Just after the election of Supreme Chancellor Standash Thul, and hours before she was granted emergency powers.
=Senator Naberrie= Rising from the Galactic City and breaking through Coruscant's hazy atmosphere, Senator Alyse Naberrie's J-Type diplomatic barge entered space above the Republic's Capital, and rapidly accelerated away from the planet. Alyse stood on the edge of the bridge, stretching her neck to catch one last glimpse of the city-world, not realizing that this would be the last time she overlooked Coruscant while the Republic yet stood. There was a tremendous flash of light as the chrome plating caught the planet's sun, and then the ship vanished into hyperspace, carrying the representative home to tend to the fallout from the assassination that had occurred on Naboo's soil.

Though the path to their desired result had been somewhat unexpected, the Hapans were grateful that they had not needed to shed the blood of supposed innocents to see the gratifying end of the Republic come to fruition. With the newly elected Supreme Chancellor dissolving the Republic Senate mere heartbeats after she had taken the central podium tower, a silent cheer rang throughout the holds of the Sixty-three Battle Dragons anchored in orbit. The Queen, and by extension the Consortium thereafter, had ordered every pilot and soldier within the holds of the sixty-three Battle Dragons anchored high above Coruscant to keep their intentions shrouded in mystery. While there would be some that would regard the Hapan's involvement with some suspicion, it was unlikely those detractors would find any substantial or reliable evidence to connect their wild theories.
Nevertheless, as the Republic was dismantled and Coruscant itself remained peaceful with the - now official - transfer of power back to its governor, the Honour Fleet began departing from the City world. With a flicker of pseudo-motion, the warships of the Hapan Armada vanished into the azure depths of Hyperspace, followed swiftly after that by the Star Home (After the Queen and her Beloved had returned to its embrace.)

*A Crix-class assault shuttle from hyperspace, bearing the designation Forward Motion. Within were many Jedi and many more soldiers, all briefed on the potential threat that awaited them on the surface, but nevertheless, they were here on a mission: Purge whatever evil had taken hold of the Jedi Temple, that had been sealed there for too long now. It had yet to escape, but it needed to be destroyed; initially, a major drive for this mission was the fact that he refused to let some evil hold claim over such a symbolic bastion of the Jedi Order. But there were new thoughts in his mind relevant to this subject, ones that had to take time to form...
Navigating the skylanes was always the worst part of journeying to Coruscant; even with both Alliance and Jedi clearance, it was a tedious affair. This was one part of why he was grateful the Order no longer called the world home, nor did he intend to reclaim the Temple as such. He allowed himself a moment of levity to quip that this would perhaps be the most trying ordeal of the entire visit, though he knew that was hardly true. But at last, they broke free of the entryways and made their descent towards the planet, towards the Temple...*

Long after the Jedi craft handed for the planet, a ship would exit hyperspace, a Wayfarer-class medium transport, codenamed the Voidwalker. The ships bay, which could be used for two starfighters, was replaced with silent group of hooded warriors and black armored soldiers. The soldiers quietly checked their guns, knowing landfall would be happening shortly. Upon the bridge of the Voidwalker, the Crimson Lord, the Sith known as Darth Malvus, watched quietly as their sensors managed to detect the Crix-class Assault Shuttle they had followed from Caamas. Just as the Sith predicted.
He calmly gestures to the pilot, who gives an affirmative nod as the ship moves from its exit position and streaks down towards the planet. The ship was felt moving, causing the stances of the soldiers within the main bay to adjust at the trajectory changes. Malvus's dark eyes watched Coruscant quietly for a moment. He speaks to himself as they enter the atmosphere.
We will make the Jedi know of our return.

A single Nebulon-B frigate exits hyperspace near the edge of Coruscant's mass shadow, and makes a rapid inbound course through the traffic lanes towards the planet. If scanned, she would read as a Medical Frigate configuration, with the requisite lack of a full Nebulon-B weapons complement. Once in a stable orbital slot, the shuttles began their flights to the surface. Each would make several trips.
In reality, Taris was a troop transport. Without the need for medical beds, the ship could carry a small army worth of Mandalorian supercommandos. A regular Nebulon-B medical frigate had more than seven hundred and fifty beds. That allowed plenty of space for a thousand troops and their equipment. Space was at a premium, but nothing unlike what Mandalorians were used to in the cramped hold of a Tra'kad, or huddled inside a drop pod.
Covered as a private transport for those with medical requirements, Taris had no issue dealing with customs on civilized worlds like Coruscant and the other worlds of the Core. The ship had several dozen shuttlecraft able to ferry the "patients" directly to their destinations onworld without the need to use public transport. The rich and powerful, especially the sick ones, had many ways to avoid the entanglements, indignity and delay of things like security checkpoints and luggage searches. If your ID checked out, and the credits were paid to the correct bureaucrats, passage on-world could be much smoother.
And if each shuttle carrying a wealthy patient actually happened to be carrying a couple dozen Ori'rami'kade, well, no one in traffic control, planetary security, or officialdom, would be the wiser. Kaine Australis had ensured that each shuttle would go to a rented apartment with a private landing pad, the sort used by wealthy individuals who valued their privacy. In the end all it took was credits.
Within a couple of hours, two full battalions of Australis Clan commandos were on the world of Coruscant without firing a shot or alerting the planetary government to their presence. The false IDs and IFFs should be able to hold up to minor scrutiny, and investigation for at least two or three days to a week before any flags were raised, they'd been chosen carefully from among the wealthy individuals on well populated worlds with bloated bureaucracies that didn't do anything fast.
Once the shuttles finished their deliveries and returned to the vessel, Taris headed out of orbit, this time instead of heading outsystem, taking a leisurely course via Coruscant's moon Hesperidium, where several more deliveries would be made.

