It is a quiet thing, to fall. Desrak knows this; he knows it intimately. He spent his early years being force-fed the history of the entire Sith Order, albeit the history as his father knew it. He knows now, after spending some time researching on his own, that his father's understanding of the Dark Side was not entirely grounded in reality. No matter, it had given him the start he needed to embark upon his destiny.
The Chagrian considers his own circumstances and his own relationship with the Force. Would he count himself as having 'fell'? Initially he thinks that no, he wouldn't. Then he reflects on what he knows; Desrak was already an admirer of the teachings before he knew he had any aptitude with the Force. Once that connection had been discovered, it just allowed him to embrace the ways more thoroughly. But, much as he is loathe to admit it, no one is 'born' of the Dark Side. Yes, he has fallen. It was a fall that took years. So quiet, so subtle, that it is now just his nature.
There is a reason why he has not joined with any of the prevalent Dark Side organisations at loose in the galaxy at present. The truth he carries around in his soul is the truth as taught by Darth Bane. The Dark Side should be concentrated in one being. It is the purest expression of power and the only way true mastery of the Dark Side can exist. Desrak doesn't just see the Dark Side as a means to an end; it is the end. The Dark Side of the Force is the only thing that matters, and truly mastering it is one thing that he craves. It cannot be fully mastered and brought under his control, however, while pretending Sith Orders and Dark Side organisations pollute the galaxy and dilute the Force. It sickens him to see Darth Bane's legacy sundered so.
He knows it is his destiny to rid the galaxy of these pretenders.
Desrak puts down his datapad. He had been digesting the news without really concentrating. He knows he should be doing something to further his destiny, to begin accumulating the power that others have watered down. He needs a target. He is also not stupid, and knows he cannot yet defeat the most powerful of the Dark Siders, or Jedi, yet. He needs to deepen his connection with the Force. That will take time, understanding and experience.
Desrak is Darth Blight; Dark Lord of the Sith and the toxin who will purify the Force.

The Elusive ManIt was nearly thirty minutes before the first of the law enforcement team arrived. No time was wasted in drawing Luxeria way, her playing the distraught daughter unable to accept reality and trying to go back to them. It was another five to ten minutes before she finally relented and let them cop carry to another room. He asked about what happened as the other arrived to begin blocking off the scene and checking everything they could to figure out what happened.
She went on to explain she had just come home from being away for a couple of years, there was a disagreement between her and her parents and shortly after she came back to her room, she heard shots from a gun. It was then that she found them on the ground. She went on and on, about not know what happened, about not wanting things to be like this. She was upset with them and they with her but she didn't want this.
During their investigation, the cops saw the place was rigged with security cameras, not unexpected for being the home of rich folks. Finding the main system, they went over the feed of the few hours playing up to the event, watching the argument at dinner followed by the murder-suicide. The video evidence was all they needed to call the case, though an officer moved into Luxeria's room to talk with her.
"I know this must be pretty hard on you. I'm sorry for what happened. But I need to ask you some questions. What were you and your parents arguing about? By what we saw on the video, it was clear it had to do with what you were doing when away from home and you lying about it. I need to know if we are going to solve why this happened.
Luxeria looked up to the cop, tears filling her eyes, hesitant at first. Finally, she dropped her head, ready to give him the story she had made up for the occasion. "My family is a well known and upstanding family. For all our wealth and influence, people look up to us as we do what we can to use what we have to help others. Believe it or not, that does put pressure on someone growing up, being expected to be like them, to be as selfless and as kind as them. It's why I left, to get out and just be me for a little while, to see what was out there. Can you imagine telling my family that I wanted a little adventure and to just live for myself every once and a while? I had to lie about it, tell them I had a job at a nice place that spoke volumes about me and what I was doing. Just like I couldn't tell them the ship they bought me had been destroyed in a pirate raid and I was almost killed. They'd force me back here, hold me under lock and key. I didn't want them hurt or their image destroyed. But...but it hurt them when they found out the truth. This..this is my fault!"
She broke down into heavy sobs as the cop tried to comfort her.
"No, no it's not your fault. Things happen and some people are unable to handle it. Thank you for talking to me. It'll be helpful. I'll leave you alone for now." Leaving her there, she stayed within her room, crying and losing herself in her sadness as she took in the scene, making sure all was going as it was meant to. For hours the investigation and clean up went on. When all was said and done, she left, claiming she couldn't stand to stay in the house.
Returning to her ship, she slept the night away, exhausted from playing the scene she did. It was her first true work as an actress and by what she could tell, she was doing a damn fine job. In a few days, she'd tend to the rest of what needed to be done: funeral, payments, final aspects of the case. Once that was all done and the will opened, the entirety of her family's assets would be her's to use as she wished. Then she could be gone and back on track within the Blackguard.

