No, it just wasn't the kind of post I expected to see from you...but you tend to surprise us when we need you most.
Is Mike the Jedi we need, but not the Jedi we deserve? LOL

No, other way around, not the one you need but the one you deserve. haha.
Besides if I didn't toss out a surprise here and there I wouldn't have as much fun watching all of the shocked faces.

For those of you who will be coming to help us at Kuat, I feel I should probably suggest that someone on the Jedi side should make sure the Jedi going know what they are getting into. Perhaps those going get a dossier that contains the following information: 1. Dark Tide is a darksided socio-economical political faction. That it is lead by a Sith is happy coincidence. The original leaders were unaligned darksiders and/or considered themselves Dark Jedi. 2. Dark Tide has been responsible for attacks on Honoghr, Lianna and Csilla. 3. Sinistra is a well-known Sith Lord who has a penchant for diplomacy and politics. She has appeared on the holonet before denouncing the Jedi Order as warmongering profiteers, using previous DT conflicts to drum up support for their regime as those attacks were initiated by Iniquitous who was later revealed to be a Jedi. 4. Sinistra has never been formally referred to as Lady anywhere. It has never been a part of any title, nor any station she has attained. 5. Her dossier would contain the following positions: Jen'ari of Kashyyyk Academy; General of the Mid Rim for the New Sith Order; Banrion hOglaigh na Iarndoideanna (High Queen of the Iron Fists); Military Executor of the New Imperial Remnant with Cygnus Tarkin; Dark Tide, Lord of Atrocity and Accounting; Supreme Lord of Dark Tide following the departure of Iniquitous and the failure of Maximus on Coruscant. 6. Her transgressions against the Jedi and Republic are no secret as she has been recorded on security footage of the following in no particular order: sacking the Jedi Temple on Ojom, attacking a Jedi weapons depot on Hok, attacking the Jedi Temple on Coruscant (where she was captured and imprisoned by the Jedi, only to eventually escape), attempting to rob a museum on Lianna leading to a massive attack by the Dark Tide later, and ordering and carrying out the genocide of the native population of Jabiim. Most of the above things are on the boards of 1.5 with the exception of her imprisonment as it was a JotW but counts for her in uni. How some of the Jedi have no idea who she is baffles me.

As far as I know no one specifically said they had never heard of you/ knew about you.... But that's nether here nor there. Even though Sin's infamy is well known next time I post I'll send that sort of info to everyone, since I think it would be fun to hack all your datapads. Haha

I'm sure Jerek could back me up on this one, but wouldn't it be better that a Shadow somewhat already possess that information? Perhaps he could mention that in the spire after she made the call for help? Add to the distrust that seems to be brewing?
Just an idea.

Check Zalor's post about looking her up because he didn't know who she was and not finding very much information on her. Who is a Shadow.
I facepalmed. Really. Just saying.

Zalor doesn't know who she is because he's spent close to three years on a remote moon on the edges of the Outer Rim. While the Jedi Shadows database would probably have all this information, Zalor himself doesn't.

He has a point, but that being said none of this knowledge would really require a shadow to know, it's pretty common stuff.

If any Jedi Shadow, Zalor especially, is going to be working closely with one of the most dangerous and notorious Sith in the galaxy, it's kind of important to know who that said Sith is.
I did mention in that post that the Enclave on Endor would have the information Sinistra gave, Zalor himself didn't have that info on him. OOC, I don't know Sinistra that well. IC, I could say that it was all probably classified or on a need-to-know basis.

The problem with it being classified is that it's all pretty common knowledge and nothing really secret. It's stuff that the order at large would probably have access to.

Maybe we should consider blowing up a few systems in the Outer Rim, Lord.

Adi at least knows -of- Sin. I believe they met a long time ago on one of Icey's "Family" meetings that ATD called. Regardless, I need to know who all from the Jedi on Coruscant wants to come to Kuat. Mike has assigned Adi the military aspect of the Jedi fight, and I wanted to see who wanted to come with him.
Troops and fleets would be appreciated, but not expected. Speaking of that, where are we with the Republic as far as standing? Are we able to request they send aid as well? Do we have people on that yet?

As far as militaristic things and whatnot, the only thing I'm bringing is myself, and I'll be seeing some independent action with jud defending the evacuation landing pad for the city so I won't be initially be going there with fighting in mind. With that in mind as long as the rest of you don't care I was hoping to go in initially with the intent of working with the sithy people as kind of a buffer between the two groups. A little bit of administrative "well if they kill me it's not like I was important" stuff.
As for the republic, we aren't their favorite people but I believe they still like us enough to let us at least ask for their help. As for that I believe that Eli will be taking care of the requestering and all of that.

I have some things in place, pending the approval of Republic support for Kuat.
Unless we don't get that. Either way.
