Franz smiled warmly to Elika before chuckling when she bumped his shoulder. He had to admit it really felt nice to be here, even if he had assumed Lucy's position, it did not feel like a chore and he actually did not feel like a bodyguard so to speak. He had Atlantis to thank for that, his adopted cousin always knew when people needed a break, Franz had to admit it even if he never showed it per se, Atlantis just knew. Not a lot knew what really happened a couple of weeks ago, what happened to him, the things he might have found out or failed to doing. He had to live with that but that was a story for another time and he clearly did not want to turn the mood sour right now especially when Elika was happy just like Crystal and Lily.
"Home sweet home, or at least, home away from home. Nothing will ever beat that especially when you are correctly surrounded." Franz replied nudging her back with a warm smile before he ordered another cup of coffee while the waitress cleared their plates. Although something shocked him so to speak, it caused him to look at Elika playfully and dubiously. "You are turning down a cup of coffee?" He asked with a joking shocked tone before nodding a few times and looking at her two housemates. "Should I blame the both of them for tempting you into the wild side?" He was joking that was a fact but for however long he could remember, Elika always drank coffee and sure she would drink from time to time some wine or any beverages like say namana but her turning down coffee, just shocking.
Judging from Lily's tone about that supposedly quiet evening, he could tell that it was going to be far from quiet. Franz looked upwards as if he was praying for his own dear life. "I really have a bad feeling about this." He shuddered jokingly before laughing lowly at the thought on how this evening is actually going to turn out. "It's fine really, I am going to be fine... I hope." Looking at Elika with an amused expression before grinning.
"Maybe even before that evening starts." Franz looked at Lily with an amused expression when Elika stated that she was flexible too. He felt like he was definitely going to be doomed tonight and he really might need back up. To think that indeed Lily really was going to make that bikini fantasy happen, that was just amusing...

"Love you too." I tell Crystal and Elika equally with a warm smile. Even if I have known Crystal for a long time now and Elika relatively recently, I am very sincere about that statement. How can I not be? I rarely lie anyways and I just know for a fact since I am me, that I usually pretty much tell people if and when I do not like them or if they are bugging me. It's not really something I can explain clearly but I just love them both like they are sisters to me. It's just how I am ...
"Innocent here." I state quite seriously to Franz when he asks if he should blame Crystal and I for Elika's trip to the wild side, although I don't believe that statement of mine and end up making a face ... "Okay, maybe not but," Looking at Crystal briefly with a faint grin. "Elika has known her far longer than me, so my influence there is only a minimum." Showing a quarter of an inch with my index and thumb fingers before reiterating. "Really minimal. Definitely Crystal's fault."
Gasping soon enough when Elika actually places a bet on how long I would last without Ryan tonight after Crystal's question, I huff before adopting a fake hurt expression looking at Elika before pretending to sob. "You are betting now?" I ask her pretending to be shocked even if I am not, but still it's fun and I am having fun. Clearing my throat and shaking my head with a faint chuckle before rolling my eyes playfully. "You are on, gorgeous." I tell her with a mischievous tone before glaring playfully at Franz who adds his own bet. "You too, and no tricks." I warn him playfully, since I am sure that he is quite capable of that considering that from what I have seen Franz looks definitely more at ease and he is joking more than when I saw him earlier.
Focusing my attention onto Elika after noticing Crystal's dubious expression, I purse my lips and incline my head in agreement. "To being flexible." I raise my cup of coffee in a toast before taking a sip of it and tilting my head from side to side. I do have a plan, and I know that I should do it no especially if I do want for that thing of mine to happen. Should be doable, right? I have the afternoon off. "I need to do some shopping." I finally say as I lower my cup and look at Crystal slyly and then back to Elika. "I need a new bikini and other stuff." Other stuff, no not really but I definitely do need a new bikini, oh wait ... "Ah yes, and suncream and sunglasses and a hat."