The days passed on as Luxeria continued to meet with law enforcement personnel in charge of the case, answering questions that were asked of her. In most cases, the ongoing aspect of it all would bring cause for worry in being discovered, but luckily the cameras told the story that was needed. Multiple looks at the footage attempted to see if the feed had been tampered with to create a false scene, but all attempts proved negative, further solidifying what had happened. Autopsies were performed as well to see if there was any link to drugs or the like that would cause the sudden change in behavior. Once again, they found nothing. The most they could connect it to was the stress gained from Luxeria's fake stories. While it was a suggested cause for the event, there was nothing that could be held against her. By all accounts, it was a clear cut case of murder-suicide.
In between the trips to the precincts, Luxeria also worked to make plans for their funeral as well as getting everything taken care of the transfer the entirety of the family's assets to her. It was a lot of work, much of it annoying and exhausting. never once would she have thought the work spent in taking care of all this while maintaining her facade would be more taxing than her many hours of training. But soon, it would all come to an end. With the case wrapped up and all the preparations made, it would only be a couple of days more until the funeral. She already had everything cleared out of bank accounts, gathered up what items she wished to keep her parents had and had begun working to sell the rest, along with her old home. She had no more need of it as she didn't see herself coming back unless on a mission.

Desrak looks upon the knowledge he has gained. He picks up his datapad again, swiping through categories until he finds the Sith Lord that he feels he should ponder.
Darth Krayt of the One Sith.
A brilliant but misguided fool, Desrak pities the ancient Dark Lord. He could have been so great; a pure expression of the Dark Side, he thinks. He chose instead to view galactic control as power, rather than true mastery of the Dark Side.
Darth Blight vows not to make the same mistake. He can see how easy it is done; allegiance to the Dark Side of the Force allows one to exert control over others, and that kind of power can be addicting. It is a mistake many followers of the ways of the Sith commit; the Dark Side is not about galactic control or empire-building. True mastery of the Sith ways, as taught by Bane, is to become the Dark Side. To manipulate the Force and direct its current to further its influence and snuff out the Light.
Yes, warships and soldiers can help in this regard, but it is not how the Force wants it to be. Desrak knows this; he knows that the Dark Side wants to exterminate the Light through its practitioners only. A glorious good-versus-evil conflict that the Force can revel in. Darth Blight closes down the file and considers Krayt's great achievements, and his downfall.

Darth Blight takes learnings away from the failed Sith Lords that have come before him. Darth Krayt was a visionary; he wanted the galaxy to follow the tenants of the Sith, even though the vast majority of beings did not possess any affinity with the Force. However, there is genius in this plan. If every being lived by the Sith way, then the Dark Side would become so bloated it would snuff out the Light as a simple side effect.
It was also cowardly.
Desrak could not abide lesser beings doing the job he was destined to complete. He hisses, angry at the spoiled possibility of Dark Side absolute victory. Darth Blight does take something away from his considerations, however. Lord Krayt knew that imposing his will upon others is a vital tool in the arsenal of a Dark Lord of the Sith. The Chagrian leaves his small, nondescript apartment and heads into the lower city of Coruscant. He must sharpen his tools.
The Sith shrouds himself in his heavy black cloak, hiding his red and black tattoos from onlookers. He is proud to be a Sith, but there is also a vital lesson from Darth Bane that guides his choice. The Sith must only strike when annihilation is assured.
Revealing himself now would provide him with no gain and only cause complications in the long-term.
Darth Blight settles in a shadowed alcove. The smell of waste is off-putting, however he has a greater mission at stake and so perseveres. The lower city is teeming with beings of all species, ages and gender. A veritable hive, if you will. Desrak reaches out with his senses, finding a mix of emotion bubbling at the surfaces of the minds that walk by. Some carry a sense of urgency, others frustration. He especially appreciates those who seem to be angry at their lot in life, knowing that this anger is the first step in self-betterment. Something Sith know about all too well.
He is searching for a mind to influence, and influence delicately. He is not one for simple mind-tricks. His work is art, and he must see it perfected.

