*Once their ship has sustained a steady orbit around the planet, Eimhin sets in a course for Mandalore. With a small grunt, Eimhin tried to reach across the control panel but since he was buckled down, found that his arm couldn't reach that far.*
"Hey JARVIS? Could you please activate the hyperdrive so we can get going? I can't reach the lever..."
*The lever moves almost of its own accord and the ship rockets away into lightspeed*
"Is there anything else you require, Master Eimhin?"
"No thanks. And you don't need to call me master. Just Eimhin."
*The young lad made a face. He wasn't old enough to be a master of anything just yet. Plus, hearing someone, even an artificial intelligence address him as such, felt incredibly strange...*

After getting Raine comfortably settled in and waiting for her to fall asleep, Lorcan makes his way to the cockpit, leaning against the doorway for a moment to watch Eimhin as he, with the help of JARVIS (which conveniently answers a question that had been lingering on Lorcan's mind) before he steps into the cockpit and drops into the co-pilot's seat.
Resting his buy'ce on his right knee, Lorcan asks cheerfully, "Need any help lil' buddy? Looks like you and your pal JARVIS have things pretty well in hand up here. Thinking back to his own less than stellar piloting during the trip to Yavin IV, Lorcan jokes, Too bad you didn't think of activating JARVIS when we first set out, huh?"
As Lorcan laughs at his own joke, he watches the stars visible outside of the forward viewport appear to elongate and then give way to the swirling blues of hyperspace.

*Eimhin turned from where he had been watching the stars to look at his father. A small, worried and guilty frown crosses his boyish features, making the six year old appear far older than he is.*
"Buir......I...it might have been a big mistake."
*The child bows his head in shame, looking with each passing second like he is waiting for a terrible reprimand or a punishment.*

The Predator-Class Fighter, stolen from the Fortress of Tawntoom on Roon, exited hyperspace above the now desolate world of Yavin IV. Once a major stronghold, before the Mandalorian Holy War, now a reminder that the Jedi were capable of being defeated, Yavin was sparsely populated. Once the Jedi had vacated the planet, the jungles reclaimed much. While normally interested in such a location for knowledge, Sigea Valorous, the pilot of the craft, made his way over to the derelict space station that was still, miraculously maintaining geosynchronous orbit over the temple region. Flipping a toggle and adjusting his course, the Dark Jedi piloted the craft towards the space station, choosing an intact docking station along the stations' outer ring to land at...

As the Jensaarai drop out of hyperspace the moon of Yavin 4 slowly drifted into view its lush jungles covering the planetary moon. Zed, having never been to the planet viewed it with a type of reverence. So much Galactic history had happened here. The destruction of the Death Star, Luke Skywalkers Jedi Academy, to the eventual destruction and rebirth of the Praxeum on the planetoid. Even in more recent history this is where the hammer fell first and hardest during the Mandalorian Crusades. The fact that any Jedi were able to eventually flee the planet was an act of the Force.
Now though the world sat unattended. No one wanted to walk the ancient halls of the only thing that mattered on the planet. No one but him and those with him.
Looking at those who had joined him on this expedition he knew the least about the Shard that was with them. Although he had read Iron Knights in the past he had never met one. Indeed the last one he had heard of in the galaxy had fled to places unknown. It unnerved him to even be around the being now. It was so alien to him it may as well have come from a place further away than a Vong. A living rock? Absurd. It sat there still. Looking straight ahead while the others donned their gear needed to survive the irradiated templ.

A single flicker of pseudomotion lit on the edge of the Yavin system as a blue Besuliik-class fighter dropped out of hyperspace. The armoured figure held within looked out upon the gas giant as the fighter set its course for the planet's jungle moon, its thoughts implacable as it regarded the former home of its once-greatest enemies.
There was no defense force. No scramble of incoming fighters, no dodging blasts from thousands of turbolasers, no crippling shots from ion cannons. Nothing. Had it been this easy the first time around, things would have been so much easier. As it stood, hollow though this victory might be, it was a victory nonetheless.
The fighter carried on toward the moon, ready to claim what it had fought so hard for a decade past..

Looking straight ahead while the others donned their gear needed to survive the irradiated templ. Ned had donned his armour on the ships trip to Yavin IV. Much of the reason had been because of how much of a process it was to get in and out of his armour. A fact that was not helped by his ever advancing age. but he had no intention of ever being slowed down by it just yet. As the others began their own preparations, he carried his helmet under his arm as he lumbered up next to Zed. Staring out the viewport at the former Jedi stronghold, he couldn't help but marvel at the sight "It's been far too long since I last set foot here..."

Despite standing at roughly the same height Zed and Ned could not have looked different. Wile Zed was tall and lean almost sickly looking his eyes still had that youthful look to them that offset the tired look he carried. Ned on the other hand was one of the largest and finest specimens he had ever laid eyes upon. Despite being past middle aged the man could hold his own against any of the other Jensaarai in the room physically. Turning his head to look at the giant of a man he tried to raise an eyebrow
When were you last here?

Ned tore his gaze away from Yavin and settled it upon Zed, thinking back upon what had brought him here last. He couldn’t help but wonder if she had managed to escape this world before the crusades. He could only hope that she had, and trust that if she had perished, He would have felt it “Before the crusades... Almost a decade must have past since that day...”