Crystal had to control her laughter. She was biting her lower lip and thankfully she wasn't drinking anything right now because that would really be dramatic. It really felt so good, just to be here and not worry about a single thing. She knew that she was with some of the people she just loved being with. To think that Elika had been gone for a while, and Franz too was gone momentarily, it felt like nothing had changed at all. The jokes were there, the laughter, just everything that made her have a good time. She did not need to be at a fundraiser, she clearly did not need to be in a formal setting but just here for lunch in between friends.
"Oh, hey, hey, heeeey..." Crystal began with a faint laughter when Lily said that she was apparently the one to blame for Elika's supposedly trip to the wild side, one that involved wine and her turning down a cup of coffee. "I actually resent that, baby girl." She said quite seriously or as seriously she could right now considering that she knew that she still wanted to laugh. "As far as I am aware of, I am not the one who continuously stock up our cellar with Blossom Wines. So," Nudging Lily teasingly. "That is all on you."
Rolling her eyes playfully before shaking her head, Crystal looked at her childhood friend with amusement before looking back at Elika and Franz and looking upwards. Finishing her wine and accepting her cup of coffee in return, Crystal toasted to the being flexible part and pursed her lips again due to what all of them were saying or had said. This was going to really be an unquiet evening...
It appeared though that Lily had a plan and that was to go shopping for a bikini and other stuff. "Definitely relentless and you can also see that retention is her strong suit." She told Elika exasperatedly before rolling her eyes again and shaking her head. Picking up her cup of coffee and drinking it this time, she just knew that she would have to be prepared for tonight and even if Franz did say that he had a bad feeling about this jokingly. Somewhere deep inside of her she was thinking that he definitely had no idea.
"Or about your purchases, we could also take care of that tomorrow but if we do buy your bikini, I'll have to make a detour too to TaSpa! and book us in for tomorrow with the whole relaxation package." Crystal said thoughtfully before grabbing her datapad from her bag to check how far it was and she made a face considering that it was definitely far from where they were. "It's far from here." She thoughtfully said before looking in Elika's direction this time considering that for this, she could potentially be the tie breaker. "Home or bikini purchase/ TaSpa!?"

Nodding with an amused smile when Franz evinces surprise that she would turn down a cup of coffee, Elikapeka says, "It happens once in a great moon, and after laughing at the exchange between Franz, Crystal, and Lily regarding where the blame for her alleged walk on the wild side might be assigned, raises her hand and says, As the individual in question, I believe I'm uniquely qualified to settle the debate, then clears her throat, looks from Crystal to Lily as though weighing her decision carefully, and then states with exaggerated seriousness, They're both in the clear actually; I, and I alone, am responsible for my choice in beverages as well as for which side I walk on, should someone, she glances at Franz with an arched eyebrow, elect to ascribe a side to the choice of beverage."
Leaning over towards Franz when he playfully laments that he has a bad feeling about the evening ahead, Elika pats his hand and whispers to assure him, "Don't worry, I'll protect you . . . pausing before adding teasingly with a mischievous wink, as much as I can at any rate."
Laughing with a nod when Lily confirms that Elika has wagered on whether or not the evening passes without a certain someone being summoned, Elika looks over towards Crystal when she cites Lily's shopping plans as further evidence of her relentless nature, shrugging with an amused smile to silently say what can you do when Crystal rolls her eyes with a shake of her head. When asked to weigh in on the motion concerning whether Lily's proposed shopping trip should be undertaken now or tomorrow, Elika purses her lips in thought and considers the matter a moment before pointing out teasingly, "We are talking about our relentless, flexible, and cynical friend, so we may as well just admit defeat and let beautiful have her way. We can grab an airtaxi, do the shopping and then make the reservations for tomorrow."

Franz lifted his hands as if to say fair enough while he smiled at Elika's reply. At least she really was having fun, and Lieutenant Lyn's observations and analysis were indeed correct. Elika was here planet side with people she considered close friends, so really what could go wrong with that? In relation to that, so was he and he perfectly enjoyed their company right here especially with their back and forth on who was to blame. Franz couldn't help but to chuckle at that before looking at Crystal and Lily in particular. "Now I know that you two are really with my cousins." The blame tossing, Franz couldn't exactly tell who that originated from, whether it was Ares or Ryan or even Atlantis and Andros, but fact was, Franz was really in a familiar territory, one that he was used to.
Looking back at Elika when she actually took all the blame, Franz pursed his lips with a teasing expression. "Are you just saying that because you do not want to face," Glancing briefly at Lily, he knew that whenever a debate broke out or just when it came to just convincing whoever, she often than not came up as the winner. "An argument with your in-house counselor?" Franz was joking that was a fact and clearly he had heard that for nearly every arguments, she always came out with a counter-argument. He only had to think about the previous talks.
Tilting his head on the side when he heard Elika's whispered statement, that was then and there where he actually laughed before shaking his head playfully. "That is the second time, if I recall perfectly, that you bestow your protection on me." He nudged her gently as he definitely remembered that evening when she somewhat protected him from Atlantis' slap and Crystal's punching and it did follow by several namanas. "Although, your mischievous expression troubles me." He narrowed his eyes in her direction because somehow he felt that she was up to something too. Right, three for one, that was like the deadliest combination he could be in, hence why he definitely shuddered at the prospect.
Well then, it sounded like the next plan once they got out of here was bikini purchase and TaSpa!, okay then although... He shook his head and looked at the three of them equally. "Airtaxi, not necessary..." Franz removed his napkin from his lap and stood up from his seat. "Stay here for a moment and I shall return in a few minutes." He looked at all of them and this time in particular Crystal since she was the sole sensitive woman at this table and he inclined his head slightly before he walked out of the diner to got get his airspeeder back at the MG HQ parking lot.
He was quick about it and it took him ten minute tops until he returned by the diner and let the airspeeder sit there for a moment as he dug the cloth from beneath his seat but did not wear it, instead he just held it in his hand momentarily with his eyes closed. He guessed he should warn Crystal that he was there, but he hopped out of the airspeeder and made his way back to the diner

