imposed exile on Dagobah, starting from 19 BBY. The hut was simple, constructed of mud, but utilized his E3-standard starship lifeboat model escape pod energy source.*

"Morgan, you said you once encountered Grand Master Yoda in a vision in his hut?"
"Yeah?"
"... would you lead me there if I went to Dagobah?"
*This simple exchange was all it took to bring father and daughter to the swamp world, albeit Morgan possessed some slight hesitance. Aerandir understood; the events she had lived through, now more than four years past, had been overwhelming for her. But that one bright spot, that moment she had shared with one of the Jedi Order's greatest legends, had always shone brightest.
Yet after they landed—which had been quite the difficult task—and set foot upon the world, she seemed to approach with caution. She held the hilt of her lightsaber in her right hand, her senses heightened and on alert. She seemed to harbor some regret as well; regret over what she believed was the loss of a life that had protected her and given all to ensure Morgan escaped the chase of a fell beast alive.
Aerandir held regret that he could not thank the Seer Anna for making certain his daughter returned to him in one piece.
But the past was in the past; the future was now at stake. Aerandir had already contemplated making a pilgrimage to this place, a leg in his journey of enrichment that began at Ilum—no, upon Dantooine. But the Council's recent decision to instate him as Grand Master of the Order expedited this trip and with new purpose. It was, of course, seen as strange that the newly-appointed Grand Master would almost immediately leave for such an isolated world, but Aerandir knew this was necessary; and he still had much to do before he would consider himself worthy of the title.
He made small talk with his daughter, asking if she recognized any areas, and to tell him about other little things on her journey. She recounted that she had just met Anna before they made their way for the Hut. Little details seemed to return to her quickly, such as the usual frequency of the rain; she managed to crack a small joke about hoping they weren't close to another cycle. She also recalled something about Anna claiming she was "bad at directions," wondering how that was possible since she was a Seer. Aerandir asked what Morgan had done before the two had met, and she spoke of how she had scavenged as many supplies as she could from the escape pod before leaving, and at one point managed to scare off a rodent predator from a jubba bird's nest; she, with a giggle, recalled that the bird had quite a silly look, and, with awe, that it had thanked her through the Force for protecting its nest.
Aerandir smiled, glad that she was able to recall brighter details. Soon, though, he began to sense that the Force was growing thick in the area. Briefly, Morgan stopped in her tracks.* "We're almost there," *she announced with recognition and a hint of excitement, before her feet carried her onward, quicker than before. Aerandir kept pace with her, his own anticipation growing, almost as childlike as his daughter's. They trudged further on until they reached it: The small clay hut, worn and somewhat collapsed, but otherwise intact.
Whereas Aerandir stopped to look upon it with awe, Morgan was already scrambling inside. He quickly caught up, ducking down and scooting his way in; as Grand Master Skywalker had noted in his records, this place did not have humans in mind when it was built.*
"Master Yoda!" *Morgan called out excitedly, looking a lot more comfortable than Aerandir did thanks to her small size.* "I didn't think I'd be back, but I am! And... I brought my daddy. He wanted to see you."
*There was no one here, and yet Morgan seemed to be addressing a close friend. All the same, Aerandir did feel the energy flowing through here, the presence of wisdom... and kindness. It was Grand Master Yoda... Crossed over into the other realm, and yet left a strong impression of the Jedi he was behind in this place. Aerandir was overwhelmed, humbled, and immediately felt unworthy.*
"Anna once said this place was like a link between worlds or something," *Morgan explained, now facing her father.* "She said it was like he never really died."
"He didn't," *Aerandir agreed, eyes scanning the ruined hut's architecture, the humble home of a great sage.* "He became one with the Force itself." *The Dantari crystal extricated itself from its inner pocket, levitating in midair before Aerandir. Morgan's eyes were locked upon it, even as Aerandir closed his.* "And if he can hear me... There's... something I would ask of him..."
