Atia, you're working WITH Xeo on this, and there's one big piece of the puzzle you're getting confused on:
You have control of me, not my crew. Like I said, I'm not with them, they have their own things to do, including looking for me.
If they find me, or come in contact with me, you've just given us both what we want. So keep us apart, or else the gig is up. You and Xeonon S. have an abundance of incriminating evidence on my crew, but that's not to get them to do your bidding, it's only to be used as leverage against me to keep me in line. I don't do as you say, you kill my crew. They are blissfully unaware of this. Like I said, read page two of the Pesktda thread. Use the model of intimidation and control over me that Sinistra was using, and I'll do as you ask. If you keep the threat of their death over my head, it's about the only way to keep me in line. Lose that, and I'll immediately make a break for it.
So you and Xeo can decide amongst yourselves what it is I am going to do, and then contact me directly to do it. You can place the crew under surveillance if you like, but they're smart. If they 'make' you, the gig is up.

If you want my advice, which you may not, then you won't waste your time collecting real intelligence on the rest of the crew, for a number of reasons. 1) Fel has no way of verifying whether your dirt on his crew is real or not, so long as you make it convincing. 2) You run the significant risk of tipping your hand and having us notice your activities. 3) If Fel knew what we were really doing, not only would it give him hope, but he might try to find a way to bring us to the same place at the same time. Whereas if you feed him depressing news, then he will be more compliant, and even if he isn't compliant, he won't know where to find us.
When I asked her about it months ago, Sinistra told me that the "incriminating evidence" she was using wasn't necessarily accurate, because it didn't need to be.

I did read Pesktd, and did send a PM to fel about it (wink wink nudge nudge)
Ido understand the hold on fel, I also understand that fel suddenly gets a new handler he knows nothing about, the handler needs to introduce himself. Not everyone can be the emperor...
I also DO run a shady transortation company, and do need shady transportation services done, beside the highly dangerous and (Quoting sin from Imperial Inteligence ministry) "Suecidal" mission Fel is running. In short, if you guys want work nd upkeep to look for fel (having a ship is demanding and expensive) I could give some jobs out... especially since I have a bateman on cloud city. Not to mention, I could hold an eyer on you that way.
valstrol and xeo? sure, I just only heard peeps from em lol.

it was a weapons shipment, and it is going to corulag.
I kinda can guess what that was all about, because I happen to have an agent on Corulag, Number 4. The plan there was to arm the local imp symphatisers and let erm.... democracy take its course. Only problem is, not only sin left, but also the local Corulag Rper, leaving Number 4, that is me... allthough, there was a plan, and it can still be done.
the plan there inlcuded shaming the local republic goverment, gaining more imp support, letting democracy (actual democracy) take its course as the Imps fix the Number 4 coused for the republic, in turn Juvex import export gets a bit of business... and the imps get a new army from that business... and join the empire.
all because of the Fel crew doing some transporting...

The problem Number 4 is creating is not done with weapons, but spice.
Where could Mr Bateman contact Fel? He kinda needs to go to Kessel to take up some crates and then go to corulag. Nasley, the corulag RPer got a bit tired of waiting for his weapons, so he RPed them allready on the planet, and it has by then been distributed. NPC magic....
I can write Bateman contacting Fel, with new instructions, then off to kessel?

roger. Would the ship your Bespin crew uses be in the files Sin has on you? I mean, even if customs do not flag it, would it come up on Batemans interest list, the Bateman that is on Bespin? (There are several of them) what liya said kinda works on me as a.... challange Plus, I would have Bateman make a point to Fel, mainly that his new handler may not be sith, nor emperor, but is just as god damned dangerous.

If you're asking about the Red Cred, it's a clean registry. It wouldn't set off any flags unless you were specifically looking for that ship. Oz basically did a hard reset on it when they were on the Independence.
Edit: Arshak did the same thing when they left Ryloth too, so it's like... Super clean slate of perfect normalcy.

Yes, but if he actually was looking for it, like, a standing order "If you see The Red Cred, this is the following orders you are to.... blah blah" would it at least flag for him? Bateman on bespin, that is?