"Like you wouldn't have done the same," Poking my tongue out at baby girl before winking at her and looking back at Elika with a very serious expression. "Besides, it's her favorite wine, and I only have her best interests at heart." I say in a matter-of-factly tone before listening to gorgeous settling the debate nodding at her statement. "I rest my case." Winking playfully at Elika before looking at Franz with an amused expression as he says that he clearly knows that Crystal and I are dating his cousins. I have indeed noticed that Ryan and Atlantis love to toss the blame to one another for fun, and I really cannot help but to laugh softly at that because he is right in what he is implying, Crystal and I might have taken their habits too ...
Weighing the pros and cons about my plan to actually do the shopping now or tomorrow and even though it's a little far from here, I still want my bikini and besides, "I need my bikini for tomorrow too ..." I tell her as if my life depended on it and I complete that statement with a pout. Soon though that pout turns into a smile when Elika sides with me, I let out a sigh of relief but that is just for show, like always, because from time to time I am being dramatic and it's fun. And it'll kill the time until we get back home, anyways. The prospect of making a detour at TaSpa! is quite welcoming too, that should be fun. "Yes, and besides, I do indeed to win my bet and the more we are doing stuff, the more I will stop thinking about calling Ryan later."
Arching my eyebrow when I hear Franz say that the airtaxi isn't necessary, I just watch him standing up and then informing us that he shall return in a few. Okay, then ... Watching him go, I still cannot help but to smile at the fact that he really seems to have relaxed. "He seems to have relaxed or at least, I am glad to be seeing him that way." I say to no one in particular because it is a fact, Crystal has told me before that he was actually quite the joker and he always was the first one to make people laugh no matter what the situation was. Despite the seriousness I have observed earlier, the moment we stepped here, he seemed to have relaxed. Jedi, never too talkative about themselves but at least they still know how to have a good time ...
"Right," Hailing the waitress after drinking my cup of coffee so that I ask for the bill, I grab my purse and look at the multitude of credit chips before making a face, instead of bringing that out and paying with those, I pull out my credit card to settle the bill. "Remind me to go to the bank sooner or later, please." I need to change these chips into a higher value and just donate it because frankly the whole getting paid to bring the love letters from my department to Lana and use those for our lunch or dinner, just unacceptable to me. Paying for the whole bill after the waitress returns with the bill, I hand her one of the credit chips as a tip and thank her. "Shall we head out?"

"Uh huh..." Crystal replied with uncertainty although she was just joking that showed with her smile. "Best interests at hear, aren't you just the sweetest thing, baby girl?" Chuckling softly after her rhetorical statement, she focused her attention onto Elika and Franz as the latter declared that he should be blaming them but the former pretty much cleared hers and Lily's name. She couldn't help but to actually chuckle at his comment for her dating Atlantis and Lily dating Ryan. Nodding faintly with an amused smile because she perfectly knew what he meant, she just shrugged nonchalantly. "Definitely blame Atlantis and Ryan for that."
Soon enough though her complete and undivided attention was focused onto Franz when his gaze was onto her. It seemed like he trusted her to warn him of any imminent danger, if indeed there was one, and seeing that he still indeed took his job seriously, why would she refuse anyways, so she blinked once to confirm his unspoken request. It was only when he had left did she backtrack in her mind to remember Elika's statement. "It's so depressing to admit defeat all the time with her." Crystal said teasingly before glancing at Lily with an amused expression. "It's like no matter what you say or do, it can be held against you." She made a face at that and nudged her childhood friend teasingly. "What was I thinking when you actually became my friend?" Laughing softly before rolling her eyes playfully, she was kidding, that was for sure, after all, Lily was just Lily and she loved her that way.
Besides, she always had her back, like Crystal will always will... That was undeniable.
Looking over to where Franz had gone, she smiled warmly and nodded to confirm Lily's statement. "That he did and I am very glad that Atlantis actually thought of him to take over Lucy." Smiling warmly before glancing back at Elika with a dubious expression she asked. "Speaking of Lucy, what do you think she'll be doing during her unexpected vacation?" Crystal could only speculate on that fact, that was for sure, since she didn't really know the Lieutenant that much but she was certain that one way or another, she might be relaxing and who knew? Maybe with that certain Kiffar...
"Will do." Crystal nodded faintly at Lily's request before adding on. "Or we could make that another detour, if we have enough time." Considering that Lily was the kind to take her time while shopping, Crystal knew that she had listed a few items but Lily always got out with far more things than she actually wanted originally. She placed her hand onto Lily's forearm and looked at her momentarily. "We should probably wait for him to come back." Crystal said thoughtfully before raising her eyebrow dubiously. "Unless you meant to just wait for him outside?" Sometimes she definitely had to make sure with her childhood friend because she could twist any phrasings into multiple ways. "If that is the case, sure, why not?" Glancing at Elika to get her input on that, she glanced at her friend with a dubious expression.