"He can..." *Morgan whispered, accompanied by the sounds of her small feet shuffling backward so that her father might have some space.
How did Morgan even make contact with him? She had said he came to her in a dream, but Aerandir would find no rest here. He channeled the Force of this place, through him, through his crystal. Ashla was rich here, and it gave him great comfort. He bathed himself in her presence, enriching the crystal before him with yet more of her influence. If nothing else, he felt... calm, and the crystal, even more purified.
A soft, wavering gasp of amazement drew his eyes open. They only further widened when they fell upon the blue, otherworldly, translucent form of the Grand Master himself, sitting across from and smiling at him, walking stick in his lap.*
"G-Grand Master Y—"
"Why come to this place, have you?"
*Aerandir found no words at first, stunned at this very development. An illusion of the Force? No... he sensed no trick, nor had he reason to doubt the validity of the specter before him.* "I... My name is Aerandir Calmcacil. I come seeking your guidance, Grand Master Yoda."
"'Grand Master,' he keeps calling me." *The ghost turned to look over his shoulder at Morgan, asking,* "Always so obsessed with titles, is he?"
*Giggling, Morgan shook her head, answering,* "No! He usually hates being called by titles himself!"
"'Hate'?" *The tiny creature's ears rose in surprise as he focused upon Aerandir again.* "Practice hate, do the Jedi?"
*Stammering a moment, Aerandir shook his head.* "'Hate' is a strong word! It's more like I feel more comfortable just using my first name!"
*Yoda released a bout of impish laughter.* "So easily riled are you! And call yourself Grand Master, do you?"
*Aerandir grimaced and lowered his gaze into his lap.* "That's... exactly what I had wished to speak with you about, if I was even able to. I don't... I don't call myself that, that is. The Council does. The Order does. But I don't feel ready to yet. There's much that must be done."
*His eyes found his still-levitating crystal, as did Yoda's.* "This shiny rock? Judge yourself based on one stone, do you, hmm?"
*Aerandir slowly shook his head.* "I aim to be a vessel of Ashla. The crystal is merely a marker of my progress. That's another reason why I came here, to enrich myself in the influence of one of the Order's greatest."
"'Greatest'? Heh! Read, did you not, how let the Order fall, did I?" *Chuckling, Yoda looked upon Morgan again.* "Your father, poor taste in heroes, has he."
*Morgan seemed only half-amused; the other part of her seemed regretful on Yoda's behalf. As did Aerandir, though he recognized this as a display of humility.* "It wasn't your doing, and even so, you persevered, training the last of the Jedi, who would go on to ensure the Order flourished once more. Without you, I wouldn't be here. Nor would Morgan."
"The core of the Jedi, that is." *Yoda's tone had at last become serious, and yet still warm, kind.* "This you recognize, this you know. A Jedi must be ever enduring in his quest to uphold balance. Even when all seems lost."
*Aerandir nodded slowly.* "And you recognized the will of the Force, waiting for the opportune moment to—"
"Not about me, this discussion is," *Yoda interjected.* "Wished to ask something of me, you did."
*Aerandir hesitated, attempting to properly form the question in his mind. After a moment, he inhaled through his nose and exhaled through his mouth.* "What must I do to be a worthy Grand Master of the Jedi Order?"
*Yoda only chuckled.* "Already knew that, did you."
*Aerandir's eyes widened again and his thoughts turned inside, turning over several mental stones, looking through all of his teachings, all of his tenets, all of his beliefs. His mind then scrutinized every word the Grand Master had said to him during this meeting, and soon it became clear exactly what he had meant.* "Of course..."
*Yoda nodded slowly.* "Strong with the Force, you are growing. Stronger still, I suspect." *He lifted a three-digit, clawed hand, palm hovering before the ever-whiter crystal.* "A powerful talisman this will become. I sense Ashla's flow... and your own resolve."
"When it is ready, it will be a tool to preserve peace and freedom. Just like myself."