Luxeria remained silent as the day for the funeral came. Sitting at the front of the room, she opted to say nothing for the sake of keeping her facade going. If she spoke, there was a chance that she would break character and tip someone off to the fact that her parent's death really didn't bother her. During the visitation, many came to speak with her, expressing their condolences, she merely nodded, speaking only if she didn't have a choice. Many were able to gauge her silence well enough to know that they needed to leave her be.
Listening to the priest speak in his long spew of words, she counted the minutes until all was done and she could leave. She had been able to sell her home despite what happened, many waited for the chance to get such a home. She had actually decided to come down on the price a bit and leave everything still remaining inside. It didn't matter as she had more than she needed. Just a few more hours and she was gone. After the week, she was doing everything she could to restrain herself from leaving now.
As the service came to an end, she moved to the front as they were ready for the final moments of the burial. When asked if she had anything to say, she shook her head a she looked out to the crowd. So many faces, many she didn't recognize. But one face stood out to her, one staring back with a suspicious gaze. It took all she had not to smirk when she saw him. Kel, the very man that denied her years ago that awakened the Force within her. He knew she possessed power and no doubt he suspected she had something to with her parent's deaths. But with the evidence so clear cut, there wasn't anything he could really do, especially since he didn't know just what one could achieve with the Force. Though she turned her gaze from him, she kept him within the corner of her eye, his glare never once leaving her.
With the closing of the service, she finally spoke to the group, thanking them all for coming and their friendship to her family. She watched them depart, shaking hands and giving hugs as necessary. It was nearly another thirty minutes before all had cleared out. Once she was certain none were in sight, she let out a sigh as her saddened and grieving expression disappeared. Finally, it was done. Calling a cab, she made her way back to her ship.

Arriving at the spaceport, Luxeria departed the cab and paid the driver. She watched it leave before heading off into the spaceport towards where her ship was parked. A smirk fell across her face as she walked, reflecting on the past week and what had transpired. It wasn't what she had thought of doing, but it was most likely for the best. She was now free from her old life, allowing her to be Luxeria through and through. Her past was effectively cut from her, removing the last hindrance on her path to power.
As she reached her landing area, her thoughts were broken by hearing her name yelled at her.
"Aleena! I know it was you! You killed them!"
Coming to a stop, she lifted her head as she tried registering the voice and words that met her ears. Turning, she was a bit surprised to see Kel standing there, his face full of anger and accusation. She merely stared at him for a few moments with a blank look before finally smirking and turning to face him. "Whatever could you be talking about? The proof was there. It was entirely my mother. She had lost her mind and fell into despair. I had nothing to do with it."
"Don't play games with me! I know who you are! I know what you are!" He closed the distance, the fear he once had faded and replaced with his current anger. "You did something to them, used that power of yours to get into their minds. You're more than a temptress now. You're an evil..."
Before he could finish, she lifted a finger to his lips, silencing him. Her smirk grew as she looked at him, her head tilting a bit. "No matter what you think, no matter what the truth is, you can't prove anything. Try as you might, no one will believe you. Only you know of my ability to use the Force. And now, my power is far greater than you could ever imagine." Her finger then left his lips and traced his jaw. "Do keep that in mind, love. I'd just hate to break you. If you think what I did that day was bad, believe me, you have no idea what I could do to you now. So many options: relive your worse memories, bring out your fears, trap you inside your mind, break it, or even erase your memories and make you an empty shell. Or we can stick to the physical: break bones, crush your organs, electrify you, make you feel pain beyond your worst nightmares. So many options, so little time. But I will give you this one chance. Walk away and stay silent. I will know once you do and I'll be back for you. Nothing will save you from my wrath."
For a few moments, her forest green eyes turned a burning orange before reverting back as she turned and headed back to her ship. Upon reaching the boarding ramp, she turned back a final time, sending him a kiss wth two fingers. She relished the look in his eyes, the anger mixed with the fear of just thinking about what she could do to him. After a few moments, she moved onto the ship, the ramp closing behind her.
She wasted no time making her way to the cockpit, Satele already having the ship prepped as she requested on her trip back. Making the final checks, she lifted the ship off the ground and took to the air, joining the flow of traffic until she could break free and make her way up into orbit.