Shaking her head vigorously when Franz suggests that Elikapeka might have thrown the argument out of fear of facing her litigious housemate's legal acumen, Elika asserts firmly, "No, no fear here my dear. Simple honesty, and then shrugs an it's true shrug before sipping her wine. Smiling when Franz recollects that it is not the first time that she has placed him under the mantle of her protection, Elika arches an eyebrow in mock offense when he notes that her expression was mischievous and troubling, placing a hand over her chest as she assures him in a playfully solemn tone, My word is my bond. I said I'd protect you as best as I could, and so I shall. I simply wished to convey that my protection might not prove equal to all of the dangers you are willingly taking upon yourself by sequestering yourself for the evening in the present company when copious amounts of wine are sure to be imbibed by said company. But really, she pats his hand with a wink, don't worry. No, really. You'll be just fine. I'm nearly sure of it, almost."
Nodding when Franz says he will be back in a moment, assuming that he is going to retrieve whatever vehicle he came to the city in, Elika finishes the last of her wine as Lily notes that Franz has seemed to relax somewhat, nodding that she agrees, guessing aloud, "I think that Atlantis chose Franz to take over for my lieutenant for more than one reason, and then nods with a smile when Crystal says that she is glad that Atlantis selected Franz to stand in for her lieutenant. Shrugging with an amused expression when Crystal asks whether she has any idea how her lieutenant might chose to spend her vacation, Elika reminds her friend, Her contributions to what you might call our conversations if you were in a generous mood still usually begin and end with 'ma'am', so I really couldn't even begin to guess what she might be doing hon'."
After Crystal asks her opinion on whether they should wait inside or outside for Franz, Elika suggests, "Why not wait outside? Save him the trip to and fro, or the search for a place to park? Standing up and putting on her scarf and trench coat, Elika swings her backpack purse onto her shoulder and walks with Crystal and Lily outside. Recognizing Franz when he nears the front of the restaurant, Elika lifts her arm to wave in order to get his attention, telling Crystal and Lily, There he is."
Once they are all situated, Elika tells Crystal, "You have the directions, right? I nominate you as navigator, hon'."

While making his way back towards the diner, Franz had overheard a few talks from the citizens. Apparently there had been a homicides in the city. Drug dealers? Franz frowned at that, they might had been drug dealers yes, but still... Franz's jaw locked and he shook his head hoping that whoever orchestrated those murders would be found soon. There wasn't much he could do about it considering that it wasn't an Order matter and it wasn't a force users in questions.
Sighing softly, Franz finally started to move again to head back to the diner just to find Elika, Crystal and Lily. He knew that they were fine, and the event that occurred wasn't political related but still knowing Andros if the Vice-Governor got wind of this event, that it was potentially a gang turf related, he might expedite several things that he had put on hold.
Picking his head up when he noticed Elika waving in his direction, his expression was still schooled into that seriousness that wasn't him a while ago. Only when he got closer did his gaze actually relax and he smiled faintly when he overheard Elika's words to Crystal. Raising his eyebrow dubiously, Franz chuckled briefly and shook his head.
"It's fine." Franz reassured them as he lifted his hands with a warm smile, he didn't precisely need someone to be a navigator because the modified B69 Elektra, that wasn't his but the Order's really, had everything including the means to find the way precisely and quickly. "Please, follow me."
Franz turned around and led the way towards the airspeeder which wasn't far at all, give or take 20 feet away, he gestured for them to get in and he offered his hand to help them in. Where to first?" He asked curiously as he hopped into the airspeeder before starting the engines and its repulsorlift letting it hover there for a moment while he waited for the answer on where they actually first wanted to go, so he could input the coordinates of those places.