Tilting his head Zed seemed to lean forward. Despite having only just met the man it was apparent that there was a lot he could learn from the man. If nothing else he could learn about dozens of battles from a first hand account but this sounded different, Neds tone almost sorrowful.
What happened?
Despite all of them agreeing to travel together and join in on this venture to revive the Jensaarai none of them truly knew each other. Of all those assembled only Zed and his equally large companion had become fully fledged Jensaarai completing their armour. It hadn't been the right time to do so yet but hopefully this mission would give them the time and safe space to do just that.

He tried to force a smile for his new friend, fighting off the concern that was trying to gain a foothold "It was a different time... But I brought my Daughter here to learn and be safe... I haven't seen her since..." He let out a sigh, as a feeling of regret resurfaced once more. He had struggled with the decision to leave her here all those years ago, and every time he thought about it ever since. In the beginning, he had justified it by the dangers he was going out to face. But as more time passed, his reasoning for staying away had continued to change. He wondered if she still remembered who he was, or understood why he had left her there to begin with

Zed could taste the regret and darkness coming off Ned. Everyone had something inside them that they hated but it wasn't very often that it oozed through the force like this. You don't think that she was here when the Mandalorians came through do you? I have seen their handiwork first hand. I imagine if the records here are still accessible that they may have some record of your daughter.
It seemed like this was now a two pronged mission. Zed doubted that they would find any hidden knowledge here. More than a few years had passed between now and the Mandalorian Crusade and the Jedi had not dissapeared form the galaxy. He would truly be surprised if none of them came and relieved the place of anything the Mandalorians hadn't. Public knowledge though, that could be found assuming the records weren't wiped.

Ned forced the regret down as Zed mentioned possibly finding some record of where his daughter might be now. He did not have much hope for any such records being current, if they existed at all. He lifted his giant gloved hand and held it open palmed toward the planet "I have also seen the savagery of the Mandalorians up close as well... But I do not believe they have claimed her life..." He closed his hand then, letting it fall to his side as he looked toward Zed again. Perhaps there may yet be something to find on the surface, other than scraps of knowledge left over by the Jedi "There may be some indication of where she once was, though I suspect that is outdated given the war with the First Order... But it may be comfort enough knowing for certain that she yet lives... I guess the only real way is to head down to know for sure..."

Riddick's fighter drops from hyperspace, and maintains an orbit starting from the closest Le Grange point to Yavin's fourth moon. Yavin Tower, Kirruk-Actual. Requesting entry vector. I am here for diplomatic reasons. How copy?

After scanning the world for any comms frequencies, let alone anything else, his fighter's sensors reported back some rather grim, news. The intel reports he had gotten had understated the attack on it by at least an order of magnitude. Riddick cursed profusely under his breath, as an ally was gone and his intel units needed to step it up just a little. He changed course, and punched in a course for his next destination.

The Praetor dropped out of hyperspace above Yavin IV, quickly joined by the Argento, Scarto, and the 8 Anthem-class Star Cruiser's. Sensor crews were already running scans of the surface, specifically around the Temple to gauge the radiation levels and the affected area that would need to be quarantined off. Crews in the hangar bays of the Praetor were loading up equipment, while the ground teams headed for the Yavin IV Praxeum suited up in radiation suits. Titus stood aboard the bridge of the Praetor overseeing the operation as the Anthem-class Star Cruiser's started to move in closer to the planet. Given that the Moon was meant to be uninhabited, Titus did not expect any resistance. But sometimes people tended to be where you least expected them, and this would be a perfect hiding place for some Darksiders to temporarily take refuge Deploy all forces, secure the perimeter around the Praxeum, and get our teams to the other temples and tombs. I want them locked down and secured. This place has been abandoned for some time now and there should be no one ground side. I want any sightings of people reported back immediately. An affirmative came from the Captain as the orders were transmitted down the chain of command and disseminated across the fleet. Transports flowed out of the Praetor, while the Anthem's headed for the surface to begin deploying their forces to the surface

[ Hammy the Jedi Hamster | Titus' Shoulder | Bridge | Separatist Supply Ship (Assault Refit), The Praetor ] Attn: Maximus Titus [RETIRED] If not for the dark brown and tan Jedi robes he wore, and the fact he mostly stood on his hind feet, with a dark walking stick under his right front paw, Hammy would for the most part look like an ordinary hamster.
The diminutive rodent stood presently on the shoulder of the massive Chistori, Titus.<< Fond memories of Yavin, do I have, >> said Hammy, speaking directly into the Chistori's mind, as very, very, few beings in the universe fluently spoke Hamsternese, or could hear the range of audio they operated on, << Saddened am I to see the world so... >>Squinting his beady eyes upon the world before them, the hamster reached out in the Force to feel the ambience of the planet...and more importantly, the spirits, << Great unrest do I sense in the Force, >> said Hammy, << Careful, we must be. >>

Titus crossed his arms over his chest, careful not to move too fast and risk accidentally putting the diminutive Jedi Master standing upon his shoulder off balance. Hammy was one of the few people known to the Jedi Lords to have been on Yavin IV. The Order that once existed here had vanished overnight, and those that had called it home since had either died or disappeared. Titus intended to end this seeming curse. His head turned slightly and his gaze turned down toward Hammy << We'll take on what ever is down there. This place has been afflicted by war and darkness, causing unrest within the Force. The hazmat team should be able to cleanse the place of the lingering radiation so that we can deal with this corruption.... >>

A lone, T-65 X-wing dropped out of hyperspace over Yavin Prime, making its way toward the fourth moon in a most direct fashion. The pilot brought the ship around the old Yavin Station, which now boasted only a handful of the running lights it might have in the heyday of the Jedi's presence on the moon. The X-wing slipped passed the station quietly and down onto the atmosphere...