It is not long before Desrak identifies a mind that he wishes to investigate further. It is not within his vision, so must either be in one of the many scabby buildings that surround him or it is in a different street altogether. He briefly thinks about looking for one that he can actually see, however decides that trying to influence a mind without direct line of sight will help sharpen his powers. To truly embrace what Darth Blight is, he must become powerful. One did not become powerful by looking for easy options.
He uses his mental discipline to tune out the noises that surround him and focuses on the mind he has chosen. He cannot sense a person, not exactly, but he feels certain things that allow him to identify and separate this mind from others. He feels intention, he feels needs and he feels emotions. He examines this further.
Desrak allows his senses attuned to the Force to drink in information. This being has an intent, a task it is desperately trying to fulfill. It is more powerful that Desrak would normally expect, and he attributes this to urgency. The person must be in a rush to complete whatever it is they need to complete. With this intent flows emotions, subtly interwoven with the intention. He tastes the well-known flavour of anger and frustration. These are held in control, which has Desrak admiring the being somewhat, but are still visible to those who know what to look for. They bubble just below the membrane that Desrak considers someone's mind, but as he peers through the sheathe of psyche he can see the turmoil beneath.
Darth Blight has learned a thing or two about people. They are predictable, and their intentions, emotions and needs are all interlinked. The anger and frustration, the urgency and the intention, all seem to link to a plot for vengeance. This is quite visible to Desrak, who now decides to employ his own mental faculties in manipulating this character.
Instead of just absorbing the information that radiated freely from the being's mind, he takes a breathe and exerts some mental pressure. He imagines himself pushing through the membrane of psyche that he sees as a translucent, shimmering blue field that holds the mind beneath. Then, with a slight shiver on the back of his neck and a cold breeze on his own mind, a connection is made.

Darth Blight makes certain to raise a barrier between his own thoughts and the connected mind, and then presses his own conscience beneath the blue shimmering field. It is like submerging under water, and his other senses are similarly deadened. This is not simply a Jedi mind trick; this is Sith manipulation, and is a much more invasive form of Force application. It also provides the practitioner with many more options than baseline suggestions. It allows Desrak to filter through much more accurate information. Now that his mind is linked, information begins to flow into him.
This being's thoughts are rather transparent. … how dare they... and … I have my weapon at home, I just need to...
Desrak also gets flashes of images. A busy office morphs into a meeting room. Two men sit on opposite ends of a table; one clearly has authority and shakes his head. A datapad is handed to the other man. The image changes to a man who is emptying his workplace drawer. It is quite clear what has happened.
Darth Blight has two options. He briefly considers softening these memories, however he decides to alter them in another way instead. A Sith's best weapon is his enemy, and if Desrak could become a master manipulator of beings then he would have an infinite supply of weapons.

Darth Blight gently stokes the anger. It is easier, now that he has the connection with this being. He visualises this emotion as a flaring red mist, and he pours his own energy into the fog. The anger increases, no longer held in check below the shimmering psyche. He also, with gritted teeth, thrusts images of a knife into the other's mind. Any alteration of thoughts or memory takes effort, but Desrak does not need to be gentle. He does not have the being's sanity to concern himself with - only the results.
His forceful presentation of images may completely ruin the being's thought process. He may end up detaching the emotion that he was influencing from the intent that he was now trying to alter.
But the red mist of anger that he visualises pulsates when he thrusts the knife image into the other's mind. It is a catalyst, and the flammable mist of anger catches fire and explodes into a much more dangerous emotion. Fury.
Desrak withdraws his conscience but retains a sliver of connection. A good experiment needs a record of the result, after all. He patiently awaits the being's next move.