No. There is no way for you to know it's new name or registry at this point. We literally just finished establishing our new cover. I believe you would, however, know about The Unfair Advantage and probably the Millennium Eagle -- which is why we're keeping those ships out of sight. Edit: Please stop looking for ways to involve the rest of us prematurely. We have our own story to write first. There will be plenty of time for shenanigans after we finish with the Syndicate

Re. Red Cred, and the Bespin (for that matter, any/all Fel crew-members) the standing orders would be surveillance from a very safe, no-chance-of-failure distance, and no, repeat NO interference or contact. The key to Fel's control is to have power over him, and that power is the threat of his crew's demise. If you tip the crew off, the operation fails and you'd be forced to kill them all. And we want to save the Imperials-coming-at-us-with-everything-they've-got part of the story for another time. Several months from now. So watch them, sure. But don't tip them off, or they'll a) make your life hell, and you'll lead them to me, and the time for that isn't right yet. Everyone in my crew needs to finish their stories before that happens. No rushing. GF

Yeah... Bespin is literally the first visible stop the Red Cred is making since it came into the crew's possession (Indy doesn't count because nobody else can get surveillance or records from her), so there's no way for anyone not already on the crew to know about it ('cept Oz, of course).

Additionally, you have two Serenno intelligence agents aboard, one dealing in Intelligence, and the other in Counter-intelligence...not to mention one of those agents - Dante - is plain bonkers in the paranoia area of things. You'll have to be reaaaalllllyyyyyyy careful...because they'll notice anything short of professional work. Especially once Dante has his priorities taken care of.

I'm just telling it like it is Atia. (And Xeo too, if you're reading this) these players are smmmmaaaarrrt. Dante said it best. Play smart, professional surveillance only, or they'll take you to task on it.

ok, sorry to be ambiguius (sorry if this is not the spelling, been too lazy to install a spellchecker... will do soon)
Ever since I started out on the site, I have seen that intelligence, spy stuff is kinda hard to come by. To do well. I decided to try it, and give a frackload of work into doing it well, without claiming information from OOC knowledge, but goddamnit, claiming it IC wherever I can. Its mostly joining RPs with NPC agents, giving some and taking some, like any RP. But, it happened so that I have an agent on a place where chars of interest are, and shit, this sounds like an awesome chance to write some Spy stuff. Also, since you guys are a threat to my hold over Fel, I would wery much like to know what you good lot are up to IC. Plus, If I ever needed you to be dangling in front of Fels eyes through a snipers scope just to make him stay in line, I would know where you are.
The reason for why I have to take over the reigns are unfortunate, for many reasons. But, every cloud has a silver lining, and god damnit, what I have read so far from you guys gets me in the mood to ask.... Why in hell havent I written with you people before? Yeah, play it smmmmaaaarrrrrrttt... thats the fun part. Lets rock and roll on that.
So, to explain: If I would have known the plan (Sins plan, or just the SL outline in general) and my part in it, I would have set out an IC alert for the rest of the fel crew. Not the kind were they get arrested on the spot, because that would have been a douche move from an OOC standpoint too, but the kind where the NPC customs officers say "Hey, Johnny, there is a note about this ship in the register... it says, 'send report to 555-BAD-GU-Y!'". Something along those lines... and send an agent to do just what GF suggested. Survalance. Plus, since you guys are criminal transporters, and want to, I could suggest criminal transports to do, if you like.
So, to ask again. We have established that the Empire and Imperial intelligence (huhu pun) doestn know about the Red Cred, but would they know some of the Red Creds crew?(like the files sin and I guess now Batemans have on them, dangling it in front of Fel) WOuld they pop up in a public security camera and a facial recognition software flag them with above mentioned alert?

Yes. That is one thing Sin does have. Dossiers on every one of my crew (though there are at least two members of the crew whose dossiers are nameless. Wade, for instance, and maybe Dante?) so yes, as far as who is in the crew, what they're wanted for (and where) and what their description and specialties are, Sinistra knew that. She was very well informed.

Wade's dossier would also say he's dead. And it wouldn't include a picture, pretty much just a placeholder designation (instead of a name) and a list of people he was suspected to have killed (including Dante's family, unless that was a different character of his. It's so hard to remember).

Liya's dossier would be almost completely blank for anything beyond about 3 years ago. Name, age, generic reference to Epicanthix military service, and that's about it. Her actual past has been buried very deeply. You'd need to go to Panatha to uncover it -- and I don't want it uncovered just yet. There's also a computer virus on all Panathan government systems that would warn her if anyone tries. You would probably have recent photos and security footage from anywhere we've visited as the Fel Crew, provided of course that you have agents on those planets. Before that, shes just a simple farm girl from the back side of nowhere -- or is she?