Arkan had taken great care in preparing for his arrival on Coruscant. The former Galactic Capital was still somewhere a pirate like him was not welcome, openly at least. He made sure that his fleet was prepared and out of communications and sensor range of the planet, by being several light years away. Then, at a very precise time, they activated the gravity well on the Agave-class Picket Ship. A few seconds later a civilian transport vessel was pulled from hyperspace and was faced with the might of the Rage Fleet. After a quick exchange of communications, the captain of the transport agreed to surrender to the pirates. He was threatened with total oblivion at the hands of a vastly superior force, he had no choice.
The Horror of the Rim docked with the transport and the civilian crew and passengers we disembarked, replaced with troops from the elite ranks of the Bloodrage Pirates and Arkan himself. The civilians had been promised safe passage to a nearby world in exchange for surrendering, they had been lied to. Once they had filed into the hanger, the pirates had them restrained and marched to the extensive system of holding cells. If they were lucky they would make it to the slave markets and sold to someone less cruel!
Arkan quickly had his crew taken control of the civilian vessel and un-coupled it from the Horror. The gravity well was deactivated as the transport pulled away from the rest of the fleet. The pirates had plenty of experience in hijacking civilian vessels and many were familiar with this type. Soon they engaged the hyperdrive and resumed their course for Coruscant.
Exiting hyperspace above the City-Planet, the pirates transmitted the landing codes in the ships computer and began the landing procedure. It had been noted that the transport was late but not be an unexpected margin. Arkan had chosen this particular vessel because it was scheduled to land in Galactic City, not far from the seat of government, exactly where he planned to go.

Coruscant's Orbit - Above the Senate District
Three flashes of light announce the arrival of the new planetary defences. A pair of Golan III stations and one heavy transport. The two Golan stations shed their one-use hyperspace cradles and glide into position with their maneuvering jets, taking position above Coruscant's Senate District. The heavy transport heads in closer to the planet and deploys three large objects, then returns outsystem and jumps back to hyperspace.
The three objects fall to the surface, their journey aided by a rapidly deploying array of parachutes.

Coruscant's Orbit, Aboard The YT-2400 known as The Renegade, inside the Cockpit.
As Jack sat up in his pilot's seat as his ship exited from hyperspace. There was only one thought on his mind, hopefully this favor for Mister Vao would be a nice and easy trip. Pick up the designated cargo for Vao in Docking bay 23, then contact Vao for the drop off point of said cargo. Now normally Jack wouldn't pick up any type of cargo without knowing what it was, but this was the exception to this rule of his. Jack proceeded to contact the Spaceport Authority so that he could land at docking bay 23 without any law enforcement showing up and trying to take the cargo.
"Control Tower this is Captain Morgan of The Last Hope.Jack paused as he flipped a switch that changed the transponder code.Requesting permission to land, I'm scheduled to pick up some cargo in Docking bay 23."
Jack waited for a response from the Control tower. As he waited he pushed the intercom button to contact his crew.
As soon as we landed I want to find the cargo for Vao and i want to it done very quickly, no reason to stay on this planet longer than we have to.
Just as he took his figure off the intercom button, the Control tower responded.
Last Hope, you are clear to land at Docking bay 23.
Jack gave a sigh of relief, he couldn't wait to be done on Coruscant.
The Renegade, Workshop.
Quinn hoped that no one could tell that he was nervous and if they did he hoped that they would chalk that up to being on coruscant and nothing else. He proceeded to make sure his blaster pistol was in working order he prayed that he would not have to use it.
The Renegade piloted by Jack headed towards Docking bay 23.

Coruscant's Orbit, Aboard The YT-2400 known as The Renegade
With Crowdarr still flying the ship Jack made his way from the Storage hold to the Lounge as that was where he could contact Voa for the location of the drop. As he walked through his ship he paused briefly at the quarters of now former crew member and once trusted friend. Jack still couldn't believe what had just happened. A Sector Ranger otherwise known as the lawman. Jack sighed and continued on his way. As Jack reached the lounge he walked over to the giant table and pressed a button. A holocamera from ceiling above the table appeared and it proceeded to scan Jack. Once it was finished Jack pressed a couple of other buttons on the table, this was to make sure the channel he was using was secured.
This Captain Morgan of the Renegade, hailing The Lawless Valor on a secure channel. We have the Cargo and are awaiting further instructions.
Once Jack had finished speaking he stood there waiting to hear from The Lawless Valor. He could only hope that they would respond soon so that he and Crowdarr could leave the core world and their traitorous crew member behind them. Jack also thought on what he was going to do he needed another crew member or maybe even two. Jack shook his head refocusing on waiting, there would be time to think on crew replacements later.