From the TIE/es Assault Shuttle known as the Vindicta, General Zahn broadcasted a message from Emperor Nicademus on a low powered open broadcast. Keeping the First Order's message of peace contained to the area of the Senate District as much as possible as the first shuttles bearing the 201st Legion started landing. The white armour clad figures affectionately known as Smiley-Troopers disembarked and started securing the perimeter bounds of the Senate district with the aide of First Order AT-AT's and AT-STs. Riot Control Stormtroopers were also touching down to help deal with the gang members that were caught within the newly establish perimeter, while groups of Stormtroopers not stationed to the border started setting up outposts throughout the district to begin providing relief supplies and efforts to civilians.
The Vindicta touched down at the central temporary command post, allowing Zahn and Praetor Squad to disembark. Communications were already being set up and a holotable was coming online. Providing an overview of the District and the placement of the 201st Legion's troops. As soon as the first reports confirmed the security of the perimeter, General Zahn opened a communications line with Emperor Delvardus Emperor Delvardus, the 501st is clear to deploy, humanitarian efforts are beginning, but we will certainly need additional back up to ensure better distribution lines...

The sky over the Senate District was once more filled with fresh troop transports as the 501st and 502nd Legions began their deployment. However, the transports carrying the former veered off and headed for the Senate Building, likely carrying the Emperor within them. The other wave of landing craft, carrying the latter legion, descended onto positions secured by General Zahn and his troops. Among the soldiers, members of Imperial Civil Services also came forth and found suitable locations to setup their headquarters. More transports began to arrive, filled with cargoes of foodstuffs, needed technology, and clothing that could be dispensed to the population. It would be an arduous task, but the Emperor had already ensured that fresh supplies would arrive on a daily basis. The perks of having Imperial territories surrounding the once great galactic capital.

Aderon had been taking a walk just outside the 500 Republica building with one of the former senators in the building, when all of a sudden, the sky was filled with distinctive wail of TIE Fighters. The various wealthy residents of the Galactic City's heads were cast skyward as the sun was blacked out by a large, dagger shaped vessel in high orbit of the planet. Whatever remaining light was blacked out by the hundreds of ships entering atmosphere. Local security forces themselves seemed to be in awe of the demonstration of military power that was seen here. A demonstration that had not been repeated since the fall of the Galactic Republic. Some of the former senators began to slowly retreat back to their buildings, in order to burn any sort of incriminating evidence to connect them back to the New Republic, while many of the former Imperials stood in staunch salute to the arriving forces. The neutral parties, however, like Aderon, just stood in contemplation of where this occupation would take their world. Shortly thereafter, Aderon called the local security bureau, who offered protection to the nearby buildings if the force did attack, but they could do little else.
The First Order had finally arrived...
Summoning four Magnaguards from his shuttle, Aderon ordered the crewmen aboard his frigate to prepare it for immediate launch in the event of an attack, while also ordering his guards to keep ready to provide a diversion in the event of an assault. With all these preparations having been made, Aderon, leading a small cadre of the planet's elite, walked towards the senate building, intent to find out the meaning of this occupation.

Zahn remained at the temporary command base, even as the 501st finished securing the Senate structure. Allowing the Emperor and many other high ranking officer's to take up residence within the building. While many of his colleagues preferred to remain in comfort and bask in their foregone glory, Zahn had greater plans he yet wished to achieve. And the only way to do that, was to impress those above him. A list which, at this stage, had grown considerably shorter due to his rise through the ranks. So it was he remained here, coordinating the troop deployments and calling down additional Legions and vehicles to reinforce their control of this sector. Coruscant was massive beyond scale. With layer upon layer upon layer of city. But the First Order had enough resources to take the planet and seize everything of worth that was needed to maintain Order here. All they would need was enough time