*Yoda's hand hovered in place a moment before he lowered it and smiled.* "Already prepared were you for this task. Go, Grand Master Calmcacil, and perform the will of the Force." *The diminutive creature took up his walking stick and pushed himself to his feet, where he fully turned to regard Morgan.* "Grown taller, you have."
*Morgan giggled.* "Glad somebody noticed."
*Yoda chuckled.* "Much taller than me, you are."
*The girl grinned.* "I thought it was the size of our spirit that mattered."
*Yoda nodded.* "Correct, you are. As wise as you ever were, young Morgan. Yet, sense, I do, regret in you."
*Morgan's smile faded and her gaze slowly fell to the floor.* "... when I was here last, someone died protecting me."
"Hmm... This I do not recall... Yes, yes, the girl. Anna, her name was. Dead, she is not. Suspect you will meet her again soon, I do."
*Morgan's head shot up and her emerald eyes widened at this piece of information.* "She's alive?!"
*Yoda nodded.* "Best not tell her, spoil the surprise, did I, heh heh!"
"Well I'm glad you did! I felt awful..."
*Yoda leaned on his staff with both hands.* "Prepared to give the ultimate sacrifice, did she. True selflessness, that is. Honored, should you feel, by those who would do so."
*Morgan seemed to digest this a moment before at last a smile crept onto her lips.* "Thanks, Master Yoda." *She then swayed forward, as though to step forward to give the Master a hug before reminding herself his current form was not physical.
Yoda then turned so that he could look easily between father and daughter, this time addressing Aerandir one last time.* "May the Force be with you, Aerandir." *Turning to look towards Morgan, he added,* "And with you, young Morgan."
"And with you," *Aerandir replied.*
"And with you," *Morgan echoed.*
"And thank you."
*Yoda regarded Aerandir with one last smile before his ghost faded from the hut, leaving the father and daughter in silence for several moments. The crystal remained hovering in place, leaving Aerandir to, as usual, examine its shade. It still possessed a green tint; he had assumed the goal was to remove the green entirely until the crystal was shining white. Like his own soul. The progression from this meeting alone seemed far more significant than past meditations; it honestly amazed Aerandir that there was still something left to do.
Morgan stepped forward slowly, also watching the crystal. He looked up into her glistening eyes, more brilliant to him than any crystal. She smiled before raising her hands, palms facing the crystal. Aerandir almost asked what she was doing, but remained silent as she reached out with the Force to meet with the crystal. She gasped softly, recoiling slightly as though having touched something cold; it seemed as though she were going to persevere before she removed her hands entirely and shook her head.*
"Not here," *she announced.* "I need to be home." *She paused.* "... I need to be where I'm closest with Mommy."
*He smiled up at her, telekinetically withdrawing the crystal within his robes.* "I should have asked you sooner."
*She smiled back.* "It's okay. But if this crystal reflects your soul... I wanna be part of it..."
*These words caused him to immediately pull her into his embrace.* "If this crystal reflects my soul, then you're already part of it. But I would love to have even more of your blessing with me, as well as your mother's. Then I'd be truly unstoppable, huh?"
*After a quavering inhalation, Morgan nodded, stammering,* "You bet."
*He held his daughter for several more moments, allowing her to recover from her emotion. In truth, he was in much the same boat, only more disciplined. After many moments past and Morgan had long since composed herself, he beckoned her onward, the pair departing the hut and preparing to make their way back to the ship.
But Aerandir had suddenly stopped in place, for he recalled another point of interest upon Dagobah's terrain. The cave, the trial within... Even as he thought of it, he thought he could felt a distant taunt, a dark beckoning.
His fists clenched and he changed course.* "Morgan, there's one more thing I want to see before we leave."
*Morgan didn't seem to have realized he had stopped, looking surprised when she turned and saw him a short distance behind her and heading in a different direction. She quickly made to catch up, just as quickly as she caught on.* "You're going to the cave?!"
*Aerandir nodded.* "This is but one more step for me, and there's no better time than now..."