I actually cannot agree more to gorgeous' statement but also baby girl's. I have seen how Atlantis acts, it's just the simple things but also him looking like it's easy for him to do this or that, plus he is very considerate. One of the many reasons why Crystal actually fell for him. He just makes it all so easy without looking like he tries too hard. "I believe that you are right about that, gorgeous," I smile warmly before looking at Crystal with another smile in her direction. "Lover boy is just the way he is, I will never understand him but he is nice." Nudging teasingly my childhood friend with a knowing expression. "After all it's one of the many reasons why she fell in love with him, right?"
The Jedi I have met insofar here planet side, they are all different yes, but they always put other people's need before theirs, I know that it's only natural for them. I also did notice earlier when Elika wasn't that comfortable with that couple, Franz soothing her somehow by stopping her to fidget further. Focusing my attention back onto Elika and Crystal when they seem to be guessing what Lucy might be doing during her unexpected leave, I purse my lips thoughtfully while I gather my stuff and place my card back into my wallet. "Is she still with that ..." Racking my brain to remember that episode that I clearly remember when she was back at the lakehouse a while ago. Right! "The Kiffar who healed her?"
I am guessing it's one of the ways she could spend her unexpected vacation, though considering Elika's statement, she might not know, so I look dubiously at Crystal because she is like the radar now anyways. Pointing briefly at Elika when she suggests we all wait outside, I finally stand up from my seat and put on my coat and secure the strap of my bag onto my shoulder while I follow the two of them outside to wait for Franz. There he actually is, I end up following him with the others and smile at his chivalry ...
With his help, I get in the backseats and look at Crystal and Elika before glancing back at Franz thoughtfully. Bank is boring, so TaSpa! or my bikini, whichever comes first, I really don't care. "Whichever of TaSpa! or a nice shop is there first."

Crystal couldn't agree more with Elika, she was certain that Atlantis did in fact ask Franz to take Lucy's place for many reasons. Crystal might not have known all the details but her boyfriend never did things mindlessly. Atlantis always had a reason, that reason or reasons eluded her that was a fact but she was certain that it was perhaps due to Franz leaving. Rubbing her temple thoughtfully before shaking her head slightly. "While you were away, sweetie..." Crystal nibbled her lower lip faintly and took a deep breath. "I do not know the details, but all I know is that while you were away, so was he, at least temporarily." That was all she could actually say because that was all she actually knew.
She was certain that all of the Jedi knew the reasons why, she was certain that Atlantis really had that reason and indeed, it was because of the subtle things that he was doing, every little things that he did without invading that made her fall in love with him and then some. Agreeing with Lily's statement about the one she called Lover Boy, Crystal inclined her head before grinning knowingly when it came to Lucy. "Oh yeah, she is very much still with Forcias." Crystal replied with a faint smile, usually she never felt the man but whenever she did, that was due to the fact that he was with the Lieutenant, simple as that.
Conceding on waiting for Franz outside, Crystal stood up from her seat and wrapped her scarf around her neck before putting on her coat. She made sure she had everything, her bag and all and even swiped her hand over the invitation that was left on the table considering that all the information she needed to wire the donation was on that carton. Finally making her way out of the diner, Crystal adjusted her coat and her bag before noticing that Franz was making his way in their direction.
Why wasn't she surprised that he had heard Elika's statement again? Before she could even answer Elika, Franz had said that it was fine. Shrugging slightly, she followed everyone towards the B69 and gestured for them to go first before she too took a seat in it. "Where do you even buy a bikini here, Clothe Encounters?" Crystal asked dubiously considering that a bikini wasn't really that item to buy here on this planet with all the mist around. But it was worth a shot anyways. "It should be next to TaSpa!." She informed Franz with a warm smile.

Elikapeka nods in agreement when Lily describes Atlantis, having the benefit of knowing first hand just how understanding and considerate he is. Atlantis has been there for Elika through some difficult times, his friendship always steadfast, and his willingness to stand by her even when she tried to withdraw never once faltering. Frowning slightly when Crystal mentions that Franz had been away from Umgul during her business travels, Elika nods to indicate she has heard what her friend has said, and wonders if any of them will ever know what took Franz from the planet, or whether the reasons for the changes in him have anything to do with his time away. Setting the thought aside, now certainly not being the time to broach the subject since the afternoon has lifted Franz's spirits, Elika laughs when Crystal confirms that her lieutenant is 'very much' with Forcias, and says, "Good for her," glad that her lieutenant has, so it seems, found someone.

Settling into her seat, Elika lifts her right hand and absently rubs the spot over her vest beneath which the figurine of Shiraya she wears on a thin silver chain around her neck rests against her chest, looking out the window as they set off, thinking idly about what she has in her wardrobe that won't look too out of place around the pool and feeling an odd commingling of nervousness about the potential of seeing Delaana again and guilt about the nervousness since, despite the length of time that has passed since Noelani's death it always feels like a betrayal of what they had to even think in the abstract about moving on. Laughing at herself on the inside, finding it astoundingly premature to be having such thoughts, Elika removes her spectacles and begins cleaning the lenses with the handkerchief she keeps in her trench coat pocket as she says, I'll go and make the arrangements at TaSpa! while you guys shop,"