Dah'lis had tasked Lilith Squad with making sure she was undisturbed as she collected her thoughts and regained her composure. She felt herself flying through a wide range of emotions and then back again. Anger, sadness, uncertainty, and fear were among the most felt. She sat staring down at the shuttle's floor. Wondering if she should just go back to the Emancipation, until called for. She had embarrassed herself in front of the Emperor and most of the high command. The half-breed was also sure a chewing out was going to be coming from the acting leader of the Knights. And hell, maybe some of the others would join in, who knows? As she thought and felt, she felt a twinge of something that she was not entirely comfortable with feeling. A feeling that she knew was both right and wrong. One that would bring justice, but betray a number of oaths she had taken. Treason. If the slaves would not be freed by the powers that be, then she would free them. As this thought formed, she quickly attempted to bury it and snuff it out, but it had already taken root in the back of her mind. A dark and deep secret.

As the invasion of Coruscant continued on, more and more of the Legions from the fleets in orbit were brought down to the surface. This gave the Imperial Army more Stormtroopers to secure the Senate district with, with more Imperial Civil Service members arriving in the city to provide much needed supplies and assistance to the citizens of the planet. But while news within the Senate District was one of improvement, more and more reports were coming in from across the city planet of chaos, as rival gangs finally broke and started waging war against one another.
General Zahn was not all too concerned though. With the reinforcements needed to secure the Senate District having landed, He ordered the 201st through to the 208th Legion to begin deploying across the planet alongside moderately sized armoured vehicle reinforcements. In the gangs wanted to started a war, then General Zahn would show them how a war was waged. The Legions were broken down into smaller unit formations as they were transported across the world, to deal with the rising waves of violence that were spreading out from several major known gang locations. All of them had been identified by Imperial Intelligence and provided as hot spots to watch for. And now Zahn was leading a contingent of Stormtroopers into one such location, backed by a pair of First Order AT-ATs.
He drew his blaster rifle as the transport touched down and was one of the first to charge into battle alongside the Stromtroopers of the 201st Legion that he was taking command of. Additional squads deployed on First Order Speeder Bikes and Mobile Assault Walkers, heading forth into the thick of a clash between two rival gangs that had escalated into an all out firefight between the two sides. Zahn gave them no warning as his forces descended upon them. Gangs like this understood one thing, and one thing only: and that was strength. Something the First Order had plenty of

Soon, citizens were gazing up at the sky from across Coruscant as hundreds of transports began descending upon the planet. The legions of the Imperial Army were being sent, to relieve the world from the growing violence that had been sparked across the planet's surface. Commanders in orbit were getting reports, from across the Galactic City, of fierce fighting between the gangs. Something ticked them off and the hornets nest erupted. Whatever the case, the Emperor had granted authority to General Zahn and other commanders to field the legions to the planet to restore order, install peace, and destroy the source of this disruption. Soon, across the Galactic City, Stormtroopers marched through the streets, crashing into known hideouts of the gangs and shooting many on sight. Even in the streets, main hubs of gang fighting were suddenly silenced by the disciplined firepower and cohesion of arriving companies of Stormtroopers. Slowly, control was exerted from the Senate District as the Imperial Army and the Stormtrooper Corps spread itself across the Galactic City. A number of captured enemies were paraded out for the people to see, showing them that the Empire had come to liberate the populace from the shadow of tyranny and bring forth order to all of the planet.