Through the murky swamp they walked. Maureen looked around wide eyed absorbing all and everything. Her gaze stopped and became fixed on a spot. The little girl casually said "That's Yoda's house....."

Hand tightening on the child’s as the fabled refuge came into view again Rhiannon was stricken by the simple question. The question implied knowing. She asked -Rhiannon- “How di….” Rhiannon didn’t complete her own question. Maureen simply knew. What was the folk saying Rhiannon pondered. Yes. When it shines it shines. And this tiny girl shone brightly. So brightly at times it was blinding. The woman swept mulling over the great fledgling mystery at her side away, if not forgotten and concentrated on the sacred place before them. It was a place that once sheltered one of the Greats. It was a place dear to the heart pure and Light. She stopped before the primitive hut and stood speechless. Hearing of this sanctuary was moving. Seeing it was awe inspiring. Rhiannon finally answered in a weak tone -Rhiannon- "It is dear...."

The girl looked around them puzzled -Maureen- "Wonder if there's an outhouse...." This whole thing with the Jedi lady was fun but Maureen wondered about Grace and Harry. And The Raven. The bird was strange but she liked it. And what about her dog? Her eyes crossed there. The extinction between minds, or as others say spirits is a topic of great debate. We do not question that belief as a reality in our ongoing saga but embrace it as an essential element of the tale. And with that noted, it was at this moment that the massive dog trotted over to the pair and stood beside the girl. She screeched -Maureen- "Cú Faoil! There you are!" Face suddenly sombre she spoke in a spooky voice -Maureen- "Scared?" The Hound turned it's head left then right and promptly licked the child's face

It is indeed powerful Rhiannon though. Breathing in deep a voice in the depths of her mind spoke: Maybe not as powerful as the stench coming off that dog. MENTAL NOTE: Bathe the animal. In her conscious thought the sight before her was most captivating. But a Little Green Man, whether true spirit or merely a convenient tool of her own making we leave to question, spoke asking: "Moving soon are we?" It seemed more order than question. The apparition vanished as fast as it had materialised. The question lingered in the back of her head as Rhiannon’s mind raced. She wanted desperately to know more about the child. Her life but maybe more her death. An Tiarna Dubh certainly had a made a lasting impression on the girl. Heroic saviour? Rhiannon vowed to herself that she would not attempt to influence that opinion. For what he had done for the girl he had more than earned that distinction. It intrigued Rhiannon…. But she shook that line of thought away too and asked -Rhiannon- “Have you a sabre love?”

Maureen stood in awe looking at the celebrated home of Yoda. The Hound sat at her side silent. Rhiannon's question fell on her ears and the girl's brows dropped as she searched her mind. Now.... Boland had given her knives, grenades, guns.... what else? Sabre? What was a sabre? Sounded like something you got at one of those weird restaurants her mother liked. "We'll take the dewback on sabre with a side of fries and a salad." Maybe this lady wasn't so nice and wanted to cook her on a sabre. Eyes like saucers she glanced at the dog subconsciously stroking his neck. Wait. Yes! That thing that she chopped the snake up with. Back to being dead. Great. Wait. Should she yell “sic ’er!”? No.... Well maybe, but not just yet.... Run? What did her mom say? Yes. "Run with confidence." Her little feet shifted but she stayed still. Cringing Maureen answered weakly -Maureen- "Ahh... no...."

The girl was scared. Rhiannon could feel the flight or fight impulse enveloping the girl. And so she spoke -Rhiannon- "I wish to give you one, not run you through." Snatching a small blade from side she ignited the weapon. A shoto. Amethyst. It shone brightly in the dark swamp. She disabled it handing it to the child -Rhiannon- "You must be careful with it - very careful!" She was taking a considerable risk here with a very young child. But Light did not mean meek, so she had been taught and in turn taught many others herself

Maureen snatched the weapon from the Jedi without hesitation but stood staring at the weapon mouth agape. She was speechless as inwardly things moved at blinding speed

In her head Rhiannon heard the voices of the spirits of what was now many of the great Jedi poet warriors. She asked herself if this was some form of madness. No. No she decided forcefully. This was divine guidance. And she was being encouraged to begin a journey..... One that would be part of the child's learning but more so fulfil divine prophesy. Answering the unasked like lightning Rhiannon spoke -Rhiannon- "The decision that I just made is most irregular.... Most irregular." Looking down hard on the child -Rhiannon- "I believe that you may be needing it on the journey we are about to embark on...."