Franz was looking at his side and behind him to make sure that everyone was settled in correctly and the thing is, there was no way he was even going to go with them to buy that bikini. Not that it was embarrassing for him, okay maybe it was a little but it was so wrong for him to actually just stand there and wait while they were browsing for whatever bikini Lily would fancy. Sure it wasn't the same as buying underwear but really it really made him feel very uncomfortable especially that she was dating his cousin.
Ryan with her, sure, but Franz no way.
Clearing his throat after being lost in thoughts, he input the names of the places to the navigation system and pinpoint the location quickly. Bringing the airspeeder up, Franz navigated through the traffic easily and smoothly but not crazily like he would usually do when he was on his own. When Elika said that she was going to make the arrangements back in TaSpa! while the two other women shopped, he internally sighed in relief before glancing at Elika briefly. "I am coming with you." Franz told her not due to the fact that he actually was the bodyguard currently but because there was no way he was going to go into the shop for bikini shopping.
Despite that statement of his, he wondered if she was alright, if there was one thing Franz had noticed, it was whenever she would be cleaning her spectacle lenses or was tugging her sleeves, something must have happened with her. Since he was no mind reader, he briefly glanced at Elika with a somewhat dubious and worried expression. Looking back soon enough right in front of him since they were nearing their destination, Franz brought the airspeeder down and shut off all of the engines before hopping out of the vehicle and helping whoever of them out. He grabbed the keys and pocketed it soon enough before turning to face all of them.
"Should be right this way." He pointed right in front of them, although the visibility wasn't that good due to the mist, he took a deep breath and glanced back at the three of them. "Did you want me to clear momentarily the mist?" He asked curiously, although he knew that Crystal could also do that without problem but he supposed that she wasn't using her abilities lightly, so it was why he was asking. If needed be, he'd do it.

It was news to me to find out that Franz had left too while Elika was on her business trip. Considering the circumstances and why I never found that out before until now, especially when Crystal had said that she had no details pertaining his departure, I totally understand why she had never informed me. Why would she, anyways? It's not like Franz and I are close and I am pretty sure that I wouldn't be the first one to know every aspects of his life. Deciding to move along from that subject since quite frankly it has no immediate impact on me, as selfishly as that may sound, I really do not want to say something about it, make a comment about it when I feel that it might be all too fresh for him, and he is entitled to some privacy anyways ...
The reply from Kayne about Elika's original bodyguard makes me smile and I nod to acknowledge that fact. Well ... That is one way to spend a vacation. Pursing my lips at the thought, I come back to the now, to my 'mission' if I can put it that way, and that is to hunt for my damn bikini. "Oh no, no, no ..." I tell Elika teasingly as it sounded to me that she is definitely trying to get her way out of this. "You did say we," Making a circular movement with my index finger to include everyone, or in this case, just the three of us, Elika, Crystal and myself, as after all, Franz might go wherever Elika goes. "So we should all go to that place." I say with a grin before tilting my head on the side slightly. "C'mon gorgeous, you never know what you may find there, and you do not even need to buy a bikini." I tell her with a near whining tone completed with a pout. She needs a break too, I am sure, and what better way to just go there and spend some time together.
Unless ... Smirking at my thought, I look at Elika dubiously and teasingly.
"You know, you could have just said so," Nibbling my lower lip as I giggle faintly before shaking my head, I look at Crystal meaningfully. "Can you believe this, she is ditching us so she could just maybe see Kalyani one on one?" Looking back at Elika with an amused expression before shaking my head. "Sly, gorgeous, very sly."
Finally at destination, or at least next to our destination, I step out of the airspeeder with Franz's help and thank him in the process, I look right in front of me and definitely cannot see those places. But it's not really that problematic, at least for me, I don't know about the rest of them. "I am good, thanks for asking. I just think that getting rid of it makes the city lose its magic, so don't worry about me, on my account at least."

Crystal nodded at Elika's suggestion, in case that they did not find what Lily was looking for there, they could still ask. Truth be told though, Crystal wasn't really holding her breath because of the mist but then again, there were spas around the city. Still though, she really wasn't going to hold her breath right then and there but it would be great to find out. Soon enough though she frowned when she felt a fleeting emotion, unable to pinpoint that exactly, Crystal just let it go especially with Franz setting the B69 down.
Again, Lily was being Lily, Crystal couldn't help but to roll her eyes playfully and exasperatedly too, but she did chuckle at the statement and ended up looking at Elika with a meaningful gaze but also it was a joking one. "Anything you say will be held against you, sweetie." Crystal sighed softly before shaking her head because despite feigning annoyance and maybe desperation too, Crystal was actually laughing inside until Lily's follow up statement, at that moment she really had to bite her lower lip to prevent herself from laughing. With just that, Crystal just elbowed gently Lily and rolled her eyes playfully.
"Cut her some slack, baby girl." Crystal warned her playfully. "At least tone the teasing to a minimum, she was gone for seven weeks, just let Elika get used to it again, little by little." She suggested teasingly before shaking her head and she just sounded like a mom, again. Grah! Crystal mentally slapped herself and lifted both of her hands and looked at Elika and Lily equally.
"You two settle that between yourselves, I am not going to be playing mom." She said with an amused tone before fixing the strap of her bag and just setting off in the direction of where Franz was pointing. She obviously did not need to get the mist cleared off and she let him know as she passed him by.
After spending such a long time in Umgul, Crystal was used to it and besides, she still found it mesmerizing and like Lily had said previously, the city itself would lose its magic. Stopping right in front of the store, she waited for the three others to join her hoping that Lily and Elika actually did settle their little back and forth right there, though she could not help but to partially agree with Lily on what she said, shopping it was after all a good way to pass up the time, right?