Shouts were heard above an empty room before a series of blaster fire went off. Armored footsteps were heard rushing forward with a few yells and orders being barked. Silence fell, for a moment, before an individual ran down the stairs, trying to run to a console. A blaster went off and the armed person fell to the ground, dead. A squad of Stormtroopers, led by an Imperial officer, stood behind with one of the soldier's blasters have smoke come off its muzzle.
=Stormtrooper= This is Squad Alpha 6. We have penetrated the room below. Looks like a lot of technology down here.
Slowly, the squad began to move around, examining what was before them. Blaster stock, some crates, but above all, the console which the Imperial officer approached. He keyed it on and noticed that the device was left unlocked. Curiously, the officer began examining the information for anything of worth. Shipping schedules, weapon exchanges, assets listing, cache locations, hideouts and more were detailed in various files. The officer would need to bring this information to Imperial Intelligence, it would be useful in smoking out these gangs.
Then his eyes fell upon a folder, labeled Truth Ministry 00713. An odd file name which the officer opened out of curiosity. Suddenly, his eyes widened... this gang had affiliation with COMPNOR! There were profit exchanges, drug links in exchange for credits, even weaponry shipments to a couple worlds within the Empire! The officer turns, motioning to a Stormtrooper.
=Officer= Trooper XI-07, bring me a data spike now!
The trooper searches for the device, handing it to the officer. This commander, in question, had connections with COMPNOR and, if this information got out, bad blood would certainly ensue! However, as he about to jam the device into the main computer, the sounds of blasters being cocked were heard. Squad Alpha 6 turned quickly, thinking rebels had come, but immediately lowered their rifles at the sight of Death Troopers and an ISB officer. The ISB personnel looks questionably at the fellow officer who had a data spike in his hand. An eyebrow raised slightly at the sight.
=ISB Officer= A data spike, commander? Weren't our orders to secure everything in this building for Imperial Intelligence?
A bead of sweat falls down the Army officer's next with another falling down the back of his hair. How... how long had this squad been following his?! They didn't even hear footsteps, blaster fire, or anything! The Death troopers stood silently, their blasters still leveled as their greenish eyes look left and right at Alpha 6. Slowly, the other Stormtroopers began to move out of the way as the ISB officer approaches.
The ISB commander walks up and examines what his fellow ranking personnel was using the data spike for. His eyebrow arched once more as he turned to the commander of Alpha 6. Reaching into his breast pocket, a datachip was procured and inserted into the main computer. A few clicks and soon the data was being extracted.
=ISB Officer= Now, why on Bastion would you use a data spike on such valuable information, Commander?
=Alpha 6 Officer= I... I, well, I thought it would bring bad blood to the Empire, Sir.
The ISB commander shakes his head, reaching out to take the datachip that popped out. The fellow commander looks at the holo-screen, nothing was left. The computer had been completely wiped. The ISB officer shots the console, destroying any chance of the files, somehow, returning. Then the blaster pistol was pointed at the Army officer.
=ISB Officer= Squad Alpha 6, you will fall under my command for the remainder of this operation. Your commander will be escorted for interrogation to Imperial Intelligence Headquarters. Is that understood?
A unison 'Yes Sir!' was heard. These Stormtroopers were more loyal to the Empire than their commander or perhaps were wary of the Death Troopers that overshadowed them. The ISB officer's lips curled as the blaster pointed the direction that his fellow officer had to take.
=ISB Officer= Come along now, Commander. My superiors are quite interested in questioning you.

With the additional Legions and forces deployed from the Imperial fleets above, General Zahn was better able to co-ordinate the peace keeping offensive. Using the intel supplied to him by the ISB to direct other Legions and Commanders where they needed to be. By the end of this offensive, Zahn would ensure peace was brought to the Jewel of the Core and prove his worth to the Emperor. It was long and arduous work, but General Zahn remained at the front lines with his soldiers at all times. His distinct Imperial Officer's Armor marking him on the holo feeds that quickly started started streaming from various gang hideouts that were raided.
It was late into the night when they were clearing out one of the last hideouts for the day. Stormtroopers were leading the captured gang members out of the building as Zahn walked toward the gathered crowd. His gaze quickly spotting a well known reporter as she was recording a piece for the news. He lifted off his helmet and tucked it under his arm as he walked over, the news casters camera man motioning to her that Zahn was approaching. His hair clung to his head in a mattered mess, but he was unphased by his presentation right now as the reported turned to him Caroline Denvers of the Coruscant Galactic HoloNet News, and you are?
Zahn... General Thomas Zahn of the First Order Stormtroopers Corp...
Well, General Zahn, You and the First Order have been rather busy today, taking out alleged criminal hideouts. Care to comment on these actions? What would you say to someone that believes you are unjustly rounding up potentially innocent people to use as scape goats to better your standing with the people of Coruscant? and by extension, the Galaxy at large?
Miss Denvers, even you cannot be so blind as to have missed the necrotic effects these criminal gangs have had upon Coruscant. Much needed resources and supplies were cut off and controlled by these criminal organizations and the people were extorted for access to basic necessities such as food and water. The very law enforcement officers you trust to protect you, are on their payrolls. We are here to provide the much needed law and order that Coruscant has lacked since it was abandoned by those that claimed to adhere to freedom and peace. But these gangs and their corruption? That is what their supposed freedom and peace involve... The Republic, the Galactic Alliance, this... Coalition you hear of? They espouse this idea of freedom and political equality. But how often do politicians become corrupt and swayed by personal greed and power? We live in an unjust galaxy, and only the might of the First Order can bring justice. These men and women will all be provided their day in court to prove their innocence or guilt. I hope you will be there to see it all... Zahn slipped his helmet back on, leaving Caroline to finish her piece as he marched off with the rest of his men as they lead the last gang members out of the building and into a transport, to take them and drop them off at the holding location they had set up to process the mass amounts of gang members that were being collected