Rhiannon lurched back slightly shocked by the question. Then she was overpowered by another spirit. She swore that she could hear one of the Great Jedi voices say "Oh shit!" Then..... The hideous taste of barley whiskey stained her tongue and she spoke in an inter-galactic Gaelic brogue -Rhiannon- "Only if you're good!"

Staring up at Rhiannon the girl spontaneously -Maureen- "Yes!!!" Eyes thinning she remarked -Maureen- "You sound like An Tiarna...." Waving free left hand in front of her face she added -Maureen- "And your breath smells like his too."

Pulling herself together, the Jedi philosopher corrected the brash words that had strangely fell from her lips -Rhiannon- "We use the sabre to maintain justice." Chin rising -Rhiannon- "And even then only as a last resort." Those hairs could be split as the girl matures she thought

The girl listened close. The whole snake chopping bit was quite appealing. But ok. This lady said rules. Maintaining justice and at the last resort. Sounded like the police on the holonet. Well indiscriminately chopping things to pieces was out.... How she wished Boland had given her this sabre thingamajig. Then something muttered some time before struck her and she asked -Maureen- "Rhiannon - when are we going?" That query of course demanded another -Maureen- "And where?"

And Snap! Just like that and there she was. What horrifically wonderful little reality. She spun around... and tried to straighten her back -Morrigan- "Ouch!" Thought I felt no pain. Frantically she fought her - with herself - to escape

The ship came down with an odd thud. It felt hard yet followed at the same time. Gid was out of her seat before the ship had even fully powered down. The hatch popped open andcdropped. The red Twi'leck was on the exit ramp before the ramp was even fully loaded. Her sisters followed close behind. Looking around with mass agape Shakk stated -Shakk- "So you finally lost it eh?" Alem added - "You just crashed us into a swamp." Gid brushed them off with her right hand -This place is important." All three carefully investigated. Shakk distinctly felt eyes staring at her. All of the girls did. They had crash landed right beside what appeared to be another crash. Suddenly Shakk exclaimed -Shakk- "That's a house!" The three edged towards it but not before Shakk trailing the other two stuck a flag up in the mucky sod Tale of Three Twi'leck AN LUCHT SIUIL DHIUBH

The girls stared at the seemingly out of place.... What? All three sisters spoke in unison -The Twi'leck Three- "It's a ship!!!" But that theory, no pun intended, didn't fly. After a long silence Alem ventured -Alem - "Or maybe part of a ship." Shakk finally said decisively -Shakk- "It's an escape pod!" None argued. The crept up on the odd edifice as if it were a krayt dragon. But it had no teeth. Gid was the first to swing into the little remains of a crash. A thud was followed by a scream -Gid- "Ouuhhh!" That the other two tensed up is grossly understating their reaction but Gid spoke before either were able to respond -Gid- "Too two tall and took one on the head.... From the ceiling. My bad." She was quiet for a few seconds. Everybody was. The other two swung into the little hovel. Gid had been investigating. The other Twi'leck joined in on giving the place a once over. This was once a person's home but it was also pretty clear that they were long gone. But something said 'go wasn't so they did. The other two were so consumed in their snooping that they did not immediately notice that Shakk was gone. When her absence struck them pair looked at it each other and again spoke in unison -Gid & Alem- "Where is she!?!" They walked into each other. They hit knees, elbows, this And heads. Repeatedly. T' was a tragic comedy but they eventually got out the door. Then they passed the ship. No. Not there. On they moved. Carefully

Arriving back at their ship near nightfall the two women, after dropping the hatch, entered their ship. Both collapsed into their cots. Neither could stay awake soon after their heads hit the pillow. Gid dreamed of a strange lizard bird that had Force lightning. Alem dreamed of playing hungry hungry hippo