Elikapeka tries not to laugh or look amused when Franz announces that he will be going with her, quite sure that it is a note of near panic she hears in his voice and guessing it has something to do with either being trapped with Lily and Crystal or with the idea of shopping, which Elika imagines not many men would enjoy even if the shopping in question involves bikinis. "Naturally," Elika manages to say dryly rather than letting her amusement show; given that he is acting as her lieutenant's replacement, she fully expected that he would be going with her.
Elika is about to point out that she is not likely to take longer to arrange things for tomorrow at TaSpa! than Lily and Crystal will take shopping, and will therefore meet them there afterwards, but Lily, rarely one to miss an opportunity to tease, strikes first, joking about Kalyani. Laughing after nodding with a theatrically aggrieved air when Crystal points out that anything said by anyone at anytime is always filed away for future potential ammunition for Lily's sense of humor, Elika arches an eyebrow and points out, "She's a waitress, beautiful, so unless I make a stop for take out, I'm not likely to have the opportunity to see her. Besides, she nods towards Franz with a theatrically mournful tone, one on one is not in the cards for me for the foreseeable future, is it? Then again, she jokes with a wink, maybe a caf to go would really hit the spot."
Patting Crystal on the shoulder as they all exit the B69, Elika shakes her head and says with playfully exaggerated sadness, "Too late . . . mom, too late, and then looks over her shoulder to tell Franz, No need to demistify the mist," since she rather likes the mist for aesthetic reasons and they aren't going very far at any rate.
Linking her arm in Franz's when they are all ready, Elika smiles as she assures him while they walk towards the entrance of TaSpa!, "I'll take as long as I can, but we'll probably wind up being present for at least some of the shopping. Deep breaths, I'll be right there beside you. I'll even cover your tender, innocent eyes if I think there's even the slightest risk of seeing anything risqué. Patting his arm, she concludes, It'll be fine, I promise."

Franz was staring blankly at the three of them. He was only that way because of Crystal's statement and Lily trying to convince Elika to go shop with them right that instant. By the Force, Atlantis was right... She really lives up to her reputation. Franz thought to himself, but he one more adopted a very placid expression because truth be told, their back and forths really did amuse him. The corner of his lips was lifting slightly into a smirk and he just couldn't believe that really, it was all coming back to Lily being a tease, Crystal somewhat trying to play referee and getting some of the tease from Lily, to Elika being on the receiving end most of the time. There really was nothing like home and be surrounded by friends a person was comfortable with, even the lieutenant's words still rang clearly to his mind.

Franz tilted his head slightly on the side and smiled affectionately at their interactions with one another. He was currently the witness of Elika just being happy; after all she was spending time with her friends and it also looked like that she definitely was trying to do her best to spring Franz out of that shopping session.
He was grateful for that and it showed when Elika grabbed a hold of his arm and just took him away from that shopping session considering that they were headed straight to TaSpa!. He placed his hand on her arm and looked at her with theatric relief, and he even let out a breath that he had pretended to be holding.
"Aww so sweet." Franz said with a faint chuckle before nodding a few times as if really he wanted that to happen, because really that was wrong for him. "Not that I have anything against seeing women in a bikini, but imagine this." Franz began as he made a face at the thought. "She is with my cousin!" He hissed at the thought and shuddered jokingly. "Imagine when I see Ryan and he asks me what I did, do you really see me telling him, 'Oh nothing, I just went shopping and I saw your girlfriend in a bikini'. I'd rather avoid telling him that statement." Franz smirked before rolling his eyes playfully and when they finally reached TaSpa!, Franz opened the door for Elika and gestured for her to go in first.
"Please, after you." He said as he walked in right behind her shutting the mist out and checking everything with his gaze the place, just a simple precaution...