The Grey Unending shot out of hyperspace and into Coruscanbt's orbit. Romulus watched the bustle of activity around the planet's atmosphere. Even off the planet Coruscant was so lively.
As bright as always, this place.
Romulus' companion in the co-pilot seat, a human replica droid named Serina, turned in her chair to face him.
Well, we're here. Shall I bring her down?
Yeah, I need a drink.
The Grey Unending pointed it's nose downwards and zoomed towards the planet.

In the blink of an eye, a Lethisk-class armed freighter emerge from hyperspace and begun it’s approach. The black hull almost seemed to blend into the expanse of space save the red accents adorning its shell. It’s pace was steady and casual, no indication of purpose or mission. Those on board were coming to the planet with no real objective in mind.
Luxeria sat at the controls, watching the bluish realm of hyperspace fade away to bring forth the view of the home world. While her journey among the stars as a Sith had shown her new and amazing worlds, there was that sense of ease that came with seeing her own home. True that she had seen worlds that trumped Coruscant’s planet-wide city, it still held some wonder. She sat back and gazed upon the planet with a sigh. This was the second time she had been back since leaving to join the Sith three years prior, her last arrival being over a year and half ago. Coming back meant she was here to see her family so they didn’t grow too suspicious with all the time she spent away. But that wouldn’t be the case this. This occasion was about fun and relaxation.
She had been busy as of late, undertaking mission after mission. The previous two happened back to back and carried with them some intense battles against powerful surges of the Dark-Side. Such things easily took their toll and if she was to keep on like that, she needed a break. But she wasn’t alone. She glanced over to the female Zabrak in the copilot’s chair. She and Vasari had become good friends over the past couple missions, something she was actually glad for. It gave her someone to talk to and interact with since she typically kept to herself when training. She knew her friend needed just as much a break, and considering she had never left Iridonia until these missions, Luxeria thought it’d be fun to let her see the sights as well.
Glancing back to the planet, she smiled a bit. "So what do you think of my home?"

Vasari had approached this 'vacation' with no small amount of trepidation, while she was studying at the Academy on Iridonia there was downtime of course, time she spent alone in her room reading, or on occasion in the Library tucked away in her alcove far below the archives... reading, then of course the times she would go up to the skypads and sit and watch the sun set after reading. She had taken her studies there quite seriously and had kept to herself for the vast majority of the time, actively attempting to avoid anyone and anything that might draw attention to her. As they dropped out of hyperspace and she caught sight of the myriad of ships moving through the hyperspace lanes towards the luminous planet below her black pupils widened - the yellow of her irises shrinking into a small ring of fire around the darkness. Never in her life had she seen anything like it... Luxeria's comment barely registered as she leaned forward against the dash of the cockpits control panels attempting to find her voice.
"What are all those lights?"
She was talking of course about the lights from the buildings rising so far up from the surface of the planet they were perfectly clear to those still in high orbit. All she had scene on her approach to Kessel had been black... mustafar was fire... and all she had seen from Pzob was a dark mush colored green, but this... she had seen nothing like this before in her life. She arched her back slightly rising her head to see more. Due to her inclination for a warmer climate, the entire journey from pzob had seen her wrapped tightly in her cloak, with only her black armorweave chest wrap and the skirt she wore beneath - she owned no other cloths.
"All those can't be buildings... how many people live here?! why would they all live so close together! It would drive me insane!"

Luxeria giggled a bit at Vasari's amazement. It always seemed to be the norm among newcomers, the reality of the planet never truly sinking in. Then again, even she sometimes had a hard time grasping just how large the city actually was. "Yes, that's exactly what they are. The entire planet is just one big city, containing over a trillion people." She then shrugged slightly. "I suppose it is an acquired taste. I've never really thought much about it considering I was born and raised here. Still, I do prefer worlds like Kuat, Eriadu, and Kesh. Civilized, yet enough nature and room to have some peace."
For a few moments, she thought back on the life she had lived. Used to be the good girl in a good family. Rich, humble enough to not let it go to their heads. And even as she grew older, her wealth did little to turn her heart dark. No, its was the attention she got from her beauty that did that. She found that when she could have anything by asking family, it didn't mean much in the long run. Yet, to convince another to give you what you desired, to have them do all that you wished of them, that was another matter entirely. It was that power, the power of seduction and manipulation that really made her feel as if she had the world at her fingertips. It was what she believed power to be, and even to this day, she believed it. The message from the holocron she found back on Mustafar only solidified that belief.
But she had also learned that not all fall so easily to her beauty. The one man she came to find genuine interest in showed none for her. When he walked away, the birth of her power came, the revelation of the Force was awakened within her. She only desired more power, the power to better manipulate those too weak to resist, and to dominate those that could. That was the truth that led her to this point.
She then smirked a little bit as she turned her head slightly to her friend. "Down there, you can find nearly anything. From stores of all kinds, to entertainment, to food, and luxury, nearly everything that exists out in the galaxy can be found right here. And if it can't, those that know how to get it are."
