Hello happy JvS people! I have a question for whoever knows the answer. Who is the planetary "leadership" for Talus and/or Tralus? I know they're Republic planets but does anyone actually "rule/govern" them? I noticed that nobody has RPed on them for a while - (last post for Talus was Oct. 14, 2013 -- and last post for Tralus was March 10, 2014). I'm not looking to take over leadership of these planets, that would just be a bonus but not the actual goal. The goal is to just RP and I'm asking because I, and a friend or two, would like to use them for some ~open, semi closed, and closed~ RP with a some of our alts. Thanks in advance for any helpful answers!

Rules state that after a month of no posting, a planet is fair game. Talus and Tralus are yours to do whatever you wish.

I just wanted to be sure before we started RPing. Thank you both. And Kel'al, if you still have a SL going there then you're more than welcome to continue it. We just wanted to RP on a planet/planets that hadn't been RPed on recently. Anyway, thanks guys, it's much appreciated!!!

I serve as the senator from Tralus, albeit intermittently as I have time rl. My attitude has always been that anything to facilitate rp anywhere is fine with me. In fact, I would gladly send a few npcs to join you in the double world's as well.

Thank you, Ludo. I had planned on using both planets, so this is good. I'd also like to say that the characters were already there (on Tralus), if that's okay with you of course, mainly because I'm lazy and hate going through all the orbital BS, lol.
We'll mostly be using the terrain on Tralus so we don't interfere with whatever you and Croms NPC have planned. We won't start posting right away, at least not until this weekend probably, and as long as you're still okay with us using Tralus. We promise to not destroy shtuff....well very little shtuff anyway.

Well met traveller, I am Vordaan, and I'll be one of the people writing over on Talus soon, but before I start, Ice suggested I get in contact with Kel'Al Raganella since I plan to have a Senator representing The Th'tremsi (fanon species i am in the process of getting approved), and further more, the people of Talus, which I believe was being handled by Sara Ruluwoor. So I was just wondering if there was any problems with this, before I proceed too much? may the light watch over you, |

Those would be refugees from an imperial world rescued by the good, honourable and good selee an khar. It was one of the solomons that rped them. I could do something with them when I get my lappy

Ice Matango: I don't have anything specific planned for Talus and Tralus, and would be happy to see someone else come up with something. @vordaan: Koronov (whom I also write) is/was the Senator for Corellia. He only represented the double worlds in the past out of necessity. You are more than welcome to take over as Senator from Talus. Atia: I actually had planned to move your refugees to Belkadan instead, at Aerandir's suggestion, given the concerns you stated IC as to why there could be hostility toward them in the Corellian system. But I'm not sure when/if I'm coming back to write any of that out :/

don't apologise to Vordaan, it was I who asked you about it, friend. Just means some sneakiness may ensue. The Double World Fedaration shall rise again, even if it ends up being only like half of Tralus, and it's actually not the traditional Double World Federation, what with the inclusion of Selonia.... The specifics aren't important, but the idea is pretty awesome. Best of luck to you Mr Ludo.

Perhaps as a possible alternative, there is always Drall that needs some representation, so perhaps some sort of deal type thing could be sorted out, if need be? or Ludo can continue to represent Tralus, whilst Toraanos attends to the local government and the planet's defence? Just putting some idea's out there, in case this becomes an issue.

As far as I know, Drall has no senate representation since our chars and Broon Krano (for one post months ago) have been the only ones RPing on the planet all this time and nobody has ever said anything to us about being the planets senator.......

This is probably as good a place as any to mention that I want to resurrect the existence of a federation among the five Corellian worlds. I don't want to add another needless level of bureaucracy to your RP or anything like that, I'd just like to see it as a name that is used for the same cooperation that we will be doing anyway. Our military and political characters should be able to directly contact each other if needed, and that sort of thing.

In the past I have written Drall's Senator as an NPC, and I have intentions to use him again. As a pacifist like all native Drall, he is a useful foil in the Senate. I believe you will remember Hadrig, Ice, even though I have barely posted as him on Drall since 1.5 went boom. I've pretty much only written him on Coruscant. |

I am slightly confused. I only counted 2 people wanting to be Senators. If Ludo represents Tralus and Vordaan represents Talus, doesn't that work? Or did I miss someone?
