Accepting the chip Zed held it in his left hand. There wasn't much storage to be had in a radiation suit.
My thanks Master Jedi. By the looks of where we landed members of your order came back and took what they could with them after the siege. You might find friends on Felucia or Corellia.
Although Zed had heard of Jedi on Umgul he doubted that any from here had made there way there. It was too small, to close knit. Any Jedi that had survived the intervening years would likely have gone on to the other to bastions for their order.
There is nothing more for you or anyone here.

Zuli turned to face the vault Ned had pointed out..
"I can open it, as could you. But I would not get your hopes up.." Zuli said as he rounded the desk making his way towards the vault.
The Jedi titan gripped on to one of the protruding pieces of the door's ornate front. He leant backwards and pulled hard. Initially the door didn't budge. Zuli placed his right foot on the outer edge on the wall as a brace. He pulled again, a groan, a creak, followed by a metallic clunk. The locking mechanism was not engaged after the evacuation. The vault door slowly eased free from the frame. Swinging slowly free from years of decay and damage from the incident years ago..
Zuli moved to the inside edge of the door as soon as there was enough space. He pushed his back against the vault door and opened it to around half way. Plenty of space for beings to walk in and out. He turned his helmet mounted torch to full and illuminated the inside of the vault..
Save for a few sheets of flimsy. It was empty..
"As I expected, protocol was followed. Once the students and Younglings are safe, the vaults are cleared to preserve the Holocron contents and the knowledge they contained.."

As Zuli moved over to open the vault, Ned moved in to position to help the Jedi force open the door. Despite the metallic protestation, it was finally opened far enough for them to enter into the massive room beyond. He stepped through the opening and examined the mostly empty space. While he had tried to not be too hopeful that they would find anything within the vault. There was still a small bit of disappointment as he examined the sheets of flimsy It would appear they cleared out rather thoroughly...

Zuli turned to look at Ned briefly as he entered and looked over the sheets of flimsy. As the man spoke, the disappointment was clear in his voice..
"If I'm able to find my people, I will find the archives too. Perhaps that would be an opportunity to contact you and give you an opportunity to join me and study?"
The Jedi Titan turned fully to face Ned..
"However regardless of your choice, I will still look out for your daughter. If I find her, what would you have me tell her?"
There was the ever present sense of optimism evident in Zuli's words. He wondered how long it had been since this father had seen his child. Parenthood had not been a part of Zuli's life, having spent the vast majority of it as a Jedi, on the run or in battle. Raising a family had never been a realistic concept. This would be the reason Zuli held his Jedi family so dearly, despite attachment being forbidden in the old order..

Ned placed some of the sheets back that he was examining, weighing up the Jedi Master's offer. It may prove beneficial down the road for the Jensaarai to have a working relationship with at least some Jedi. Especially since the two Orders seemed to have similar goals where the First Order was concerned. It was the second part that he had to consider a little more carefully. Far too many years had passed since he had last seen her I will be sure to keep your offer in mind, should you ever reach out again... As to what to tell her... Let her known that I love her, and that I never gave up trying to find my way back to her...

Outside the Archives, Jake Solo, unofficial leader of the DragCorp Industries caravan that had taken up temporary residence at the Praxeum grounds, tugged on a set of chains recently plasma welded to the archive doors by one of the tinker rats. Like most of the caravan employees, the NJ3 was wearing a Jedi robe he pilfered from the ruins, finding them to be both stylish and utilitarian in design. Once he was certain the chains were properly attached, he plucked his personal comlink device off his belt and turned it on. All set on our end, Tweakers. Let the boys in the MTT know they are good to hit the throttle. He said, addressing his ranat personal assistant on the comm channels other end, who was currently outside the temple ruins sitting on his haunches beside a purple painted multi-troop transport. The Captain's hench-vermin gave the drivers the thumbs up, who pressed forwards on their accelerator, causing the large repulsor craft to lumber forwards at a slow rate. It picked up full speed by the time the chain had used up all its available slack, which snapped taught as the MTT reached the end of its rope and a few tons of pressure were applied to the vault doors. At first those doors held firm, but eventually dust and mortar spilled loose from between ancient stone and the whole multi-slabbed segments crumbled inwards as the door was pried free, torn by the frame out of its housing where it dragged along the ground for several meters before sliding to a stop. The second the pressure slackened on the MTT, its driver eased off the throttle and put the vehicle back in park.
Coughing as a cloud of dust was loosed, Jake waved a gloved hand in front of his face, clearing the air in front of his mouth and nose until that obscuring veil had resettled on the ground. Taking the lumen-torch from his belt, the genetically engineered human entered the room and looked around. His face split into a scowl as he observed a very large and very empty archive. "Huh." He scratched his head, uncertain what he had expected to find, but fairly sure it wasn't this. At minimum he was hoping to find something they could sell to offset the losses from the recently shut down spirit-ichor refinery on Dathomir. Circling the room twice, the Captain was about to call it a quits and move on, when he spied something missed by whoever had cleared out the room. Bending down, Jake picked a fat book off the floor, which turned out to be nothing more than a standard run of the mill Jedi encyclopedia. He opened up the front cover to discover an inscription written inside.
To Jago with love, Yours forever, DMS.
Jake closed the book and returned it to the floor. "Well, alright then." Shaking his head, the convoy chief took up his comlink once more and called back Tweakers. The vaults a dud, but there is enough empty space in here that the Gamorreans could use it for a larder. All the jungle road kill they've been stringing up is starting to smell. If we could keep it all contained to one area, I'm sure our noses will be all the more grateful for it. Taking one last look around the room, the Captain headed out the door and back towards the main concourse of the temple.