Letting out a gasp when I feel Crystal elbowing me, I look at her with a shocked expression but that expression clearly turns into an amused one because she really is sounding like a mom. I laugh at her statement and shake my head. "Now where is the fun in that?" Toning down to a minimum, at least, my teasing, that just goes against my grain. So unthinkable and besides, I am just joking, that much I know they know, and gorgeous is just laughing just like baby girl. So really, what's to tone down there? So disconcerting to be doing that ...
That is precisely when I hear Elika telling me that it isn't actually possible to see Kalyani one on one due to Franz's presence, and I just look at her jadedly before rolling my eyes playfully at her last statement. "Oh just admit it already, gorgeous, it is the reason why you haven't ordered a cup of coffee earlier." I giggle at the thought and just shake my head before calling out to her while she leaves with Franz. "Really sly, gorgeous, very sly."
Walking forward towards the shop, I see that Crystal is already standing there and I link my arm with hers before looking at her playfully. "Let's go mom, wouldn't want our hair to get frisky with the mist." I jokingly tell her before tugging her gently towards the shop ...
Clothe Encounters
Once we are inside, I let go of Crystal's arm and look around briefly to scan the items in the shop. To my delight there is a selection of bikini and then there are more things that appeal to me. Oh gods, my card is going to burn. I wince at the thought and first check out some of the pants and shirts there before looking at Crystal thoughtfully as I take one of the halter tops from the rack and show it off to her before placing it in front of me and then back to Crystal. "I think that this may look better on you than me ..." I tell her thoughtfully before bringing it back in front of me and then finding a mirror making my way over there to see for myself. Definitely Crystal, she works better this color anyways. "Wanna try it on, baby girl?" I ask her before presenting the item to her and just ushering her towards the changing room.

Crystal groaned playfully when Elika told her that it was too late, when she called Crystal 'mom'. That really wasn't something Crystal would be able to drop, if she continued to play the referee, that definitely was going to go on and on and on. It did not help when Lily called her that way too, Crystal shook her head with an amused expression before looking at her childhood friend thoughtfully. "You do realize that the three of us are the same age, right?" Crystal asked dubiously although she really had no point to make there, so she just shut up and looked at Lily with a glare. "I so do not like you right now, Jankovic." Crystal muttered playfully while they made their way towards the store.
Clothe Encounters
The moment Crystal stepped inside, she looked around and saw several clothing items which interested her. There were shoes too, and she could see from the corner of her eyes the bikinis that Lily might had been looking for. Before Crystal could even point that out, Lily was dragging her towards some clothes. Knowing herself, despite not having any want or need to buy stuff, Crystal would definitely leave this store with a few shopping bags. Oh boy... Her wardrobe was already overflowing with clothes and everything else, maybe Crystal really needed to do something about that. She had an idea on how to do that, definitely but that would require Elika's expertise.
"I have no spaces left in my wardrobe!" Crystal hissed and lowered her tone in a protest as Lily was clearly pushing her to the changing room. Unable to help herself though, Crystal stopped on the way when some pants caught her attention. Looking at the halter top in her hand and then the pants, Crystal shrugged and took the pants with her towards the changing room to try those two things on.
Glancing herself onto the mirror inside the room once she had changed, Crystal pursed her lips thoughtfully and tilted her head slightly on the side before glancing at her black stilettos. Clearly she wasn't that satisfied yet, so when she emerged from the changing room to find Lily, Crystal looked at her childhood friend dubiously. "What do you think?" Glancing at her feet and looking at herself on the mirror again, as clearly she wasn't satisfied with her outfit yet. "I need shoes to go with this. Or at least a different top to go with these pants." Looking back at Lily to get her input obviously, Crystal just knew that she would end up buying these two items but at least she guessed that with the white halter top she would need black denim pants.

TaSpa!
Elikapeka shakes her head with an amused laugh when Lily turns her perfectly innocent earlier decision to decline a cup of caf into an amusingly imaginative ploy to see a certain waitress, shouting over her shoulder in an amused tone, "Relentless!" as she and Franz reach the entrance of TaSpa!
Stepping into the reception area, Elika glances up at Franz with an amused expression as she points out, "You do realize that Lily is bound and determined to make her bikini fantasy happen, right? And, therefore, you will be seeing her, and probably Crystal and Delaana as well, in their bikinis whenever it happens? I mean, she shrugs, I guess you could be all body guard-y inside the house or something if you'd be that uncomfortable."
Reaching the reception counter, Elika makes a reservation for the following day for herself, Crystal and Lily, selecting a package similar to the one they had chosen the last time they had been at TaSpa! As she is about to pay, Elika looks over at Franz and tilts her head to the side inquisitively as she asks, "Or should I make it for four? Elbowing him playfully in the ribs, she says, Everyone should experience the TaSpa! deluxe package at least once. It'll be fun. You're doing it, Elika says with a note of finality, deciding that Franz deserves to be pampered to and thinking it will be relaxing for him, then hands the receptionist her credit card as she says, Make it for four, and don't listen to him if he objects."
Returning her credit card to her wallet after the transaction is finalized, Elika puts her arm through Franz's and turns them around, saying, "We'll take our time walking over to Clothes Encounters, with an amused grin, and you can always wait outside if you don't think you're up to facing the bikinis. Walking outside and stopping in front of the doors to Clothes Encounters, Elika asks, Ready?"
