As the Mandalorian forces made their retreat and cleared out of the Academy, advance forces were sent in to secure the site. Teams swept the building from top to bottom, disabling and removing any and all explosive devices that had been left in waiting as traps. Deep penetration scans were conducted and helped clear out the last few devices. Silas and his men were not taking any chances, as the explosives were loaded into containers and small contained EMP's were used to fry the circuitry.
It wasn't until the Mandalorians forces in Orbit had made the jump to hyperspace and the teams had finished their second round of checks, before the jammer system was shut down and the Diarchy forces finally moved in on the Academy. A shuttle was soon seen descending from orbit, carrying Silas and his Diarchy Terror Troopers. If all things worked out properly, the shuttle would land at the Academy Entrance just as Diarch Zariel arrived. Allowing him to greet the Lady Inquisitor and welcome her to her new Academy

Zariel and Raynor arrived with an escort of her personal guards. Though her face did not betray it, the trimmers in the force betrayed her fury. As she arrived she stopped in front of her intelligence leader. She gave a sigh. Excellent work handling the Mandalorian fleet. Was anything left behind to make this worth our trouble?

Her fury could indeed be felt from afar, something which Silas had made sure to clue himself into sensing. Having as much information as possible in any situation meant he was able to navigate them and come out the other side unscathed. As such, he knew to keep things quick, brief, and to the point. He gave a quick bow to her as she sighed and asked if this was worth it It does appear the fleeing Mandalorian forces left behind several crates they had been trying to make off with, and the deepest most vault remains intact. While a number of items have been lost to us, for the time being, there is plenty that remains to make this venture worth it. There is just one final matter... Accessing the vault requires an untainted lightsider... The Jedi may be fools, but they were not incompetent. But, once the locks are disengaged, we'll have free reign over everything within...

The rage ebbed slightly as Silas informed her of the fact that some things still yet remained. But now yet another obstacle stood in her way from any sort of worthy prize. An untainted lightsaber? Most likely all of her servants had been darksiders for too long. They would need to find one who could open the door. Forcing their way in was unacceptable, she would not risk any damage to the treasures that rested within. But for now it was inaccessible. A another sigh as she turned to the guards that had accompanied her and Raynor. See to it that everything is cataloged and brought aboard to be taken back to the Cathedral. Turning to Silas. We will work on a solution to this door and prepare it to serve as an outpost for our forces.
As you wish, milady. Raynor lead the bodyguard into the Temple as more of the Inquisitors forces arrived.
Now that they were able to speak more in private, Zariel stepped closer to Silas. Her voice lowered to a whisper into his ear. I will not be disrespected like this again, so if my fellow Diarch goes over my head again... be ready. Taking a step back Zariel motioned for Silas to lead her further into the Academy and her voice returned to its normal monotone. Show me this vault.

Silas internally let out a sigh of relief, while doing his best to maintain the slight smile upon his face. The crates left by the Mandalorians had correctly placated Zariel's anger for the time, at least until such time as a solution could be found for this vault. He gave a nod of his head and a quick bow as Zariel declared they would convert this Temple for use by the Inquisition By your will... And then, it happened. The moment he had been waiting for since the day he had arrived. His smile disappeared and a stoic expression replaced it. He gave a solemn nod in response to her whispered command. A command which would never be repeated As you command. My forces will be ready... Without a further word, he motioned for the Diarch to follow him into the Temple and down beneath the ground. Despite the age of the building, its many care takers over the years had maintained it and even repaired it. New more modern staircases replaced old wooden or weathered stone ones that had long since become unsafe for traversal. After a few minutes, they arrived to the innermost sanctum of the Temple.
It was a large stone room which seemed untouched by time. Its walls were bare, as was its roof. But in the middle of the floor were a series of circles and runes engraved into the ground in an ancient tongue. While the Force flowed through the room, an extreme aura of light emanated from the center. Silas had seen such machines before many years ago. Those that were freshly turned to the Dark would be able to endure the agony, but could not activate the mechanism. But those such as himself and Zariel? The light would burn them and any attempt to force the vault open would activate the fail safes which would destroy everything inside Here it is... A simple device, but I assure you, quite effective... Be sure to stay outside of the circle...