It took almost a month to deal significant damage to the culprits and root out the criminal elements of the planet. Even with tens of thousands of Stormtroopers, working hard to eliminate these malcontent and devious sources, the Empire still had quite a job to do with ensuring their destruction. As sectors of the ecumenopolis were liberated, garrisons were installed, order was set down, and Imperial Civil Services got to work with handling the population. Imperial propaganda followed as the Commissariat began to indoctrinate and stoke the flames of Imperial fervor within the hearts of the citizens. A vast majority welcomed these changes as it brought stability and peace, but plenty more shook their heads or went to the Underworld below. Whether people liked it or not, the Empire was here and they meant to stay.
As the final holdouts of the criminals were extinguished, new vessels arrived in system, bringing trade goods, materials, and other necessities to the planet. A good quantity of these out of system resources were sent not only to necessary facilities that produced power, food, and water for the planet, but also to the government buildings. The Imperial Palace, once the home of the Supreme Chancellor, was being rebuilt. The Senate Building, renamed the Imperial Central Administration, also got the attention of these resources. Lastly, the Jedi Temple was quartered off as the Emperor had plans to ensure it was cleansed and then rebuilt as a museum for the public. The Imperial Commissariat handled rallies that promoted the ideals of unity, peace, and stability while the Civil Services ensured the sick, wounded, and poor were looked after. All these actions aided in entrenching the Empire into the Queen of the Core. Efforts were made to revive the planet, its economy, and all. The First Order came here for a reason after all.
In the week or so following the various criminal organizations end, the Imperial HNN, brought over by the Empire, were bringing some interesting news to the populace of Coruscant. The Emperor had allowed this information to be known so the reports spoken were meant to improve the view of the First Order over the newly annexed planet. Representatives of the various Imperial sectors and oversectors, serving as a form of government alongside the top people of Coruscant, representing the community, the economy, and more. Meetings between these two groups, the Emperor, and High Command, resulted in new legislation and agreements. The HNN spoke of measures to re-establishing the economy, public currency, and trade for the planet, something welcomed after Coruscant's neglect. In addition, security measures were being agreed upon with the reformation of Coruscant's Security Force, alongside Imperial Stormtroopers. Following that, the news reported the official annexation of Coruscant into the Empire, more welcomed news. Yet, this whole build up led to the most recent report to the public: the Emperor had declared his intentions to move the capital from Muunilinst, in the Outer Rim, to Coruscant! It was a significant move by the Empire, one that further asserted their galactic dominance. A grand rally and celebration was being planned in which citizens were invited to witness.
Further details flowed in as the time got closer to the day of the rally. A number of high-ranking Imperials made appearances, doing their part for the Empire by speaking to the public through the HNN, a schedule arranged by the Commissariat as a means of propaganda. Details of the rally's location were revealed a week before the event. It was to take place in a new area, within the Senate District and outside of the Senate Building, called the Galactic Assembly, which was formerly utilized by the military of previous nations as a landing pad for warships.
